The capacity is great and gives me plenty of room to handle everything I need without having to constantly run multiple cycles. The cycle time is also a huge plus because it gets the job done efficiently without taking forever. I’ve noticed a big difference with stain removal, especially on tougher messes, and everything comes out looking much cleaner. The preheat time is quick and convenient, which makes it easy when I’m in a hurry. I also really like the crisping performance, the results are much better than I expected and give food a nice texture. Overall, it’s been a great addition and has made everyday tasks much easier.

I’ve had my dryer for only a year and half . It stopped drying clothes. The Samsung dryer stopped working from the garbage Samsung washer that flooded my entire basement.The product is horrible and doesn’t work already . They have horrible customer service . I’ve called many times and no one cares to help . It’s a nasty company . I would never ever purchase another product from Samsung . Please do your research and find another company who are willing to help you when the product they sell stops working right away . Read reviews and do your research . Waste of money!

Right now the face each other in the walkthrough laundry room. I even love the color and will get matching washer when current one fails us - probably with a full load that is in soak mode.

It is a cinch to clean and keep your clothes smelling fabulous. There are so many cycles to choose from to effectively clean your clothes depending on what type of clothing or articles you may be washing. It has a large capacity and I can fit a King size comforter in it and it comes out looking and smelling clean. An extra added bonus is the WI FI capabilities to use this machine anytime you need. I have 2 large dogs and I have to constantly wash their blankets (and ours) and having the larger capacity definitely helps. Being able to wash (and dry) on the steam sanitize is amazing because it works so much better at killing germs and odors than chemicals do. I love how you can connect "Alexa" to the washer and dryer and she will tell you when your wash is done so no more guessing...you can also get a text and or a notification on your compatible TV, amazing. Very satisfied with my purchase and would do it again.

My 8 year old even runs a load every day or so to keep up her laundry - the washer is so easy to use. The steam feature lets me clean out the tough stains as well as run some delicates that dont need a rough washing. Having the washer connected to wifi lets me link it to the SmartThings app so i get notifications when a load is done or when the washer needs to be cleaned. The shallower depth let the washer fit easily into my laundry room but did not take away from the capacity. I can still run large and heavy loads.

I am disappointed in this washer to be honest. I expect better from Samsung; I have all Samsung appliances and am very happy overall. The issue with this washer is that they made the programming overly complicated and relying on a phone app. In the previous version of this washer I could set a “my cycle” setting on the machine. Now it requires an app that is very difficult to use and I discovered that does not support custom cycles in my region. So a simple feature and I lose it because of the app requirement. Forcing customers to manage a washing machine through an app is ridiculous and unnecessary. It does not make for a better customer experience.

Super convenient when you’re busy or just don’t want to spend all day doing laundry. Also holds a lot of clothes, so I can do fewer loads. The “smart” features are actually useful. I can start or check the washer from my phone, which is nice if I forget about a load. On the downside, it doesn’t use a lot of water, so you have to be careful not to overload it or use too much detergent, or your clothes might not come out as fresh. Also, you have to leave the door open after using it and clean it sometimes, or it can start to smell.

I absolutely love my Samsung washing machine! It does a great job getting stains out and leaves my clothes and linens thoroughly rinsed and nicely spun out without being overly harsh on them. The Delicates cycle is perfect for more delicate clothing and gives me peace of mind knowing they’re being washed gently. I also really love the Self Clean feature—it makes keeping the washer fresh and clean so much easier. The Quick Wash cycle is another favorite because it’s convenient when I need something washed quickly. Overall, I’m very happy with this washer. It cleans really well, has great cycle options, and makes laundry day so much easier. Definitely a great washing machine!

Samsung are by far the worst appliances that exist. We bought a new home back in 2021. The home was just one year old and all the appliances are Samsung. This year (exactly on the 6th year of the appliances, just shy of the extended warranty deadline ) we had our fridge broken down beyond repair. Our Stove has serious problems where if we build water or any thing that produces steam in the back burners the panel and oven completely stops working. And now the latest is our washer that started leaking, and also has balance problems, where the entire house shakes when we are doing even the small load. Samsung appliances never again.

