How does the TV Trade-Up Program work?When you purchase a new Samsung TV through https://www.samsung.com/ca (“New TV”) and decide to trade-up your used TV (“Old TV”), we will provide you with a Promotional Trade-Up credit. Once you’ve selected the trade-up option, the promotional Trade-Up Credit will be applied to the purchase price of your New TV at time of checkout. Before the shipment of your New TV, we’ll send you a reminder to prepare your Old TV for pickup. The pickup of the Old TV would be done at the same time as the delivery of your New TV.

When I hand over my Old TV to Samsung, should I also return any accessories that came with the Old TV?No – you should only make the Old TV available for pick up, and if you no longer need any of the accompanying Old TV accessories, you can discard the accessories in accordance with your local recycling regulations. You will not get any additional credits for returning packaging or accessories.

What if I don’t have my Old TV ready for pickup at the scheduled delivery time? Will I incur any charges?The pickup of the Old TV will be done at the time of delivery of your New TV. If your Old TV is not ready or present at the time of delivery of your New TV, we will be unable to deliver your New TV to you. You will be asked to contact Samsung Customer Service to re-schedule the delivery of your New TV once your Old TV is ready for pickup. Please note, a delivery re-attempt charge will be applied by Samsung.

What if there is a problem with my New TV and I need to refuse delivery of my New TV?If you are refusing the delivery of your New TV for any reason, we will be unable to pick up your Old TV. Please contact Samsung Customer Service so we can guide you with the next steps.

What happens to my Old TV once Samsung picks it up?The Old TV will be transported to an appropriate facility and disposed of in accordance with the recycling regulations.

What if I decide that I want my Old TV back after I hand it over to Samsung?When you hand over your Old TV to us, your Old TV will be disposed of in accordance with the recycling regulations and cannot be returned to you for any reason.

What if I change my mind about the trade-up?In the event that you decide, after you purchase your New TV, but prior to the delivery of your New TV, that you don't want to trade-up your Old TV, then Samsung will charge you for the amount of the Promotional Trade-Up Credit (plus applicable taxes) that was applied to your order for your New TV. We would need to use the same payment method that you used when you completed your initial order of your New TV. Please contact Samsung Customer Service to update your order.
In the event that you decide that you don't want to trade-up your Old TV at the time of delivery of your New TV, then we will be unable to deliver your New TV to you until your order is updated. You will be asked to contact Samsung Customer Service to update your order. Samsung will charge you for the amount of the Promotional Trade-Up Credit (plus applicable taxes) that was applied to your order for your New TV and re-schedule the delivery of your New TV. Please note, a delivery re-attempt charge will be applied by Samsung. -
Can I return my New TV?In the event you wish to return your New TV, then our regular return policy applies (available here). In the event your return your New TV, your Old TV will not be returned to you for any reason and no compensation will be provided for your Old TV.

Purchase an Eligible 2025 Samsung Frame Pro (as listed in the table below) and complete the trade-in of an Eligible Trade-in TV (as defined below) to receive an additional up to $500 discount off the MSRP of an Eligible 2025 Samsung Frame Pro.

This offer is limited to one (1) trade-in TV per Eligible 2025 Samsung Frame Pro purchased. In order for the trade-in TV to be eligible for this offer (“Eligible Trade-in TV”) it must satisfy any one of the below conditions:
a) If the trade-in TV is a flat panel TV it can be any make, any model, any manufacturer, any brand and any condition provided that it is owned by the customer; OR
b) If the trade-in TV is a CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) TV it can be any make, any model, any manufacturer, any brand, any size and any condition provided that it is owned by the customer.
“Eligible Trade-In TV” must be in any condition provided that it: (i) is verifiable in accordance with its serial number, (ii) is owned by the customer; (iii) Serial Number of the device can be validated and has not been removed, altered or defaced; and (iv) the device malfunction or damage, if any, is not due to (A) improper or intentional installation or removal of any parts or components, or (B) improper or intentional equipment modification.
While quantities last. Selection and availability may vary. Participating authorized Canadian retailers may vary. No rain checks. Offer has no cash value. Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions except where expressly permitted. Two or more Eligible Trade-In TVs cannot be combined towards a higher instant rebate. If you return your Eligible 2025 Samsung Frame Pro mentioned above to the participating retailer, you will no longer be entitled to the Trade-in discount, and you will only be refunded the amount paid at the time of purchase. If you return your Eligible 2025 Samsung Frame Pro, your Eligible Trade-In TV cannot be returned to you. All product(s) that are eligible for return will be subject to applicable tax and delivery fees if charged will be nonrefundable. Open to Canadian Residents only.
