The flat front design helps add additional space in the kitchen. The stainless steel is beautiful and stays clean without having to wipe it down often. The cooling inside is controlled through my Samsung phone app which I can access the temperature even when I'm not home. The space inside is smaller then my previous fridge but I've learned with my new Samsung refrigerator, functionality is key. I can fit a huge watermelon and compartmental items and so much more. I love how the middle shelf can be adjusted to fit a tall bottle of juice or milk. We all absolutely love our new fridge.

The tiny shelves at the bottom of each door are nice for juice boxes and string cheese for the kids to grab. I’m not sure how well the shelves will hold up, as they don’t seem very sturdy. I like the divided sections of the freezer to stay organized. I do not like how easily the stainless fingerprints with no handles. The water dispenser also scratches easily as my husband found out while purging the filter. I love the door alarm feature and the control panel is easily accessible, but not easily bumped. I’m not sure how often we would use the WiFi feature.

It’s OK but just OK, it could be better. First, the negatives There’s no user manual, just online documents. Seems kinda dumb to design a fridge that can’t fit a gallon milk jug on a shelf but here we are. I can’t get the water filter warning light to reset following the online docs and can only adjust temperatures from their app. The water in the door drips after use. Door alarm only works of the door is left wide open, accidentally leave it cracked an inch and it won’t give a warning. Now the positives. The exterior is easy to clean, which is good in light of the water dispenser drips.

DOORS dont stay put where we stop. That must happen according to our convenience due to arquitectural structure of room. Doors keep going outside and banging on the walls. When your freezer drawer's rubber seal freezes shut or builds up frost, it usually means warm, humid air is entering the unit and condensing. And that is why I replaced my old fridge, but Samsung hasn't fixed this yet. Only way to temporarily fix this: Press VERY hard to almost "glue" rubber to wall, whereas should be slight push-in to close door. For an older person this way of closing is quite inconvenient.

This fridge is just ok - some of the things I don't like are : the edges of all shelves are a little turned up , causing items on the edges tilt , the ice maker where the inside shelves are takes up a lot of space, controls on the inside edge are not very user friendly. Fridge does not come with a user booklet , had to go online to figure out how to use it, the delivery people did not speak English and could not help us, there is a water filter to replace but no air filter to replace, shelves on the doors are not very adjustable, can only use one bin for tall items, then , on the other door, the ice maker in the door takes up valuable space, allowing only very small items to go in those bins, crisper bins feel cheap .

This is a slick fridge and the counter depth makes a huge difference. We had a Samsung side by side and wanted a French door. We didn’t lose any space and actually gained room. Going to make Thanksgiving so much easier with a French door. Everything worked immediately and the fridge started cooling. The water dispenser drips occasionally but it’s not an issue. Holds plenty of ice and no issues with the ice maker so far. The SmartThings app is kind of useless as it will only let you set the temp of the fridge, not show you what the current temp is but WiFi is cool nonetheless. The app will notify you if the door is left open though which is nice. Very happy with this fridge so far and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it.

The water machine works very well although at first I was having some problem with it leaking when it wasn't being used. I guess it had to adjust for a few days. It seems fine now. The pros are the water flow is good and there are two types of ice available -- crushed or cubed. If I had one con it would be that it doesn't come with a drip pan to catch any excess water. The inside of the refrigerator part is very roomy. It has many different size drawers that will be good to organize all your food. The freezer is large and has two sections that are very roomy. It functions very quietly. All in all this is a great choice. You won't be disappointed.

It has an adjustable shelf which slides in to accommodate larger items which is convenient and plenty of drawers to organize your groceries. There are many door racks so everything fits with no problem. The freezer is extreme large and has two sections so all of your frozen goods fit with no problem. It runs very quiety and effiiciently. The water dispenser fills a glass or water bottle much quicker than my old refrigerator. The refrigerator connects easily to the app. It sends you information on how much energy you are saving which is really cool. The refrigerator has plenty of shelf space on the doors for condiments and food that you want to keep handy. The freezer holds a lot of food. It is well organized with an upper divided tray and a lower divided compartment. I find that the stainless exterior gets a lot of fingerprints from where we push the refrigerator doors closed, but they are easy to wipe away with a microfiber cloth.

Ice maker won’t turn on no matter how many times I press the button. My thermometer probe says the freezer is at 6F, and I can’t find how to set it lower because there is no manual to review, only YouTube videos that don’t cover actual problems. You can’t remove the vegetable drawers without pulling the shelves off the doors, and even then they need to be angled towards the middle (could we really not make the doors open an extra inch?)

