I purchased this stove about two years ago from an appliance store for almost $2000. The other day I pressed the knob to start the oven however instead of popping back out like always, the knob popped right off. As the stove is 2 years old and “not purchased directly from a Samsung dealer” the Samsung chat advised they could not help and directed me to make a service call. The piece alone is 200$. I do not recommend. I had much better customer service with my old stove and regret replacing it with one that is so costly to repair. I’m so disappointed and previously told everyone how much I loved this stove.

Love our new stove! Much easier to keep clean than previous gas range. Also much hotter stove top and oven! Looks sharp! I do have a question. Where would I find the casserole pan that is in the picture with this range? It looks like it fits the space above the fifth burner perfectly!

Don't waste your money. The stove looks beautiful and works well but it's not made to last. The picture I added is after one week of light use. The paint on the burner grates comes off too easily. I was told too bad by Samsung, it's considered wear and tear even though there must be a Manufacturing defect for the paint to be coming off so easily. I had a ten year old whirlpool that didn't even look this bad.

I bought this appliance under 6 months ago and the oven stopped working already. It will not heat at all. I called the customer service line as the product is under warranty and they said they will send a technician to come look at it. This was two weeks ago. Today I called back and they asked me if the technician had come (they had no idea) and when I told them no they said they would work on getting another technician. So in short, it has been 2 weeks AND COUNTING without an oven. Terrible unreliable product and horrible customer service. STAY AWAY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this stove in october and wanted to test it out before leaving a review. when i received my stove it was missing an oriface to convert from gas to propane but a quick call to samsung and the part was on the way. customer service was great!!! now that i have had some time to get to know the stove and it's functions i am in love. i love everything about the stove. i didn't realize just how much difference a new stove could make. everything comes out of the oven perfectly cooked and my pues over the holidays were absolutely beautiful. the stove is easy to clean and is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. the air fryer is awesome as well.

Cooking times have been reduced tremendously. The added features such as having the air frier and dough proof setting, among others, are things we thought we would never use but have become very useful. We are looking forward to using the dehydration feature soon. The lighted dial is attractive and a great safety feature that reminds you if you inadvertently left a burner on especially at a low setting. The commercial range looking cooktop along with the stylish controls gets raves from guests. Just a great all-around range.

not very efficient/user friendly design. for simple tasks like setting timer/bake, takes more than 1 min to "wake up" the range when display is off before any function can be selected. bug: when "auto conversion" set to on, no longer able to set the hi/lo temp for broil. pls fix. while using a timer, the display will still turn off based on the screen timeout setting. pls fix. no option to just lock the control panel for cleaning. locking locks both screen/door. too many steps needed just to lock. smart dial laggy & sometimes needs multiple clicks to get to next function. cook timer starts when oven turns on - shld be set to start after pre-heating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love my new slide in gas range. I love the sleekness and modern clean line design. I love the safety feature that the dials light when you turn the burners on and the oven locks when not in use. I wish the burner knobs would lock also. My main complaint is the cast iron griddle needs to be oiled heavily so food will not adhere to the griddle top . The burner BTU's are a higher count than standard range so food cooks quickly and the oven is very large. I have not tried the air fry yet. The broiler is like cooking on an outside grill. Yes, there is a learning curve but that is ok like anything new. The program dial and screen is very easy to use also.

i have had this for two months and so far so good with the gas drop in range. easy to use and the smart dial is a nice feature. as to wifi, the smart control feature does not stay connected. each time you open the oven door or make an adjustment, the smart control feature sops and you can't use it. i have to remember to turn it back on each time i close the oven, pain in the butt. adapting air fryer recipes for the air fryer feature on this range is difficult as times and temperatures don't match recipes and usually takes twice as long. wish there were recipes, specific to this oven for the air fryer feature. other than that, i have really enjoyed it.

I bought this stove in Feb 2022 and the main ignitor broke after 7 months and now it breaks every month since Nov. 2022. Here’s what they told me the cause: “This issue was discussed with tech at length this repeated failure issue is due to customer misuse and care, as per the tech customer is using unit for prolonged periods with a flat pan on high which damages the ignitor repeatedly. Apparently the pan that customer is using deflects the flames back down onto burner head where ignitor is located causing it to heat up and crack so there is no solution to this other than to replace ignitor. We will not continue to repair this unit if this continues”. they won’t let me post the email I received from Samsung home depot appliance dept. They want me to not use a frying pan on the main burning or it will cause the igniter to break.

