The flat front design helps add additional space in the kitchen. The stainless steel is beautiful and stays clean without having to wipe it down often. The cooling inside is controlled through my Samsung phone app which I can access the temperature even when I'm not home. The space inside is smaller then my previous fridge but I've learned with my new Samsung refrigerator, functionality is key. I can fit a huge watermelon and compartmental items and so much more. I love how the middle shelf can be adjusted to fit a tall bottle of juice or milk. We all absolutely love our new fridge.

The tiny shelves at the bottom of each door are nice for juice boxes and string cheese for the kids to grab. I’m not sure how well the shelves will hold up, as they don’t seem very sturdy. I like the divided sections of the freezer to stay organized. I do not like how easily the stainless fingerprints with no handles. The water dispenser also scratches easily as my husband found out while purging the filter. I love the door alarm feature and the control panel is easily accessible, but not easily bumped. I’m not sure how often we would use the WiFi feature.

It’s OK but just OK, it could be better. First, the negatives There’s no user manual, just online documents. Seems kinda dumb to design a fridge that can’t fit a gallon milk jug on a shelf but here we are. I can’t get the water filter warning light to reset following the online docs and can only adjust temperatures from their app. The water in the door drips after use. Door alarm only works of the door is left wide open, accidentally leave it cracked an inch and it won’t give a warning. Now the positives. The exterior is easy to clean, which is good in light of the water dispenser drips.

This is a slick fridge and the counter depth makes a huge difference. We had a Samsung side by side and wanted a French door. We didn’t lose any space and actually gained room. Going to make Thanksgiving so much easier with a French door. Everything worked immediately and the fridge started cooling. The water dispenser drips occasionally but it’s not an issue. Holds plenty of ice and no issues with the ice maker so far. The SmartThings app is kind of useless as it will only let you set the temp of the fridge, not show you what the current temp is but WiFi is cool nonetheless. The app will notify you if the door is left open though which is nice. Very happy with this fridge so far and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it.

The water machine works very well although at first I was having some problem with it leaking when it wasn't being used. I guess it had to adjust for a few days. It seems fine now. The pros are the water flow is good and there are two types of ice available -- crushed or cubed. If I had one con it would be that it doesn't come with a drip pan to catch any excess water. The inside of the refrigerator part is very roomy. It has many different size drawers that will be good to organize all your food. The freezer is large and has two sections that are very roomy. It functions very quietly. All in all this is a great choice. You won't be disappointed.

We went with Samsung because we’ve been happy with their products this fridge has lived up to expectations so far. As expected with counter-depth models, there’s a bit less internal space, but the layout makes up for it. The adjustable folding shelves are nice and help with storing taller items when needed. There’s also plenty of door storage, which has been useful for quick access to drinks and sauces. And the water and ice maker on the door is great too. It’s also awesome how it has SmartThings integration and it is great being able to easily check the temperature and energy usage right from the app. It’s a small thing, but very convenient and gives peace of mind.

It is a nice design, the water flow is good and two types of cubes are available. If I had one negative thing to say about it, it is that it does not have a water drip tray. Sometimes water leaks from it and this would be a good addition. Inside the refrigerator is very large and roomy. It has an adjustable shelf which slides in to accommodate larger items which is convenient and plenty of drawers to organize your groceries. There are many door racks so everything fits with no problem. The freezer is extreme large and has two sections so all of your frozen goods fit with no problem. It runs very quiety and effiiciently. The for alarm is a plus to know when the kids leave the door open. The shelf placing is great for my smaller objects and large objects. There are plenty of shelves on the door. I love that there are actually three drawers placements. The freezer has plenty of storage. I do wish there was not a divider in the middle of the freezer. I feel like it takes away some space. The flat front works great for my small kitchen. There is no handles the stick out. The essay access to water and ice is a plus. I also enjoy that i can get large and small cubes. I do wish this was also fingerprint proof stainless steel. It seems to get fingerprints all the time especially with having fits.

