I bought this cooking Range, hardly I am using oven and Airfryer but all colour came off from bottom of Cooking Range in bottom of oven in bottom from inside, I have contacted but till date no reply. under neath looked Risted iron itvis not Quality cooking Range. I had before Fridgidair cooking Range from 2008 amd never had problem, I bought this because it has Airfryer but it has very bad quality not last long I don't Recommend to buy this. Customer service is very poor. It didn't allow to post Images/ picture here.

For safety reason, don't buy Samsung range. Bought 5 months ago band new and just put a hot lid on the ceramics glass for couple of seconds and it exploded. Never happened with GE, Maytag, Whirlpool range. Even worse, the warranty does not cover it and the replacement cost is as much as a brand new range. Very lucky I was not injured - see the photo on the extend of the damage.

I purchased an electric range stove with Moel number # NE63A6511Ss and Serial # 0J4E7DARA02133Z on January 3rd, 2022 and received it on February 4th, 2022. The range has a manufacturing defect where the oven remains heated even though the unit is completely turned off. We noticed it and initially thought it was made that way which is why I did not call right away. I called Samsung on April 9th, 2022 and a technician told me subsequent that the defective unit has to be repaired. I objected and requested the defective unit be replaced. I am told that Samsung can’t guarantee the replacement of a defective unit.

Thé Samsung range was delivered 5 months ago. I am not happy with this product as the glass surface stains very guickly (even with water drops) and is very difficult to clean. The metal surrounding the glass top has a very poor coating as there is already areas on the metal that are shiny which probably occurred when a pot has come in contact with the metal surface. I do not see that this range will last an extended number of years as the quality & design of the material used in this range is of a low standard. I do not recommend this product.

The installation was super easy and the stove itself was not difficult to move. As far as cooking goes, this thing does it all! From sous viding to air frying, the oven is fantastic at reaching temperature quickly and cooking food well. Baked items come out perfectly baked with no cold spots from lack of even heat. The stove top reaches temperature quickly and is very easy to clean. My favorite features are the smart stove functionalities which provide ease of use and some fun! The stove looks sleek in my kitchen and I am very pleased with my purchase! 🍳🔥

Other previously owned glass top convection stoves were 5/5 My 1st Samsung stove will be my last Samsung stove. Bar tenderskeep cleaned other stoves not Samsung impossible to keep clean I want to cook not spend all my time cleaning the stove afterwards . cleaning food off the control panel is impossible the touchscreen is so sensitive the buttons activate. Stupid design cannot clean the stove . Flimsy drawer on bottom. Height adjustment plastic pieces cheap materials. I will go back to Fridgedaire Professional my last stove lasted 14 years. This Samsung will not last that long. I have had it 7 months. I’m am a serious stove7 day user.

I have replaced 2 of my small appliances with it, which is great in my small home. Preheat is super quick as it's a convection oven and helps me get to cooking my families dinner faster. The burner portion of the range isn't lacking either. It has Fast and Rapid boil, helping me cook faster as well. I like the knob design as well as it is very clear which option you are using. My favorite part about this range is the smart functions. I can preheat my oven without ever leaving my room, and it alerts me on the app when my food is done.

I just bought this Range 4 weeks before and now I am fed up. I am banging my head against the wall. It takes more than a hour everyday for cleaning for only 20 minutes of coking. This is physically demanding and has become a nightmare for us. Each time after cooking we see sticky bubbles on the glasstop around the burner and forms a ring. We have tried Weimen cooktop cleaner, vinegar, Vim Cleaner, Windex. But it seems nothing is working and we have to rub the glasstop vigorously. I have searched enough in google and it seems many customer has reported this problem and all of them are fed up. According to them this problem happens in the hard water area. The minerals in the water form this sticky residue on the glass surface. Can Samsung help me by advising an easy solution to clean after cooking. Else, though this a costly product but I have no other choice than to throw this out. I shall never use Samsung Poduct again and will advise others not to use Samsung Ranges.

After searching for 2 days due to nobody had any brand in stock I found this unit 50+ miles away. I picked it up and installed it and proceeded to resume baking pies. I do a lot of baking so I was hoping that the 6.3 cu ft oven would have a 3rd rack, it doesn't. So far it has filled in well in place of the range it replaced. I would have liked more info in the owners manual on the features, I can't have my computer by the stove reading the manual learning the features. So I have no idea on how to use the convection or Air Fry settings.

