Pre ordered the Galaxy Watch8. Traded in my old watch, and got a wonderful credit towards the new device. So happy that I did. The new watch is crisp, with a new face that has a plate behind it. Makes it look elegant. The only issue I have is there is not many different colors of bands to choose from besides White. I prefer a taupe color.

I received the Galaxy Watch8 2 weeks ago and am very happy with my purchase! I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 and I have to say that the battery life is so much better with the Watch8 than the Watch7. With the Watch7 LTE, I would get less than 1 day of battery life, even with the LTE turned off, and just sitting around the house. With the Watch8, even walking around all day while on vacation, I was returning to the hotel room with approximately 50% battery, such an improvement! The display is also much criper, and I really like the new UI. I would definitely recommend this watch to anyone looking for a smartwatch.

Unlike most people who dislike the new design, I personally love it! It's a breath of fresh air. It looks so modern and clean! It's so fast, and the battery life is good! I've been loving it! One of my favorite things is the fact that the strap release mechanism is now built into the watch! No more fiddling with pins, you just clip the strap into place!

I've had the Galaxy Watch 8 for a little while now and it's been awesome. The first thing I noticed is how light and comfortable it is. I've had other smartwatches that felt chunky and heavy, but I literally forget I'm wearing this one, even when I'm sleeping. The new squircle design actually looks way better in person than in pictures, and the band is super comfortable. It feels really well-made, and the battery life is surprisingly good, lasting me well over a day even with my always-on display. The whole thing just feels like a natural part of my day, which is exactly what you want from a smartwatch.

Upgraded my Watch 42mm (2018) to the Watch8 44mm, and I'm having a blast with it. I was barely using my first watch and had reservations on how much use I would get out of my new Watch8. But a week later all those doubts are out of my mind! I use the watch daily to track my sleep, measure my BMI every morning, and calculate all my daily fitness objective. The ease that the UI provide to access my music during my runs or cycling has been such a boon! And I can't stop playing with the amount of display customization Samsung has provided for the device. Every event I try out a new watch face, its always switching between casual, business and sports mode regularly! Definately recommend this!

I had a Galaxy Watch 7 before, but buying this was a great decision. It feels light on my wrist, and the band is more comfortable. I can wear it for a longer time, plus the battery lasts longer. I make it through my day easily and still have enough juice to wear it without worrying about charging, and the features are an added bonus on top of all that.

But the Samsung watch 8, WOW! Feel back in love with my watch! I didn't realize how much I missed it and how much it did for me. I like the style, fit, layout, the easy to scroll and find all my apps, and the options to turn on/off specific apps/programs. Sorry, but I'm not a fan of AI or Gemini or Bixby and I want the option to NOT use them and turn them off. I don't like being forced or pressured to use them so when the watch8 allowed me me that option, I loved it more! Thank you!

This is the most comfortable watch of the series and I can wear it all day in extreme comfort. The battery lasts several days and the display is extremely easy to read both indoors and Outdoors. I have the LTE version so I can leave my phone at home and all of my necessary information is available on the watch. I answer phone calls on the watch, keep track of my notifications and upcoming meetings as well as my health metrics. This thing's a little miracle on a wrist. I get compliments on the style. It also has Gemini AI, which I do use on a regular basis.

The watch strap is such a shame - I have had the watch all of one week and the strap is already worn and discoloured... I have done perhaps 6 hours of exercise in that time and worn it for sleep tracking. How can you market a watch the be good for sleep tracking and fitness, but sell it with a band that discolours after 1 week? Very disappointing. The watch itself is great to use - nothing special. Coming from the Watch 4, there is not exceptionally noticeable upgrade but it is smooth to use and the screen is clear. Nice a light also. Has a couple of laggy moments hopefully updates will iron this out. Battery life isnt great but its liveable.