However I was very upset at the one thing no one talks about unless you've gone through it, the standard gas line height that's very common is much too high to accommodate the range. It must be moved to as close to the floor as possible. Or the Range will stick out from the wall quite a bit 3-4". So aside from them not accommodating my install that I paid for because they cannot make that modification, the install personnel were professional and helpful. The Range is very nice and works well. Well see about the reliability as the years roll on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] lots of cooking features on this range. built in meat thermometer, air fryer, dehydrator, and the griddle burner really attracted us to this product. the ability to bake for a set time or to a set food temp for the thermometer are nice features. a couple drawbacks are the pretty uselss app (i was excited to pre heat the oven before getting home, but you can’t do that on the gas model) and there is a rubber gasket between the stove top and front control panel that i foresee being hard to clean over the years. overall it is a stylish range with lots of features to advance the culinary possibilities. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received compensation for this review but the review is my own. first off, this purchase was a desire not a need. wow, such an amazing upgrade though. the double ring brass burner is nearly over powered, but amazing. the oval is functional, the others are perfect. the grates are solid, and designed well. the oven itself has a multitude of features that i will use. bread proofing, dehydrating, and convection bake are upgrades that will elimnate many other appliances lining my counters and wasting storage in cabinets. clean look, simple functions and the smart dial is easy to navigate. the gas range has met all my expectations and exceeded others.

The top cooktop on the range is hard to clean and scratches easily. You have to clean it immediately after cooking. I feel like I’m always cleaning the range top but in its defense it’s stainless . You can’t remove the knobs and there are fine particles that drop into rubber trim areas. I have to use a toothbrush. Instructions are difficult to find on line. So I still haven’t used the probe or airfry. I ran self clean once so far it cleaned ok. The burners heat are perfect. I’ve been making a lot of soups and the burners size are great.

Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with our Gas samsung oven. After 2 years of use, the oven ignighter failed and our oven no longer comes to temperature. After calling into Samsung and getting a technician to service it, we were very unsatisfied with the support or willingness to cover the defective part ($200) + cost of service charge + labour. Given that we don’t heavily use our oven, seems like poor quality that it is failing after 2 years of use. Luckily we have a Cuisnart Toaster Oven that has not failed us, which is 10 years old. I would suggest shopping around for a more reliable gas oven.

There are so many options and features to this range, we have used most of them. I am an avid baker. I bake sour dough bread 3-4 times per week. The bread proofing setting is a game changer. I can process sour dough in half the time. The air fryer is amazing, we have made a lot on the air fryer setting and everything turned out perfect. We just used the food dehydration setting this past week. We made apple chips, they were better than the expensive store bought brand! I can't say enough good things, I am so happy I bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have two complaints; the user manual is nearly worthless. no mention of the temperature probe, so i am going to be winging it on that. the instructions for connecting the range to the app are completely wrong for this model. there are no instructions for how to convert baking recipes to air fry. the griddle/grill burner is not powerful at all. it never got to the temp i prefer for hamburgers. the heat is not evenly distributed across the included griddle. you can only cook on about half of the surface. i do love the ranges. the oven heats up very quickly, bakes evenly, and the other burners do a very nice job. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

