We bought this stove less than a year ago and within the first month it was scratching and showing wear. The cheap stove that came with our condo lasted 10yrs and had less wear showing. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the durability, I expected better from Samsung. Would not recommend.

I haven't had this stove for 2 months but already noticed a cloud/white haze on the cooktop, which according to the local technician that samsung sent out was a scratch/cosmetic defect hence not covered under warranty. On top of it, I only use it for about twice a week. I clean it as needed based on every recommendation by the manufacturer. I reached out to samsung's ECR department to air my frustration but they verified that it is not a manufacturing defect so nothing could be done. So be warned before spending your money on such an expensive appliance. The reviews saying the cooktop scratches easily are very true.

One of the main reasons we purchased this oven was to match our black stainless steel Samsung refrigerator that we already loved. So we decided to purchase this oven. We have been using it for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. Not only does it look amazing in our newly renovated kitchen, it cooks to perfection. The smart dial makes the oven look just that, smart. It makes using the oven easy and convenient. Syncing with SmartThings is a great option and allows us to know when the oven is preheated or almost done cooking just on case we step outside to play with our daughter. Overall, my wife and I couldn't be happier with the choice we made.

Right after purchasing this I realized there is a HUGE safety issue with this range. The knobs are so sensitive and I have accidentally bumped them turning them on unknowingly. I had placed something to dry over a tea towel and it was 2 seconds away from starting on fire. I actually met someone in passing whose whole house burnt down because of this stove top. I have resorted to keeping the knobs off in fear of my small children accidentally knocking them. Please be careful. Side note, ours also makes a loud humming nose that continues even after the oven is turned off. I would not purchase this again.

11 months used and the surface damaged, cracks on the Express boil side. The product still in Warranty period but Samsung response it is not under cover for any cosmetic damages. We finally found someone discussing the situation and the surface was repaired by replacing a new one on Nov 24. After 2 weeks used, the surface was cracked again

The 5 stove top spots includes a warmer section which is very useful when I need to cook additional items right away. The oven is an air fryer is amazing. With variety of options to choose from, this stove is the best yet.The wifi is excellent and connected to every product from TV to phone, and sends me a notifications when ever in use. We are satisfied and can't wait for Thanksgiving day to fully experience cooking in it. I highly recommended this stove. Thank you for giving us this opportunity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful range, I love the "Navy Blue" coloring. The edges where the range meets the countertop are perfect and make cleanup a snap. This range is fast! Plenty of heat ...NOW. Our old range took twice a long to heat, both burners and oven. I like the dials in front as it makes it much easier to reach for cleaning. We used the Air Fry feature and it did a great job so now I can get rid of our countertop air fryer. Being able to preheat the oven before I arrive home is very convenient. I only wish the lock feature worked for the burner controls as well as the oven - things get bumped and accidentally turned on. Overall, very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far so good. i have only had this range for a dew days but so far everything is looking good. the controls are very hi-tech. the led lights on the top burner knobs are very cool looking. very easy to learn how the controls work. the oven is very large or at least larger than my previous and the air fryer with tray is a very nice addition. my only negative issue so far is that the storage drawer underneath the oven is small - i have to find a place to store my bakeware that i stored in my drawer in my previous oven. but so far very happy with my purchase. Received our new electric range a few days ago from Leon and already there are scratches. We contacted Samsung support line and provided them with photos. The response that we got was the scratches are physical/cosmetic damage and not covered under manufacturer’s warranty. All we did was boiling water. Very disappointed in how fragile the glass top is!

