How to Redeem This Offer:
1. Purchase one of the Qualifying Products included on the list of eligible models above between January 1st and December 31st, 2024 and save your receipt. The Qualifying Product you purchase must be the same size (30”) and type (gas, electric, or induction) as your existing range.
2. Record the model and serial numbers of the existing range and the Qualifying Product. Make sure you photograph your old oven (step 3) before uninstalling it to obtain the serial number.
3. Photograph and print before and after shots of the existing oven and the newly installed Qualifying Product. Both photographs must show the existing and new ovens installed, and both must show proof of dimension. For example, you can hold a measuring tape horizontally against the ovens in order to demonstrate that both are 30”.
4. Utilize a professional contractor or carpenter to perform any needed modifications to your existing cabinet, and get a receipt or invoice that includes the following information: (a) date of work performed;
(b) name and contact information of person or entity performing work; (c) detailed description of work performed; and (d) separate line items for modification and installation costs, if applicable.
PLEASE NOTE: Costs related to changes from gas to electric, or electric to gas, or gas to induction, etc. are not eligible for this credit as the range must by the same type as your existing range.
Required documentation includes:
a. Copy of your sales receipt showing the purchase of the Qualifying Product between January 1st and December 31st, 2024;
b. Proof of your delivery date;
c. Before and after photographs showing accurate dimensions;
d. Copy of receipt or invoice indicating professional modification costs; and
e. Model and serial numbers of the previous and Qualifying Product.
Prior to submitting the required documentation, it is strongly recommended that you print and maintain a copy themselves of all materials submitted. YOU SHOULD NOT SHOW OR GIVE DOCUMENTATION TO ANY STORE EMPLOYEE.
5. Visit http://www.samsung.com/ca/samsungaccount to register your Qualifying Product.
6. Ensure your address is entered in full and up-to-date under My Account.
7. Ensure your Qualifying Product is registered under My Products.
8. Find the Ready2Fit™ offer under My Offers.
9. Complete, and submit the claim form and all other required documentation described in steps 1 through 4 above. All required documentation must be submitted online and received within 90 days after product has been delivered.
10. After verification and approval, you will receive an e-mail notification of your approval status. In the event a claim is rejected, Samsung will send a rejection e-mail, which will include an explanation as to why the claim was rejected. Samsung is not responsible for any undelivered e-mails, including but not limited to e-mails that are not received due to respective privacy or spam filter settings, which may divert any Offer e-mails to a spam or junk folder.
11. If approved by Samsung in accordance with these Terms, a cheque for the eligible credit amount will be sent to the address provided on the claim form within approximately 6 – 8 weeks after approval.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Offer description. If your new Samsung Qualifying Product does not fit the cabinet cut-out that surrounds your existing range of the same w idth and configuration, Samsung w ill give you up to $300 (inclusive of taxes) based on the product purchased (aw arded as a credit to be provided in accordance w ith these terms and conditions as set out below ) to cover the cost of professionally modifying the height and/or w idth of your cabinet or countertop cut-out
(“Offer”). Offer valid on select Samsung slide-in ranges, select Wall Ovens and select Cooktops (each a “Qualifying Product”). Consult the list below to determine if your model is eligible. Offer limited to one (1) claim per household. Offer cannot be combined w ith other offers, promotions, or discounts.
Offer timing. Qualifying Product must be purchased betw een 1/1/2024 and 12/31/2024. Offer claim forms, including all required information and documentation must be submitted as set forth below w ithin 90 days of delivery.
Offer eligibility. The Offer is open only to legal residents of Canada. Acceptance of this Offer constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Samsung’s decisions , w hich are final and binding in all matters related to the Offer.
Size and configuration requirements. Offer applies to 30” Qualifying Product purchased and installed in Canada only. Offer valid only w hen the Qualifying Product is of the same w idth (i.e., 30”), and fuel type (i.e., electric, gas or induction) as the existing range it replaces. For example, a new gas range, replacing an electric range w ill not qualify for the Offer, nor w ill a 30” slide-in range replacing a 24” range oven.
Residential and consumer use only. Offer valid on replacements of existing ranges in residential households only; not valid for commercial use or on new construction, first-time oven installations, or remodeling projects. Offer not valid on bulk purchases or purchases by w holesalers, contractors, builders, or multi-unit apartment or condominium corporations.
Professional modification only. Offer valid only w hen modifications to the cabinet are performed by a qualified
professional contractor or carpenter; modifications performed by you or other non-professionals are not eligible. Offer does not apply to installation or other costs. Offer limited up to $300 depending on product eligibility (inclusive of any applicable taxes) or the cost of the professional modification, w hichever is less. You are responsible for the excess of any professional modification costs exceeding the eligible amount. When using a professional contractor or carpenter to perform the modification w ork, you must obtain a receipt that includes the name and contact information of the person or entity performing the w ork, the date w hen the w ork has taken place, and a detailed description of the w ork performed. Modification and installation costs cannot be combined; the receipt or invoice must show separate line items for modification costs and installation costs (if applicable).
Photographic proof required. You must submit before and after photographs, satisfactory to Samsung in its sole discretion, of your old range and the fully installed Qualifying Product. Both photographs must show the range installed in the w all or countertop, and both must include proof of dimensions. For example, hold a measuring tape horizontally against the oven in order to demonstrate that both are 30”.
No w arranty of w orkmanship. Samsung is not responsible for, and makes no representations or w arranties regarding the w orkmanship of the cabinet or countertop cut-out modifications performed by your professional contractor or carpenter. It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain adequate w arranties and other assurances from your professional contractor or carpenter regarding the quality and w orkmanship of the modifications to your cabinet or countertop cut-out.
