Returned 85” QN90B for this 85” QN85C based on in-store floor model performance of 75”. I give this a 2 stars since it is an improvement from the QN90B, but the 85” screen reflection from room lighting is far worse than the 75”, and from my older Q60. More pixels does not offset bad room light reflection that not only reflects the light, but projects rainbow spectrum streams/smears across the screen (see pics, ref Ticket# 5131915968)

No geral a imagem da tv é boa, mas infelizmente a minha veio com vazamento de luz na parte inferior do painel. Pelo que tenho acompanhado em fóruns e comentários é um problema frequente nessas tvs. Acho um absurdo, pois pelo valor que pagamos esperamos receber um produto em perfeitas condições. Enfim, tô com receio de solicitar a troca, pois não há garantia de que vou receber uma sem esse tipo de defeito, pelo que vi, ainda pode ser pior o vazamento, sem contar o efeito "blooming". O modelo adquirido foi o de 55 polegadas e já chegou com o defeito. Foi entregue há duas semanas. Tentei anexar fotos, mas não consegui. Gostaria que a samsung se manifestasse.

Faça o teste de imagem para entender se trata-se de uma característica ou defeito: Vá em Menu > Configurações > suporte > auto diagnostico teste de imagem, modelos acima de 2019 o caminho será Configurações > Suporte > Cuidado com o dispositivo > Auto diagnóstico > Teste de imagem. Se apenas aparecer manchas brancas em imagens escuras é uma característica do vazamento de backlight que é a forma de iluminação do painel, em ambientes escuros pode apresentar um pouco o vazamento de luz, mas é uma característica, não influência na utilização e não vai aumentar com o tempo. Não é um defeito. Se não interferir na imagem e não aparecer no teste de imagem, trata-se de características. Enviei um e-mail agora para você com mais detalhes. As a family that truly enjoys watching movies and tv shows we are thrilled to be doing so with this beauty. The tv is extremely thin which looks wonderful when hung up on the wall the way we have it. Let’s talk about the remote control, wow how technology has changed! The remote offers the ease of playing the most important platforms with the touch of one button. Additionally no more worries about batteries running out as the new remote included with the tv does not operate on batteries. Extremamente INSATISFEITO! Comprei uma TV modelo QN55Q80B (modelo considerado Premium, com Dolby Atmos, 120hz etc) em 13 dezembro de 2022 e apresentou defeito uma semana após o término da garantia (21 de dezembro de 2023) Uma linha de PIXELS queimou. Um produto entre os mais caros da marca apresentar defeito em tão pouco tempo. Decepcionado. Samsung não tem mais credibilidade.

Comprei este produto porém ainstalação foi após 7 dias da compra( prazo de troca pela loja). Não é possível verificar que a tela estava trincada ( não existe nenhum risco na tela.. o problema é interno) Ao tentar instalar apareceu o problema. Em contato com a SAMSUNG, assistência autorizada informou que para consertar o problema seriam R$ 11.800,00. Preço de um televisor novo. Tenho na minha residência uma TV de 75" que nunca foi usada e a solução é jogar no lixo. Informação do técnico.. se estivesse adquirido garantia estendida este problema também não seria na garantia. Clientes que pretendem adquirir uma TV de 75" devem levar em conta este tipo de atendimento. Tenho muitos equipamentos em casa da marca SAMSUNG e a TV em questão vou ter que jogar fora.

Me considero CHOCADO com a SamSung, tenho uma TV Neo QLED modelo QN55QN85AA, comprada em 19/07/2022, pelo valor de R$ 4.905,90, portanto há 1 ano e 8 meses, quando nesta data apareceu uma linha na vertical na tela. Entrei em contato com o suporte via chat do WhatsApp, onde fui muito bem atendido, fiz os procedimentos solicitados mas o problema persistiu. A atendente me informou que iria passar o meu caso para a assistência técnica para marcar uma visita, o que ocorreu, me enviaram um WhatsApp informando o seguinte "Lembramos que o técnico leva mais de uma peça por precaução, sendo que a peça efetivamente utilizada no reparo só poderá ser identificada após uma análise detalhada. Orçamento [Painel] R$ 9.381,00" Isso me deixou chocado, pois esse valor é quase o dobro do preço que paguei na minha tv, sendo que o valor atual no site da Samsung para o modelo 2023 é de R$ 5.651,55, com o valor pedido nesse orçamento eu compro um TV nova de maior pol e ainda me sobra dinheiro. Vocês acham que isso é coerente? Na minha visão a SamSung poderia ser mais transparente com os seus clientes deixando claro que após o termino da garantia, a possível troca do display da TV é inviável sobre o ponto de vista do custo das peças, sendo indicada a sua substituição por uma nova TV.