It wouldn’t connect to a phone, but I realize that this is more smarter than I thought. This is a really good washing machine. The washing times are not too slow, but it is pretty fast like 45 to an hour washing. It is efficient when using water. It cleans a lot and it Makes things spotless and the thing is I’m not losing any money or actually not as much money because when I got this a couple years ago and replaced it with my Old basic one I am saving a bunch of money in the water. This is the reason why you should get this machine!

I don't think I have ever gone out of my way to leave a review before. I am on my second washer in about 3 years (warrant replacement) the first unit broke in less than 9 months with a cracked counter weight on the front. I contributed this failure to a large load on a high spin cycle. The second unit just broke Christmas morning due to a bolt steering off that holds the counter weight on. There were only 4 hand towles inside. This is obviously a manufacturer issue and should be recalled in my opinion. This until is awful you will be lucky to make it past two years with regular use. Save your money and purchase another brand.

Im purchase this product. Im purchase de washer and dryer electric. Four months later of purchase the Asher are complete damage in all function. Is inappropriate and inaceptable this situation. Im not recommended this for any reason. The warranty not responding appropriately. It's necessary change all parts of the washer Machin except the box. It change everything parts of the washer. Not waste your money, not waste your time with this product. The dryer is not different is bad very bad situation. The dryer not dry the clothes, and not function the dryer sensor and the temperature sensor. It's extremely bad purchase.

Best feature is they clean clothes great, washer is so quiet and with the wifi they let me know when the wash is over- a feature I did not think I’d use but now absolutely love it. Also let’s me know when someone else is using them. Also being stacked I expected them to move while in use but they don’t . I highly recommend. Everytime I go downstairs I smile when I see them. The design is beautiful and they appear more compact leaving me more room which I like. I like how much capacity they have. Very impressed over all!

The only thing is the power steam is the only setting that seem to be removing stains and also after each wash you have to leave the door open to prevent the wet clothes smell but The washer looks great. I can fit a lot of clothes in there. I really do like the smart controller as well because you can control it with your phone. The only thing is you have to put it on the smart control mode to be able to control it with your phone. I wish it would automatically connect to your phone and don't have to put the smart control on. Maybe that's an upgrade for the future.

I've had this machine coming up on 3 months now and the performance has just been frustrating! laundry comes out some fully wet and some items overheating dry, from the same load! this keeps happening. Additionally, items come out really wrinkled and wet. i find disappointment pieces of dust all over the area after each cycle. it's pretty, yes, but does not do the job it was bought for at all. I don't have heavy laundry and have never had an issue with a dryer (or washer) before, but the Samsung machines i purchased are an utter disappointment and frustrating. I can't return, but i hope no one else gets stuck with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the samsung series 6300 dryer is outstanding! i had a frigidaire and it had good options and got the job done but this has the options i wanted and options i didn't know i needed! the sanitize option is amazing! we have a family of 7 (4 teenagers). our dryer tends to be used daily. the sanitize option has made me so much more confident that my clothes are clean. the drying is great! my favorite part..... when you open the dryer and a light comes on! i actually squeeed! fast cycles and i only have to run it once, not multiple times with my old dryer. the steam option is top notch! by far the best dryer i've ever owned!

With this Samsung 6300 Series super speed washer, I have to go into the laundry room to be sure it is still running. The speed in which it washes is amazing too. So fast. So many speeds and options for all my items including bedding, towels, delicates. The controls couldn’t be easier. The drum is huge. Can take the smallest to the biggest load. The front loader makes it easy for us short people to reach the back of the load. No more tippy toes. You can connect to your wi fi for hands off control. This really could not be easier. I highly recommend.

We also liked that room in the tumblers for the washer and dryer is sufficient for a big load, including blankets or towels plus the way they look real eloquent and nice and match our decor of our house. We really like the way they were efficient and saved water when they were when it was running the washing machine in the dryer was not loud. You didn’t have to worry about hearing it down the hallway or waking you up when you rented at night to do your final load before you go to bed.