I took on the challenge to cook a full brisket for 6hours which I would never do with my regular stove. Clicked on roast setting at 260 degrees and wow. The taste was incredible the house smelled good. Afterwards we did a auto self cleaning to get rid of the pain of using chemicals on the stove. Smart app applications connects with my phone to let me know updates. This is overall great to have and look forward to future baking/cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this oven for three months. No complaints so far. The burners and over heat up very quickly. Love the air fry feature for our homemade wings. This isn’t really a negative thing just a thing that takes some getting used to. The front two burners have two individual burners. The knobs for these. Turn the knob lefts and it heats up one burner, turn it right and it turns on the entire burner. Not a bad thing, just takes some getting used to. Like the fact that I can turn off via the app or Alexa. You can turn on via these but you are still forced to press start on the oven. If you are looking at this oven, I would say it’s the best bang for your buck.

My oven is missing the door lock, it was never even installed. Only noticed after owning it for a while when i did a self clean and accidentally opened the door and almost got very badly burned. Samsung refuses to take responsibility. It's very clear that the door lock was never installed because there are no screw holes where the lock would be. Samsung says because it's not under warranty anymore I should pay to have a technician look at it. It shouldn't be a warranty issue because the part was never installed and is a manufacturer defect, it should have a recall! 350 000 ovens from Samsung were recalled because of a fire hazard. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range to add to another Samsung 30-in Smooth Surface 5 Elements 5.9-cu ft Self-Cleaning Convection Oven Freestanding Electric Range (Stainless Steel) I purchased 2 years ago. They're comparable in functions with the new model having slightly larger oven capacity. The bells and whistles have been updated to a melodious sound. It heats quickly in both the oven and the stove top. I've used just about every function with no concerns. The only downside I found with both ovens is they only come with 2 racks. I purchased additional racks to make 3 for each which facilitates with my love of baking (especially cookies!!!)

You can turn on and set the oven to any setting from the app. We havent tried any of the air sous vide settings yet only bake and convection bake. The precision knobs get super hot really really fast but I don't like how I bump them when I walk by or I have to look down to see them instead of at eye level. I haven't tried the self clean yet because I haven't gotten it dirty. I like it it heats to the right temperature, I have a oven temp gauge and it's accurate. There is no timer for the pre heat. The burner dials go from Lo to 2,4,6,8 to Hi

I’ve had this for less than a week and already have scratches on the glass top. I’ve literally only used it twice. Previous glass cooktop stove we had was here when the house was built and didn’t have many scratches on it when we sold it. Very disappointed With this aspect of it. Haven’t even used the oven yet or the other four burners. Just the large burner and it has deep scratches in it. I had just purchased a brand new expensive set of Hexclad cookware. It is not like we raked it across the glass. This is definitely a flaw and what is the most expensive range I’ve ever purchased. I wish the company would recall this piece since there are so many complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung range exceeds all expectations. It is stylish and attractive, with clean lines that make exterior cleaning easy. The included griddle with the uniforming heating is a nice addition. Where this range really stands out, however, is in two features: the built in air fryer and the WiFi connectivity. Frozen items like french fries and mozzarella sticks come out nice and crisp, in half the time of a regular oven. Chicken wings cook quickly with a nice crispy exterior. The WiFi connectivity allows you to monitor the stove-top and the oven, as well as control the oven remotely. I am glad that we got this range!

I purchased this item brand new on June 23rd, 2023. It was working great until this afternoon. I turned on the air fry option, and it stopped working. The clock turned off, the buttons stopped working, and the oven light and fan stayed on. The oven locked, and nothing worked. I tried the breaker, the oven came back on the same, none of the buttons worked, and the fan and light were still on. I chatted with support, they were not able to help and claimed the warranty was out when it wasn't. They also asked several of the same question multiple times after it had been answered. It seemed like the person was in multiple conversations at once.... would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] if you’re looking for an oven that does it all, look no further. first, the air fry-it works on everything from fries to wings to veggies. baking preheats quickly and so do all the eyes. the wifi connection is awesome, you can do a lot with your phone. you can program the oven to bake and just need to press the start button when you are ready to start cooking. there is not a huge learning curve, but i definitely recommend perusing the owners manual to get the most out of your range. i will be using this oven for many years and can give away my stand alone air fryer and griddle. my favorite part-just how fast it heats up.

