It prevents clothes from resting in one place for too long while hot, to reduce the chance of creasing in the fabric.

Bought this washer and it immediately did not work. It gets caught in the spin portion of any cycle and just spins and spins forever without draining the clothes. The clothes come out completely soaked on any setting and the calibration does not work. Tried every troubleshooting option that Samsung recommends in the manual and nothing works. Didn’t even get a test cycle done the day it was installed, it literally didn’t work once. The clothes come out soaked every time, making it completely unusable. Terrible product, and it seems that other people have the exact same issue. Cannot begin to describe how poor quality this product is.

Got this washer (and the matching dryer) installed yesterday. I saw the bad reviews so decided to put it to the test immediately: so far, I've done 4 loads of laundry and am very satisfied. I will say that I live alone so this washer may not be the best fit for larger families but for myself it is the perfect size. I'm enjoying the steam sanitize especially - my towels and sheets haven't felt cleaner! The machine is also much quieter than my previous machine. Really happy with this upgrade!

doesn't calibrate properly. Cycles get stuck in every wash cycle selected, always at rinse and spin. Have to drain and empty load, recalibrate, power cycle and then reload several times to finish one load of laundry. spent 3.5 hrs today alone and last night 1hr same thing. Ive tried smaller loads, adding towels, removing so called heavy items, etc., same issues persist. Samsung tech support tools are not helpful, support provided are only a temp fix does not address issues that could be wrong with machine. Reviewed weight allowances in the manual and looked online for advice, honestly who has time for this! My old machine was a top load, old school never had issues! NEVER!

Delivered and installed Mar 7 2026, Freezing during rinse/spin cycle during the first load after they ran the test cycle. Had to manually drain it. got one load done and and for 10 days after was in a constant cycle of freezing during rinse/spin cycle, manually draining and starting over again. It didn't matter the load size I tested many according to Samsung instructions; which by the way, recommend having a scale to weigh the clothes, seriously?! Also, ran into error code message that water was too hot, it was on a cold cycle, how is that possible? It seems you can't modify the factory settings on the cycles you select even though you should be able to based on the guide in the manual, this seems to cause issues. The company I bought it from replaced the machine on Mar 25 2026 and it froze on rinse/spin during the test cycle run by the installer, had to manually drain it. Did a power cycle-On/Off, tried to re-calibrate it, same thing ran another test cycle with nothing in the machine, and it froze again. Repeat manual draining and testing 1 more time, same issue only it started leaking from the bottom underneath, water everywhere. Damaged carpet, damaged baseboards, drywall and damaged wood in built in closet. Industrial fans running since Mar 25 trying to dry the area to reduce mold from forming. Sent report to Samsung chat as suggested on the site also to aftercare of company I bought it from, including photos and videos of the cycles running and freezing. Can't believe it!!! The replacement caused worse damage than the first defective machine. Come on, this should have been rectified immediately with a solution, after only 2 weeks and 2 machines with issues, one worse than the other same model. DON'T BUY THIS MACHINE
