I love having the ice and water combo on the door and I really like the minimal design. There is no distracting touch panel to attract more fingerprint! It’s very easy to use and the app works great. I especially love that I can get a notification to my phone if the door is left open, because kids! But by far, my favorite thing about this is the sphere ice. It’s perfect for popping on in a metal water bottle and keeps water cold for so long due to slow melting. I feel so fancy everyone I open the drawer. The freezer is also super spacious.

I love that it is counter depth and not in the way like other fridges I have had in the past. It is so sleek and makes my kitchen feel luxurious. I am glad that it has smart app feature but that it is optional and not needed. The spherical ice is really cool too. I have also noticed that the fridge does not leave fingerprints, which is a big plus. I also love how tall the water dispenser is- no issues with any of the water bottles we have. The freezer drawer is also more spacious than I thought it would be.

I will say make sure you measure correctly as the front top of the fridge didn’t clear correctly in the space so we had to make adjustments to our cabinet which luckily ended up being fine. Perhaps we measured wrong or the instruction manual doesn’t mention this higher elevation. The sphere ice cubes are super fun and surprisingly are made really quick. As a family of 5 the regular ice cube storage must be pretty big as we have not ran out of ice yet. We are hoping the fridge lasts longer than our last and so far are pretty happy

I especially like the spacious shelves in the upper portion of the appliance. The drawers are deep and spacious as well. I didn’t realize that this refrigerator has two ice makers, but the bottom ice maker makes cute little sphere shaped balls which are fun. The trays in the right side door are deep and hold several bottles. The left door has limited trays depth due to ice maker.
The freezer is very spacious too.
Overall I gave this refrigerator a 5 star rating because it is spacious and meets the needs of my family.

This was such a huge improvement over my old fridge. The outside looks sleek and modern. The amount of fridge space is amazing. The doors are extra wide, which means the door shelves are quite wide and can hold a lot! Finally, we love the giant sphere ice. Those ice balls are fun, and they really keep our drinks cold for longer!
I love the ample space with the top French doors, middle meat and cheese section and the bottom 2 tier drawer.
It does a great job resisting fingerprints and smudges, keeping the fridge looking clean with minimal effort.

The inside of this thing is crazy big both in the refrigerator and freezer section. I love the craft ice in the freezer as this makes a real upscale feel. The refrigerator has been performing flawlessly and holds temps even when the door is left open for extended periods. The last fridge stuck out so much further and it was just an eyesore. I did sacrifice a little of interior space for the counter depth size, but I’m okay with that. I really like the smartphone app and how you can adjust settings from anywhere with an internet connection. The water dispenser is also very tall, so it fits water bottles and pitchers no problem! Having multiple ice options is also a great feature. The spheres in the bottom for fancy drinks, and nuggets and crushed ice up top for all other drinks! This fridge is so nice with the zero clearance doors. We didn’t know what to do until we found this one and now my fridge doesn’t stick way out in my kitchen. It is flush and perfect. This Refrigerator fit like a glove. The Refrigerator top area is very spacious. Plenty of room for all our stuff. I like the openness of it.
The freezer drawer is okay. I wish it were bigger. Also, if I spend much time bending over it, it starts to make my back hurt, like when I loaded it the first time.
Overall it seems like a good fridge. We've only had it 2.days so time will tell.

I should say very good refrigerator for the money. The only issue that we have is the top edges of the two drawers inside the refrigerator. They are very sharp, and if you try to grab something from it, no matter what you do, it hits your lower arm and it causes some minor inconvenience. I don't understand why Samsung didn't put some kind of soft cover over it to prevent this from happening.

The fingerprint resistant stainless steel looks great and is easy to keep clean. My fridge sits next to a wall and I have never been able to fully open the larges bottom drawer or the right side drawer but now I can. Makes a great amount of half moon ice for door ice and water. But the round ball ice is what I love in our after dinner drinks. I have it set to make 6 a day and usually use two to four daily. I always have plenty of ball ice. The tall half shelf lets me store taller items and still have two shelf storage in the back half of the shelf. The stainless steel finish looks and cleans flawlessly. The fridge holds the cooling temperature constant with no frozen spots to destroy vegetables like my last fridge. Door close and seal perfectly and are easy to open. Door alarm reminds you to get out of the fridge.

The exterior water and ice are outstanding- but a word of advice: use larger glasses and cups if you’re going to get crushed ice as it has a tendency to spray a bit more than the cubed ice.
The interior is laid out well, offering quite a bit of space to hold drinks and food, and the deli drawer is the perfect size. We have solar so energy isn’t a huge concern versus performance, and this unit got to the right cold level fast and has never warmed up, even while loading groceries. Great temperature maintenance on both the fridge and freezer without cold spots or places that might freeze or spoil food.
The sphere ice is a luxury feature, but after 1 day running it started to produce and it’s the perfect size for an old fashioned OR a water bottle.

But there’s a dual ice maker that also does cubed and crushed. It has a tall external dispenser, which makes filling pitchers easy. It’s also super quiet. This is a good feature because people may leave one of the doors open, and even though it has a door alarm that goes off after a while, you may be far away enough that you might not hear it and thus be able to get the alert on your phone. Normally this would be wasted space, but by using a smaller shelves, you are still able to use the space for smaller items. The feel of the doors and the shelves are top notch. The shelves are not removable therefore cleaning make is very difficult. I had to take it apart to be able to clean the shelves anytime I want to disinfect or get into the nooks and crannies .

I knew it would be spacious but I didn’t realize how spacious until I move all of the items from my old fridge into it and it still looked almost empty!! The freezer is also very nice and with the drawers it is so easy to organize everything and pull it out with ease. The water dispenser is so big I was able to fit an entire gallon pitcher and fill it up! The sphere ice located in the freezer is also such a fun touch. I also really like that the water filter can be changed from inside the fridge as my last one was in the back. Both reached a low enough temperature quickly enough that I was able to put my items in them from my old fridge so they didn’t go bad. The outside is super sleek and minimal and fit perfectly in my kitchen. The only downfall is the shelves aren’t quite tall enough to hold bigger items like pitcher or large bottles, but luckily the door shelves are pretty large and can hold a couple of those items. Overall I am very happy with this item and would definitely recommend it to others!