The confectioners setting is great for cakes and pies or even biscuits. I love the fact that there isn't a bottom eye in the oven. Clean up is a breeze and who doesn't love that. The 2 stove top eyes with full big or small setting is convenient when your cooking with alot of small pots or skillets. And the warming eye is absolutely the greatest. This is my first stove with all the different setting. But it was very easy to figure out. I'll Def buy another when or if this one ever goes back. It's absolutely perfect.

This dumb range has an auto “on” feature which cannot be disabled. This thing drives me crazy, every single time you open the oven door when it is not on, it prompts it to start heating. It sits there taunting you. Also the cooktop timer is hidden in settings, nothing smart about this thing. Worst range we’ve ever had, they concentrate on AI way too much, just make a working oven that doesn’t try to predict your next move. Make things simpler. We are literally going to return this and just go with another brand. It was a terrible decision to go with Samsung, the fridge sucks too. Returning a few Samsung appliances.

We have been able to get rid of the clutter of smaller extra appliances sitting around on the countertops around the house. We also can now quickly and conveniently cook the best tasting meals without the added fat of deep frying. Air frying is the most amazing part of this range! It heats up super fast and cooks evenly. The added feature of having an app to be able to check whether you remembered to turn off the stove before leaving the house is the perfect safety feature for your home and also great for your mental health. The Samsung fits all my needs. I'm happy it has standard self clean in addition to steam clean cycle. I've baked, convection baked, broiled, and used all burners ,and timer so far. I had just about given up baking, but at 71 this range made me believe that I had not lost my knack for baking! Very satisfied. I haven't set it up to use with smart phone, but I'm sure that is a feature many woild love. We are also happy with our Samsung refrigerator, tv, tablets and phone.

I bought this stove less then a month ago and a pot dropped and smashed the glass top and they refuse to warranty it. It SHOULD NOT be that easy to break!! I have had another stove similar and lots was dropped on it with no issue. This is a disgrace and I will no longer be shopping with Samsung.

The music sound it makes when it’s done preheating is very easy to hear. The oven can fit an oversized baking sheet easy because of its large size. It’s easy to operate and clean. I wish it would’ve came with the air fryer tray though. I haven’t had a chance to tryout any of the preset functions yet. The rapid boil technology is very convenient too, don’t have to wait forever for water to boil. The warmer eye on the stove top is very convenient and it sits back so it’s not in the way of the other pots in use. Overall, my family and I are very pleased with it!

After purchasing a Samsung refrigerator two months earlier we made the decision to stay within the brand and purchase a range as well. I was a bit worried about switching from a basic range to one with so many features but I love it. Everything is so easy to use and having the warming center on the stovetop along with the air fryer feature makes cooking for a family of six much easier. The one downfall is the small storage space in the bottom drawer but everything lease more than makes up for it!

The cooking on the stovetop is great. My one complaint is that the surface is nearly impossible to keep clean. If you happen to have one spill and it gets cooked on, it appears to "burn in" to the glasstop, which is also nearly impossible to keep streak-free. I like the ability to remotely turn on and off the oven particularly for pre-heating. I like the air fryer and convection options. Actually very easy to clean too. I would recommend this to all my friends. Just be weary of the glass-top cooking surface on the electric models

My brand new stove was delivered, during the first couple uses i thought the smoke was normal while it burnt off factory materials... after miltiple uses and using the airfryer just to make garlic toast the oven continues to smoke and set off my fire alarm even on preheat mode.. Samsung told me it would be 2 days for someone to contact me that turned into 16 days after multiple times of me contacting them for an update, it has been a month and i still have not heard from the technician... and all samsung has said is DO NOT USE THE STOVE....this company is an absoulte joke with no accountability...

This is the first ceramic top range I’ve owned and it’s great. Easy to clean with baking soda and white vinegar. The bottom pull out storage drawer looks small but I can easily fit 3 cookie sheets, a cooling rack, and an 8-inch pan in there. I think the bread proofing feature will be used quite a lot this winter. Nice looking unit. Spacious. User friendly. Only complaint from me is about the obnoxious chiming that goes on and on to notify that the oven has finished pre-heating. But I figured out that I can get the chiming to stop by turning on the oven light!