Desde el primer momento la tv se ve grandiosa y enorme, mi salón no es muy grande y tenía mis dudas de que fuera demasiado grande 75”, pero no me arrepiento para nada. Tengo el cine en casa y me encanta. Pros: - Los contenidos de Disney+, Prime, HBO Max, Netflix que están en UHD 4K y HDR se ven increíbles, es una pasada. - Profundidad de negros muy buena, me a sorprendido. Se acerca a los Oled. - Buen sonido. - El diseño es sencillo y elegante, mi salón parece un cine. - El SO muy fluido y sencillo, te acostumbras enseguida. - El mando muy sencillo y práctico, funciona de lujo. Contras: - Los canales de tdt en HD se ven bastante bien, pero es mejorable y los que no son ni HD, pues mejor ni verlos…pero bueno esto pasa en cualquier tv, incluso en las más caras. Muy satisfecho con la compra.

The sound quality is excellent and does not require any other technology for enhancement. The display, especially when watching sports or fast motion picture, is incredibly detailed in color and contrast. The App interface is user-friendly and the menu options easy to maneuver. My wife and I are completely enamored with the quality of the image and overall performance of this TV. In addition, the solar-cell remote is a perfect compliment to manage the TV. No longer sorry about batteries with this ultra sleek and compact remote! The quality and practicality of this TV will be hard to match for other TVs in its class.

No sé si será una TV devuelta por otro cliente o si se trata de un problema de fábrica, pero la parte en la que se colocan las conexiones está levantando y no deja conectar bien los distintos cables (HDMI, USB,...)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this TV however there are a few issues that I wish Samsung would address. 1. Allow the user to install apps from unknown sources. I have several apps with a paid subscription that I cannot install due to not being available via Samsung app store. There is no way to install apps via USB flash drive. This is a huge issue for me. 2. When I change from one app to the other the TV will have no sound until I go into settings and changes the output source to the same one it was already on even though it worked perfectly before the app change. This is VERY annoying! If these issues were resolved I would change my rating to 5 stars.

Excelente televisor, muy buena calidad de imagen y sonido, cumple todas las expectativas de la marca Samsung. Compra muy recomendable. Compré la TV de 75'. Viene muy bien embalada, de forma muy segura y con instrucciones claras para evitar cualquier daño durante el transporte y la instalación. La calidad de imagen es brutal, se distinguen todos los colores de forma clara, incluso en tonos de negros y grises. Sistema operativo ágil y fácil de usar. Por último, en mi salón que es muy luminoso se nota claramente el anti reflejos, especialmente en películas o imágenes oscuras.

RESUMO: problema intermitente em TV SAMSUNG de 65" Neo QLED adquirida em agosto/23. Ela para de funcionar repentinamente e de forma intermitente. Descaso do atendimento da SAMSUNG e da assistência técnica. TV parou de funcionar depois de 2 meses de uso. Problema intermitente, vai e volta. A assistência técnica (B2X Care Serviço) já esteve duas vezes em casa. Na última, levou a TV para laboratório após testemunhar o problema. Em laboratório confirmaram o problema e disseram que iriam trocar uma placa. Já faz um mês e não tenho minha TV reparada e devolvida. Já abri reclamação no PROCON e no RECLAME AQUI. Extremamente frustrado com o descaso.

After those it's all flat panels from a bunch of different brands but for price and solid value on quality items it's Samsung for me... I'm not very brand conscious but there are a few and Samsung is already at the top of the list and I'll possibly buy their next generation if and when I might want it and can afford it... Not the world's finest but very very good because I've never had a technical issue or warranty problem: pretty good after 60 years or so, right?