Highly positive and practical, balancing an initial setup hurdle with strong performance satisfaction. I've had this front-load washer for about a week now, and overall I'm really impressed. The cleaning performance is fantastic, and I especially love how well it spins out heavy items like bedding—my comforters and blankets come out feeling damp rather than soaking wet, which makes drying them a breeze. ​The only real issue I've run into so far is getting it to balance correctly during installation/loading; if it's not totally dialed in, it can shake and move around quite a bit during the spin cycle. Once you get the hang of load distribution, though, it works like a dream!

The dryer controls are easy to navigate and make doing laundry enjoyable. The dryer is quiet and the smart features for setting up custom cycles work well. I get notifications on my other smart devices when the cycle is done so no more having to check to see when it's time to switch out the laundry! The normal cycle works great and gets my laundry dry quickly and the refresh steam cycle will get wrinkles out of my shirt without having to iron it. I really like the large capacity of the dryer and the ability to switch which way the door swings.

There's also longer and hotter cycles for dirtier things such as towels or bedsheets and has a steam sanitize mode. Great for Airbnb or other heavy users that need to make sure things are clean. Don't forget to self clean your machine every two months or after 40 to 45 cycles or so. Front loaders use less water than top loaders and less soap as well. The machine will tell you when it needs to be cleaned; as it is Wi-Fi connected and has a phone app that you can follow along with.

I love the sensor dry feature as it automatically adjusts the time and temperature depending on the moisture level - which really changes depending on the type of clothes or towels I've washed. The steam sanitize feature does wonders for removing any last germs, pollen, and/or mites. I love that it gets rids of odors and wrinkles so I can freshen up clothing anytime. The connection to the smartthings app keeps me notified about taking clothes out, so I also deal with less wrinkles. The large capacity of the dryer lets me run all my large washer loads without running multiple dryer cycles.

Simple things like the heigh of the washer is perfect for me (5’9”) because it doesn’t require bending or reach too much. I have two indoor labs and hair gets on every piece of clothing, but as long as I maintain the dryer and I occasionally clean the washer, the hair rarely makes it way into the clean clothes. I love that it can handle larger loads, like my washable rugs, and the delicate cycle has so many options. I’m enjoying these machines and hope to continue to try other features like the dryer rack for things like tennis shoes.

Adding all of the extra Steam based options in as well makes it even more of a value proposition. While a little confusing at first to program a wash without the app, that confusion goes away with familiarity. I can't stress enough that while you do NOT need the Smart Things App to enjoy this product, the functionality and flexibility you get with the app is awesome. Life Cycle Management and product information is readily available along with energy monitoring and being able to fine tune your laundry settings. A FANTASTIC system!

i purchased a 4.5 large capacity front load washer on june 19th at a big box store. it was finally delivered on july3rd but because they do not install i was not able to use until july4th and it has been a shake rattle and roll ever since. loud noise, shaking enough that it moves the books and knick-knacks on shelves on the other side of the wall. i called customer service and was told because it was delivered with 2 dents(and the big box store credited my account for a small amount) that the dents voided any warranty. it is a piece of junk!!!! i keep using it because i have to! plus my clothes all have a musty smell to them. never again will i purchase anything samsung!!!!

Setting up the washer to the smartthings app was a little tricky at first but after a few tries, it finally connected. I love being able to check the app to see the time left for the washer as well as being able to pre-set a wash with specific settings via the app. I am definitely not used to this much technology for a washer machine. I am still learning the many different options available in the app, but I would absolutely recommend this washer to my family and friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my new samsung dryer has been great! the stackable design has allowed me to open up my laundry area to make it more useful. the dryer controls are easy to understand and make doing laundry enjoyable. the dryer is quiet and the smart features for setting up custom cycles is great. i get notifications on my other smart devices when the cycle is done so no more having to check to see when its time to switch out the laundry! the normal cycle works great and gets my laundry dry quickly and the refresh steam cycle will get wrinkles out of my shirt without having to iron it. i really like the large capacity of the dryer and the ability to switch which way the door swings. this dryer is great!

