We had our range delivered last week with much anticipation of using the air fry option only to find out it wasn't delivered. We called the delivery company and they apologized advising us that the tray would be sent by Thursday of this week, only to receive an email today saying the tray is not actually included. This to me is like purchasing your ice maker fridge and not having an ice compartment included. This needs to better communicated to your distributers cause I would have ensured one was purchased, or I would have chosen a different model. The range itself is very nice, but I would like to be able to use the features I purchased it for.

i was excited to purchase the 6.3 samsung smart6.3 cu. ft. smart wi-fi enabled convection electric range with no preheat air fry in stainless steel. you would think that the oven would come with the air fry tray and instructions on how to use the air fryer mode. most all new appliances have instructions. i search around on -line and in stores to find an air fry tray, but first is expensive and second is not available. i just found out that frigidaire is the only product that includes the air fry tray. if i would of know that beforehand. i would have probably purchased the frigidaire stove instead.

I can't believe this samsung oven doesn't come with the necessary air -fry tray to cook with. Very disappointed. My husband went to make chicken wings for the super bowl and we found out we did not have the tray for this air fry samsung oven. I bought this brand oven very excited to be able to have an air fryer included with product But can not use it without your tray. We payed a small fortune for this new oven, it really should have come with a tray. No air fry chicken wings for our Super Bowl this year, outside to the grill we go!!!!!

I don’t even concern myself with the air fryer tray accessory…I instead use the racks that are already in the oven and use a little water in a pan to catch the drippings…the racks are not hard to wash at all and clean up just fine!!! Saved myself some cash. I’m happy with the entire range but gave you three stars because the tray accessory should be included, free with purchase…I strongly believe you all should offer a rebate to those already sold or provide a free tray accessory per the aforementioned ASAP!!!

GREED. Everything these days boiis down to greed. We upgraded all our major household appliances to Samsung. For the dryer, you have to pay an extra $130 extra for the drying rack. For the oven, you have to pay extra for the air fryer basket amd a broiler pan that isn't avaioable. The do not include user manuals. You have to download them and tje print is so small, it's hard to read. I am not able to print it off for some reason, which wouod just cost more money anyways. It's sad that companies do not value their customers anymore. Customer satisfaction used to be the mission to have a good relationship with consumers, those days are gone. I expected more from Samsung, but greed got the best of them, just as most other companies. Not sure we will purchase Samsung appliances ever again.

Why wouldn't you include this in a $1,000 stove and are forcing the customers to buy it separately. It doesn't even have a tray and paper underneath to collect all the grease from cooking. Shameful.

This review is based on actual experience with the product. I ordered this and received it within a few days. Pros: no second appliance needed, stainless steel means no teflon, more capacity than a standalone air fryer. Cons: over 50% the price of a standalone pod-style air fryer. Slower and less efficient than a standalone air-fryer. Most of the tray is easy to clean but some parts are awkward to access. We probably won't use this often. Our standalone air-fryer is much faster.

I just bought my Samsung oven. No Air Fryer tray. That's ridiculous. I would have bought a different oven if I had known that. The display model on the floor did have an air fryer tray in it. That's wrong. I guess it doesn't really matter because the fan runs on every setting - bake, roast, broil or air fry - and the fan runs the SAME for all of them. I get the same results if I bake at 425 degrees or use the air fryer mode. NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL!! What a rip-off

If you are going pay extra to get a stove that has the air fryer feature, one would think the everything needed to air fry would be included. (Kind of like buying a new car without tires). Of course, they have an option to call and order a basket after the purchase. Now let's see, wait 10 days to get the stove delivered then order the air fryer basket and wait another 10 days to get it delivered before you can use the new stove - wow.

recently purchased an electric range with air fryer option and was frustrated when delivered to find the air fryer tray was not included. i did, unlike others, manage to purchase one, but it does not fit the oven so really is not a tray more like a basket. instructions or recipes should be included in manual as new feature to must, so now trial and error with using the air fryer function. disappointed

Recreantly purchased NX60A6511SG/AA which has the Air Fry function. When used the house if full of smoke and smoke alarms are going off within several minutes. Only happens with the Air Fry function, no issues with the oven. Not sure if this tray would help or if it's a defect. I've scheduled service through the store where I purchased the range however it keeps getting cancelled.