This TV is the same size, but it’s newer and a higher quality model. It’s truly amazing! There’s shows that we watch regularly and on the new TV, we’re able to notice background items clearly that we do not notice in the older TV. The speakers are also MUCH better than the older set! We’re so glad that we’ve stayed with your higher quality products through the years. Faça o teste de imagem para entender se trata-se de uma caracteristica ou defeito: Vá em Menu > Configurações > suporte > auto diagnostico teste de imagem, modelos acima de 2019 o caminho será Configurações > Suporte > Cuidado com o dispositivo > Auto diagnóstico > Teste de imagem. Se apenas aparecer manchas brancas em imagens escuras é uma características do vazamento de backlight que é a forma de iluminação do painel, em ambientes escuros pode apresentar um pouco o vazamento de luz, mas é uma característica, não influência na utilização e não vai aumentar com o tempo. Não é um defeito Se não interferir na imagem e não aparecer no teste de imagem trata-se de características Aproveitando, vimos que tem uma ordem de serviço aberta conosco e passei mais detalhes através do e-mail que te enviei, dá uma olhadinha lá, tá bom? Purchased this TV 3 months ago (July 2024-Oct. 2024) after my last samsung tv died after less than 3 years. I had hoped my last tv was an outlier. I was wrong. This new tv already has a burned in image! A tv that isn't supposed to let that happen. A TV program was watched for less than an hour before the afterimage stuck. Not some static picture. Different scenes and Commercials, etc. I drove 6 hours to buy this tv because my local store didn't have one and spent more $$$$ than usual on a tv because I was expecting to own it for 5-10 years. Didn't get 5 months. We even have Samsung phones...Looks like it's time to make a change.

Definitely worth spending a little bit more and buy the quality stuff that you won’t regret to have for years! I originally had a 75 inch but upgraded to 85! I love watching movies on it and I have my friends and coworkers wanting to come over to my house to watch movies and games! This TV also has great responsiveness for gaming as well! I had one small issue with my previous Q80 75inch TV’s screen but it was covered under warranty and really a painless process! Samsung’s customer service was great and I will be their customer for many years to come!

Apesar de ter lido muitas avaliações negativas, resolvi experimentar mesmo assim. Comprei o combo TV + Soundbar. Mas minha decepção começou já no primeiro filme: vazemtos de luz na parte inferior da TV, muitos vazamentos e enormes! (veja imagem anexa) A maneira como entregaram também foi decepcionante, pois meu produto teve que percorrer mais de 500Km pra chegar na minha casa e eu estou a apenas 150Km do centro de distribuição. A soudbar foi entregue em separado, por uma pessoa de pickup Corsa e a caixa veio espremida no vão do banco. (Eu não acreditei qdo vi, rsrs). A TV ficou parada na unidade da trasportadora afiliada VEX por 4 dias! Tive que me estressar ligando na VEX e implorando para entregarem logo a TV pois não fazia sentido ela ficar 4 dias parada! Com muito custo entregaram. Outro ponto foi o controle remoto que chegou com 77% de carga, botei no sol por 30min pra carregar e nada, continuou com os 77%! Quebrado né, não funcionou também. É real, os problemas aqui relatados somam com as outras dezenas que vocês leem aí. Nunca mais!

Vengo de una QE85Q70B es decir, el modelo bajo de los QLED con iluminacion edge led y muy contento con el cambio a una Neo QLED con miniled, adiós al efecto blooming, negros prácticamente negros y si no eres fan del OLED, esta es tu tele relación calidad precio. El sonido comparado con la q70b no hay color, mucha más profundidad. Es muy luminosa y el color es excepcional, realista dentro de la saturacion de color Samsung. Aconsejo su compra, merece la pena gastarse un poco más por este modelo que Samsung ha cuidado mucho más

Buenos colores y contraste, buenos ángulos de vision, buen audio y sin duda impone en tamaño. un literal cine en casa. En cuanto a jugar en este televisor, todos los que he probado hasta ahora funcionan muy fluidos y el unico genero que diría que se resiste son los juegos de lucha que requieren una respuesta prácticamente instantánea. Aviso que si te molesta que los subtítulos se vean como desvanecidos este televisor no es para ti. ya que esto es por las "dimming zones" que no iluminan del todo la zona del subtitulo y la intensidad no es la misma en todo el texto. esto se nota mucho en escenas oscuras. aunque si no usas subtítulos, esto casi nunca lo percibirás.

It's bright, easy to set up, and contrast is good. Colors are vibrant and there's enough adjustability in settings to tweak the brigtness and contrast to your preference. Cons: reflective screen shows clearly lights and windows/doors and bright light sources easily compared to the 90 series variant (use a tiltable wall mount to minimize this issue). Dolby Atmos sound settings I can't get to work paired with a high end Samsung sound bar that has Dolby Atmos. The solar powered remote works but buttons are limited and I wish it was a little larger (small remote).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 55” Class QN85C Neo QLED 4K Smart TV is the first QLED TV I have owned and must admit I am highly impressed! The picture quality on this TV is absolutely phenomenal, and even the audio is superb. I really like the 55” size TV for my living room, it fits perfectly and the picture quality is so clear, detailed and vibrant. The graphics, color, and contrast are all on point as well! The remote control is another impressive addition to this TV as it’s a SolarCell Remote that features a solar panel for charging and a built in microphone to use with your voice assistant. And as you can see, this is another Spongey approved product! This is our favorite TV yet :).

