I love having the ice and water combo on the door and I really like the minimal design. There is no distracting touch panel to attract more fingerprint! It’s very easy to use and the app works great. I especially love that I can get a notification to my phone if the door is left open, because kids! But by far, my favorite thing about this is the sphere ice. It’s perfect for popping on in a metal water bottle and keeps water cold for so long due to slow melting. I feel so fancy everyone I open the drawer. The freezer is also super spacious.

It is so sleek and modern looking without impeding into my kitchen. It has all the space is a standard depth one and looks so much better. The stainless steel French doors are great. The in door ice maker and water dispenser is tall enough to fit my large tumblers and looks nice. The best part is the in freezer sphere ice. It's my new favorite thing to entertain with. The interior of the refrigerator has ample space and a hide away shelf for fitting tall items. The freezer drawer is large and the tray for the sphere ice is perfect.

I love that it is counter depth and not in the way like other fridges I have had in the past. It is so sleek and makes my kitchen feel luxurious. I am glad that it has smart app feature but that it is optional and not needed. The spherical ice is really cool too. I have also noticed that the fridge does not leave fingerprints, which is a big plus. I also love how tall the water dispenser is- no issues with any of the water bottles we have. The freezer drawer is also more spacious than I thought it would be.

I will say make sure you measure correctly as the front top of the fridge didn’t clear correctly in the space so we had to make adjustments to our cabinet which luckily ended up being fine. Perhaps we measured wrong or the instruction manual doesn’t mention this higher elevation. The sphere ice cubes are super fun and surprisingly are made really quick. As a family of 5 the regular ice cube storage must be pretty big as we have not ran out of ice yet. We are hoping the fridge lasts longer than our last and so far are pretty happy

I love this refrigerator. Previously had a Samsung French door with 2 drawers that we had to leave with house sale. We moved into a 'new build' house that came with a brand new 29 cu. ft. refrigerator and I hated it. After 3 weeks I ordered the Samsung French door with sphere ice in black and got rid of the other one. Spacious, easy view, superior cooling and freezing and I love it. Adjustable shelving, multiple ice options and tight sealing completes the desirability factor. I found the black finish much easier to wipe down for eliminating smudges and fingerprints giving a clean look. I highly recommend this refrigerator with absolutely no objections.

I especially like the spacious shelves in the upper portion of the appliance. The drawers are deep and spacious as well. I didn’t realize that this refrigerator has two ice makers, but the bottom ice maker makes cute little sphere shaped balls which are fun. The trays in the right side door are deep and hold several bottles. The left door has limited trays depth due to ice maker. The freezer is very spacious too. Overall I gave this refrigerator a 5 star rating because it is spacious and meets the needs of my family.

The finish is smooth and easy to remove any smudges on the exterior. After installation the temperature was 37 degrees in the refrigerator and 0 degrees in the freezer within two hours. This is the first Samsung refrigerator we have owned, thus far we are very impressed with its performance. Very quiet and we do not notice it running. It will be convenient to have the dual ice makers and looking forward to the spherical long lasting I've that it makes.

Overall the refrigerator performs well. It cools and the freezer freezes. My biggest complaint is the ice making. You can choose spheres or half spheres in the freezer compartment. The spheres worked for awhile but now on half spheres are produced even when spheres are selected. And the half spheres are not uniform. Some are complete and some are not quite all there. Shelving is also tricky to get places in the refrigerator. Some positions are not secure and fall out. For the price of the Samsungs, I expect better performance. We have only had this refrigerator for 2 months.

We bought a Samsung before the AI design. It worked great until it abruptly stopped. The compressor stopped working which was a known problem with these refrigerators. It was covered by warranty but there was no way I was going to get another Samsung. We went 3 weeks without a fridge trying to get it serviced and then ordering a different fridge. Sadly, Samsung had not fixed the issue and now I have an ugly refrigerator, but it works. Seems like it would be an easy fix that would help out Samsung, but guess they don’t want to take care of their customers,

The last fridge stuck out so much further and it was just an eyesore. I did sacrifice a little of interior space for the counter depth size, but I’m okay with that. I really like the smartphone app and how you can adjust settings from anywhere with an internet connection. The water dispenser is also very tall, so it fits water bottles and pitchers no problem! Having multiple ice options is also a great feature. The spheres in the bottom for fancy drinks, and nuggets and crushed ice up top for all other drinks! But the round ball ice is what I love in our after dinner drinks. I have it set to make 6 a day and usually use two to four daily. I always have plenty of ball ice. The tall half shelf lets me store taller items and still have two shelf storage in the back half of the shelf. The stainless steel finish looks and cleans flawlessly. The fridge holds the cooling temperature constant with no frozen spots to destroy vegetables like my last fridge. Door close and seal perfectly and are easy to open. Had to add refrigerator to Smart Things app to adjust temp and ice settings, but easy to do in app (Manual buttons inside door have been unresponsive so far when pressed). I have breast milk, baby bottles, regular groceries, and my husband's snacks all coexisting peacefully. I've hosted a couple parties now and everyone always comments how awesome the ice balls are. Probably my favorite feature on a fridge that I have had. The fridge and freezer are also really practical. There is a ton of spaces, shelving, and drawers to organize everything I keep in it. I haven't had any problems trying to fit groceries and food in the fridge or freezer. The in door water and ice works as expected. Water comes out cold and I haven't had any problems with the ice dispenser. The lighting really works well too. The LED lights keep everything nice and bright so everything is easy to see. The stainless steel finish is very classy and looks great in our kitchen and compliments our appliances. The zero clearance fit especially makes this fridge look good in our kitchen.

The exterior water and ice are outstanding- but a word of advice: use larger glasses and cups if you’re going to get crushed ice as it has a tendency to spray a bit more than the cubed ice. The interior is laid out well, offering quite a bit of space to hold drinks and food, and the deli drawer is the perfect size. We have solar so energy isn’t a huge concern versus performance, and this unit got to the right cold level fast and has never warmed up, even while loading groceries. Great temperature maintenance on both the fridge and freezer without cold spots or places that might freeze or spoil food. The sphere ice is a luxury feature, but after 1 day running it started to produce and it’s the perfect size for an old fashioned OR a water bottle.

It slides right up against the walls and cabinets with almost no gap, and the doors open smoothly. The shelves are large and wide, its way deeper than my prior fridge but physically the same overall size (which is amazing), but the Sphere Ice is my favorite feature. It makes globes of ice! But there’s a dual ice maker that also does cubed and crushed. It has a tall external dispenser, which makes filling pitchers easy. It’s also super quiet. Its a connected/smart fridge, which means I can check temps and get alerts from my phone. This is a good feature because people may leave one of the doors open, and even though it has a door alarm that goes off after a while, you may be far away enough that you might not hear it and thus be able to get the alert on your phone. I absolutely love the sliding shelf for when you need to store something just a little too tall. The door storage shelfs that wrap around the in-door ice dispenser are a nice touch. Normally this would be wasted space, but by using a smaller shelves, you are still able to use the space for smaller items. The feel of the doors and the shelves are top notch. The freezer drawers slide smoothly, and the craft ice is a nice luxury feature to have. Another luxury feeling feature is the fading interior light. This can be changed in the smart things app, but I live having that slow fade when the doors open. Our daughter loves being able to fill her ridiculously tall water bottles through the door dispenser. All in all, we are very happy with this refrigerator and would recommend it to anyone in the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite thing in my house. The drink station is amazing. The center door is awesome and I love that I can make it for wine or other stuff. The ice maker in bottom is perfect no more ice being stuck and you can’t get it out. The best thing I have bought for my house!