I love that it has a air frying option it heats up fast and cooks all types of food fast and efficiently. I think that option alone makes the stove a great purchase I’ve looked Into buying a air fryer but with the stove having that option included it makes it perfect for my cooking needs. The griddle is a nice added feature but just wished it didn’t start to stick so quickly after a couple uses. The large cooking convention tops makes it for a quick cooking and boiling water. I love that it’s Bluetooth and can control the stove with the app that is a cool feature and a plus if on the good and wanting to preheat up the oven on the go.

I’ve made use of some of the features with success, but haven’t had a chance to use others. I wish I had known about the oven being smokey with the first usage. I do wish that the air fryer basket had come with the unit rather than having to order it separately. I also wish that a paper manual had come with the unit. It is so hard to look up info on your phone until you have used that function a few times. I wish the warming drawer were deeper as on my previous model. Even with all these findings, I feel it was a good buy.

I haven’t really use air fry because wings are so expensive! Convection works so well that I haven’t needed air fry. Warming burner is useless because it is to small and items don’t really fit if you’re still cooking on other burner. Hard to keep panel clean as it is so sensitive. And the cook top itself scratches easily which I was prepared for from reviews. But it also gets a film on it. I am constantly wiping polishing and buffing it. But cooking aspects of it are good. I’m easy going so I’m satisfied.

i have had a chance now to use most of the features with my new samsung range. so far, all of the features work well. however, i have had an intermittent issue with the control buttons on the front panel. occasionally, half of the buttons stop working. it appears to be related to humidity, because it only happens when we boil water on the range and it is humid outside. after awhile it seems to clear out and the buttons start functioning normally again. every time i am about to make a warranty claim, everything starts to work normally again. it has only happened 3 times in the last 8 months.

great range with a lot of great features. the air fry is great, it does smoke a lot when making wings but they come out great. the rapid boil is another great feature but its not very rapid. i would have given it a five if it were not for the fact that it will not connect to the network. i use smart things and have all my samsung devices connected and managed from there but this range will not connect. have reset my router made sure it has 2.4, the range has been power on and off many times. no joy. i have given up on it. so if you have to have it on the network this may not work for you.

The smart things app is very handy given we can monitor the ranges function from our phones. Having a range that doubles as an air fryer allows us to free up counter space. We can now air fry all the food at once instead of in batches. This Range is top notch. The range has a function where you can lock all the buttons and knobs when not in use. The steam clean function cleans like a dream and makes it so easy to clean messes when baking doesnt go as planned.

A couple simple things we love are the fact that the oven light comes on automatically when you open the door. Simple but very handy. Also the main stove top burner had three rings of heat choices. A small ring for a small pan/pot, then medium and three large outer heat ring for your large pans. You don’t waste any heating space that way. Also we’ve never been able to control our oven with our phone. That is a very cool aspect. I can turn the oven off if we are out and won’t be home at or expected time. Unfortunately there was no instruction manual with the product so we are learning as we go. Love it so far.

This range has a ton of functions/options and they are all extremely user friendly. The burners and oven all heat up quickly. The air fryer works amazingly well and air fryer large amounts. The griddle is a great addition also, but it does make a mess when cooking as grease flies everywhere. The flat cook top is easy to clean and we lot the addl burner to keep items warm. I recommend reading the owners manual to get a good overview of everything this stove offers so you can use all the options available to you. Wifi connectivity works great. We highly recommend this range.

It's good but the need to physically press a button to use the smart features almost makes the smart features useless. It also lost connectivity the first day and required a reset. Has not reoccurred since. Overall I should have done more research and found something with more smart smart controls. Nothing like being told to go touch your oven to start it remotely. Pretty dumb though I understand sort of why. It does feel like it could have been done with some other safeguards in place like oh it's been on for 30 mins preheating the door hasn't opened turn it off. Instead they just lock the smart control behind being near or remembering to push a button after every use. Very stupid smart controls if I'm honest.

The electric range has some great features, I love the air fryer and self cleaning, Those I use the most. I am always using the over so much convenient. It matches my kitchen, also the griddle is so good for cooking breakfast. Has warming feature which is so good when I finish cooking something first I can keep my other stuff warming until all food is some cooking. I recommend this range to my family and friends. They will not be disappointed getting this new upgrade for their kitchen.

