It does seem to cool refrigerated items faster than our last and we can see, via the app, our energy efficiency. We enjoy the quick slide-back shelves for taller items. The only negative we have so far is the water dispenser is on the slow side, I feel like I stand there too long waiting to fill a 12 ounce glass. In the future, I think our family would prefer the four door with the easy access drawer between the refrigerator and freezer. Also, the beverage station would be a great feature next time, too.

I can use the app which will show the efficiency of the refrigerator and also allow me to change the temperature and change the ice type. I was forever complaining about how little storage it had. Definitely not the case with this fridge it has alot of storage space for all my drinks vegetables, and meats. The best feature I personally love is the three style ice it makes. I can even controll it via Bluetooth with my smart things app.it allows me to see it in my home eco system, which is a plus because I tend to forget ti close the frigarator door. It quickly send my a message through my smart device's saying I left the frigarator open. How awsome is that! This is Great buy guys your not going to regret this purchase

Impossible to clean the glass shelf! I have looked up to very YouTube video, searched endless my on google and taken the whole thing out. I cannot remove the glass to clean a spill. I have to clean the whole piece. It’s ridiculous.

The middle shelf can not be adjusted so to speak and is very flimsy so when you put heavy things on it it bows. And the retractable shelf thing is a cool idea but once you do that you loose all that space and can only fit like 1 gallon of milk comfortably. And the little shelves on the bottom of the door are useless cause if you put anything there you forget about it cause you can't even see what's there. But the one upside is the ice makers. They are awesome! Of and the water dispenser on the outside dribbles water onto the front of the fridge and onto the floor.

I've only had it a little over 24 hours, but we've been through a lot before we got this fridge. I started with a very large different manufacturer model and it was not good. Ice production was not good, at all, the fridge was dark and so huge on the outside it was impossible for me to reach the rear of the fridge without a stool. I sent it back. Then we went through 3 separate refrigerators from a different manufacturer. Great design, would not keep a safe temperature. They all went back and I ordered this. Within a couple of hours of being delivered it was cold. It's doing a great job. The outside is nowhere near as large as you would think it would be with this kind of capacity. Cons: the lighting situation is not great, it's dark. I wish there was a covered bin in the door to keep butter fresh. The bottom cubbies in both doors are just-this-side of useless they're so oddly positioned and very small. You can't adjust humidity levels in crispers. The water/ice dispenser is very small compared to other models and for its size. I wish I could set my Stanley down in there to refill it, I wish I could put a small pitcher down to fill. Pros: It's honestly huge without feeling unwieldy. Ice production is great though personally I'd rather skip the bite size. But honestly I'm pretty happy. It's nice and cold, something the three other fridges I had ordered from someone else could not manage. Hopefully Samsung has addressed their issues with ice makers. Plenty of room for groceries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew a refrigerator could have this many features! The Family Hub is so useful and easy to use, I had no idea what to expect. I Never would have thought I would want a refrigerator with features like a touchscreen, but now I don’t think I could have one without it! From being able to put to-do lists on the home screen to keeping track of expiration dates, this feature is super convenient. Moving on to the inside of the fridge, it is massive inside. Where we used to not be able to see everything we had in our old fridge, to now being able to clearly see everything due to the amount of space and the bright LED lights, we couldn’t be happier. We are able to organize our fridge how we want to maximize all of the space, along with not wasting as much food as we did before. Now for the freezer, I was skeptical because I’ve never had a bottom freeze and I didn’t think there would be as much space as a side-by-side, but boy was I wrong. We put everything we had in our old side-by-side freezer into the bottom freezer and still have space to use (photos taken before!). Also, we love the different types of ice, especially the Ice Bites. I found that using the Smart Things app is very helpful with remembering what to put on a shopping list and uploading photos that show on the fridge door. Gone are the days of magnets holding photos up, you can easily and quickly put them on a screen! We have only used the Power Freeze option one time, to speed up the making of ice because we had family over and that worked great! We never ran out of ice and that was a feature I didn’t even know about originally! Overall, we love this fridge, the size, the amazing features, the brightness, and the Family Hub makes me highly recommend owning this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this fridge 7 months ago & I HATE IT! Things fall out the back of the open drawer freezer onto the freezer floor (hard to reach). This is anything but a mega-capacity refrigerator, a turkey might be a difficult fit. Ice maker issues of years past were supposed to be fixed, they aren’t. It has 4 types of ice, they don’t work properly. Getting ice out of the door always has shavings making it messy whether choosing curved or crushed ice. The ice/water dispenser lever scratches easily. For the price paid, I am very very disappointed!! I do not recommend this product and will not purchase this brand again.