Más que satisfecho con este TV. Con PS5 y SeriesX aprovecho siempre que está la opción los 120hz del TV y el VRR. Así puedo jugar en modo calidad a un framerate de 40 o 50 en lugar de 30, más suave y más estable, e incluso jugar a 120 fps en los juegos compatibles. Para cine también de lujo, muy buenos negros, un brillo espectacular tanto en sdr como en HDR y un contraste excelente. Muy contento con la impresionante pantalla de 75. El formato miniled ofrece una calidad realmente top, obviamente por debajo de un OLED, pero sin duda merece la pena, aprovechando especialmente las características de PS5 y SeriesX.

Comprei a TV QN85 em 2022 e ela durou apenas 1 ano e meio. Esses TVs Samsung tem apresentado diversos problemas de vício oculto aparecendo listras na tela e a TV entrando em Looping reiniciando em modo de segurança. Tal defeito se deve à queima da tela. Ou seja, Samsung vende TVs com tela descartável e cobra o dobro do valor da TV para arrumar. Obsolescência programada e otimizada via inteligência artificial. Estava montando meu setup Samsung com TV, fone, Relógio e celular e vou ter que abortar a missão.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big fan of Samsung products and have own quite a few. Setup... Out the box this was easy to setup and was was watching TV within 10 mins. Having owned previous models of Samsung TVs it somehow knew the settings from my TV once I had logged in, then from there it set everything up from my phone and tuned in my Freesat channels in no time. This also synced up with my soundbar automatically. Usage This is a lot faster than previous models as the menu screen loads almost immediately from hitting the power button. Apps The TV comes preloaded with all the usual apps like Netflix/Amazon/Disney etc and has loads of additional ones you can load like Plex for streaming from your home PC/media centre. I was also surprised that this had Xbox and Geforce gaming build in and the TV will connect to a Xbox controller so you can game online.

Empecé mirando TVs más pequeñas porque era el hueco que tenía de la mía, pero finalmente me decidí por la QN85C de 65" y no me arrepiento. Estaba entre una QLED y esta NeoQLED pero al final viendo las dos juntas, me decanté por esta. Lo cierto es que se ve de lujo y queda perfecta en el salón. Todavía estoy haciéndome a ella, pero por el momento sobre la propia TV la opinión es buena. Un consejo que sí daría a quien quisiera comprar, esta u otra TV, es que vigile con la entrada de video que tendrá ya que de nada sirve comprarte una TV 4k u 8k si luego la entrada de video la haces con un deco que sólo emite a 1080 por ejemplo... Al revés, se verá peor porque se escalará la imagen.

The HD is truly high definition, and the colours and pixels are fantastic and super clear, you feel like you are fully immersed. The TV is ultra-thin so does not take up much space and comes with 2 remote controls. The 1st remote; the larger one is operated by batteries and has pre-set buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, Samsung TV Plus and Disney+. The 2nd smaller remote has very few buttons so is minimalist but also has the same 4 pre-set buttons. This remote is charged via USB or via the Solar Cell on the back which just needs to be exposed to light to extend the battery. It was easy to set up the TV and to connect to all the different apps. I am very impressed with this TV, my last TV was Samsung, but this has exceeded my expectations due to the superior quality viewing which has made my TV viewing more pleasurable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung is a great TV. It’s very easy to use and has a great picture when you’re looking at sporting events and movies. The only thing that I have issues with is when the picture is shot in a dark environment it’s very hard to see dimensionsAnd characters. That is the only thing that is disappointing you can’t really tell what’s on the screen if it’s a dark movie. I also enjoy how easy it is to stream on the different apps that’s on the television. It’s a very seamless process. This is my fourth Samsung TV. Currently I have four of them in the home. I am very satisfied with the product and brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the picture and sharpness of the tv. It’s great for sports, movies, and everyday use. The remote is a weak spot and somewhat difficult to use. For example, there is not a button to select input and you have to keypress several times to get to inputs. Also there is a reflection issue when any light is reflected on the screen from behind, see picture. The viewing angle is very good and I don’t have any loss of picture when viewed at a 45 degree angle. One final observation is that if you are going to mount the tv on a vertical support, the base cannot be used and therefore you can’t place a soundbar directly below as advertised, or use the wire organizer on the base.