This range has been in my house less than a week. I bought it because of the Consumer Reports rating on a similar model, and took a chance on a lower reliability rating because the performance ratings were so good. So, from our limited experience with it, I can say that it performs well. Cooktop heats up quickly and controls are responsive. Oven temperature is accurate and preheating is very fast. Air fry feature is nice and seems to work fine. Have yet to try all the features. However, I have come across some features that are less than optimal and could easily be improved to make this a 5* range. (1) The glass top scratched on the first day from just our normal use. I compare this to my previous glass top range that survived 11 years with no marks. The difference is that the previous one had a pattern applied to the surface that slightly raises the pan from the surface and protects the glass. It was ugly, but could be made better by matching the colour to the glass. This one seems to be bare glass, hence the easy scratches. (2) The stainless steel is wonderfully fingerprint "resistant", but every other surface is constantly smudged and needing constant wiping to keep it looking clean. (3) The knobs in front are very sensitive and easily activated by bumping against them or by curious little fingers. This is not a good model if you have small inquisitive children at home. (4) The lockout feature is, conceptually a good idea. The execution is less than optimal. It takes several steps to activate. and to release it just a simple 3 second press on one of the control surfaces. How difficult would it have been to use that same surface to toggle the lock feature? 3 seconds to lock, 3 seconds to release. (5) When the lock feature is activated, there is a message that pops up saying that the controls and door are locked. Not true. The door locks, and the touch-pad and central control knob are deactivated, but the surface element controls are still live. See (3) above. How about including a relay in the locking circuit that cuts power to the elements when the lock is activated? (6) Controlling remotely through the app is a bit flaky. The app monitors things nicely, but remote control needs to be activated separately, and this feature seems to time out, needing a trip to the kitchen to re-activate it. And, if you're already there, may as well set things through the buttons and knobs. Also, this was advertised as compatible with Alexa, but even though I have enabled the SmartThings skill, I cannot find out how to get Alexa to do anything with this range. I have no issues with the features and performance of this range. My rating for design was downgraded because of the issues listed above. My rating for value was downgraded because even though the range seems to perform well, daily reminders of the shortfalls make me unhappy. If any friend asked about this range when shopping, I would certainly talk about the good things, but could not, with a clear conscience, recommend a purchase, given the items listed above.

Our favorite feature is the air fryer, we had a small one before, but with 6 people in our family it has been so great to be able to use it on a larger scale. The steam clean feature is also great, and has been very useful in keeping the interior looking good. Some other favorite features include the temperature probe, ability to lock the control panel, and that the knobs light up when in use. A few downsides are that others have noted, the knobs can be difficult to read, and the cooktop seems to get dirty a lot easier than other flat top ranges we have had in the past. But all in all, this is a beautiful appliance that works wonderfully.

The only problem I had was we placed tin foil in the bottom, just add my Mama, her mama, and so on... had done. My bad! BUT if Samsung had included in their owners manual not to do that because of the mess it would make, I wouldn't have done it & not have stuck on pieces of foil in my oven. This is the only reason it's not 5 stars. I am happy with this stove & hope to use it for the rest of my life. Plus the gorgeous black stainless is perfect in my red, white, gray & black kitchen!

I bought the bespoke electric range just over a year ago, 8/22. Looks amazing but our electric range caught on fire. Inspector came, and notice no integrity issue from our end. No explanation of how it could occur. Inspector was in shock himself. Personally, due to my situation, I would beware when purchasing this range. They will not replace range, only change damage parts. Im still waiting for Samsung to repair damage parts. (Going on my second month waiting for repair). Samsung have been downplaying the situation. If it wasn't for the quick reaction of my wife, fire could of spread to our kitchen. Be ready to do a lot holding on the phone if you need to reached them to.

Beside it being very beautiful, it has wifi, the heating settings are versatile and works well with all sizes of pans you cook in. It also has a warmer section on the stove. I have linked it to my phone where it shows me which part of the stove is on. The oven is an air fryer and it comes with a basket for it. What was also amazing was the thermometer that you plug into the oven and the temperature of your dish is displayed on the screen of the stove.Voice control with bixby is very easy and simple to use .well response and connection. Fingerprint resistance is great. Love the knobs function. It has a smooth touch and movement. Amazing, amazing stove.

