We are water drinkers and the water from the fridge and filter system is great. The selection of ice is a nice novelty, especially for the kids as they love the big sphere ice.
The colorway is perfect and blends with other appliances by different manufacturers well. The drawers are perfect, the air flow must be good because my fruit stays better longer.
Overall another great Samsung quality product that we are enjoying.

Like that there are 2 types of ice. Wish there was ice chips or crushed ice as an option or that you could choose what type of ice your machine makes.Luke that the filter is easy access. I like that if I can’t fit something on the shelf that I can put it inside the door as long as it is skinny enough to not interfere with closing the door. The door shelving is easy to clean and has plenty of room but not for tall bottles

The doors are extra wide, which means the door shelves are quite wide and can hold a lot! I was used to an outer water dispenser but having to open the door isn’t too big of a deal. Plus I love the auto refilling pitcher inside to fill out insulted bottles quickly. Finally, we love the giant sphere ice. Those ice balls are fun, and they really keep our drinks cold for longer!

The refrigerator has a modern look and feel, almost like a cybertruck. It's easy to keep clean, and you can actually stick magnets on it even though it's stainless steel.
The water dispenser and ice maker are internal, which helps with the overall look and cleanliness, but makes the internal storage space a little smaller. It does have plenty of room, but just a little less compared to my previous fridge, just in the freezer department.
The ice maker makes sphere ice, which is a nice touch if you drink alcoholic beverages but it can of course be used with any type of beverage.
I'm overall happy with the total package and would recommend it to anyone who likes to look overall.

I love how I have regular ice and it makes giant balls that look amazing in your drinks. The place to fill a glass with water is inside, which keeps little ones from playing with it on the outside of the fridge. It has a self filling pitcher that is completely handy. You take it out, can set it on the table, everyone uses it and it goes right back in and fills back up without doing anything. It’s very quiet. The app tells you when one of the kids accidentally doesn’t close the door all the way, even when you aren’t home, so you can make sure it gets closed. Being able to control the fridge with the app is so easy, very user friendly. This is a massive fridge and weighs quite a bit. That to me, has been the only downfall. Other than that, it’s great!

I love the pitcher system I like the internal placement of it even better in this model. The layout is also more thought out than our last. It is plenty for the two of us and I would say perfect for a larger family.
The colorway is perfect for us, blends in with other appliances well, doesnt look mismatched as we redo our home.
The two styles of ice arr a hit with everyone. Everyone loves the big spheres but they do take a bit longer to replenish. Ill always be a fan of samsung ice I the bottom. Easy for kids to reach .
I caution everyone to measure their doorway. We had to remove our front door to get this one inside. Our cabinets stop the door from opening back all the way. That was a bit of a task.
Overall, love it and will always be a Samsung Fan!

I love my new Samsung 4 door refrigerator. The inside water pitcher is perfect for filling my coffee pot with filtered water, and it refills its self , I have a choice of ice cubes, or balls of ice, the bottom slide door freezer slides open and closed so easily. And holds so much. My vegetables seem to last longer in this vegetable drawer. I am 5ft tall and can reach everything, perfect for my space and 4th of July special price.

Only issue is the stainless steel fronts are very prone to denting and scratching. One magnet and an installer with strong hands later and the front is already scratched and dented. That’s why a 4 out of 5 stars. They should offer a wrap or a better quality stainless that won’t scratch and dent so easily.

The design looks modern and fits perfectly in our kitchen. It offers a lot of storage space, and the French door layout makes it easy to organize groceries. The freezer works very well and keeps everything consistently frozen.
The cooling performance has been good overall, and we especially like the adjustable shelving and bright interior lighting. The fridge runs quietly and is energy efficient compared to our previous model.
The only issue we experienced was occasional frost buildup near the back panel, but after maintenance it continued working properly. Aside from that, it has been reliable and convenient for daily family use.