Olá, estou a 1 semana tentando me acostumar com a tv 55QN85C e confesso que não estou satisfeito. A tv só é boa para conteudos 4K. Para alguns conteudos não 4K falta brilho e definição com imagem opaca e sem definição nas imagens rápidas como na F1. É extremamente desagradável em ambientes claros com muito reflexo do ambiente. Não consigo encontratr justificativas do alto custo dessa tv mini led para o que entrega de imagem. Comprei no site da Samsung confiando nas especificações, mas me arrependi.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with a QLED television and I'm a very impressed. First off the TV is only about an inch thick and weights in at a svelte 38 lbs, which is so incredible compared to tvs even a few years old. The shipping box was slightly beat up but the screen was in perfect condition. I had someone mount it for me as I was worried I'd damage it. Once powered on the TV was extremely easy to ste up as it did almost all the work for you and having 4 hdmi ports it was smart enough to figure out what was plugged into it. Spectrum claims it supports Samsung tvs but the connection between the cable box and the TV is tenuous at best. Picture quality is excellent but my cable box only supports 1080p so I need to upgrade to actually make the most of the televisions picture. Hence the 4 stars. I'm still trying to play with the picture settings as Samsungs settings are a little jarring to my eyes.

Comprei em novembro de 2023 a versão de 85" e ja foi necessário trocar a tela dela e ja tenho outra visita técnica agendada devido ao mesmo problema. A tv simplesmente reinicia quando inicio um jogo mais pesado no PS5, como por exemplo o GT7. Técnicos vieram e constataram mais de 50 erros na placa tcon. Realizaram a troca da tela e 1 semana depois o mesmo problema voltou a acontecer. Antes que alguém diga que o problema possa ser no PS5, em minha tv OLED da concorrente ele funciona perfeitamente, sem nenhum reboot da tv.

La verdad que no me esperaba el Gran Televisor que he comprado. Brutal la imagen , super realista, siendo una 75 pulgadas los detalles son precisos y nítidos , Brutal el sonido, los diálogos super claros y una calidad musical buenísima y potencia más que suficiente. El sistema operativo Brutal también, fluidez total y muy intuitivo . Me encanta el mando, adiós a las pilas, y comodísimo y muy fácil de utilizar con lo justo y necesario. He comprado un TV y no sé para qué sirve, imagino que debe ser para jugar a video juegos , porque para ver la tele sería necesario una visión bastante más próxima a la realidad. Colores saturados, brillo excesivo, sin sombras, sin luces. En resumen algo más propio de ciertos dibujos animados o comics. A través de Youtube descubrí que el manual de instrucciones está "dentro" del televisor, ¡ increíble ! Después de muchos chascos he conseguido verlo sin gafas de sol. No culpo a Samsung, fue mi elección, todos cometemos errores,! pero de haberlo sabido no lo hubiera querido ni gratis

The TV has great pictures in the daytime and nighttime. When I was considering a new TV, I had to make sure that picture quality was top tier, due to the amount of lighting in my living room. After reading reviews and researching, I knew samsung couldn't let me down. I use this TV everyday for the past year for sports, movies, playing game consoles. I particular really enjoy that film maker mode which enhances the movie effect and can not forget about the game mode it has for game consoles which is an outstanding feature. Overall I am satisfied with the TV, I suggest purchasing this particular model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Twelve months into living with this set I have found settings that make it watchable at night. The attempt to make a brighter led TV has been overdone for older viewers using the TV at night. I bought it because with floor to ceiling glass walls on 3 sides, the room is bright in daytime but at night it's not possible to reduce the TV's brightness enough to stop feeling 'assaulted' by the popping overall brightness. The only settings that work to reduce brightness somewhat are Filmmaker or Movie modes. However, picture quality when brightness is reduced is good. Note though, that viewing off-centre results in increasing levels of washed out colour.

D'abord les points positifs, une dalle super lumineuse et un contraste assez incroyable, je suis comblé de ce côté, la TV paraît aussi plus grande qu'elle ne l'est grâce a ces bord fin et je souligne une assez bonne qualité de fabrication. Maintenant les points négatifs, la TV est gâchée par TIZEN qui est plus un panneau publicitaire plus qu'un vrai système d'exploitation, les recommandations sont mise en avant bien après nos applications, par exemple d'un côté les applications déjà installés sont dans l'onglet accueil et les cases récent et recherche populaire sont avant les applications, ensuite les applications téléchargées comme twitch par exemple est dans le samsung gaming hub, et il faut pas moins de 5 clic avec la télécommande pour y avoir accès. Pourquoi dans accueil on ne peut pas centraliser toutes les applications sur une même ligne. Aussi le samsung gaming hub qu'on ne peut pas désactiver et encore moins désinstaller. Bref une super image mais gâchée par un OS bâclé et pensé pour la publicité plus qu'autre chose. Petit detail le logo a gauche lorsqu'on monte ou baisse le son est vraiment gros et pas vraiment beau, faut revoir le design et faire quelque chose de plus discret et beau.