We purchased a Samsung 30 inch electric convection range in November 2022. We used the self cleaning feature for the first time and noticed that there was a crack in the glass inside the door after the self clean was finished. After a very difficult time to find out how to call Samsung. I was very disappointed to learn that this is not covered under warranty. So basically, we have to replace this ourselves at our own cost. We previously owned a whirlpool electric range and used the self cleaning function many times over 15 years. Never once was the glass cracked. I will not be recommending Samsung to any of my friends or family and I will definitely not buy another Samsung product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i'm an engineer so your toughest customer: 1) could not find critical anti-tip brackets, had to order and schedule service call. 2 turned oven to 500f, horrible smells, nothing inside, set off smoke alarm. would expect samsung to burn-in unit as part of final test. 3) super large front burner has assymetric pattern, too big on left. when turn to low burner on right is off and sputtering natural gas--not lit. needs to be replaced. 4) excited to get all working, big burner boils large pot faster than anything i have seen. small simmer burner can hold a large pot at boil for hours with zero spill-over. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own. the main thing that attracted us to this model was the illuminated knobs for safety. this to me is a must have feature with gas ranges when you have forgetful guests or guests that aren't familiar with using a gas range. with our old range, we had multiple instances of our visitors leaving the knobs turned on releasing gas but not actually igniting the flame or just taking the pot off and leaving the flame lit! no more! the only downside we've had is that the fan is a little noisy. the fan remains on until the oven cools down which can take a while when you've been cooking for an hour or two.

The illuminated knobs just gives my kitchen an exclusive look. Next, the gas burners are superb. I am a bit of a gas range snob but these burners superseded my expectations. There's just a couple things to note: I should've double checked the depth of the opening vs the depth of the range because it sticks out further than I'd want it to. Also, there's a slight bend in the bottom left corner of the pull out drawer; it's barely noticeable and I'll probably live with it. Delivery was pretty seamless and I don't think there was any damage done in the process. I'm just so glad to have a new appliance and this one checks so many boxes.

just got my new gas range. it arrived in good condition. however the instructions for converting over to propane are very hard to follow. also you don't get the same btu output with the lp orifices. the big burner with setup for natural gas is 2200 btu and with propane it is only 17500 btu would of been nice to know this before you buy the range. i spoke to one of samsung customer promotion about the backsplash promotion and i was told just to call them when i get the range and they would make sure i got the backsplash i called them today and was told that i didn't qualify for it because my purchase date was out of the date range. i guess it doesn't matter what you are told after they get your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the burner knobs feel and look like a high end unit and the led backlighting looks classy as well. the angle of front panel is perfect. the knurled dial knob looks great and feels solid. operating the front panel control is very intuitive, and setting the mode and time is very easy from the phone app. having the open middle grate flush with the rest of the cooktop allows for flexibility with various size pots and pans for the regular burners, and it gives a high quality look that doesn't appear squeezed like all the 30" ranges with a griddle only option. including the double burner on a mid-priced range makes for a great value. i did receive compensation for this review, but the review is mine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] disclaimer "i received compensation for this review but the review is my own" had the range for a week, so far looks really nice. i haven't used all features but i like the controls and the blue circle that lights up around them. also, with smartthings app you can see if your oven is on or being used. this where the oven/app needs to improve. it connects to 2.4ghz band not 5. secondly, the smart control turns off and you have to activate it from the range controls every time. also the range cannot be pushed back to the wall because of the gas supply outlet. mine has a gap at the back of about 2", not sure how to resolve the problem. obviously samsung did not consider this issue when designing the oven.

I bought this gas range on Costco. The next thing we found after our first use was the damage on the grate. Contacted customer service. We were told it's not covered by the warranty. So I think I will reconsider for all samsung products in the future.

i've been researched slide-in range for over a year and finally bought this product as i referenced all reviews on every single seller's site. this product has good & advanced features, very good function at this price range. i value the 22k btu double ring power burner and it works very well for my food. super fast boiling and it save my morning time because i have to cook lunch for my kids before i leave for work. cook top is designed for easy clean so nice to keep it clean without hard work. my husband and i really happy to have it. most wonderful range i ever had.

This stove okay if you don’t mind a constant clicking sound when using the biggest burner if you turn the setting anywhere from medium to low heat. I know this is defective and the Tech that has come 3 time admits he does not think it is working properly. Yet he close the ticket as being completely. Samsung said this is normal but can’t explain why it only happens on the main burner. The clicking is very annoying. I was also told it was something with the air line that was the cause of the clicking. I highly suggest you look for another range an another brand.