I don't really know how to describe it, other than it is not a satisfying close, we often have to lean into it or open it and try again. (2) on several occasions, we have set the washer on, and have come back to it having turned off, with the clothes slightly damp but not washed. We will continue to use it longer to see if they're just initial kinks, if there's any user error on our end, or if the machine just has those frustrating features. Otherwise, the buttons are helpful and seems to wash fine.

The old one had developed a constant banging noise through pretty much all of the cycle. The new washer has noises in transitionary speeds that are significantly, much louder than our old washer. So loud in fact, that it frightens my kids on another floor of our home! The machine is leveled, left to right, back to front. It literally sounds like a machine gun going off at times. We will have to contact Samsung to get a service person out. I am sure we will be told this is normal. So disappointed, i would prefer to have our old set back...as noisy as they were. I never would have imagined a washer could be this loud. Stunning.

Horrible dryer. Wouldn't buy again is Samsung paid me. This thing constantly stops telling me that my laundry is dry. Take my laundry out to fold and discover half of it is still wet. The machine says it has a moisture sensor well it may have one but it does not work. I've talked with several other owners of the same dryer and they too are just sick and tired of constantly having to restart this dryer to dry their clothes. These unfortunately came with the apartment that I am renting and glad they did because when I buy my next house I will definitely not be purchasing this overpriced boat anchor.

I did have to read back about the shipping bolts almost left them in for good cord management, but i did take them out and put caps in. Read the instructions dont try and be a know it all. LOL. I ike the ice cream truck melody when the washer or dryer stops. The smart home connects is nice, it lets you know when cycles are completed if you have to step out. Dont know about using the app to actually set up laundry cycles, really dont i have ever loading machine and programmed it complete later. The Steam feature for the washer & dryer is absolutely great, it is a must have.

Love the capacity! I can easily wash any of my comforters and pillows! With so many features there are alot of cycle times to choose from. The quick wash gives the most flexibility with water temp, number of rinses, strength of spin and soil level....I use it the most bc it washes in less than 45 mins. This my first brand new washer my husband and I have ever bought from a store that wasnt 2nd hand. I love it! The only thing about front load washers though is not to leave them fully closed up. They can start to smell if you do keep them closed. Thats the only reason I didnt give a 5 star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer needs a lil bit of work.... it does a great job of drying the clothes on the automated cycle, the second time you set it. It doesn't sense that the clothes are still wet the first time after you put the clothes in from the washing machine. I know it's not a venting issue, because I just installed this washer/dryer and I ran all new duct work up and out the vent. It's a "sensing" issue. The dryer is supposed to only dry till the sensors detect that there's no moisture left in the clothing. That's not working right. The second time, after the first 39 minute cycle is done, dries the clothing perfectly. I'm not done troubleshooting this issue yet, but I'll report back when I fix it.

Honestly I would not have purchased another Samsung product had I not wanted it to match color and pedestal of my Dryer which hasn't failed yet. In my experience Samsung appliances have proven to have a high failure rate and poor build Quality. The Samsung washer I replaced was only 7 years old and had to be repaired 3 times previously do to broken wires on thermister temperature sensor. The motor finally died causing in not to spin anymore. The spider brackets are known weak points. Your refrigerators have a horrible reliability history

i have this Samsung washer coming up on 3 months now. i would not recommend purchasing at all! I can't return, but i hope no one else gets stuck with it. it's a pretty machine, yes, and i thought would be good technology, but i am utterly disappointed in it's function. Clothing does not come out looking or smelling clean. The powder dispenser always stays stuck with detergent, no matter how little i put. You can't "lock" the machine wants it starts and i i by mistake move next to it, it messes with the cycle. I'm just really frustrated and I wouldn't want anyone else to stay stuck with it.

I have been very impressed with the quality of the wash with very efficient wash times with this washer! As a new busy mom, I can usually get most of my laundry done in one day even while running around! The capacity is also fantastic, as I can run both my queen and king sheets together yet still get a fantastic clean. The best part?-I don't notice my washer vibrating excessively or walking across the room with the bedding load. Also, the normal wash is all it takes to get rid of the milk stains on the baby clothes, which is another great feature. We've saved on our water bill because the washer knows how much to pull and doesn't pull then dump in excess! Plus it can be run off our smart phones.