Just did my first batch of banana chips and they turned out amazing. The air fryer mode gets used several times a week from chicken nuggets from the kids to chicken breast and pork chops. The kids also love the pizza with the convection mode. Only negatives I would say is the cleaning the glass top has to be done after every cook and the air fryer tray isn’t the easiest to clean and it can cut you if you’re not careful. We used a stove top sponge to lightly go over it but other than that we love it.

Very slick and elegant with its stainless steel frame. However, the best part has been all its features. The oven reaches the set temperature fast. The thermometer that hooks to the oven is a big plus for our meats. We actually enjoyed the wifi feature since we can sit down to watch a show and get a text when the food is ready. I cannot wait to play with all the other features. To start I want to try the bread proofing option. The air fryer works very well with fríes and tater tots. This has been an absolutely amazing addition to our appliances.

Do not buy! The design of this range is dangerous! I've had 3 near house burning events in the last 2 years due to how easy it is to turn the burners on with incidental contact to the front knobs. The knobs do not have a strong enough push to turn action. I figured there was nothing I could do except warn everyone in the household to be extra careful, then I got the recall notice and realized I was not alone. However, instead of actually resolving the issue or replacing the range, Samsung is offering free plastic knob covers. They look horrible and cheap on my expensive range, and I don't expect them to have any longevity. This is my first Samsung appliance order and likely my last.

The air frying feature is one of my favorites (even though we have an air fryer). Most times I find myself air frying things in the oven, which never disappoints me at the finish! The only negative thing that I can say about this range is that the dials/buttons are way too sensitive (especially during cleaning) and the glass top is hard to clean after using it for awhile ,but that’s with any electric glass top stove. All-in-all, You won’t regret this purchase, enjoy!

i got this electric range after reading good reviews about the product and i either got unlucky or its reviews are misleading cause i ended up with the worst glass cooktop in the market; after the first use one of the burner started bubbling up, then one by one each burner got stained with burn residues that takes more to clean then to cook; called samsung and they sent out a rep just to tell me "nothing to be done, its maintenance"; so if you want your cooking experience nice and easy don't buy it; cooking functions are nice but not nice enough to overcome the cleaning part and very worn top appearance after only 2 months of use; 2 stars cause had a great finger print resistance feature.

I bought this product in Feb 2022 and last week the Glass burner cracker on us as we finished cooking. I called Samsung and they say they can't help. I called Industrial Aliance the company I bought Extended warantee from and they say they can't help. Strange anough à friend of mine who also had a Samsung stove had similar situation and no recourse on the Samsung side. This is my last purchase of any Samsung appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The temperature probe cooks items perfectly every time! No more over done meats. The keep warm and bread proofing are other fantastic features. It is hard to get that perfect temperature to proof bread and this oven does it exactly right. You may need to lower the temperature in a recipe up to 10 degrees as all the baking and roast features work very fast due to the convection fan. The stove's rapid boil works as stated, rapidly. The burners clean up nicely with glass top cleaner and non-abrasive dish scrubber for tough stains and just the scrubber and soap and water for small stains. Shine up the stovetop after cleaning with a cotton towel and water rubbing in a circular motion until dry.

the slide in range is great, but few things to note that i wish they had: - the glass top to have a long bridge for making foods on a griddle, such as pancakes. - the glass top to have a lip that would slide over the countertop to make it look more custom built-in - the placement of the serial code; it's under the controls when opening the oven door, and not very easy to read or get to when looking to register or service the product --- you have to read it upside down - i was missing a rack from my order, and waiting to get a new rack because i only got one and there is suppose to be two however, these small issues, the oven is really good. it has many good features and looks and works as stated.

i have only had it two days. samsung left out one important measurement! #1: samsun doesn't tell you what floor clearance is needed to be able to meet the std 36" cabinet height. we have electric cables coming out of the floor leading to the plug. with that, the installer had to adjust the height up almost an inch! #2 none of the pictures show ugly adjustable legs. in my opinion, they should have pushed them back a bit so you don't see them when you walk up to the stove. #3 delivery guy didn't bring a level. samsung was to include a quick basic tutorial, when we asked he said "i just do install". the anti-tilt wasn't installed, which is fine with me but i think it was suppose to be.

