Slide-in Shelf

Store large and bulky items much more efficiently and reduce wasted space. The Slide-in Shelf is half the width of the fridge and can slide back to create more room between the other shelves to store tall bottles, large containers and big items, like a multi-tiered cake or a tower cooker.

I would like to share my experience with Samsung Canada. I bought a fridage from retail store in July with extended warranty. The firdage has issues from day one. Samsung diceded to recall the fridage and refund for the unit only. They don't cover the extended warranty. The retail store won't refund the extended warranty since they don't have the unit back. Samsung expect the retail store to refund me without having the unit. Now I have lost $250. I won't recommend Samsung to anyone

I bought this fridge about 8 months ago and love it, it has many great features, and I love the Family Hub, I just wish it was easier to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime on it, but over all I am very happy with the fridge, I would recommend it, it has ample space, it's worth the buy.

If there's less than one star I'm going to choose. We bought this fridge last November from leons samsung and after two weeks it stopped working, and all our food had been spoiled. We had to bought a small fridge while we were waiting the maintenance to come, after he came he told us the fridge is defective, and it should be replaced. We wait more than one month to replace it, but unfortunately even the second one did not work at all from the day one, the maintenance man came again and he said the problem from the manufacturer itself Even, we had so bad experience with the service and maintenance. The man who came to repair the fridge at the second time told us he could fix the fridge, but the fridge still didn't work, and each time we tried to call him he didn't answer. We called the branch a lot lot of times and all what they did just postponed us. Finally, after 5 months and tens of calling they accepted to return this carbage and refund us. I will not buy anything from Samsung again and especially from leons. Very disappointed

This fridge started giving issues just in a year. All my appliances, TVs and soundbars are from Samsung and Samsung Canada didnt extend any goodwill warranty because it was just out of warranty by a month. Multiple errors shown on the family hub diagnosis. Samsung appliances are not reliable and starting to have issues in 1 year is unreal especially if you're paying so much money for these appliances.