There is a light in the dryer which is great especially when trying to find those missing socks. Impressed how quickly clothes dry. Love the wifi which alerts you when dryer is over - didn’t think it was a feature I use but my entire family loves it and you k ow when others are using washer/ dryer. There is a steam feature which I haven’t used yet. Need to read up on it and see how/ when to use. This is a gas dryer. No one loves to do laundry but with such a beautiful set it’s hard no to. I highly recommend. Plus they are stacked and the dont move at all when in use.

Before, it would take a load of laundry sometimes hours to process! With this model, it seemed like I could put on a load, turn around and it was already done! And like the washer, the scratch resistant feature keeps us from putting marks on it. The Steam sanitize feature is one of my favorites as it lets me add an extra level of clean to my wash and dry process. My family is often outside in the grass and dirt, so keeping our laundry clean is really important to me. With the sensor dry feature I am also confident the laundry is dry when done since the dryer can assess the moisture level of the clothes. With the app I can also manage the dryer right from my phone, just like the washer. The capacity of the dryer is very large too, so any load the washer can wash, the dryer can dry.

Washer and Dryer look super modern, were a breeze to install and overall do an amazing job so far. Love the Wifi connectivity, although setting up a second user is little counterintuitive. Unit looks very modern and has many great features. Love the Quick wash - 28 minutes. All my appliances are now new Samsung Smart units, which makes me feel like I live in the sci fi future =). Now just need to add a samsung smart tv, so the notifications pop up on screen if Im watching something. My fiance loves it too.

I’ll watch a tutorial. My biggest frustration is that the dryer thinks my clothes are dry when they aren’t. I have to fight with it to get my clothes dry by going back in and selecting timed dry to get them dry. Other than that it’s amazing. I’ll watch a tutorial on that or reach out to Samsung as maybe they can tell me how to bypass the smart sensor that thinks they are dry when they are still damp. Not sopping wet or anything like that but not totally dry.

I control the cycle time to fit my needs. I adjust for more rinsing or longer spin and if my work uniforms are really dirty, I can adjust for longer washing. The best part is connecting my washer and dryer to the to the Samsung Smart Things App. This monitors my appliances in real time. When I'm folding my clothes and putting everything away, l am always impressed with how all my things still look brand new. My Samsung Washer and Dryer take great care of my laundry. And ...my water bill is lower. If you're looking into buying a new washer and dryer, look no further, Samsung is the choice.

The SmartThings app is super handy; I get a ping on my phone when the cycle’s done, which saves me from finding soggy clothes two days later (again). It’s surprisingly quiet too, which is nice… until I forget it’s even running. My only gripe? The rubber gasket around the door needs frequent wiping or it starts smelling funky. Much larger capacity, and awesome smart features that mesh well with the tons of other smart tech in my home. Already considering replacing my aged washer with a compatible model so I can benefit from them being synced. Love the steam feature. It has already made this bachelor's life easier. Big fan of being able to add programs to the base settings through the app. Dries even large loads quickly and completely and keeps them fresh in case I can't get to the laundry room when it finishes. Highly recommend this dryer.

Not our first experience with Samsung as all our kitchen appliances television & sound bar are Samsung. This Samsung 7.2 cu ft electric dryer with multi steam and AI and the Samsung 5.2 cu ft washing mashing with with multi steam and AI are fantastic machines. We have full control on our I phones as well we can also turn off each machine from our Samsung tv. Having our 2 machines downstairs this helps us tremendously at our advanced age. Bravo Samsung 5/5 Stars for each machine. Especially for the following: Features Design Value Quietness Efficiency Performance Reliability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 20 y/o traditional washer and I'm really impressed at how much better it works. It uses very little water compared to my old washer. The washer automatically adjusts to the load and the clothes come out unusally clean, much cleaner than with the old washer. The electronic controls take some time to learn but it's got a lot of options. The Koreans love appliances with jingles and this washer definitely has them. I don't have much use for the connectivity with my phone, which surprised me when my Samsung phone asked if it could join with the washer. It was weird.