The air fryer feature allows me to cook a quick meal for the entire family in 20 minutes. The stove top itself is high quality. The burners control the gas levels perfectly, and have a nice led blue light when lit. The center burner is probably my favorite feature of the range. With the included skillet, I have made hamburgers, pancakes, bacon and eggs all right there on the stove. The oven controls are easy to use. Overall I am very happy with this range.

we have only have the range for a couple of days. really enjoy the air fry feature. we need to do some additional baking to get a better idea of consistency shelves. smart things app would not connect when searching by "range". connected when using the "supported devices" feature. very attractive. it is going to be challenging to keep the cook top clean. every little oil splatter is very visible. little disappointed in the griddle. i can only fit 4 eggs on at a time. fairly narrow. we need to adjust our gas flow on the large middle burner. currently seems under powered. touch screen and knob are finger print magnets. still need to try cooking with the heat probe. product very priced very competitively to other slide-in ranges.

The good thing I like is the dial blue lights when turned on. The knobs are metal and not made of plastic like other similar price models. The small display is good when settings the oven. The minor problem is whenever the power goes out the clock/date resets itself to factory settings. The major problem I found is the top part of the stainless steel where the burners are is already turning yellow. And this is after clearing the top part every day after cooking. Sad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we received our oven after a 3 month wait and we really like it. it looks great, is easy to use and was a great upgrade. we need to get better with the air fry capability - we are still trying to get it to work as well as our standalone air fryer. the only issue we have with the oven is that there is a gap of about 1/2" behind the oven to the wall. it would be great if samsung allowed for a "gap filler" that was wider than the one that comes with it. in looking on the web, this is a common complaint for these types of ovens and seems like a very easy fix

my last oven was electric and was impossible to keep the range at a consistent temperature (then the motherboard exploded and i was glad to get rid of it). i've had this range for a couple months now and i'm still loving it. cook top is accurate. oven heats up so much faster than the last one. finally, the air fry feature rocks my socks right off. one issue is my oven light went out but i'm working on a warranty fix so as long as that goes smoothly, i won't dock a star. otherwise, initial impressions on build quality are overwhelmingly positive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] compared to my old electric stove, this is a significant upgrade. the gas is so powerful and provides amazing cooking. the wifi capabilities seem mostly gimicky and not something i expect to use, but time will tell. cleanup is very easy except for one area; which is the only negative i can think of. Design of the display panel (surrounding the knob) is bad, regarding clean up. The shiny material is a magnet for constant smudges and using a towel to wipe causes the display to activate and select random settings. Even just pushing "off" when finished cleaning to clear the settings leaves a finger print on the Off button. So even after cleaning this display area it is never fully clean. Other than that, this is an amazing appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good oven. I like the WiFi feature and I honestly use it more than I thought I would. The oven part seems inconsistent in temperature at times but not enough to matter. On top the middle burner is useless to me but I suppose some people probably like it. The burner knobs take a bit of getting used to. They aren't very clear or precise but not a big deal. My biggest gripe is the color. It's NOT appliance white. It's a weird glass white like their phones. It WILL NOT match any of your other appliances and will stand out in your kitchen. I suppose they do this so you'll buy all their other Bespoke appliances but I already have all Samsung kitchen appliances in the normal white color so I probably won't be replacing them anytime soon.

this range is an incredible upgrade from my previous freestanding range that was installed. i chose to install the range myself and the installation was very straight forward with very clear directions. range setup was very easy and within minutes the range was ready to be used. this range looks amazing and really has so many different features included. this range will sync up with you phone allowing you to adjust temperature and check cooking times from a different room and will also send a notification to both your phone and any samsung tvs that the food is ready. this range is simply amazing and if you are considering it you should just buy it! you will not regret it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] beware: if you are purchasing a gas range and expect to have wifi control via the app, the product does not support it. only in the full manual does it list that gas ranges are prohibited from starting remotely for safety. i know other gas ranges that allow remote control. the app simply sends the temperature and cook setting to the range, and you must manually press start on the oven. it defeats the ability to preheat the oven on the way home, or from another room. otherwise the range is attractive looking and the controls are simple - i just believe that i was misled on the features and i would have selected another brand if i knew this, now i'm stuck with it for years. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own