Oven is fast and temperature is very good. My wife bakes a log and is very happy. Have yet to use the air fryer. Looking forward to use that feature. I have seen many people complain how they can’t see temps. When you turn on the cook top. I like the way it works. The blue light is great so you know it’s on. No problem seeing the temps. The glass top is a little hard to clean but we are learning. Love the smart features. I would recommend to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the new oven looks beautiful, but that's about the only good thing i can say about it so far. the cooktop works well enough, but nothing i put in the oven cooks good. frozen pizza crust comes out like cardboard, baked bacon too. tried to cook multiple items using the air fryer feature too, still, nothing really coming out crisp. i have tried to calibrate the temperature, raising it by 15 deg, and it hasn't made a difference. also, another feature i was looking forward to using was the smart control feature, but this also disappoints. oven keeps turning off the feature independently, making it useless. i do regret the purchase, and miss my 20 yr old range w/ no extra features, but did cook things properly.

this samsung range has a contemporary and sleek look which is an upgrade to any kitchen. the stovetop and oven heat up fast. the inside of the oven is very spacious. once the oven reaches the preset temperature, the count up timer will start automatically. the air fry and dehydrate functions are definitely a plus for healthy cooking. however, like all other glass top stoves, the surface of the stove could be scratched easily. second, it would be nice if this range comes with the back guard. third, the center front control knob is a bit sensitive. you would press against it frequently during cooking or cleaning the surface of it. other than all these minor drawbacks, this has been a great range with numerous good features.

Only less than 11 months used and the fast cook burner caused the surface damaged, cracks on the Express boil side. After several phone call with Samsung, finally they sent service guy came and replaced a new one on Nov 24. After 2 weeks used, the new surface was cracked again on the same area. We called Samsung and was told this is cosmetic damage and not under the warranty. They said Samsung already provided the solution for our problem at the first place, whether the solution worked or not, it would not be Samsung's problem anymore. So ridiculous!!!!!!!

We purchased this oven after reading reviews and doing some research. When it is working, we are very happy with it. The problem is that from time to time, the broil element comes on when we are in normal bake mode. the temperature jumps from where ever it was set to 700 degrees in no time. You can imagine what this does to what ever we are cooking. We called Samsung, and they sent a technician to look at it. Problem is, this happens intermittently, and of course, it worked perfectly while he was there. The result is that despite the photos of the error codes for the jump in temperature and the videos we have of the broiler coming on while clearly on normal bake mode, Samsung refuses to do anything at this point because the technician needs to see it malfunction. When all this started, it was under warranty. they have it in their records that we called about this problem while under warranty, but they took it upon themselves to close the ticket without it being resolved. this is now almost 8 months that we have been calling to tell them it was happening again. Because we don't trust the oven, we don't use it as much as we otherwise would. With all our kids home from University for the holidays, we started using it more as the house was full. Of course this is when it decided to act up again. We called Samsung, and this was when they told us it was off warranty apparently you can't re-open a closed ticket. They offered to send the tech to look at it again, but it is now 3 weeks later and the tech is still waiting for instructions from Samsung. All we want is for them to fix what we though was a quality product.

The stove heats up very quickly and I found that my food cooked evenly when mixed with good cookware. Another great thing about the stove is that we can set up the stove on our WiFi and it will ping our phone when the timer finishes on the oven, very convenient for a busy mom like myself. One concern I have about the stove is that if you have children, the knobs easily can be pushed in and turned, ultimately turning on the stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love this new range - my old one had the tall controls in back. the problem with that was both that i had to reach over the cooking food to adjust and it looked bad with my microwave above (there was hardly any space between the two!) now it all looks nice and this black stainless and cool blue lights coordinates with my samsung fridge and microwave. all wins. but it also heats quickly, both the stove top and the oven. i like have many burner sizes to chose from. controls were easy for me to just start using. the suggestion i would make is that the burner dials are a little hard to read - especially the one that has three size options. overall, love it, glad i made this purchase!  (i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a fantastic range. it does a superb job cooking food, since the fan manages to dissipate the heat evenly throughout unit. plus the ability to connect using startthings and the google assistance (in my case), is a huge plus. installation is easy and brings a luxury appearance to your kitchen instantaneously. i paired it with a new samsung microwave as well and it looks fantastic. my only regret was not updating the range in our kitchen sooner. wife is super pleased! i was also able to get the backsplash promotion from samsung, since you can see from the picture, my backsplash only covered the standing unit that this new range replaced. for that reason, i need to state that i've received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