She used the Galaxy Watch 6 daily, and the only problem with it was that the fitness tracking seemed to not be as accurate. As the the Galaxy watch 8 has a few improvements here, it seemed like the right move and it does seem to be more accurate. The Galaxy Watch 8 has been both exciting and, in some areas, surprising. While the jump isn't revolutionary, there are enough meaningful improvements to justify the upgrade. It seems faster, better at tracking and the battery also lasts longer. My wife also liked the style this has over previous generations with the change in shape.

Love this watch! I've hesitated to get a smart watch, since I've loved my small regular watch so much, but I decided it was time to join modern society. I got this three weeks ago and I'm really enjoying it. I love how it works seamlessly with my phone, and I love all the apps and functions it has. I got it specifically to monitor my heart rate while I'm running to help me get in shape in a more healthy way, and it's worked flawlessly. I've set up my run with a goal minutes/mile and a goal for my HR zones, and it makes it so easy. My runs are already improving because I'm aware of my effort level and I'm working out at the right intensity.

It's not often I'm surprised at the durability of things, especially these days. All the extra stuff is top notch, from being pared with my work phone, step counter, stress levels and every other health data you can think of. It comes with galaxy ai built in which quickly answers any questions you have. I wasn't hesitant at first as I'm an ol classic watch kinda guy, but with the multiple face and band options, it literally becomes multiple watches in one. While suffering from a heart condition, I am able to monitor my BP constantly and my ECG my BPM. Very helpful in maintaining my health. My weekly exercise regime is also monitored. Most of the apps I have on my Samsung Galaxy S25 phone are paired to my watch 8. Let's me answer phone calls, make calls weather it's nirmal calls or emergency calls. I can see text messages and respond long with emails. A great piece of equipment do have attached to your wrist. Love the various watch faces to choose from. Never have to charge prior to 48hrs ir longer which is great. Love it. A life saver.

The battery life is good enough (although my only comparison is my previous watch4), but I don't keep the screen on all the time and I keep all the background apps closed. The battery lasts a couple days if I'm using it to track my workouts, and longer if not. I wear it to sleep as well. It does charge much faster than my previous one. I don't really use it's Galaxy AI, so I can't attest to it's accuracy. My one complaint so far: I bought the watch to upgrade and try out the running coach. Unfortunately, it's not meant to be used on a treadmill. Hopefully that's something that can be updated!

I dont have to worry about writing down everything for my fitness journey. If i go for a walk, my tracking apps automatically have my steps and heart rate. I appreciate that so much. Battery is lasting well and it is bold and people seem to be interested in it when they see me with it on at work. I just have trouble wearing it for sleep. I dont like any jewelry on me at night. The bulkyness of it on my wrist at night is not doable so I have never been able to track the night time features that help calculate everything.

Not only do i already have the samsung phone now this is the perfect companion as it includes AI that helps me clarify so much information. I love the watch faces and the complications as we have so many options including downloading from the plastered. I am still adjusting to the battery and learning what I like the best about it but so far the sleep is great when incorporating with other apps in the playstore as well as the samsung health app. It's the best decision I made and know it will only get better.

My baby didn't disappoint me, instead made me proud. I am still figuring out all the features. But very happy so far. Beautiful sexy design, looks sleek even on my thin arm, specifically love the two finger pinch dismissal of notifications, side button customisation, app notification settings. I haven't used the health tracking yet. I would have loved to be able to manually lock the watch with the wrist detection turned on. But now I need to turn it off to be able to lock it manually.

I like that I can silence my alarms on my watch and answer calls. I use the galaxy AI feature fairly often. The biggest drawback that i've found is that I might get a day and a half of battery life out of it.Sometimes less, it definitely leaves a lot to be desired. Usually, it's right when I'm about to go to sleep, or when i'm trying to do something with it that it needs to charge. I don't really do that much with it throughout the day. The face is set so that I have to tap it to wake it up, but it still is not great for longevity and battery life.