my wife and i are remodeling our home of 25 years and are doing so on a strict budget. knowing what we wanted in an oven, we looked at quite a few stoves of various brands and models, and took the time to read what others had to say about them. at first, we started wondering if we would be able to find anything of quality in our price range. but then we checked out samsung. we only found two negative reviews and they were more about issues with the installer, and not the product. the only reason i'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because we haven't used it yet, as we still have to get gas ran to our new kitchen. but from what i've heard from others, i doubt there will be any issues. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

we recently moved and left our two year old samsung range behind, so we bought a new one. we just got the range yesterday. the filler kit for the back of the range was missing, so i called samsung. took me a while to find the serial number, which is hard to find (it's on upper part of the bottom drawer). samsung service was very helpful. the gas pipe from the wall is higher then the hole in the back of the range, which causes it to stick out some we're hoping the back filler and backsplash will fix the problem. we'll see.

I purchased this product and love every element except for broil. Anytime I try and use broil, I get a C-24 error. While under warranty the tech came out and advised me to just unplug and plug back in. This doesn’t resolve anything. Unfortunately, looks like I need to replace my stove that I’ve used less than 10 months.

It has so many amazing features, including a child safety lock, fingerprint resistant touch, light-up knobs, and more. I think it's a really good investment and this oven/stove will last for a very long time! I like how you can connect your internet to it and use the little panel in the front as well for any needs. It's a very high-tech product that is worth getting and using. The overall appearance is cool, sleek, and very modern, but it fits in basically any kitchen style! It's big and easy to install as it can blend in with your cabinetry. I highly recommend this high-quality range that serves multiple purposes, is high-functional, has many good features, and is a very good product worth the money.

Broiling at varying levels, air frying for the kids, or using the convection feature the oven does a little of everything. The top of the oven also offers a large cooking area with broilers of various sizes including a griddle. The self cleaning function works very well along with the exterior being very easy to clean. Unit was very easy to install and fit the advertised specs exactly. Very happy with both the look and performance of this oven.

There are five oven features, we have used three of the five, Bake, Proofing, and Air Frying. We really like the Air Fryer feature, the oven holds a lot of food and it's easy to air fry a full meal quickly. The Air Fry feature make the best salmon. If you enjoy baking breads, etc. the proofing feature turns out to be a very convenient for letting the dough rise. The control panel display is great; very easy to setup and use

purchased this stove in stainless black to replace my old one that was having problems and this one is very nice and sleek. the stove looks so much bigger because it doesnt have the back part of the stove. i was a little scared with the smart dial because i read some reviews that it is very sensitive and you can easily turn on the oven if you get too close to it or bump it. i havent had any issues with it, i love the airfryer feature because it keeps one less appliance off my counter. i would definitely purchase this again.

I'm broiling some steaks which I know will be amazing and then I'm going to air fry some coconut shrimp , I have used every option with the range and everything cooks perfectly. I am planning on trying some the recipes I can find with my smart hub. I'm sure my husband is so happy they have come into my life . The illuminating Knobs, smart probe and touch sensors as well as working with my smart things app. Its all so amazing.

great stove overall but poor design of igniter wires feeding burners. electrical insulation cracks where wire meets the electrode causing the spark to occur under the stovetop instead of at the burner. result, burner out of commission. two service trips to repair with a serious dismantling of the stove required (top and rear). pretty disappointing on a 2 month old stove. samsung could probably have made a better choice on the type of wire insulation, pretty clear it's going to get hot under the burners samsung, fail!

i bought my samsung range on samsung.com with a samsung warenty purchcahed instalation fee all on my samsung credit card and its been a nightmare i will never do this again! first the repair man only installed it half way when i called and complained they said he wasnt licenced to install it so if that was the case why did they send himand charge me for this service i can not use my oven without my carbon monoxide alarm going off i can not even get a repair man to come to my home im constanly being asked to subit my warrenty and recipe witch i have my range isnt even a month old i boughy everything threw them im in the system and they make so many excuses to cancel my appointment what do i have to wait for my house to explode?!never ever buy from samsung again a nightmare!

