Worked fine for 13 months but then control pannel died. I called Samsung and they just told me sorry, out of warranty. Repair from a local shop ended up being not worth it. The control board itself was more expensive than the actual microwave. Not going to buy anymore Samsung appliances. I had a Samsung fridge and range die within 3-4 years. Appliances should not be disposable.

installed about 3 weeks ago to replace a larger microwave (Samsung). The fan is powerful, the hood lamp is brighter, the WIFI capabilities are useful and work well. it is stylish, compact and full featured, The control panel is low intensity but easy enough to enter instruction. The low intensity gives the unit a clean and uncluttered look. Voice instructions via Amazon's Alexia work great. We found that the capacity (chamber volume) is more than adequate for all our needs. I installed it myself. the installation with the templates makes it easy to do. Though the manual advises a two person installation, i was able to do it by my self. We are very pleased with the product

This is one of the worst microwave ovens we’ve ever owned. Here are the issues we’ve experienced: The microwave does not operate when the fan is turned on. The keypad is barely visible, making it difficult to use. Ventilation seems uneven — air is only being drawn in from the left side of the microwave, resulting in poor airflow.

Purchased this unit in January of 2024, and the control panel has stopped working rendering my unit useless. It is out of warranty and of course the repairs will cost as much as a new unit. If you’re looking for a new microwave please forego this one. The frustration is not worth it.

I bought this for the range hood - and HRH a direct vent out behibd through a 4x10 inch vent, this simply DOES NOT pull. The front fogs up, the air doesn't go out. I've followed all of the instructions. It could be because of the miserable size of the inner flap (which is the same size as the standard 200cfm fans out there). The bottom rail the the mic uses for support is also wrong - they changed it from the standard (non slim) models and didn't bother to update the template - so have fun guessing where it's going to sit) The UI to select what you want to cook is cumbersome and slow. NOT worth the money you'll pay to get your range hood to match your other appliances. Be sure to budget in money for medicine for headaches and buyers remorse. Oh, and if you're interested in the cool features like having your induction slide-in being able to turn on your range hood, good luck pairing them. And when you spend two hours in chat being tossed back and forth between Samsung appliance support and their smartthings department? You might be able to look through the documentation to see if they're even compatible (they see each other in the app but won't pair - both brand new devices) there is no list because Samsung cuts corners on properly documenting their product. Terrible service. Terrible documentation. Terrible install instructions and incompatible feature sets. Zero stars - DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I purchased this 1.7 microwave and once installed noticed how difficult it is the read the panel, it seems faded not very user friendly, before installation I thought it would light up? So must say I don’t think I would recommend this product, I have had to add stickers to the start and stop to make them visible, any suggestions would be welcomed.

We recently purchased this slim microwave when we renovated our kitchen. I love the sleek design and the extra headroom above our range (my husband and I are both tall and we continued to hit our heads on the older unit). However, there are a couple of things I didn't like for instance the fan seems to set further back near the back of the range and the fan is extremely loud. Much flounder than other microwave fans. Not sure if that's a good or a bad thing.
I recommended this product.

I nought this 2 weeks ago to clear up some space on my counter. Initially I am so happy with it but after some time, i found it not so great. You need to press the exhaust many times until off, the exhaust is strong but is located just half my range and since I mostly cook on front burner not all smoke is suck, some going in front of the microwave. Also at low the exhaust is noisy.

I love the design, it is slim and looks great. However I don’t like where the door opener is. You can’t switch the door opening and our range is beside a wall on the right side where the door opens. It is frustrating to open and the touchpad is so close to the corner of the door that I hit the fan button…a lot 😑 It works well but some of the design features are annoying

I bought this a month ago and I am so happy that i did. It has great heating and is very efficient and fast. It is also very affordable and easy to use. I like that it has a detector when heating up popcorn and makes sure that there isn't any unpopped corn left in it. Overall it is a very good microwave and I am glad I bought this.

We were originally concerned to move from a full sized microwave to a slim profile. But this is the perfect size as most of us simply use the microwave to reheat and not to cook. The extra space between this and the stove is refreshing. The only other comment that I have is that the light isn’t very bright.

So convenient to use. Has a good technology and very affordable. It has a good quality both appearance and its use. All buttons are so indicated, so if you dont know how to use it, you wont be lost. Im gonna recommend it to other so others can get it too without hassle. I want a hassle free use

I bought this microwave to replace my older one, which was much smaller. I think I made a good decision to replace it with this one, as it looks much more stylish, has many different microwaving optional, and the size is much bigger, sometimes I am able to put 2 plates at the same time.

I bought this a year ago, mostly for the compact size, blue interior and powerful fan,but you can't barely use this at night. How hard would it have been to install a backlight on the control panel? Come on.

Microwave itself is fine. However. You cannot see the keypad unless you have bright light on. Absolutely crazy to design something you can barely see. With the price of it, I would have expected more.

Great fan suction, nice bright light. The keypad isn't lit, if there isn't a bright light on in the kitchen, it's hard to see. I like the enamel interior over plastic.