Not a smart TV. Any cheap android plug-in box is capable of everything that this TV can't. There are only 4 supported web cameras. And they are not the best. Skype is not supported. Glitch with selecting an audio stream and subtitles if movie is paused is not fixed for several years already. Number of unsupported apps is HUGE. All because of a gread. You have to pay samsung or your app will not be supported. I'm pretty sure ny next TV will not be a Samsung. Never again I want to deal with that overadvertised half-ready product that doesn't support basic functionalities of cheapest no-name competitors. Any other smart TV would be better.

Parecia uma boa tv, boa qualidade de imagem, som bacana, porém o sistema é um lixo, lento poluído, e que não atualiza nunca. Mas o principal fato foi que, agora com cerca de 2 anos o brilho não se ajusta mais, as configurações de cores não são aplicada, e tem uma bela mancha quadrada branca no canto inferior esquerdo da tv e mais manchas tipo vazamento de luz, um tv com tanta qualidade e tecnologia, com uma durabilidade porca.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for streaming, gaming and movies. The slim design makes it fit perfectly on my wall. The graphics when you're watching movies or sports and also playing games makes you feel like you're actually involved. I love the slim remote control because it fits perfectly in my hand and also how I can control my TV with my phone as well. The audio is crystal clear and it's not muffled like other brands are and I bet it'll sound even better once I hook my surround sound system up to it. I love the movie theater experience it gives when you're watching the latest releases, I wish it was in 3D or had 3D capabilities. Buying this TV was a great decision and it doesn't disappoint and I can't wait to explore all that it has to offer.

Hemos comprado la tv hace 1 semana, estamos encantandos, es un salto interesante incluso desde una QLED anterior, hemos pasado de una Q80R a esta y nos han sorprendidos los negros mejorados, se nota muchisimo menos blooming, el unico pero que le pongo es que la calibración de imagen es supuestamente compatible con un iphone con faceid, tengo el 15 pro y no me da la opción de calibrarla, parece mas un error de la app y es algo que pueden solucionar, afortunadamente mi mujer tenia un galaxy s23 con el que si pudimos calibrarla sin problemas.

My wife and I were ready to install a TV in our bedroom and I have to admit the picture quality is amazing. The ease of setting it up was quick and simple. It was literally plug and play. The remote is small and sleek yet it's still functional. The TV itself is thin and doesn't take up much room at all. Bright and vivid colors emerge as you power on the device. The sound on this TV is excellent and doesn't require you to connect a sound bar to it. My wife an I are extremely happy to have this TV in our bedroom and we highly recommend this television to those searching for one.

And let me tell you, the upgrade was well worth it. The colors are truly amazing and the brightness is exceptional, making the picture quality so crystal clear. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the setup process was, screw on the foot of the TV, and it was good to go. The cable management design was also impressive, keeping everything neat and tidy. The initialization process was super easy and fast. I was even able to unbox and set it all up during my lunch break at work painlessly. One of the most significant surprises for me was the speakers on the QN85C. I was blown away by how good they are, delivering high-quality sound that enveloped my room beautifully. It’s great that I can use the Q-Symphony feature paired with a soundbar for a full theatre experience but for now the built-in speakers are impressive on their own. However, what really sets this TV apart is its picture quality. The visuals are incredibly lifelike and vibrant. The Neo QLED backlighting tech enhances contrast and black levels, making dark scenes more detailed and textured. The 120Hz refresh rate makes gaming super smooth and responsive visually. Overall, the QN85C provides an immersive viewing experience with its stunning HDR picture quality and excellent sound. Whether watching movies or shows or playing video games, this TV brings everything to life. The interface is user-friendly, and the smart TV features make it easy to access favorite streaming apps. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the TV for a couple of weeks now and it truly has a WOW effect. But it probably mostly comes from 85 inch size more than anything else. The picture quality is amazing. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the TV required nearly none setting up in terms of picture as all the colours set up automatically. The Tv mode also changes automatically when a gaming console is connected, the colours on gaming mode are way more vibrant and bright. It certainly is a brilliant TV but I dare to say that unless you have a much worse quality TV directly next to it to compare, you won’t notice the difference that much. And perhaps the price point of this TV means it’s a waste of money for majority of people if you can buy the same size TV for a fraction of the price. Couple negatives from me, the TV is meant to connect to the Smart Things app that would allow you to control the TV from your phone. This doesn’t work and no matter how many times I re-downloaded the app it just fails to connect - maybe it’s a phone thing. Secondly, we have hanged the TV on the wall - we used inexpensive wall bracket from an online retailer, not Samsung branded so perhaps that’s where the issue is. Putting the Tv on the bracket was straightforward, heavy but doable. However the TV is so slim and the HDMI and USB ports are very close to the middle of the TV that once you hang it they are completely inaccessible. That’s a huge shame as I like to plug in an external drive to the TV and watch films this way but it seems that unless we buy a Tv wall bracket that protrudes more from the wall (if that’s even a thing), we will never be able to plug anything in and removing the Tv from the wall bracket is just too much hassle - especially since it weights over 40 kilograms!