We’ve had it about a month now and I am very happy with it so far. The stove top is smooth and doesn’t have a texture like some stoves, so it is easy to clean. The air fry feature works really well to crisp up fries and nuggets in less time than my actual air fryer. I do wish the steam clean did a little more but it would probably work better if you steamed it right after something dripped on the bottom. I do love that there is no coil visible on the bottom. Both of the front cook spots on the top of stove are quite large and that makes it much easier to cook meals that require 2 large burners.

I do not recommend this product. I agree with many of the other 1-star reviews about 1) streaks within the glass door after one use and Samsung service says its not a design flaw; 2) easy scratching on the cook top even though the customer uses proper cleaning tools and lifts pans instead of pushing on the glass top. These happened to us. In addition, the clock light went out just two days after the warranty expired. And the stainless steel is clearly not fingerprint-less. It's the most difficult stainless steel to clean. Constantly full of streaks and fingerprints.

I rented a house in Airbnb which had this stove. When the heating element was on, it caught a piece of aluminum foil that was on it. The foil melted on the glass part of the stove. I thought I would just be able to peel it off once the stove cooled off, but when I started peeling the aluminum foil, parts of the glass started coming off!!! I can't even understand how this could happen, or what kind of glass is used that it make it get ruined so easily. To make a long story short, I had to buy the owner of the apartment a new range, because of this piece of aluminum foil.

I've been preparing meals daily for over 30 years, and this is absolutely the worst range I've ever used. Constant work to keep the cook top clean. Temperature settings on the 3-in-1 burner are nearly impossible to regulate. I thought it may be just a learning curve on my part, but it continues to disappoint after close to a year of trial and error. Middle burner set on Lo will boil soup! So much for setting on Lo to simmer. Oven features like air fry are nice but be prepared to do a major cleaning of the entire oven afterwards. High upkeep with below average results.

We’ve used all functions including the air fry function which we really loved! It made our chicken juicy and delicious. The included fryer pan was the perfect accessory to be able to air fry or chicken. We experimented with the double burner on top with the griddle attachment and made a delicious steak inside the house when it was raining outside! Obviously the other functions of baking, roasting, stove top functions are up to par. I’m also a big fan of it being ‘smart’. Being able to pre-heat the stove from my bed in the morning to make bacon is such a cool feature. By far the best range I’ve ever owned. Samsung has done it again.

I love the Smart features, I can begin my pre-heat from my phone, you can leave a dish in the oven and start it from your phone so your dinner is waiting for you when you get home from work, we can check to make sure we turned off the burners and oven from the phone, so there is no need to go back home when you are unsure. I also love the griddle feature to cook breakfast for my family. We also love all the features the oven provides. We can bake normally, convection bake, air fry, and broil. The air fry feature is my favorite, it cuts down on having to have separate appliances on your counters or in storage. If you are looking for the perfect range, you have found it in this Samsung model!

I purchased this Samsung range on July 1st, 2024, and just a few months later, the touchscreen completely stopped responding. When I submitted a service ticket, the technician blamed the issue on a single roach allegedly found inside the pad. This is absurd since I have professional pest control in my home and take every precaution. Even if this were true, one insect shouldn’t destroy such an expensive appliance in such a short time. Clearly, this is a design flaw, as I’ve since heard from others with similar issues. Samsung needs to step up and take accountability for selling unreliable products. I’ve been forced to eat out daily because my oven is unusable. Extremely disappointed and will not purchase Samsung appliances again.

we really love the air fryer and it has replaced our counter top unit that is used several times a week. the cooktop griddle is the right size for cooking 2 grilled cheese sandwiches or pancakes at a time. i wouldn't cook bacon/sausage on it, as it doesn't have a grease drain and i can picture it being a messy time. only issues is the bottom storage drawer is smaller than we expected, and i can image some may have pans that will not fit. keep that in mind when looking at this range. overall this is a great range, that offers rapid boil and it does work!

The modern features make it very easy to cook and bake great meals. The unit is aesthetically pleasing, workmanship and assembly of the range is of excellent quality. Materials used are inferior for the designed purposes compared to older units design and technologies. For examples; the glass/porcelain cooktop is scratches very easily, with only 9 months of use it looks as if this unit is over 25 years old. Our previous electric range, with glass/porcelain cooktop “never” scratched these easily and after 15 years of regular and similar use did not look this bad. The interior oven metal/coating stains so deeply that even with the best cleaners and built in self cleaning features the stain/s can not be cleaned off or removed.