The round design of the Galaxy 8 is very nice. I love how Samsung doesn't over hype features, they just add them! Like here, here's this awesome feature for you to discover! You're welcome! I thought the double pinch feature added to the other brand's newer watch looked so cool, turns out, it is! That's just one of the fun things that I discovered the Galaxy 8 is capable of. The wearable app is great, and easy to navigate. I love the health monitoring features, as I'm a little older. I would definitely recommend the Galaxy products.

I asked it to pull up a doc I was editing on my laptop, set a reminder on my watch, and find a show on my TV. No extra steps. I’ve slowly built out my whole Samsung lineup over the years: Galaxy Tab for work, Galaxy Book for everything else, Buds for calls, Smart TV + soundbar for movie nights, and my Galaxy Watch that I basically live in. I use it while I take my dog for walks, and I depend it on it to tell me how far we've walked. The only downside so far is the battery, for me. I bought it because I have a tendency to let my phone die. I work at the hospital, so I'm on call sometimes. That means, I can't let my phone die obviously. It's pretty annoying when the watch it almost dead before the end of my day. My old watch went days without being charged. Other than the batter life, I love this watch. I bought this watch to use features such as heart rate BPM and checking on sleep apnea .I still can't get sleep apnea to work even though I've got the watch on super tight and the phone plugged in .I've had it over a month and I still can't figure out how to do almost everything .very confusing for a first time user of Smartwatch maybe I should have got a cheaper one. I also have to charge the battery once a day to keep up with it .the display also won't print big enough letters so I can read it without cheaters .if there was a way you could show me how to use these features correctly it would greatly be appreciated signed disappointed

This is the first smart watch I have ever bought. In fact this is the first watch I've had for over 15 years other than a Polar fitness band. I bought it when I upgraded my phone as part of the contract as a way to monitor my fitness and I was pleasantly surprised at how well integrated it is with the phone and Clouse services. The only gripe I have is that the battery only lasts a day, which I can understand considering what it does, but it is really annoying having grown up with watches where the battery lasts for weeks or months. I suppose this will get better over time. But lovely watch, great design, amazing customisability.

Niveau design et ergonomie rien a à redire pour ma part. J’adore le nouveau système de fixation du bracelet. Gros point noir c’est le temps de chargement. Alors déjà cela met plus de temps à recharger la montre que le téléphone. Le nouveau chargeur permet une recharge plus rapidement que celui d’origine de mon ancienne S4 mais il ne faut pas se fier au temps indiquer par la montre car pour ma part il faut bien prévoir le double. Alors inutile de dire pour les chargeurs non officiel. Facile 3h pour passer de 20% à 100% pour une autonomie d’à peine 2 jours. Donc une nuit sur 2 je n’ai pas les données de sommeil car elle se recharge.

I live in Big city and do my errands on foot and some weekends the step count is less than half of other weekends when I walk all the same routes. Heart rate is something else that's sometimes off, I have a heart defect so my cardiologist wants me to have a smart watch to keep an eye on my heart rate because I have spells where I'm beating too fast for no reason or beating to slow so I do an ecg which is much different than the displayed rate on the watch face. Haven't used any ai functionality yet, I'm a bit old fashion not opposed to new tech, but don't always feel a need to jump on it.

Particularly the Health App, it has allowed me a convenient way to track my progress in weight loss, blood pressure control and sleep schedules. Working in emergency services, it is sometimes difficult to keep those things in mind. Using the features iv the watch 8 and tying it in with my z-fold 6, I have everything in one place. Using the Galaxy AI feature has also been useful in helping me stay on track with my studies at work, specifically medical studies. What I got was a little computer strapped to my wrist that somehow makes my phone feel lazy. The screen is beautiful, everything feels smooth, and the health tracking is impressive. It works brilliantly with my Google Pixel, and being able to use my own custom apps is a massive bonus. Is it perfect? Not quite. The battery could last longer, but considering everything this little gadget does, I'm impressed. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Would I still like the gift card? Also absolutely. 😂

I read the reviews that said basically the 8 was the same as the 7 with just a new display that closer resembles the apple watch but I feel this is wrong. Yes the display is shaped differently but it makes the watch face clearer. I use my watch primarily for workout tracking, sleep tracking and occasionally calls and text. The accuracy of the workouts is better and the breakdown of the information gathered is better. My sleep has been more accurately measured. I have not used the new Galaxy AI features yet but I anticipate doing so in the next week.