Although the price was high, I am very happy with my purchase. The tv is slim and streamline and the features are amazing. There are honestly so many features and cool abilities on this TV. I love the additional Samsung Tv plus channels too, so many extra channels that I did not know I would be getting. It is perfect for gaming, watching movies, and even the artwork that can be displayed in standby mode is perfect. The colours and picture quality are stunning and it's just so easy to immerse yourself in a movie.

Compré esta Televisión si nquerer gastarme mucho pero teniendo buenas prestaciones. Tras un tiempo con ella, pienso que por que no la comré antes, se ve de maravilla y se escucha lo suficentemente bien como para no tener que poner necesariamente barras. De perfil muy fino, imágen muy nítida, colores vibrantes, los negros, tenía miedo con esto, son bastante 'negros', no notos deficiencia en esto. el sistema smart es bastante fluido, no se atasca, va muy bien. El mando a distancia, con carga solar, si le vendria bien algún boton más. hay mejores tles, pero al precio de esta obtienes muy buena calidad. La recomiento al 100%.

I love not only its size but everything that comes with it. The sound quality is great, the picture is super smooth, less bright when I need it, and adjusts by itself when my room becomes darker. I can pair all my devices in an easy-to-use smart interface with a great selection of apps. I have a pleasant experience when I'm gaming. Overall, I am super happy and satisfied with my purchase.

It is one if the best decisions I've ever made. The quality is astounding especially for gaming. The software is amazing on how it automatically picks up the gaming system you have regardless of it being Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo. Plus the apps that you can download are very varied. If you need a TV, this is a must-have without question. I love this TV!

Dudaba tanto en tamaño como en calidad con respecto a esta tele pero.... No podía estar más equivocado! Normalmente los tv de este tamaño suelen verse bastante grandes los pixeles pero en este modelo la nitidez es una pasada. Con respecto al tamaño he de decir que 75" son muchas! Debe haber bastante espacio entre sofá y tele. Además finalmente en la página de Samsung donde mejor de precio ha estado. Financiación sin intereses. En otros sitios hasta 400€ de intereses... Recomendado 100%!!

I love the fact that the provided apps allow me to stream content from my cable provider and not have to rent a box from them. Soooo much better than my Vizio that cannot do this. I love all the provided content as well (fireplace log). Installation was pretty straight forward. I love the rechargeable remote. It has 3 HDMI inputs which makes it super easy to hook a source up to it. It is the best choice for my home theater.

Esta televisión la compré por todas las características que ofrecía. La calidad de imagen es estupenda a parte de eso, el sonido era algo muy importante que yo buscaba y tal como esperaba cumplió con lo que ofrecía. El que lleve incorporado en el mando las apps es también un punto a su favor a la hora de la comodidad para entrar en ellas. Es un televisión que recomiendo, ya que tanto la calidad de imagen y el sonido es excelente, algo muy importante a la hora de comprar una televisión.

You feel like you are their in the show it's so real like picture. The sound is amazing with the Q-symphony. Also I have my cameras on the smart hub. I have a camera on my tv so that I can use my Google meet on my tv. I have my Samsung stove and dishwasher on my tv smart hub with I can control. I am still exploring and learning all the features my tv has to give. I would highly recommend this tv.

4. Tela Ultrawide é uma função suportada a partir dos modelos 2022 do Brasil da linha QLED ou superior, apenas para jogos de PC. Alguns títulos de jogos podem não suportar a função ou estar limitados ao uso desse recurso. A função Super Ultra-wide opera apenas quando conectado ao computador, devendo a resolução do jogo ser de 16:9, 21:9 ou 32:9. Os resultados podem variar de acordo com a resolução de cada jogo. O Menu de Jogos funciona quando conectado ao computador e consoles.