We purchased this Samsung range a little over 8 months ago model number N363T87118SG/AC. Unfortunately it has turned out to be the worst purchase we ever made. I am a mother of 6 who does A LOT of cooking… this range does not measure up. The oven has definite hot spots, the sides of meals almost burn while the middle cooks as expected, this happens whether you use the convect features or the traditional cooking features. This is a nightmare for baking of any kind or more specifically cooking pizzas (edges burn while parts of the middle stay raw!). Since both edges burn rotating the pan doesn’t work. The cook top is also a problem. I’ve owned a few ranges in my time and this range does not regulate the stove top temperatures properly. It’s as though there is no middle ground, pots either continue on a rolling boil or they go down so low the food stops cooking. I’ve never experienced this with any other range. Also, the first time I did a 3 hr self clean on the stove the enamel in the cavity chipped off. I went to wipe down the inside and entire pieces of enamel were on the rag, so now metallic rust is exposed on the bottom of the cavity and every time I wipe there is metallic dust on my rag. Samsung won’t cover it under the warranty claiming it is estetic and not integral to the performance of the stove. Perhaps enamel gases are not toxic but there are always tiny metal particles at the bottom of my stove and I don’t see how Samsung can guarantee that some of these tiny particles won’t end up in the food when the fan is going during the cooking process….the integrity of the cavity is definitely compromised. Will be filing a report with Health Canada as well as The Consumers Protection Bureau. If you are considering buying this range you could save yourself a lot of potential heartache by simply choosing a different range, I wish I had.

We bought this year 2023. I it different and has lots of features including air fryer. First, it you arr cleaning or leaning in front of the buttons they will turn and get start without you noticing. This means trouble because if you leave, you eill be leaving one burner on. The ovens bottom in not flat at all like the usual ones , it has a deeper square and so if you’re cooking something and some liquid comes out of the recipient it will all go to thst deeper square making the liquid burn and your whole house will be full of smoke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this new range looks amazing in black stainless. contrary to some other reviews i read, the knobs don't turn easily and it is very easy to lock all the controls along with the oven door when not in use. the cooking elements heat up fast and they glow a bright red so you can't miss that they're on. i also like that the cooktop warns you if a burner is still hot even after it has been turned off. finally, i absolutely love the convection oven and air fryer modes. having the ability to air fry built into the oven is just amazing. the only con i've seen so far is that boiling water takes a while, even on the express boil burner. however, it is already much faster than my old coil range. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

Induction cooking is a game changer--it's amazing to have water boil so quickly and have such great control over the temperature. Convection and air frying are great features as well. On top of that, the unit looks great. However, the exhaust fan is loud and it occasionally buzzes as though it were loose or badly positioned. I hope this is something that goes away on its own, but it makes me worry about the overall quality control of the product--I hope it lasts. The black stainless steel and glass cooktop has a premium look and feel. This range was a breeze to setup and add to the SmartThings app. I wanted to test the Google Assistant integration and it all worked as expected. Checking the status of the range and preheating by using my voice was awesome. I love all the features as well. Having the ability to air fry, use convection heating, and having a temperature probe are features you would expect from a commercial or professional style range. Having rapid boil and an added warming center makes cooking quick and seamless. I really love this range and suggest giving it a try.

