Smart Ventilation mode* monitors the air pollution 24 hours a day using data from the Triple Air Sensor. The LCD display indicates the air quality, if it is poor the hood will automatically start to work in Low mode and then turns off when the pollution level reduces.

I really enjoy the look of it and the functionality both on the range hood and in the app are very simple. It's a very streamlined modern look. I particularly like how easy the vents are to clean and put back in. The only critique I have is that the light for the hood only comes as a cool toned light. The rest of the lighting in my kitchen is warm and it would be nice to be able to change it to match

We’re pretty happy with its performance so far and the smart features, specially those when paired with a Samsung cooktop, are very convenient. The product did come in cosmetically damaged. There is a small chip on the white plastic molding around the bottom section (looks like glass but it’s not). It’s a shame because it’s not noticeable from all angles but it’s still there.

I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to replace my previous model that was working but since doing it later meant more holes in a wall I was renovating I decided to go for it and haven't regretted it. This thing looks great, plays nice with my other Samsung Bespoke appliances, is quiet and powerful, and works flawlessly. However, the bright white (blue) light is not attractive. My previous hood's light was always on as my nightlight, but this color temperature is too harsh on the eyes. Perhaps they should give their customers some sort of plastic film to soften the light.

Hood was easy to install and looks great with our other Bespoke appliances. Works exactly as described. The only thing I would change is ability to change the color temperature of the light. It is a cool white and I would prefer a softer temperature to go with my other lighting. Otherwise, great range hood.

Got it a day and scratches over vent extension. Instructed to remove plastic wrap before installation, and got scratches easily during installation and got more scratches during cleaning….. what’s the problem. Also the replacement part is $600, more than 1/3 of a full unit. What a rip off.

The clean white finish and modern design instantly upgraded the look of my kitchen — it feels sleek and high-end without being flashy. The LED lighting is bright but not harsh, and the overall aesthetic fits perfectly with my other Bespoke appliances. Performance-wise, it’s both quiet and powerful. Even on the higher fan settings, it barely makes a sound compared to my old hood, yet it clears out smoke and cooking odors quickly. I also love how easy it is to connect to the SmartThings app — I can control it right from my phone and even have it sync with my Samsung cooktop so it turns on automatically when I start cooking. Installation took a little patience, but the results were worth it. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for — strong performance, smart features, and a premium look that ties the kitchen together. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting a stylish, quiet, and connected range hood.