Wow. I guess im the first person to ever spill something in a refer. Theres no mention in user guide how to remove the bottom shelf. Theres a reason why. If people knew what a drama it is to do-so they would run from this appliance. If i ever have to do it again i will go by a new one, but not samsung. Absolute worst design ever. Out of realm of possibility for an average homeowner to pull off this maneuver. Will think twice before ever buying another samsung appliance

I love that it fits in the same space as my smaller side by side refrigerator, yet it holds so much more food! I wish I had upgraded to this refrigerator sooner! The water dispenser fills a glass or water bottle much quicker than my old refrigerator. The refrigerator connects easily to the app. It sends you information on how much energy you are saving which is really cool. The refrigerator has plenty of shelf space on the doors for condiments and food that you want to keep handy. The freezer holds a lot of food. It is well organized with an upper divided tray and a lower divided compartment. I find that the stainless exterior gets a lot of fingerprints from where we push the refrigerator doors closed, but they are easy to wipe away with a microfiber cloth.

The fact that they are adjustable allows for large stock pots or pickling jars that might not fit into a regular refrigerator. The 26 cubic feet assures me that I will be able to put extra ingredients inside and the cooling feature gives me comfort knowing that I won't have to worry about food spoilage. The space in this refrigerator appeases my OCD and allows me to organize and have extra space for everything. I like the fact that the freezer is on the bottom and there are really no hiding places. Everything is in plain sight. Super pleased about the ice and water dispenser on the door. It will be quite helpful after working in the yard we're doing some gardening to just grab a glass and have ice and water at my disposal.

Ice maker won’t turn on no matter how many times I press the button. My thermometer probe says the freezer is at 6F, and I can’t find how to set it lower because there is no manual to review, only YouTube videos that don’t cover actual problems. You can’t remove the vegetable drawers without pulling the shelves off the doors, and even then they need to be angled towards the middle (could we really not make the doors open an extra inch?)

I absolutely love the pull out freezer and the layout of the compartments throughout this fridge. Everything feels very intentional in regards to maximizing space in the fridge. The design is sleek, finger print resistant, stainless steel. The fridge features low profile door handles which are located on top of both door sides of the fridge. The ice maker has a modern, flat front design that creates crushed or traditional curved ice. Overall, I can’t reccomends enough! We love our new spacious Samsung fridge and it has proved to be a great addition/much needed upgrade!

I like that it has a lot of space for our family of 4. the tech is pretty neat too. I don't do well with tech, but my husband was able to connect it to his phone through the "Smart Things" app, and can now control the temperature setting or get notifications when the door isn't fully closed. It looks great too and matches everything else in our kitchen. A couple of things that could be improved are the ice dispenser, and maybe adding handles. The ice cubes that come out of the dispenser are kinda "frosty" or covered in fuzzy ice, and don't look the best in an empty glass. As far as the handles, maybe we're just not used to it yet, but you have to grab the refrigerator doors on top or on bottom to open them. i feel like handles would make more sense (though may not be as aesthetic). Overall, a good appliance

Installation was easy, and pairing it with my phone through Samsung's "Smart Things" app was a breeze. Now I can controll my fridge settings through the app, and get notifications if there are any issues. There is plenty of space inside, and many drawers/compartments to keep things organized. However, two things that I noticed right away about this new fridge compared to my old fridge were that my old fridge had more bulbs/light inside, and the new fridge doesnt have humidity control slides on the drawers. Another things that could have been improved is the trough area under the water dispenser is very shallow....there is hardly and space to catch accidental overflow. Other than that, the water dispenser and ice dispenser are an improvement over my old fridge. The water doesn't come out as forcefully on this fridge, and the ice dispenser is definitely quieter. The freezer compartment is plenty big, and also has organizational utility

The freezer has a pressure handle to open the drawer. The interior is well lit and has plenty of storage space. The door has bottle/ gallon bottle storage. I liked how quiet the fridge is. The controls are easy to access on the inside of the side panel. The ice/water dispenser is very easy to use. The water dispenses at a decent rate and doesn't splash back out of the glass. The fridge can be connected to Samsung's Smart Things app if you'd like to have access to the controls there as well. The fridge has a door a jar alarm. If the door is left open after the initial alarm, the interior light will flash as the alarm sounds again. I liked that the water filter is between the crisper drawers because it's easier to change. One of the shelves can be slid back to accommodate the storage of larger bottles on the bottom shelf. The drawer below the crisper drawers has a thing so you can lift it up for easy access without having to slide the full drawer open. The freezer is a nice size and has a removable basket. The only con I found was that the dividers in the freezer were not adjustable.