I selected this one because the reviews were good, it had many features I wanted, and it looks stylish. At one point my utilities carrier reviewed my electrical usage to see what was causing my bill to be so high. Turned out it was my oven. Now that I have this new Samsung stove, my utility bill has gone down. When you love to bake, you tend to use your oven a lot. I've already used the self cleaning function and that was simple and easy to use. I didn't like my previous glass cooktop (which cracked & broke) so was reluctant to get another one. The Samsung cooktop is easy to clean and seems more durable. The only negative I have is that my 18 month old grandson can reach the dials and turn the stove on.

I have a gless top electric stove . Love it . The oven which i usually use convection cooks beautifully. Mine can be connected to wifi. It gets to temp quickly . It sings a little song when rehearsing reaches temp , or if you set timer. Great feature for me. I have the air fryer feature but have not used it yet. That is why I gave a 4 but I bet it works great. The only thing I have difficulty with is the temp numbers on the dials for stove top are a bit tough to see. That may be my near 60 yr old eyes though.

I have been wanting to upgrade my range for while and had been looking at stovetops with the newer burners that had rapid boiling and warming features. I use an airfryer almost daily too. So this seemed like it was going to be a fantastic purchase. I think maybe it oversold itself. Sadly, I am not in love with it. Don't get me wrong, it is a great stove/range. But, you have to keep hitting the start button in order to actually start the oven--you have to go through too many choices to be sure it is really what you want. The airfry and convection feature usually cause my smoke detector in another room to kick on. And while the burners are great, the black glass top always looks greasy no matter what we clean it with.

so when we first bought samsung 12 years ago a sales guy said they don't last and he'll see us in a year or so. that was 12 years ago and they still worked when we sold them to remodel. i love the brand! we've had great luck with every appliance we've purchased so far and i expect nothing else but greatness out of this stove. we have had the stove about a week now and it looks great and functions perfectly. it does have a nice add on piece so it fits in different slide in sizes that was nice. i do like the blue lights around the knobs to see it is on from across the room. another feature i really love is as the oven is heating up it will have the current temp inside. so if you're going for 400 degrees then it will say 300...310....330...etc. also who doesn't like the wifi features.

Cooks well and has so many different features and settings we haven't had a chance to try them all. Air fry mode with the basket works great. Only thing I will warn you off is watch out for the burner dials. They are very easy to bump and accidently turn on. There is a lock function but that only locks the oven controls. Also, when on the blue lighting looks nice but makes it kind of hard to read the setting.

I bought this oven in Oct 2022. Within 2 month the oven fan started to squeal. I called Samsung. After quite a while they finally relented and arranged for one of their service providers to contact me to look at the oven. The service provider came over a couple of weeks later, did something....the noise stopped so he packed up and went home. Oct 2024 the oven fan motor starts to squeal again. Called Samsung only to be told not their problem anymore. So basically I am convinced that my oven came with a faulty oven fan motor that managed to survive for 2 years (I use the oven approximately once a week on average, for a total of around 150 or so uses). I cannot believe that a major component that is required for the oven to operate properly has a lifespan of approximately 2 years, or in my case 150 uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure what the hype is about this stove. It points out that it's wifi capable, but doesn't really do anything. There are limited options, but I guess you wouldn't want the burner to accidently turn on. I don't like the front knobs. They get in the way of cooking and can easily be bumped changing the temp while cooking. We've even bumped the knobs turning a burner on while not cooking. The knobs are hard to read, even harder when you turn them on and the blue led glow comes on. Almost makes it impossible to read the white lettered knob setting. Clean the stove top right away or any spillage will become a burnt on mess. Don't make the mistake of air frying meat and not put a baking sheet under the basket to collect all the drippings like I did the first time I tried it (duh). Again it's just a stove.

And it constantly supplies info so the chef can time things perfectly. In addition, it is really good looking, especially the glowing knobs when turned on. While you need to concentrate to read the knob settings, you quickly get used to it. A bonus is the air fryer which does a satisfactory job although a standalone fryer is better. Warning: be careful if you connect the oven to the internet. When I asked Alexa to turn on the air fryer (for fun—I was in a nearby room!), the air fryer in our other home turned on! Good thing our daughter was there to turn it off!!! One more thing: the cooktop requires easy maintenance regularly to keep it sparkling clean. Bottom line: this Samsung oven does the job and it’s fun to use.

