Please note that SmartThings for the Galaxy Watch supports a variety of devices, including TVs, speakers, air conditioners, robot vacuum cleaners, and lighting:
- TV: Change channels, adjust volume, set to silent, and navigate to the previous channel.
- Speaker: Adjust volume, mute/unmute, and control music playback (play/stop, previous track/next track).
- Air conditioner: Set the desired temperature and monitor the indoor temperature.
- Robot vacuum cleaner: Control the direction (forward, left turn, right turn), start or pause cleaning, and initiate charging.
- Lighting: Adjust brightness and mix colors.
Please be aware that new devices cannot be added through the SmartThings for Galaxy Watch app. To connect a new device, please use the SmartThings app installed on your mobile phone.

Step 1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Galaxy Watch.
Step 2. Tap the Search icon.
Step 3. Tap the Search bar.
Step 4. Enter “SmartThings” and tap the Search icon.
Step 5. Tap SmartThings.
Step 6. Tap Install.
Install the SmartThings app on your Galaxy Watch using the connected phone
Step 1. On the connected phone, open the Google Play Store app. Then, search for and select SmartThings.
Step 2. Tap Available on more devices.
Step 3. Tap Install next to your smartwatch.