It’s slim, lightweight, and very comfortable. The bright display is clear both indoors and outdoors, making it easy to check the time, fitness stats, or notifications at a glance. I mostly use it for step tracking, heart rate monitoring, and sleep analysis. Workout modes are easy to start and provide helpful feedback. Notifications, music control, and quick timers make daily tasks easier, and the Bluetooth connection has been smooth. I’ve always been drawn to the Flip and Fold, but I was a bit worried about the hinge. However, after trying the Fold7, I fell completely in love with it. I don't like carrying around a tablet or laptop, and the Fold feels like having a tablet with me everywhere. Being able to view multiple apps at the same time means no more confusing screen switching. The performance is super fast and the battery life is great. Even though the cameras can’t quite match the Ultra, I hope future Folds will bring all the best features into one device. My next phone will definitely be a Samsung again!

I decided to upgrade from my Galaxy Watch 6 to the Galaxy Watch 8 44mm as I was very intrigued by the new UI and design. I must say that I am quite happy with the new watch. It's far better than the previous models and the battery life is also a bit better. The new UI helps you get much better battery life despite not really being much bigger. The design itself is great, but not for everyone! The software is nicely designed and the watch is zippy. My only gripe with it is that I wish the wireless charging was faster! Overall it's a great watch!

Today is my 3rd day with my new watch. I got the 40mm in silver with the small/medium sport strap in mint. The face is plenty large for my wrist, strap is roomy enough. Cons: strap was very difficult to clip on! Battery dies quickly! I'd really like more watch faces that are more feminine, most seem very masculine. I'd love to be able to use my phone screen saver for my clock face. Pros: I'm loving the health monitoring, even an ekg and sleep apnea detector. I love the sleep monitor. The improvement of quality between those years was fantastic and the amount of work that was put into the software makes me want to have a whole line up of new Samsung products (buds, phone, tv, and more). I've always been a samsung fan with my phones but I usually don't get brand new but my next Samsung will be a brand new one but I haven't decided between the folds, flips, or just a normal s series yet. Time will tell which one I will choose but I will always be going with a samsung from here on out for watches.

It paired without issue for my Note 10+. Using the watch face to navigate is very easy too. The voice recognition works well and I haven't had any issues. There's even a tiny keyboard on screen if you want to try and type with that. So far I have Google keep and use the Google assistant to add things to my various list via voice commands. Spotify synced without issue too. My watch is becoming a perfect companion to my phone and personal assistant. I'll have to see how the Galaxy AI works with the watch.

I bought this to replace my very old Fitbit. While the screen of the new watch can do fancy things, the battery life isn't even half of what my extremely old Fitbit was. I've taken off most of the programs that track various things and always have the battery saver on, but it only lasts for a few days. What is the point of having access to the different programs if running them is going to kill the battery in a day? Also the extremely expensive band I got with it gave me an awful rash on my wrist that still hasn't gone away even though I've bought off-brand ones and have changed arms. I wish I could send it back, but I'm probably over the return time.

A fundamental use case for a multiple hundreds dollars smart watch is as a fitness/workout tracker. The problem with this watch is if you are working out and look away for a period of time (Max setting is 2 minutes!), it defaults back to the watch face. So, when I'm on a bike ride and want to check my heart rate, I have to swipe left twice, find the cycle app button and press it. Seems like a safety risk. Unfortunately, after spending hours pouring through forums and videos attempting to find a configuration that works to set the 'show last app' limit to more than 2 minutes, though some videos show a 1 hour option. This watch will be returned.