One of my favorites is the locking of the oven with a toddler at home this feature is a must have. My family favorite is the air fry works prefect just like I used cooking oil. The blue glow on the stovetop knobs when it is on is so pretty but it is a little bright almost can’t see what it set too. Wish it came with the lock feature also. The WiFi feature is the fun part you can control your oven by your voice when you’re busy doing other things pull up your favorite virtual assistant and they will do the rest. How cool is that!! Lastly another favorite feature is the probe when cooking in the oven love it. I will always know my meat is cook throughly. Overall I love my range almost complete with having all my appliances the same color.

pros: great range with a boatload of features. cons: the ceramic cooktop is very sensitive to cookware bottoms. when you order this range, also order weiman's glass cook top cleaner and polish kit....you'll need it. had a kitchen aid electric range for 22 + years and the cook top was bullet proof. not so with this one. also, you will need a samsung hub for the wi-fi capability. conclusion: great range but the cooktop needs a serious engineering redesign.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 Years ago I purchased a range more expensive than this new Samsung one and it had NONE of the features that this bad boy has! From the Airfyer to the Wifi Capabilities this range will do everything you want AND more. The delivery team did a great job setting up the range and helping me set it up. It was a great experience overall. Once I was able to sit down and play with the Range itself, boy was I excited to get cooking again. The Range itself made me excited to try out new recipes, as it made cooking so EASY! The layout of the options are so accessible, their isn't much to get confused with. You simple just press the button and BAM you are ready to go. This is what I like clean and easy! I would recommend this range to anyone who wants a Range that is High Tech, but still anyone can use. Bang for buck you can't beat it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far my range has been great. Measurements true to size, heats up fast,bakes like a dream. My only quips are the color and the safety. The tuscan steel looks more like a dark/ gunmetal gray in my house lighting. I don't hate it,but it's not what I expected. Also, the way the knows are set up I cannot childproof the stove knobs. This is a huge issue, especially since 1 of my toddlers already accidentally turned on the stove just by leaning on the knob.

We’ve used all the settings and have had great results with them all. The dials to control are easily accessible and we love that it’s wifi enabled so we can monitor the settings and get notifications when things are done. The range is very sleek looking and heats up amazing fast. All these features have made cooking and baking so much more enjoyable!

at first i thought the price was a bit much however whenever it comes to buying appliances i like to do an extensive amount of research before purchasing something. this was one of the top best electric ranges. it has so many features like the air fry option, convection oven and it's stainless steel plus i can even start pre-heating my bedroom from where i'm sitting. even though it's touch it's pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it :) .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my Samsung Front Control Slide-in Electric Range with Smart Dial, Air Fry with Wi-Fi for a couple days and it’s been great so far! I opted for the dark stainless version to match my other Samsung appliances and it blends seamlessly. The oven is much larger than the range that I replaced and the built-in temperature probe worked perfectly the first time I used it. Each burner heats up very quickly and keeps its temperature well. The warming burner is great feature and squeezes a 5th burner in the space that normally would house four. The Air Fry is a bonus and has worked well; it produces great food you would swear came out of a traditional fryer. I’ve just started to use the smart features and they have worked well so far. Being able to control it through the Samsung Smart Things app alongside my other appliances is cool.

think twice before ordering any samsung appliances. i understand that currently there is a huge backlog of unfulfilled orders from samsung. i purchased my oven through lowes on 12/02/20. it just got delivered today. almost five months of waiting and in a meanwhile my rebate for free backsplash expired and neither lowes or samsung wants to do anything about it. on a plus side: oven looks great. would not recommend just because of waiting.