Make the shelves far enough apart that you can put a gallon jug of milk on a shelf, not in the door. You can move the middle shelf down, but then you only have 5 inches. Need more option on shelf adjustments. 2. The ice bin. Make it where you can remove the divider when only making one type of ice. You have to manually move the ice to the other side to get a full bin of ice. 3. It would have been nice to have water in the door. Yes, I knew it did not have water when I purchased it, but I wanted ice in the bottom freezer section more than water in the door. There was not a model that had both.

So far, it’s been an excellent upgrade. The overall design and functionality are impressive. The bottom freezer provides far more usable space than a side‑by‑side of the same size, which makes everyday storage much easier. The dual ice maker is a standout feature: the larger cubes are great for keeping drinks cold, while the smaller ice bites are perfect for cocktails, mixed drinks, or even just snacking. The exterior finish is another pleasant surprise. It does a good job resisting fingerprints and smudges, keeping the fridge looking clean with minimal effort. My previous fridge served me well until it finally gave out, but this one genuinely outperforms it in every way. The only thing it’s missing is a built‑in water dispenser. It would’ve been a nice convenience, but it’s not a deal breaker for me since I already use a reverse osmosis filtration system. We have not had that feature so it's a great addition. The freezer has plenty of space and 2 trays for ice. If you scan the QR code, you can easily register for the warranty and connect the refrigerator to your phone via Bluetooth. This is a great feature as your phone will alert you if the door is open for too long. Fun technology to have. I highly recommend this to anyone shopping for a new refrigerator.

One thing that I'm sad about is the lack of room for taller items. I'm not a fan of putting my milk in the door. My gallon of milk only fits in the door or if I pull the slider shelf back. Other than that all the ice makers are awesome and I love how I can control the temperature and ice makers from my phone. Another cool thing is the door open notification sent to my phone too.. with kids home for summer it's nice to be able to see what's happening from the office. Excited for all the space. Love how pretty it looks in my kitchen!

I love having the different shapes and sizes of ice plus the option of turning off any of the icemakers thru the app. The SmartThings app makes the refrigerator even better, setting the exact temperature on the refrigerator and the freezer. It let's me know that the door is open, even when I'm not home. The door alarm is perfect for those people who love to gawk hoping that food will jump into their hand. It sure made me jump. It has plenty of room, and the fingerprint resistant finish is extremely helpful in the middle of a renovation. I'm betting it will just keep getting better.

The flat front design helps add additional space in the kitchen. The stainless steel is beautiful and stays clean without having to wipe it down often. The cooling inside is controlled through my Samsung phone app which I can access the temperature even when I'm not home. The space inside is smaller then my previous fridge but I've learned with my new Samsung refrigerator, functionality is key. I can fit a huge watermelon and compartmental items and so much more. I love how the middle shelf can be adjusted to fit a tall bottle of juice or milk. We all absolutely love our new fridge.

It is very spacious and you can fit a lot of food in it. The freezer is pretty big as well and is also very spacious. It makes pretty good ice as well and I really like this fridge. The water and ice performance on this refrigerator has been great and the fridge itself has made my life easier by being able to store more things in it. The capacity of the freezer is very good as well and I can fit a lot more things in it.

I bought this fridge last summer. Wow what a awesome fridge. I just wish I have a water supply hose so that I can utilize the ice making feature too. I have zero issues with it. I love the fact that it has so much more storage space inside. And also having the ability to connect to my wifi network at home where I can remotely control the temperature through my phone and it also can help me save money on my hydro.