The active workout app must have permission to display notifications to stay on top of your watch face. Please open the Galaxy Wearable app. Navigate to Open the Galaxy Wearable app. Then, go to Watch settings > Notifications > App notifications. Locate Samsung Health in the list and make sure the switch is turned ON. These actions will prevent the workout screen from disappearing. Also, check "Show Last App" setting in the wearable app to ensure it is not set to "Off". To do this, Open the Galaxy Wearable app and Go to Watch settings > Display > Show last app. Set it to the maximum available time. Lastly, for maximum visibility while cycling, you can set the watch to never turn off during a workout. Here's how: On your watch: Start the Cycling workout. Swipe right to access the settings for that specific workout. Then, scroll down to Display and turn on Always On Display. Please be aware that this action will increase your battery consumption. Its screen is very bright, so you can see it clearly outside. It has many health tools like sleep tracking, running help and it reminds me everytime that I have to stay active or that I have been staying in a place for too long The battery lasts about one day and takes a while to charge. Overall, it’s a nice smartwatch with smart features, but the battery is just okay. I wish it could lasts longer so I don't have to charge it every night. But still it looks so good on my hand. Always a samsung fan.

Première montre connectée que je prends, le bracelet par défaut est très confortable, le boîtier est léger et la prise en main est assez simple et rapide. Je n'ai pas encore fait le tour de toutes les fonctionnalités, mais ça semble plutôt complet et facile de s'y retrouver avec la possibilité de personnalisation de l'affichage. Seul "bémol", mais qui semble être un point commun à toutes ces montres : la batterie. Avec une charge à 90% (mode protection de la durée de vie de la batterie activé) et l'always on désactivé + mode sommeil la nuit, la montre tient tout juste moins de 48h. Pour la recharge, c'est réglé en moins d'1h, ce que je trouve très correct.

Make sure you read the tutorials - it blew my socks off with how to use so many features I didn't even know I had!! Galaxy AI had been so helpful in seeing things organized and keeping me on track. I also use it to track my steps, and every other exercise i do. And can we talk about the sleep feature?! It adjusts to your schedule, and starts making suggestions before bed. This Galaxy 8 watch has been a frustrating, defective disappoint from unboxing. The battery will not keep a charge, I get 5-6 hrs of use after a full charge, it will not stay connected or synced with my Samsung S23 Ultra, etc. Because of this it's near impossible to use the Health app which is what I have this watch for. The Galaxy 8 has had one issue after another and I would like to get a refund or replacement for this defective unit. I had no issues with my old Galaxy 4 watch except for the battery not lasting, but it lasted far longer than my 8! Even when I think it's chatted, connected to my phone, etc, it rarely records sleep, heart rate, not anything!

So far it is however very user friendly. I am horrible with technology and electronics! But this watch like my samsung 25 ultra phone have features that help you to use your watch. Im learning new stuff daily on my watch. One of the things I really enjoy is all the cool health stuff it has on it. You can even do an EKG! Like what?!? This is a little private nurse on your wrist. This watch is a nice upgrade from my S3 classic i had for years. I didn't need or want a watch needing a network(i know i don't need to set up the network but you are still paying for the tech) so oi decided on this 8 wifi- bluetooth. It's slimmer and lighter on the wrist, weighs nothing really. The apps that weren't available with the old classic are back and so far i love this watch. the only thing that i had to get use to was the lack of a turn dial on the face, it's more like swiping a tablet. I am glad to say i got use to it rather quickly. If you want a new Galaxy watch but don't want to pay for tech you're never going to use this is a great option.

Can't run some Samsung apps properly that I used to run on previous watch due to permissions being so locked down. New features like vascular load and Age's index not really helpful. Don't know what results should look like for some one my age. Using a Vaseline than comparing against a baseline can let you know if improving or getting worse, but doesn't tell me how I compare to my age group. I don't feel like it's a massive leap forward. Much the same. Not worth the upgrade (so far). Temperature should be able to be measured any time. Not just while I'm sleeping. Needs work

I was worried that this would make me feel tethered to my phone but I don't at all. I use Samsung health now and love keeping track of my stats. I also really love the sleep mode where I can keep track of sleep - and even record actual snoring and my heart rate at night. I can even use it to pick up a call if I'm not near my phone. But the best feature - find my phone! That has saved me so much time when I set my phone down and can't remember where especially because my phone is usually on silent so calling it to find it is pointless. My husband thanks you for that!