Having a shelf in the fridge that slides out of the way is nice. There is plenty of room in the freezer drawer as well as the a bottom freezer. The giant ice balls have been great from adding to the dogs water bowls. lemonade in a large clear container for party is easier and different. The temperature inside say 34 but is actually 50. It leaks water. It may literally be the worst appliance I've ever purchased. I have 3 Samsung tvs, Samsung oven, Samsung microwave, 2 Samsung Galaxy 26 phones... This has to be the worst thing they have made. The support is non existent

The smudge proof is definitely a bonus and all you need is a micro fiber cloth and it’s all gone . I love how flexible the shelves are and the cooling controls are great as well and easy to adjust .

The Samsung 3 door, French Door refrigerator was perfect for us! The 31 cubic unit refrigerator holds so much food. There is an ample amount of storage space in both the fridge and freezer. I absolutely love the pull out freezer and the layout of the compartments throughout this fridge. Everything feels very intentional in regards to maximizing space in the fridge. The design is sleek, finger print resistant, stainless steel. The fridge features low profile door handles which are located on top of both door sides of the fridge. The ice maker has a modern, flat front design that creates crushed or traditional curved ice. Overall, I can’t reccomends enough! We love our new spacious Samsung fridge and it has proved to be a great addition/much needed upgrade!

The doors do not close easily and you really have to put a little extra effort and make sure they close. An annoyance for as much as I’m in and out compared to our previous fridge 2. Everything works fine for the 1st year. Occasionally some ice developed around the supercool air vents. Also, the right door, after 3 years is now slightly misaligned compared to the left door. The smart hub however exceeds beyond expectation. It is basically my "other" cellphone because it can do almost everything my Samsung phone can do except using it to call people.

Solid fridge 26 cu ft is plenty of space for a family, and the 3-door layout keeps things organized. AI features (low-stock alerts, energy saving) work well without being intrusive. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having spent a few months with this refrigerator, I can tell you there are many things that I like, and a couple of things that could improve. I like that it has a lot of space for our family of 4. the tech is pretty neat too. I don't do well with tech, but my husband was able to connect it to his phone through the "Smart Things" app, and can now control the temperature setting or get notifications when the door isn't fully closed. It looks great too and matches everything else in our kitchen. A couple of things that could be improved are the ice dispenser, and maybe adding handles. The ice cubes that come out of the dispenser are kinda "frosty" or covered in fuzzy ice, and don't look the best in an empty glass. As far as the handles, maybe we're just not used to it yet, but you have to grab the refrigerator doors on top or on bottom to open them. i feel like handles would make more sense (though may not be as aesthetic). Overall, a good appliance

The freezer space is a bit too small. I like the sphere ice, however, that drawer uses too much space. There are plenty of bins on both upper doors. The doors themselves(all three) do not automatically close once close to opening. Must be forced closed thus leaving vulnerability with integrity.

Installation was easy, and pairing it with my phone through Samsung's "Smart Things" app was a breeze. Now I can controll my fridge settings through the app, and get notifications if there are any issues. There is plenty of space inside, and many drawers/compartments to keep things organized. However, two things that I noticed right away about this new fridge compared to my old fridge were that my old fridge had more bulbs/light inside, and the new fridge doesnt have humidity control slides on the drawers. Another things that could have been improved is the trough area under the water dispenser is very shallow....there is hardly and space to catch accidental overflow. Other than that, the water dispenser and ice dispenser are an improvement over my old fridge. The water doesn't come out as forcefully on this fridge, and the ice dispenser is definitely quieter. The freezer compartment is plenty big, and also has organizational utility

Excellent refrigerator. Section of the middle shelf is adjustable for tall juices, milks or cans, without adjusting the whole shelf. There are three pull out drawers for vegetables, smaller foods. Love the big ice balls. Good choice I went for counter depth, it looks nice.

the capacity on the refrigerator is great it cools very well . I have had issues with the drawers . the wheels broke two of the drawers . I'm also have an issue with things on the very top rack freezing and I also have an issue with things on the very top rack freezing .

I wish the drawers in the freeze were built a little more sturdy. Seems everything and will break over time. Also it tends to come off its track without much weight.

So far the ice maker has been quick. The only negative is that the drawer space is tight and there is no enclosed butter area

It stopped working not long after purchasing the refrigerator and trying to get any assistance from Samsung is a joke. Have not had an ice maker since. I would not recommend the product because of this issue.

The shelves on the doors are little odd though and not sure what best to put in them because of the irregular shapes.