The Wi-Fi connectivity using smart things App makes the temperature adjustment easy. You get plenty of adjustable shelving, a vegetable drawer, gallon storage in the door, a decent sized freezer, LED lighting. The two different sized ice cubes stored in the freezer section are also a plus. the high-power cooling (high speed fan and cooling) to chill the space more quickly. For a family of 2-4, the size should be sufficient. If you’re looking for a fridge and want a lot of space, this is a great option.

The big drawers makes it a breeze to organize and keep things in there places without moving everything when I’m looking for one certain item. The external water and ice dispenser is large enough for my travel cups to fit under and that’s a huge win. The freezer is great it has multiple storage spots that slide and allow me to organize everything well. I was a bit confused with the ice trays but not an ice maker in the lower part of the freezer. Overall I’m thrilled with my net refrigerator and I believe it will make cooking easier.

The shelves are easy to adjust and very spacious. The door shelves are convenient and accommodate big containers. Freezer space is large and easy to access. The water machine works very well although at first I was having some problem with it leaking when it wasn't being used. I guess it had to adjust for a few days. It seems fine now. The pros are the water flow is good and there are two types of ice available -- crushed or cubed. If I had one con it would be that it doesn't come with a drip pan to catch any excess water. The inside of the refrigerator part is very roomy. It has many different size drawers that will be good to organize all your food. The freezer is large and has two sections that are very roomy. It functions very quietly. All in all this is a great choice. You won't be disappointed.

We brought this Samsung Mega Capacity 07/28/24. We like the overall size and multiple Ice types. The only complaint is the adjustable sliding shelf. I think it is a poor design creating a weak point. The shelf is not supported very well at the side walls and the front mid-point where the shelf halves meet can sag with even what should be considered normal weight. Being a technical person, I made a support post that looks pretty good, but still!!! Samsung, feel free to contact me and I am hoping there is a non-sliding option available to me.

So much bigger then my last one. Making it perfect for my family of 4. I am a bit confused by the ice trays in the freezer since the ice maker is located in the fridge part. I was told it makes ice in two places but don't see how that is possible. Im assuming you could dump ice in there as a back up. Im just using the trays as extra storage. Opening both doors and being able to see everything in your fridge. I also really enjoy the 3 compartments on the doors. Only thing I’m not used to is the closing of the doors, you have to make sure you really close it. It’s not like the old ones were you just swing it to close it, you have to make sure you close it or you’ll hear a beeping sound (which I really like, cause I have kids that don’t close it so well.)

On the right inside is temperature control panel. The ice bins make small and larger size ice cubes. One thing this fridge is missing is a water station. I wish it had that. The refrigerator pull out doors can be accessed with just opening one side. The interior light is super bright and makes the fridge more inviting. The fridge has an alarm that will beep if the doors are left open more than 2 minutes. If you are tech savvy, the temperature can be controlled using the SmartThings app. Overall I am happy with my refrigerator.

It is a nice design, the water flow is good and two types of cubes are available. If I had one negative thing to say about it, it is that it does not have a water drip tray. Sometimes water leaks from it and this would be a good addition. Inside the refrigerator is very large and roomy. It has an adjustable shelf which slides in to accommodate larger items which is convenient and plenty of drawers to organize your groceries. There are many door racks so everything fits with no problem. The freezer is extreme large and has two sections so all of your frozen goods fit with no problem. It runs very quiety and effiiciently. This is a great choice if you are in the market for a new refrigerator. You will definitely not be disappointed.

this refrigerator was a replacement for a previous Samsung model. It fit perfectly and has much more advanced features on our previous model. The previous model lasted for 12 years so we’re happy with longevity of Samsung products. I particularly like the fact that it integrates with my Samsung Smartthings smart Home hub and devices and with Alexa. Couldn’t be happier with this product.