Everything sticks to it and hard to keep cleans We even bought a new set of pots and pans thinking it would help, but makes no difference. Smudges with everything.We replaced our 10 year old GE glass top stove as we remolded our kitchen and wanted new appliances. Beautiful product but be ready suffer cleaning it. If we could return it we would.

I replaced a part myself whcih did not solve anything, so I had a repairman come, he replaced something. Worked again for about a month, then stopped keeping up again. Had same repairman come again, he replaced another part. Now all heating elements replaced and still it would not work properly. Finally just replaced it. Repairman told.me Samsung was the worst for appliances! I believe him. He said my fridge would go out next.

The oven cooks very evenly which means I am finally able to trust packages regarding how long to cook things! The convection setting is great. The fan is somewhat loud (with/without convection on); not obnoxious by any means but definitely louder than any other oven I've had. The cooktop has nice features, however the rapid boil is not anything special. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend this oven to friends or family.

Boil time had always been a pet peeve of mine but this cooktop brings a pot of water to a rolling boil in roughly three minutes! The remote feature is extremely handy. We were at the gym and had a large family size frozen dinner we were going to make for dinner. We were able to preheat the oven grill the gym and have it be at temperature when we walked in the door. The design is modern and fits nicely with the look of our kitchen.

I love the air fryer. The glass top is beautiful and easy to clean. It has a lot of neat features; bake, roast, dehydrate, bread proof, steam clean and self clean etc. There’s also something called smart control where you can get the app and monitor your oven and such with the app. I have not tried that yet. I’m not that technologically advanced! I am happy with this oven and I would purchase it again!

Compared to my old stove, my Samsung burners heat up much faster! I haven't tried all of the oven settings yet (there are so many convenient ones!), but am looking forward to experimenting with the air fry and dehydrate options. The convection setting is super handy and the cookies I made turned out wonderful--crispy edges, soft center! The stove has a pleasing look and the oven is very roomy! It's great!

Aesthetically speaking, I love this range and it fits perfectly into my kitchen. However it wasn’t long into owning it we found the downfall with the touch pad for the oven. The buttons rarely work when needed and we end up having to triple clean the entire face in order to *perhaps* have the buttons work. It’s frustrating and I would go out of my way to not recommend this oven purely due to this major flaw. The front double burner works to extremes along the lines of heating and is more problematic than helpful with temperature inconsistencies.

The user has to view it online or print out a small book. Dishes that I have prepared for 27 yrs., aren't producing expected results. Pies & cookies don't fully rise and other dishes are cooked too quickly. Not sure if the range is off or what. Also, the touch pad is EXTREMELY sensitive. It can't be wiped clean without setting off the touch settings. The chime that goes off when the timer goes off is also very loud and there is no way to lower the volume.

Started randomly beeping and shutting off mid cook within 6 months. Became more frequent at about 9 months and I video taped it but didn't call yet. That was a mistake cause I finally called when the oven quit working altogether and the beeps were constant. I was told that the warranty was expired by 2 weeks and I would have to pay for repairs. At that time I reset it by unplugging and turning off the breaker. This process would work for a few weeks then have to repeat. Now after 16 months that no longer works. I now have a constantly beeping cooktop with no oven. Sounds like the control board is bad but it will cost nearly half the price of the oven to repair it. Likely better off replacing the entire oven with a non-samsung oven.

The registration process was a pain as the serial number was on the bottom rail of the stove. Extremely difficult to capture the serial number. They could have made the registration for warranty easier. I had to go online and download the manual in order to figure out how to set the clock. I did not move to 4 stars as this was related to the customer experience rather than the range itself.

The top is durable and I use a daily cleaner to wipe it off each night. Using a buffer cream once every 6 weeks has also kept away any sticky burnt on foods. I cook daily and this stove has kept up. Baking and roasting is also a breeze with all of the options. For someone like me that transitioned over from a gas stove, having the bake option of choosing convection or conventional has been a life saver!

I have called support but they worked with me for a while and got disconnected a couple of times and I keep getting the same error every time I attempt. I have been in IT support for many years and bring datacenter systems online every day and can get everything I need working with my WIFI network. Just not this simple device.

The first model we received we had to immediately send back because it made a buzzing sound behind the controls. This happened shortly after using it and then early the next day. The replacement unit has not had any issues. I tried to adjust the settings of the range from the mobile app but it is pretty limited. The one item I wanted to see on the app is the ability to change the volume of the notifications on the range. That is not possible.