I have used Pixel watch, Pixel watch 2 and Pixel watch 3 for last couple years. Apart from getting notifications, i wanted to track my health especially sleeping habits. None of the pixel watches were comfortable on my wrist while sleeping. With the Galaxy Watch 8 44mm, i have been sleeping with it since the day i received it. It did help me realize how much sleep deprived i was. Its been just about 10 days using it, and I am already getting better with my sleeping habits. The watch is really light weight and comfortable.

Not only do I find it lighter than the previous model I had, it runs better and looks sleeker. I love how it keeps track of my sleep.l routine and advises me where I need improvement. I definitely feel like I am getting better rest knowing where I need to get it. The battery life has not been an issue at all. My watch is responsive to touch without issue. My apps seem to run smoother than on my previous model. I did spring for the 44mm size and it looks perfect, not too big, not too small. As I said in the beginning, I'm very glad I chose to finally upgrade on such a terrific model.

UI8 on a watch is mind blowing as I've been in beta on my s25 ultra for awhile now. The galaxy AI health feature updates are incredible to say the least and have helped me keep motivated and stay on top of my stats. The sleek light weight design is top notch and I no longer even notice I'm wearing my watch ever. I was not able to sleep with my watch prior to this model now it's a must. I currently have it rotating with pictures of my dog. This watch is also a life saver, literally. It can detect if you have sleep apnea, heart issue's or different health concerns that you need to go and see a Dr for. That is because it uses AI capabilities to. I also love the health features built in to the watch. I take my dog for several walks a day and I forget to set the exercise feature and it does it for me. Listen, this watch is AMAZING!!! I love Samsung TV, i use it all the time since i don't currently have any streaming subscriptions. I use Galaxy AI here and there, still trying to carefully navigate how to use it. My only gripe about the phone is the battery. Since day 1 it has only lasted about 17 hours a day. And it's getting progressively worse after only 5 months of use. These phones are way too expensive and known to be used to the extent of a lifeline for many consumers, for the batteries to be so subpar and not be able to handle heavy usage.

I have had tvs, my refrigerator, washer and dryer, and plenty of mobile devices. It started with the T800 family. I have always enjoyed my Samsung devices, unfortunately the appliances haven't always been the best, but my phones and watches have never let me down. I highly recommend getting a Samsung watch because they are durable, the battery last well, and the water resistance are top tier. I have gone in many of waters with my watch (because I forgot I was wearing it) and hit the button to remove the water and wipe it off and its as good as new.

The timer showing on the clock face make all the difference because I used that at work to time certain events this way I can see everything at a glance. The health app has kinds of new things to check and I find myself religiously using them to actually improve my own sleep and look forward to seeing how I'm doing. The tiles upgrade is extremely useful as now I can group things together into categories making them alot more convenient. The watch itself is way more comfortable on my wrist. It sets flatter and I love the new look. Overall I'm very happy as the upgrade from my watch 6 is better in every aspect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch has a great hr monitor that I use all the time because I constantly have a high hr, and this watch matches the hr on my bp/ hr monitor, battery life is not to well but it can be improved via certain settings, Answer, or make phone calls if you have an lte version even if youre phone is off or dead, or if you leave youre phone at home you can still get calls and make calls from youre watch, pay from youre Samsung wallet via watch, all the apps downloaded on youre phone you can also upload to youre watch and you do not need youre phone to access the app, back up you're data on youre watch via Samsung cloud, ETC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I it's not that I chose this watch, fate chose it for me. It came with a bundle when I got my s25 ultra.. I've never been a watch guy but I figured if it comes with it, why not try it? It sat on a shelf for a while. I would see it and think about it. One fateful day someone suggested I sell it if I don't use it..I said, "No, it's mine " well, that got me thinking. If I'm not using it, why shouldnt I? So logically, I tried it out. This thing makes life so much easier. I don't always have to have my phone. It tracks my sleep habits and gives me a scores. It tracks my steps per day. It's like the most willing assistant that never gets paid. I use it everyday now.