i feel this range has a lot of good features. however, i cant believe it passed safety inspections. there isnt a way to lock the knobs. if you lean into a knob, it automatically turns on. this has happened to me without realizing it until i noticed one of the burners was red hot. im so disappointed this can happen not only for me but, my grandchildren as well. if i had known this when i purchased it, i would have made a different choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so impressed with my Samsung range oven. It's beautiful and has the prettiest lighting. The burners glow a florescent red and there are bright blue lights on the range and dials. I would not have thought it was necessary to have wifi on my range but it's super convenient to be able to connect to the cooking from a wireless device. I can get an alert even if I'm not paying attention or I'm outside. No more burning food because I went on to do something else. My favourite part of the functional capabilities is the air fry, I absolutely love that I can perfectly crisp food like I fried it without actually frying. I havn't tried the dehydration or bread proofing yet but I have not doubt that those functions will be as impressive. This is a high quality range and I'm so happy to have the opportunity to review it and enjoy it for many years.

I have been using this oven for 2 years. I love all the different cooking options (air fryer etc) My only issue is the placements of the cooktop knobs. They are frequently turned on accidentally due to their placement. We were supplied with a recall knob cover, but I would prefer them to have a different location. I have the App on my phone to alert me when the oven gets turned on, that way I can judge if a human or pet turned it on.

The oven has great functionality , connects to my phone and allows me to control it remotely. The electronic panel is modern and stylish. The dial does turn on easily and may be a problem in household with cats as pets but I enjoy how convenient it is to set cooking modes. I wish the cooktop were easier to clean but my partner always does it well so it’s ok.

The oven has a built in air fryer that is quickly becoming one of my favorite features. The design is slick and looks awesome in my updated kitchen. I am in the process of making my house a “smart” house so the Wi-FI feature adds to this. I can preset the oven from my couch or on my way home. Definitely worth the purchase.

AVOID SAMSUNG AND SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AT ALL COST!! I would rate this range a 0 if possible. The glass stove top cracked within a year of owning it and they would refuse to replace it. When we tried looking for the replacement part they said it was discontinued. Awful customer service and awful company. Now we have to buy a brand new range. I will never buy samsung again. I would recommend LG amazing products and customer service!!

I have to say that I was impressed by how quickly this range heats up and cook my food. I don't miss cooking with gas. Lots of bells and whistles and to be honest I haven't used many of them yet. I do love the app that you download to "talk" to your appliances. It's easy to clean and of course it's very stylish. I get compliments all the time.

We have accidentally turned on this stove on multiple occasions. One time it set a small fire in the kitchen. I would not recommend this appliance and I do not even want it in my house for fear that a child or my dog would turn this on unknowingly. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Do NOT RECCOMEND! Fragile, difficult to clean range. Chips easily my range looks like it's over 25 years old.I called the company and they told me what they won't do. Anything to? Make. It right it's only 4 months old!Also. Also? There's no serial number so they won't help me. And I notice that other people are making the same complaint.. Very unhappy with Samsung I would not buy any product from them ever!

This is the worst Range I have ever owned. I was happy when I received it 3 months ago, but I quickly changed my mind when I realized how easily it scratches and how hard it is to keep clean. The very first thing I did was read the manual on how to keep the glasstop looking new and shiny. I have done everything the manual says and have purchase the cleaning products they recommend, but nothing worked. The glass top looks terrible, scratched up, blotchy, just plain ugly. Also it is a danger hazard, the knobs very easily turn on even if you just lean over them. There's been a couple times already they have accidentally turned on with food on the stove causing it to burn. The oven is also difficult to use and confussing with all the settings. I am not impressed whatsoever by this stove and I do not recommend it to anybody. Safe yourself the trouble and headache, DO NOT BUY THIS!

I've been using this for almost a year and really like it. It cooks really well and looks nice. I prefer not to have controls on the back of the range for safety and convenience. Bought this in 2020 and it has caused 5 accidental fire hazards because of knobs turning on at the slightest touch! I had guest over that accidentally leaned on stove which turned on without turning knob and caught his shirt on fire Has also destroyed any type of protection for glass top I have purchased which has also destroyed burners Looking for some type of covers or some child proof fix for knobs