I love that it fits in the same space as my smaller side by side refrigerator, yet it holds so much more food! I wish I had upgraded to this refrigerator sooner! The water dispenser fills a glass or water bottle much quicker than my old refrigerator. The refrigerator connects easily to the app. It sends you information on how much energy you are saving which is really cool. The refrigerator has plenty of shelf space on the doors for condiments and food that you want to keep handy. The freezer holds a lot of food. It is well organized with an upper divided tray and a lower divided compartment. I find that the stainless exterior gets a lot of fingerprints from where we push the refrigerator doors closed, but they are easy to wipe away with a microfiber cloth.

The fact that they are adjustable allows for large stock pots or pickling jars that might not fit into a regular refrigerator. The 26 cubic feet assures me that I will be able to put extra ingredients inside and the cooling feature gives me comfort knowing that I won't have to worry about food spoilage. The space in this refrigerator appeases my OCD and allows me to organize and have extra space for everything. I like the fact that the freezer is on the bottom and there are really no hiding places. Everything is in plain sight. Super pleased about the ice and water dispenser on the door. Totally worth the change! The inside is big and holds a ton! The bottom skinny drawer holds my plastic egg cartons like a dream! We go through a ton of eggs! But the three ice makers will sell me every time. The other luxury items are cool. Not sure they are necessary but certainly makes things easier and neat.

The shelf layout is incredibly roomy, making it easy to organize groceries with and deep bins. I love how it keeps my food fresh and the vegetables crisp. However, the built-in ice maker is kinda slow and can be loud. The stainless steel front is a nice touch, but it still gets fingerprints and smudges. Overall, I like it and it runs quietly and keeps everything the right temp. The space is all that I can say. I will be able to store so much food in this thing. The meals are going to be glorious. Such a nice, large refrigerator. Just look how much I can fit on one shelf.

The refrigerator portion has plenty of door storage, three roomy drawers, and a slide to allow for tall items. It can house a substantial amount of items. So much so that the beverages are inside now instead of in a garage fridge. The freezer also has a large capacity with drawers and dividers for organization so that everything isn’t just piled up in there. The water dispenser with two styles of ice is convenient and works well. This refrigerator is also quiet which I really appreciate. So in summary this refrigerator is roomy with thoughtful design features, quiet, and looks sleek in our space. We created an account for the Smart Things app and it was very easy to add this appliance. Convenient tool to change or monitor from your phone.

It is nice to get alarms when the door is left open. My only complaint is that the inventory it gets by looking at the food is often wrong.

The tiny shelves at the bottom of each door are nice for juice boxes and string cheese for the kids to grab. I’m not sure how well the shelves will hold up, as they don’t seem very sturdy. I like the divided sections of the freezer to stay organized. I do not like how easily the stainless fingerprints with no handles. The water dispenser also scratches easily as my husband found out while purging the filter. I love the door alarm feature and the control panel is easily accessible, but not easily bumped. I’m not sure how often we would use the WiFi feature.

It looks very spacious from inside, as it has bright LED light, which illuminates all the corner of the freeze. The Quick Freeze function is a steal, as you can quickly cool your drinks, especially when some of your friends are visiting, and want to chill a beer instantly! If you leave the door open more that 2 mins, it starts beeping, so you cannot leave the door accidently open, as this function is not available in older refrigerators. You can slide the front tray up, to store big items, is very handy feature. In my old freeze, my wife had to continuously keep the kids from touching the door, but with this freeze, you don't have to worry, as it has fingerprint resistant surface. You can also monitor and control the freeze from your very handy mobile app. Very quiet! Me and my family absolutely love it!!

I have a large family and good most of our meals at home. That means lots of ingredients. This Samsung fridge has shelves that can be moved around and lifted back to fit larger items. The gallon bin on the door is perfect for milk and juice. I have found that it keeps food cold and fresh. The freezer drawer is deep and spacious with a push back shelf for small items like ice packs or ice pops. The ice maker makes wonderful, soft ice in cube or crushed, and the fresh water filter is easily accessible on the front inside of the fridge, no more moving stuff around to change the filter! The fridge fits wonderful in it space and has a sleek modern design. Definitely very pleased with the look and durability of these refrigerators and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new fridge.