This air fry tray will help with cooking food using the air fry feature. Smoke will not be lessened by using the tray. Smoke is generated by the fats or juices drippings. Unlike a deep fat fryer, where food is submerged in hot oil, an air fryer uses convection heat. It circulates hot air to cook the food, similar to a fan oven, and relies on a chemical process known as the Maillard reaction to crisp up the exterior of food, with tasty results. It is recommended to have an air fry tray and a baking sheet or tray on the rack below the air fry tray to catch any drippings (This will help reduce splatter and smoke.) Very strange appliance. The front left burner heats fast and works great. The right front takes way longer to heat up and it takes forever for something to boil. The air fryer feature is awful. It doesn't tell you when the desired temperature is reached and without a second pan the air fryer tray makes a mess. I would not recommend and I absolutely will never purchase this brand again.

just got my new range and loved the fact that it had an air fryer built in because i have a little air fryer i use more than my microwave. but i just found out it doesn't come with the necessary basket. that's just crazy! sounds about right though. kinda like samsung and apple not including chargers in their phones anymore. they're going to squeeze every bit they can out of you.

I ordered this on a Tuesday night and received it on Friday morning. Impressive. It's very large, works well and I am glad I added it to my range. My new range has the Air Fry option but did not come with the basket, the next level up did but it also came with a bunch of features I didn't need or want and a larger price tag. For $60 extra I'm really happy with this option.

I just got my new air fryer oven, so excited t use but alas no air fry tray. After looking at what seems to be hundreds of complaints I cannot understand why you advertize it as such, and promote the air fryer functionality without a try included. Makes me think twice about what brands will included in the rest of our remodels.

Purchased oven with air fryer feature and come to find out I can't use it. Why you ask because it has no basket. Oh but you can go buy one for an added cost of course because the price you pay for the range ant high enough already. And that's only if they are available

very disappointed in the fact that the air fry tray is not included seems impossible to find anywhere! along with there were no instructions included needed to be downloaded and printed seriously not everyone can do this! will never buy another samsung appliance.

Really disappointed, I was excited to try the air fryer, but no it doesn't even come with the tray, so I have to go all around try to find something. And the oven dont come whit instructions, you have to download them. Not I was expected from Samsung

our new gas range came with a built in air fryer. i found 1 recipe for chicken breasts and they turned out great. i would appreciate it if samsung included an air fryer cookbook with the user's manual, or suggested cookbooks for oven air fryers.

i paid quite a bit for this stove. since the airfry feature is part of the stove, why wouldn't this tray be included?? if i order it today, it is going to take 2 solid months to get it. do i really need that tray to use that airfry feature?

I bought a Samsung oven because of the air fryer option. Thought this would be a great feature. Well, it did not come with the basket. It was not easy to find - it was sold out and impossible to order from local stores, online and Samsung was sold out. Not only that, it wasn't reasonably priced in my opinion - not on top of what we spent for the range. It should have just come with the stove. Frustrating. The description was not clear. So for the better part of a year we didn't have it. Finally I was able to order it. It works ok. Foods stick to it and clean up is not great - still haven't figured that part out. From what I saw online, it looks like you use parchment paper ? but then I don't see that as part of instructions. So that's confusing and not sure it would work as efficiently or if all parchment papers are safe at that temperature setting. What I also don't like is, it's not a basket that just slides in to the sides like an oven rack. So it's not as large as we would like for a family of five. I have to make the fries first, then do the chicken as a separate step. By then, the fries get cold. It would be better if it was larger? all in all, not really impressed. But to not include with the range - terrible. Also, why no manual with stove or tray?