I like the features and the fact that the heating elements are hidden. Makes it easier to keep the stove clean. The Air fryer works well and the basket is nice and big so you can put plenty of stuff on it. The oven keeps the temperature very consistent and is a good size. I wish the panel with the controls was glass and not plastic. Harder to keep clean. Other than that, I really don't have anything bad to say about the stove

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful appliance!! I love the stainless steel and black combination. The Air fry feature is awesome! I’ve been using it almost daily and does an amazing job on my peppers and chicken dish. The griddle on top is a really fun new feature. I love being able to cook my eggs and pancakes on it. What a clever idea. It also has a rapid boil feature which is nice, along with a keep warm burner. I love the Wi-Fi capabilities.. I can connect right to my phone and preheat the oven from my couch! Simple preset buttons make it simple to cook! My favorite feature is the air fry! I love making crispy wings.

i love my new range, especially the air fry option. i do agree with others that the air fry basket should come with the range instead of being an optional purchase. the warming feature is also very nice, several levels to keep things at just the right temp. and the larger front element is great, since i do have some oversize pans. i would have liked the storage tray to be a little deeper, to hold more of my 'occasional' baking pans. but overall, i am very happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of great cooking!!

At first I thought it was stains and I tried to scrub it off and then I realized the material the top is made of was actually chipping and scaring. Another problem I have is that I can't heat anything in the oven at 400 degrees or higher because the oven will lock. It also locks at random times. This is very annoying and has caused things to burn because it won't unlock until the temperature in the oven cools down to below 400 degrees. Not happy at all.

Technology wise, 1 star. We've been using this range for a year now. Display panel is very sensitive. If the steam from what I'm cooking gets to the panel, it turns on either the oven, timer or the center warmer. This worries me because it will just turn on. If I don't hear the beeping sound or if I don't see that it did turn on the oven, timer or the warmer, it is dangerous and might cause fire. So, if I'm boiling something or cooking something that I know will produce a steam, I stay and watch which is very inconvenient.

We are really excited to try the air fryer setting once we have purchased the pan. There are several oven setting as well and convection oven for baking which we will use at Christmas. I like the size of the oven, and the burners, altho the front burners and back burners have a strange way to set the temp. The back burner knobs are set in one direction and the front burner knobs in another direction. Hard to explain but I feel they should be consistent and all 4 knobs should be the same. I don't like not having an actual manual I can hold in my hand, they tell you to go online to read the full manual. It also takes longer than I thought to preheat.

They were great. Made pasta the next night just to see if the range really did bring water to a boil quickly. Boy did it ever. I checked the oven temp with an oven thermometer and it was spot on. I really appreciated that after years of using an oven that never was. These will be what we use most often, but I am looking forward to trying out other features especially the dehydrator.

Unfortunately, the air fry feature is horrible; the fan blows grease all over and the smoke is overpowering. I mean, quite literally overpowering. And since the same fan is used for the convection mode as well (pulsing on for only 5 sec and then off for a minute to compensate for the high-power fan) the convection mode is about the same as standard bake. It really needs a low fan setting to work properly. Other than that, it's a good product.

Being able to airfry with this range is so convenient! No need to have extra appliances sitting around when this range does it all. It tends to run a little warm so when baking you may need to lower the temp 15-20 degrees and the bake time slightly. This range looks great and is very easy to use. Cooking on the burners is a breeze because as soon as you turn it on the burners heat up so fast. I never thought water could heat and boil that fast. My favorite features are the air fry and also the app so I can check that no one in the house left the stove on. I no longer worry about the kids cooking and burning the house down.

I will say, that these new appliances (of most all brands), seem to be made of thinner and lesser quality material. You don't feel the same weight, especially with the sheet metal on the back and the glass on the top. You need to be much more careful with these newer appliances, in order for them to last properly. That said, the tech in them makes them far superior to their predecesor. They need to combine both: Good quality and good tech.

I've heard people complain that they don't like the music it plays when it reaches temperature or the timer goes off but I love it. I work from home and don't have to wait for it to teach temperature needed. I turn it on and go back to work, the tune plays to let me know it's ready. Then it plays again and doesn't stop till I turn it off which means I won't forget. It's a beautiful stove and I haven't finished playing with all the features yet.

compared to our last range, this samsung model is horrible. we bought stainless steel to upgrade our kitchen. we purchased on 2/1/22- the stove top never gets fully cleaned, the stove top already has a scratch on one of the burners even though all care has been taken to avoid, once the oven is preset you can't change the temperature. consider buying some other range, this model should be taken off the market. we have several other samsung products we are happy with, i do regret purchasing this range.

