Our rigorous refurbishing program ensures that you get a like-new phone experience
with a much lower carbon footprint when compared to a new phone.
Review
We wipe your data, then inspect and test the device to decide if we can refurbish it. If not, we will dismantle it and reuse the parts.
Rebuild
Technicians with the same training as our new phone assemblers test and refurbish every component on the phone.
Test
Each phone is tested extensively to earn the "Certified Re-Newed" label. We ship devices ready for a second useful life.
Conserve
Reusing a phone saves at least 121 lbs. of CO₂ emissions,¹ equal to the CO₂ that 2 ½ trees capture in a year.²