this oven was just delivered. its very nice looking but its not a true slide-in oven. slide-ins typically have a range top that slides over the counter, creating a lip so that there is no gap on the sides of the oven. this one does not. the only reason its a slide-in is because the sides are not for display. they add a metal strip to the back after install to make it seem like a slide-in. very disappointed in the design but overall the oven looks good. ill have buy some sort of gap filler to fix the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung range is a beautiful finishing touch to my kitchen, the light up knobs are really nice, they let you know which burner is on. I’m really happy that it has an air fry setting, it’s really nice having a large size air fryer. The 22K BTU dual ring brass power burner boils water lightning fast! The Smart Dial makes it really easy to choose the mode, temperature and amount of cooking time for the oven. I love keeping track of my cooking from the Smart Things app, after plugging in the temperature probe, I was able to monitor the temperature of my turkey from my phone. The grates on the stovetop are high quality cast iron. Overall I’m extremely happy with this Samsung range, not only is it beautiful to look at, it fun to use and extremely helpful in preparing meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received compensation for this review but the review is my own. i bought the product in mid october and i finally got it installed last week after my kitchen remodeling getting close to done. i like the looks of the product. i like the knobs and the display. it feels modern, and especially the knobs lighted blue when it is turned on. the only minor issue i have with the range is that there is no picture that shows the rear view of the range. the issue is that this range has a very low space in the rear, compared to my original free standing range. my gas line works fine with my original range, however i can't slide this range all the way through, because it hits my gas line at some point. i have to move my gas line and make it lower so it could fit with the space available.

this stove is nice to look; however, my old samsung was just as good, and i could pretty much do the same to be honest. for starters, the air fry option is nothing to write home about, as it simply just does not have the same amount of power as my little countertop farberware. second, the illuminate knobs are nice (especially as a visual indicator that the burners are on or off), but its definitely a pain to clean around them, as you have to use a q-tip to do it, since that portion of the knob housing is stationary. moreover, it seems like these grates and griddle experience alot more sticking than my old samsung. finally, the smartthings app is disappointing, and this device has alot fewer smart options than i expected. overall, i think i could've gone with a less expensive option.

there are several user experience things that bother me that i believe can be fixed with a software update. -why does the cook time timer start before the oven is pre-heated? i have to reset the timer after the oven has pre-heated and i put whatever i'm making in the oven. it knows when the oven door is open so why doesn't the timer start after the oven is pre-heated and it detects the oven door being open and closed as the trigger to start the timer? -i can't remotely start my oven just because it's gas. how is it any different than an electric oven? -jury is still out on the dial control knob. direct access to features would be nicer, but the dial concept allows for software updates for new features. -a single button to bring up the timer feature. having to scroll for it is a pain.

the 1 feature i wish was available in lower end models the led lighting for the knobs. i don't care about the wifi features (im an it geek) as someone who has accidentally burnt their hand 2 times in 30 yrs thinking the stove was off, the little light that i can see that tells me knob is not in the fully off position is a simple yet powerful upgrade. i look forward to the whole oven air fryer feature. child locks are super plus. lets see what the next few years bears out on this upgraded stove

i must be a very bad luck at the year end sales to get two defective product of samsung in a row. first one is of a dishwasher that i got a replacement from samsung quickly, and now is the range. looking at the photos i posted, you will find the bottom drawer is not with consistent gap to oven door. it is because the lower left wall got pushed out and distorted the track of drawer. i do wish samsung has a better quality control, as the year end shopping is a bit of torture to me.

Only two things i would change: i would increase the volume on the timer. Its barely audible even when in the room. I would have the burner controls also lock when the control panel is locked. The burners have been accidentally turned on even when the controls are locked. Overall, we would definitely buy this product again. We also purchased a Samsung microwave and found it to be a great value.

The 22,000 btu power burner is a complete game changer, not only for searing and using a wok, but the added power and heat distribution presented with the double burner allows you a lot more control over the pan as well. My only gripe is that the thermometer probe requires you set a temp when the stove will turn off, which means the stove automatically turns off if you remove the probe to place it in another part of the meat, and it meets the heat of the oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my special order, it took me over 4 months to receive my new beautiful 6.0 cu ft. Smart Slide-in Gas Range with Smart Dial & Air Fry in Tuscan Stainless Steel. It even connects by wi-fi and alerts me when the range is shut off, or the interior light is left on. It seemed to work ok at first, but stopped working properly less than 4 months after I received it. Three weeks later, I still have a very expensive range that I cannot use. I am still awaiting some resolution.