I like the adjustable drawers that I can easily adjust to fit both large and small items. I like how you can adjust the temperature inside close to the door. The filter location is perfect for someone with back issues or unable to bend for a long time like me. I like how spacious the water filter section is. I normally use big jars for my drinking water and in the past I used cups to fetch then transfer because the jars could not fit under our fridge water area, but they fit perfectly in this one without me having to fetch water several times with a smaller cup. Now I can cook a lot of food and save it, and I can also buy a lot of food items at the same time. This fridge is one of my favorite appliances. I'm glad I purchased it, and I highly recommend it. Summer is around the corner and the ice will come in handy as well!

The appliance keeps our produce cold and freezer items move and chill. The decor mixes well will or comptemporary kitchen and it's playing to the eye. We purchased 3 of these appliances for our luxury rental units and we've had zero problems. Changing the water filter is the only thing that we've had to do. Looking for buy more Samsung products in the future. The Smart Things app makes things seamless and is pretty responsive. The app lags, but you can't win them all.

Looks great, however ice maker froze over right away. We only got to use a couple weeks and haven’t since. The design to open the ice maker is ridiculous, because it is almost impossible to do. So for now… we still are unable to get ice, because I just don’t have time to take everything out and defrost. Disappointed.

I love the shelf that folds back under itself to fit larger items under. We had some issues getting the fridge set up, but I think it was the installer, not the fridge. The water dispencer was leaking very slowly. We checked the level on the fridge and got it level and the leaking stopped. Love the 4 different ice types that this comes with. The ice dispencer on the door likes to make a little bit of a mess when you do the crushed ice, but I haven't seen another that doesn't, so I'm not going to mark it down for that. The freezer came to temperature very quickly, the fridge was a little slower, but it did a good job also. It started making ice as soon as it came to temperature, and it's been kicking it out since. The ice is clear and tastes good. The filter is one of the best I've had. The water tastes great! The doors hold a lot more things than my old fridge did also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung refrigerator has plenty of room and offers excellent storage capacity, which is a big bonus for larger household. The layout is spacious and makes it easy to organize groceries and large items. I like that the ice chest doesn't take up too much space and the pull out freezer drawers have plenty of space. But there are a couple of small drawbacks. At first, the water dispenser kept dripping a few drops after use, but this went away a few days after installation. Also, the fridge door does not auto-close, so you have to make sure it is fully pushed shut to ensure a tight seal. It does seal when the door is slightly pushed, but I'm just afriad not fully. The panel was easy to control, and I can use it without external phone app or AI connections which I like the option of having. Overall, it is a great refrigerator with ample space and strong features, and those minor issues are manageable once you get used to it. I’d give it 4 stars for its capacity and design.

Installation was easy, and pairing it with my phone through Samsung's "Smart Things" app was a breeze. Now I can controll my fridge settings through the app, and get notifications if there are any issues. There is plenty of space inside, and many drawers/compartments to keep things organized. However, two things that I noticed right away about this new fridge compared to my old fridge were that my old fridge had more bulbs/light inside, and the new fridge doesnt have humidity control slides on the drawers. Another things that could have been improved is the trough area under the water dispenser is very shallow....there is hardly and space to catch accidental overflow. Other than that, the water dispenser and ice dispenser are an improvement over my old fridge. The water doesn't come out as forcefully on this fridge, and the ice dispenser is definitely quieter. The freezer compartment is plenty big, and also has organizational utility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently added this refrigerator to our kitchen and I have been happy with its performance so far. From the outside, the look is great as it is counter-depth and the flat front makes it look almost like another cabinet, although in stainless steel. The door has a water and ice dispenser that works great and is super convenient. The doors are easy to open even with cabinets to both sides. The bottom drawer has a handle on the inner topside of the drawer that easily opens it. It pulls out smoothly and has plenty of space in the lower portion. The upper drawer has two bins for different ice types that take up half of that drawer but are worth the sacrifice. Inside the refrigerator there is about as much storage as you could ask for in a counter-depth refrigerator with a door water and ice dispenser. Connecting the refrigerator to my SmartThings account was easy, as was setting it up from there. You can monitor water filter life, inside temperatures and get notifications if the door is left open too long.