5. A função 'Conforto para sua visão' pode ser ligada ou desligada em Configurações. É necessária conexão com a internet.

6. *Gaming HUB - Compatível com portfólio 2022 e 2023. A Samsung se reserva no direito de a qualquer tempo e sem aviso prévio adiar ou cancelar o lançamento do Gaming Hub e/ou qualquer benefício que o compõe. Para acessar é necessário possuir uma Samsung Account e contratar pacote de internet. Eventuais custos de compra ou assinatura poderão ser cobrados pelos parceiros provedores de conteúdo e jogos. Os jogos, interfaces e Aplicativos divulgados podem variar de acordo com o país. Os desenvolvedores podem remover seus aplicativos da plataforma ou parar de dar suporte a qualquer momento. A Samsung não se responsabiliza por dados armazenados em aplicativos de terceiros, verifique os Termos e Condições de cada plataforma. 

7. Smart TV: serviços e conteúdos da Smart TV Samsung podem variar de acordo com modelo de TV e região. Os aplicativos divulgados podem não estar disponíveis em todas as Smart TVs Samsung. A plataforma Samsung Smart TV é usada pelos provedores de conteúdo para disponibilizar aplicativos. Os provedores de conteúdo podem remover aplicativos da plataforma Smart TV ou parar de dar suporte a qualquer momento. Os canais gratuitos estão disponíveis na plataforma Samsung TV Plus e TV aberta. O prazo entre o lançamento e a disponibilização de um aplicativo pode variar. A utilização de alguns aplicativos pode estar sujeita a acordos de fornecedores de serviços terceiros. Alguns recursos, aplicativos e serviços exigem consentimento para a coleta e o uso de informações pessoais e/ou acessórios vendidos separadamente. Eventuais custos de assinatura ou contratação poderão ser cobrados pelos desenvolvedores dos aplicativos. É necessária conexão com a internet. É necessária uma conta Samsung para acessar as funções smart disponíveis na TV, incluindo aplicativos como games e streaming, funcionalidade de casa inteligente entre outros. Caso opte por não realizar o login com sua conta Samsung no seu aparelho, você só poderá se conectar à TV por antena (aplicável apenas a dispositivos com sintonizadores) e à dispositivos externos, por exemplo, via HDMI. 8. Suporta determinados smartphones com sistema operacional Android e IOS. Modelos de TV a partir de 2022 Crystal UHD, QLED, Neo QLED 4K e Lifestyle (exceto The Sero) suportam até 2 telas. Modelos TVs Neo QLED 8K suportam até 4 telas. A TV The Sero suporta 3 telas. Pode haver limitação da resolução dos conteúdos divididos na tela. 

9. Equipamentos compatíveis com o aplicativo SmartThings podem variar de acordo com a região. As funcionalidades do aplicativo SmartThings podem variar de acordo com o sistema operacional do seu smartphone. Para acessar o aplicativo SmartThings é necessário baixá-lo e instalá-lo. O reconhecimento automático entre o smartphone e a TV pode variar dependendo do smartphone. Para dispositivos móveis que não suportam reconhecimento automático, é necessário abrir o aplicativo SmartThings no smartphone para começar a configuração. É necessário ter uma conta no Samsung Account para configuração rápida assim como a TV ser conectada na internet. Digital Butler: necessário que o equipamento do terceiro tenha um controle remoto sem fio que funcione por infravermelho.

10. Compatível com smartphones Samsung Galaxy sistema operacional Android 8.1 e superior. Os modelos compatíveis estão sujeitos a alterações sem aviso prévio. São necessárias a instalação e a configuração do app SmartThings para utilizar esta função. No primeiro uso, uma pré-configuração será solicitada. O dispositivo deve ser encostado suavemente na parte superior ou lateral da TV.

11. Disponível para Smart TVs Samsung a partir de 2017. Necessária conexão à internet. O conteúdo disponibilizado pode ser alterado e/ou descontinuado a qualquer tempo, sem aviso prévio.

12. Para carregar o controle remoto SolarCell utilizando energia solar, coloque-o virado para cima. Pode ser carregado em um ambiente com luzes internas acesas ou perto de uma janela para absorver a luz solar natural. Se a bateria do controle estiver descarregada, pode carregá-la com um cabo USB-C. Para verificar o nível de bateria restante do controlo remoto, consulte o menu TV (Definições > Geral > Poupança de energia > Bateria disponível do controlo remoto). O carregamento utilizando energia solar não funciona caso a bateria do SolarCell esteja totalmente descarregada. O design e a disposição dos botões do controle remoto SolarCell podem variar de acordo com a região.