If the Wifi is no longer working correctly, you can try resetting the Range to the factory default setting. To do this, follow the directions below. ^Pat 1. Tap and hold (3 horizontal lines) for 3 sec. 2. Select Reset using the dial knob. 3. Turn the dial knob to select Cancel/Reset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the features that this range offers is great. i'm really looking forward to learning how to use the air fryer, convection oven and dehydrator. my only qualm is that that i wish the timer option was allowed to be used as a kitchen timer to time foods that i have cooking on top, not in the oven. i also can't figure out how to use the timer option while broiling food. my old, cheap stove had those features. note, i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We brought this gas range last month, before we brought this one, we have compared with Three other brand and most features are the same, but this gas range come with a super large 22000 BTU burner. it is much better than our old GE profile gas range when we make stir Fry. it is super-hot like burner used in Restaurant. We are so glad to have this gas range. The blue LED light nobs are another good feature for this stove, you will easy to know the burner is still on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was delivered on December 9. It is January 23. I had not been able to use this stove for almost 6 weeks. Had it serviced 5 times for gas leaks. They've replace 3 different parts that leaked gas. the last leak was on a part that was just replaced. The service tech stated was a small leak on a part he just replaced, no big deal and tightend it. Love the stove. It's beautiful. But a gas leak is unacceptable not matter the amount it leaks. Still has a small leak.

Cons: -extremely hard to clean: the back fan grid is permanently attached so can’t clean any the info that get stuck in there. Front rubber strip collects a lot of food and can’t clean it. -cheaply built: the materials are super light except for the cast iron griddle -it’s too high tech for every day use -loud noise when turning on burners to high heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a new home and a new GE Profile range. The range was a problem from day one, and GE eventually bought it back. This Samsung is the replacement that we purchased and so far it's been great! The features are endless and the Wi-Fi feature is used more than I would have guessed. And it's beautiful too! The one thing that I dislike is that the range top is difficult to clean. I wish it had an enamel finish as the stainless steel is difficult to keep clean.

And my only complaints so far are the auto defrost, it'll start the defrost for 30 seconds, then stop, and you have to press start again? As is if to confirm it? And then the oven timer, there's no function to start the countdown once it reaches the desired temperature, instead you'll just have to account for all of that include it in the timer. Besides that this is a beautiful piece with great burners and functions.

Stovetop burners are great, especially the high temp one. we never boiled a large pot of water for pasta so quickly. Baked goods come out perfectly done. We found the stovetop griddle in the center useless. Who needs the spray of grease all over the top of the stove. We're still waiting for the delivery of the stainless steel backsplash. It's been two months now and nothing yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy having the powerful burners, they are very controllable from a gentle simmer up to a hot sear or rolling boil. The oven is large, I have used the bread proofing mode several times and enjoy this feature alot. Two things that I would improve is that every time you open the oven door the oven goes into a cooking mode so you need to cancel and the timer would like if it ran separately from the oven so I could just set it for an amount of time to go off.

This stove was someone an upgraded version to what I previously had. Never used AirFry option before and was amazed how well it worked. This stove also has a Wi-Fi which I thought I’d never need. We’ll, it is nice to have as it keep me you posted via your phone on your cooking. I truly enjoy this stove and as a person who loves cooking and baking, I highly recommend it.

i have throughly enjoyed having such an amazing range. it's super easy to clean, cooks evenly, and has a nice little "ring" instead of a buzzer. i like that the knobs light up when the burners are on. i'm not a fan of the fact that the oven turns on when the door is opened. it has 2 settings we had to look up cause they weren't in the manual. hubby said the griddle doesn't get hot enough for his taste. overall, we love it and would buy it again.

I have had this over a year now, and the only reason I give it a few stars is because when I turn the heat down it makes this buzzing noise that annoying if you don't turn the fire up high or turn it off completely. I had a service call on it and they says this is normal. I totally disagree, and if I knew better I wished I would have stuck with this fight when I had the chance. Now I am stuck with this noise. Otherwise, it's a decent stove.