Really happy with this washer so far. The capacity is great and easily handles a big load without feeling cramped. The wash cycles are pretty quick, which is very convenient when you have a lot of laundry to do. The crisping cycle is also a nice feature and does a good job keeping clothes looking fresh. I also like the preheat option, especially when I want to get things ready faster. Most importantly, it washes really well and removes stains, while staying super quiet even during the spin cycle. Overall, a great washer and I’m very happy with it. Definately recommend it!

We’ve had our washer a few years now and it was kept up between getting stains out and odors to getting pet hair off of our clothes as well as cleaning our bedding and dog beds as often as we do. We just keep up with maintaining cleaning the washer. We barely hear anything like vibrating from it unless it is full but there is a lot of room for what we wash. There are variable times giving to wash everything whether it’s our bedding or just a quick wash. We don’t notice our water bill going up or anything so I would say ultimately everything about this washer is a win win.

With the Wi-Fi capability of this dryer, I no longer let the finished clothes just sit! It allows me to know IMMEDIATELY when the cycle is complete! My favorite feature has to be the Steam Sanitize+ function though! I put what I plan to wear in the dryer before I go to bed and can activate the Steam Refresh function from my bedroom in the mornings when I wake up and I am READY TO TAKE ON THE DAY - wrinkle-free and smelling FRESH!!! The connectivity features work but are fairly basic, so I’d rate them average. Wash performance is acceptable, with average stain removal on everyday clothes. The wash cycles tend to be quite long, which can be inconvenient. While the large capacity is great for handling bigger loads, the water efficiency could be better as it seems to use more water than expected. I particularly like the size it fits my comforters without any issues. Also love the soap dispenser it is very convenient, I fill it up once ever so often and it disperses soap for all my washes. (There’s a way to set how much soap to disperse) This washer also has an amazing steam feature that leaves clothes smelling clean. Overall this is an amazing washer with a tremendous warranty that I’ll likely never need!!

I only received my washer & dryer yesterday, but I waited to wash many items till they arrived. I was going to stack the units, but decided to buy the pedestals and go side by side instead and I'm glad I did as stacking might be awkward. I setup the WiFi before using the machines and it's nice that they send me a text when the cycles are complete. Other than that, I don't remote start the machines as I have to be in front of them to load them anyway, so I probably wouldn't get the WiFi if I did it again. Both units are very quiet and the dryer seems to dry faster at a lower temperature than my old unit. I haven't tried the steam feature on the dryer yet, but I did on the washer and it definitely cleaned my items better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad that the washer is able to fit most loads. I'm not sure of the weight but it has handled up to 2 weeks worth of laundry. It's always done a good job at cleaning my colors, though I'm not too sure on the whites. Granted, I do sweat a lot. The speed of the washer is interesting, but I think that varies with weight as well. Having the Smarthings app definitely helps with being able to track how long my wash is gonna be, so I can anticipate when I should stop doing one task to move things into my dryer. Other than that, I seldom use the app to program cycles.

I’ve had this dryer for years and quite like it, particularly for its size. I’ve had very few issues with it from a maintenance perspective - only issue is that the door latch needed to be replaced. However to be fair this machine gets lots of use as I often do at least a load a day on weekdays and 2 loads a day on weekends! Can’t make use of the steam function as the water line was too far from where the dryer was installed (I have an unusual kitty corner arrangement with the washer and dryer instead of the usual side by side) so can’t comment on that function.

I absolutely love this Samsung front-load washer! The large capacity is perfect for my household and makes it easy to wash bigger loads without having to split everything up. The Super Speed Wash is a huge time saver, and I love that I can get laundry done much faster. It does a great job removing stains and leaves our clothes feeling fresh and clean. This will really help with the life of the dryer and decrease the possibility of the lint being caught inside. It also has WI FI capabilities so you can be more efficient during your day. I'm very glad I received the Samsung washer ! it is a great addition to my family . ps: the only downside I noticed was when I washed my comforters and sheets, I used the "bedding" option and it kept saying 10 minutes to finish" it never finished!! i had to stop it manually because it wouldn't finish the cycle with the bedding option. I'm not sure why.