It has a sleek design with so much capacity. I couldn't believe that Samsung designed such a remarkable refrigerator. You can get lost in there. Easily it can fit 3 months worth of groceries. One thing that I am in love with is the SmartThings App feature. You can regulate your refrigerator from your phone. You are in control, also I am able to see all my appliances through one app which is so great. I can control the temperature remotely. I can see what's in my refrigerator. I like that I get a message if my daughter leaves the refrigerator open for too long and that I don't see her hand prints on my refrigerator. No other brand is like that. The freezer is really powerful, you can refreeze frozen ice-cream in seconds. My daughters loves ice-cream and always leaves it outside, but now it's not a problem anymore. What else can I say but simply a great investment and I am one very happy Mom.

My toddlers enjoying filling their own cups with water front the front dispenser and ice from the tray in the freezer. It is also really fun for them to have the small hidden shelves in the door of the fridge. That is where we keep some treats for them. We also enjoy having cold filtered water and we love that the shelf can slide back to get us room to store both pitchers and still have plenty of room behind and above. I feel like I have tons of food in the freezer but it never looks full, it’s amazing! The space is designed really well and is versatile for many different uses. The produce drawers open and close very smooth and easily. I especially enjoy the full sized drawer at the bottom for meats and cheeses. The lighting inside is bright and makes it easy to see things. The doors of the fridge and freezer drawer close easily and securely. I don’t have to tap the door closed like my mom’s old fridge. :) We are very satisfied and it works great for our family.

Love the room of the fridge plenty of space for everything.. Refrigerator runs very quietly with a modern flat-front design with recessed handle and drawer handles. Cooling is great on the fridge one of the best cooling fridge that I have owned. The external water and ice dispenser provides easy access to chilled water and ice very convient for the kids. The way that the refrigerator cools, everything stays crisp in the veggie and fruit drawers, and I love the deli drawer for the meats and cheeses, The SmartThings app connectivity, what a great way to keep a close eye on the fridge and also adjust settings of the fridge thru the app a wonderful piece of mind. I truly recommend this fridge only problem is its a fingerprint magnet but other than that this is one magnificent marvel from Samsung the hit it out of the park with this Appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this new fridge! It is so bright with the LED lights and the clear glass shelves make it so easy to see everything! I also love the Smart Hub feature as I get to put photos of our family on (very easily with the Smart Things app), create grocery lists, create expiration lists, and put little reminders on the fridge for our entire family. This has been one of the coolest features that I never thought I needed. I am also very impressed with the different ice features, especially the Ice Bites, they remind me of getting a drink at my local gas station and I prefer that ice over any other. The capacity of this refrigerator truly is "Mega" as I have more room with all of the drawers and ample shelf space to put whatever we want in there. I have only needed to use the Power Freeze feature once as the freezer makes plenty of ice, but I did need it for a family event and it did not disappoint. We never ran out and it made it very convenient to be prepared for the family! I would highly recommend this refrigerator to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed after having the refrigerator installed was how big it was inside; even with a water and ice dispenser in the door. The shelves in the doors are fairly deep and can hold quite a bit. The shelves and drawers inside are sturdy and easy to clean. The freezer is deep and has a lot of room despite the large double bin for the two types of ice it produces. The freezer has cubed ice and ice bites (my daughter's favorite) while the door produces curved and crushed ice. The initial setup with the SmartThings app was really easy and the app identified the new appliance before being prompted. With the app I can monitor when the filter needs to be changed and the internal temperature as well as get alerts. The only negative I have to say about it thus far is that if you don't use the ice in the door for a while it gets stuck together in the bin so when cuved ice is selected it grinds it free and makes a bit of a mess. To remedy this I just had to open the storage bin and manually break the ice apart. Not a big deal but something to think about.