The stainless steel is such a beauty, easy to clean. Have used my oven quiet more than usual, Love the dark blue color in the inside of oven. It has so much room. Also love that I am able to control with my smart phone. Which my range is a smart appliances , it heats up fast, love that, can’t forget about the air fryer. The griddle is so good. I can make pancakes and some scrambled eggs without worrying about it sticking to it. The different size burner is amazing because I always use different size pans! Love the app as well. I can manage my range. I am so impressed works so great! I recommend it ! Have had family members ask me where did I find such a smart/modern range.

we bought a new samsung smartthings range appliance just over a month ago. there is no note or label on the product advising not to use aluminum foil in the oven. the foil melted to the bottom of the oven and apparently fused with the oven bottom. the only solution offered by samsung was for us to buy a new range - even though it’s a clear design feature that was not advertised, easily avoidable, and ruined the oven. we would appreciate it if samsung took responsibility towards its customers.

we've had this model for about 6 months. today we used the self-clean feature for the first time having used the quick steam clean prior to this. while the self clean did a good job of cleaning the oven it runs so hot that it damaged the drawer fronts of the adjoining cabinets. the inside of the cabinets were also very warm. we never had this issue with the old ge range this one replaced. we are still deciding what to do but we know we will not be using the fire hazard self-clean mode again.

The double ring doesn't always cool down when you turn the dial to low. It happened a couple times with a large fry pan, and once when I was canning. That was scary because the canner had 15 lbs of pressure and the burner wouldn't cool down. Had to turn the burner off because I thought the canner was going to explode with constant pressure escaping. Am waiting for a repairman tomorrow.

The app allows you to easily control the features with the touch of a finger. It’s been really helpful for when I’m not on the kitchen. The preset cooking features really help to simplify a busy night with cooking. The WiFi connectivity is amazing and lets me preheat the oven from my phone with any variety of cooking settings, and also allows it to turn off after cooking! I love this range and highly recommend!

Nice features and pretty but impossible to keep stove top clean, you look at it and gets dirty. Alos the knobs are cheap, the lettering wears off when cleaned, they grow wobbly over time and are easily turned on by accident. Buying upgraded replacement knob is impossible due to the 3-element large eye knob being unavailable, your only choice is OEM knob from Samsung which have the issues I just spoke of. I love Samsung electronics but would never purchase appliances from them again.

The way the top burners work are troubling to get used to they work differently than any other stovetop if used before. The oven takes longer to heat them my previous old electric stove. The new oven doesn't have a bottom heating element which takes getting used to also. So far I'm not fully impressed.

Just received the stove. It seems to work well. But there is a constant clicking sound and it is annoying. Don't know if it is a defect or how the stove is.

I have had this range for nearly a year and I don’t like most of what it has to offer. Like another reviewer, I have had issues with burners set to low deciding to overheat and burn whatever I was cooking. You need to constantly be there watching, which no one has any time to do. This obvious design issue is a safety hazard. I am on the verge of replacing this oven. I have 4 Samsung Bespoke appliances. I love the fridge and dishwasher. The stove and microwave/fan are useless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use the range much since I don't cook very often. Although the only time I really used the product was to reconnect it to the WiFi. Most of the steps were straight forward except the one where you have to hold the smart control button was for what seems like a few seconds, instead of just pressing it. I tried to follow the steps exactly but it wouldn't work until I held that button instead of just pressing it. The app also doesn't really matter since you can only "send" heating instructions but you still have to press start on the stove. It's also inaccurate with time left but seems good for temperature. My partner likes the no preheat air fry & rapid boil but said you have to figure out where to place food in the oven for best baking results. Overall it's a good looking stove and it seems to work.

There are some minor defects. It's been two days since I purchased it. So, I'm not sure if there are any other performance issues. There is a gap between the top and the oven, and there is a bolt hole in the middle that is not fastened. I reported it to the service chat, but since I did not choose the option to have it installed by a professional ($25), they told me to call an installer. However, the installation is just connecting the power cord and plugging it into an outlet.
