We bought this four years ago when we renovated. We absolutely loved it until the freezer stopped working then eventually the fridge stopped cooling. After many visits from the technician - it was no longer repairable due to freon leaking. I am so frustrated because now we have to buy a new one. This was also not a cheap fridge and it only lasted us four years.

When I renovated my kitchen, I also wanted to upgrade my old Samsung fridge that I've had since 2005. I must say that this new model is absolutely wonderful! No issues whatsoever with it and I love that I control everything about it, from deciding whether I want more of a certain type of ice cube, to the automatic water pitcher to the bottom flex zone in the freezer. I'm so happy and I even kept the older model as a backup ;)

I bought this fridge 6 years ago it, after multiple visits by various repair persons we are not able to get it working. We are faced with now replacing it. We researched it at the time and it had poor ratings then but decided to roll the dice as we had limited options in terms of cupboard space & color coordination. These fridges still rate low by Consumer Reports and almost every dealer we've spoken with recommends not to buy a Samsung Fridge. Along with the poor performance you'll enjoy all to frequent replacement cost and knowing that they are deplorable for the environment in terms of both waste and energy to build. Anyone giving these things good ratings clearly has'nytowned one for very a very long period. Shame on you Samsung...

Wife wanted a refrigerator with less back to front. Too much food was going to waste due to hiding in the back corner. Why less one Star, the door closings. You have to be very careful the doors are fully closed before walking away. Issue with the following Pros and Cons - aren't they meant for a TV ? Wife likes the separate freezer area - again, easier to find things

Great fridge with lots of storage. The only problem is trying to clean it. The drawers can be a little difficult to clean. There are areas that crumbs get into that are impossible to remove.

I’ve had this refrigerator for over 2 years now. It’s big enough to fit all the groceries for my family of 4. I only wish the freezer was slighter bigger but no issues so far.