I love the ample space with the top French doors, middle meat and cheese section and the bottom 2 tier drawer. It’s easy to open and clean as well. A few downsides to the refrigerator are how low the freezer drawer is. First day having it I took the nail polish off my big toes fresh pedicure. The icemaker is wonderful however it’s slower than I’m used to. I love the filter pitcher on the inside door however the water dispenser next to it is too slow and leaves me holding the door open a little too long. I love that the refrigerator has an app however I wish I could also control functions manually inside the refrigerator. And lastly I have had a couple times the alarm went off randomly, functions changed and then it needed resetting to stop. Overall I really like the refrigerator. It’s absolutely beautiful and has so much room inside.

Overall we love the new refrigerator. Still getting used to it and trying to adjust to the ice maker, it’s much slower than most in the past. We stopped the spheres from making hoping it would speed up. Not really. The refillable pitcher is a very nice feature. We like the middle draw and its flex temp options. I’d recommend it, but hoping the ice makers woes get figured out.

The ice makers usually are a problem in the last fridges we have had but this one is different. It dispenses two different shapes of ice cubes in the trays below, one regular shaped and one round. Unfortunately, you can't get to the ice from outside the fridge. You have to open the freezer to access it.
The lighting in the fridge is definitely very modern and the shelving is nicely spaced although the top shelf does not adjust so you are limited to what you can put on the top shelf.
My wife likes that you can program the settings from her phone and it notifies you if the fridge door is open.
The one feature we would have liked to see is being able to dispense water without opening the door. You have to open the fridge door to dispense water to a glass. The one feature that we do like is that it comes with a pitcher of water that automatically fills up when you close the door. Once you empty the pitcher and put it back in the fridge it fills it up again in no time.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our new fridge and would recommend it to others who are considering a new fridge.

I can finally store tall bottles, wide platters, and snacks without the Tetris frustration.
Cooling is consistent, and the temperature controls are precise and easy to manage on the built-in digital display or the SmartThings app. I love being able to monitor energy usage and get notifications if a door is left open. The dual ice maker is another highlight cubed, crushed, AND fancy “ice bites” perfect for iced lattes or cocktails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a similarly designed Samsung fridge prior to this and was a little skeptical that this one would look as nice or have the same type of functional space I needed in a fridge. I WAS looking forward to a new fridge as the previous one had the old style ice dispenser on the door and the ice making compartment kept freezing over, eventually becoming unusable and too costly to fix.
When the fridge was first installed, it took awhile to get all the shelving set up just the way I wanted it so that I could get the most out of the space. The center shelf comes in two pieces and both are usually installed at the same level from all the photos I have seen. However, I really needed space for my taller sauce bottles and did not have enough door space to do this, so I actually staggered the shelves and it worked perfectly with lots of room for all my bottles.
I also like how this model has deep produce drawers which you can adjust the temperature on. I can fit a lot more in the drawers versus having to put some of my produce on the shelves.
The flex space is perfect for flatter items like cold cuts, eggs, cheese, etc. and is what I consider my “frequently used” section of the fridge. Door bins are spacious, deep and clear plastic so I can spot everything easily.
I love the beverage center on the inside of the door, especially the refillable pitcher. I don’t have to wait patiently to fill up a glass of water but instead, I can use the full pitcher of cold water and have it automatically and quickly refill once I place it back into its spot.
The freezer is quite spacious with deep bins, though I wish the separators were higher so that items don’t spill over into the other compartment. The ice maker dispenses into the upper freezer tray and can produce regular ice cubes as well as spherical ice cubes. While the large ice cubes are cool, it’s not something I would use frequently and would love to see this model offer the option to switch to regular ice in both bins, especially if your household goes through lots of ice.
One thing that took some getting used to was not having handles on the doors but I know this is a feature specific to the Bespoke models and is not that big of a deal. The interior is high quality, with stainless steel covering the back wall, instead of plastic like my previous model had.
The corresponding app is a great tool to be able to control my fridge remotely and to make adjustments like changing the indicator sound, setting the ice maker