Je possède cette montre depuis plusieurs semaines maintenant. J'en suis très contente. Elle est fine, suit a merveille mes nuits, mes activités sportives, mon coeur... L'application est intuitive les conseils intéressant. J'ai beaucoup appris sur mon corps. En revanche je suis extrêmement, mais vraiment extrêmement frustrée de ne pouvoir utiliser l'entièreté des fonctionnalités de la montre, n'ayant pas de téléphone Samsung haut de gamme dernière génération. Samsung devrait proposer health monitor en version payante a la limite mais pas la rendre impossible a ceux qui ont des téléphones moins récents ou moyenne gamme.

I feel like I constantly have dust and dead skin cells on the square area below the watch face. Fit is nice and I like that the band release is on the device now vs the band itself. I do still dislike that the 40mm variant has a smaller battery. It makes sense, but the battery already struggles after the 12-month marker. Galaxy AI is nice to have baked into the watch. I like asking questions while on the fly for a simple answer. Anything requiring more detail just means I actually unlock my phone and search. Fitness tracking seems as accurate as the Watch7. Overall, I'm content with my purchase.

I purchased the watch as a Christmas present for my husband. After wearing the watch for 6 days the battery life was not improving. The most you will get for battery life is 1.5 days with all features turned off. This makes it an expensive digital watch. Very disappointed when comparing to Garmin's that he was getting an average of a 6 days battery life. I do not recommend purchasing this watch especially if you currently have a Garmin and are thinking of trying a Galaxy watch.

My last one was 40mm, this time i went for the 44mm, and its much better I love the fact that it has a running coach on it Not too sure about the accuracy of the antioxidants bit though, as its tells me very low and to eat more fruit and veg, i practically live on fruit and home grown veg Very comfortable, even if the standard strap is a little bit too long, and thinner than my last 2 watches Unless theres any new MAJOR upgrades in the next few years, i cant see me updating from this one any time soon

It works brilliantly with my Samsung S23 Ultra and has quickly become part of my everyday routine. The screen is bright and easy to read, the menus are simple to use, and I like being able to check calls, messages, reminders and other information without constantly pulling out my phone. I also use it for activity, sleep and general health tracking, which has made me pay a bit more attention to what I’m doing each day. What I like most is that it doesn’t feel like a gadget I’ll get bored with after a few weeks. It’s genuinely useful. Do I absolutely need it? Probably not. Would I want to give it up now? Definitely not.

I had no idea how much I would enjoy this watch. I did not think it would work on me, but its feedback makes me want to be more active. It helps me notice when I sit too long, and I love the faces (spent way too much time customizing mine, but I can't honestly say I regret it). I was worried about the battery, but it was never a problem, and with the quick charger, it fills up real quick. The display is awesome, and it is very well built. After several months of heavy use, it still looks like new. I also really like the gestures, and specifically the "double pinch". The speakers are better than I would expect, speech (Gimini) is very clear, and when I am really lazy, I make quick phone calls from it (mostly to the fam). I love paying with it (personally, I use Google Wallet), and I love to have DUO on me wherever I am for 2FA. I received it as a gift from my in-laws (I know... lucky me...), but it was not too profitable, as I liked it so much that I bought the 40mm Watch8 for my sister (I know.... lucky her...).
I recommended this product.

Déçu. Rien à redire sur l'interface., la fluidité et les fonctionnalités et la finition, on a ce que l'on attend d'un produit Samsung. Par contre je ne comprend pas que la recharge par induction soit limitée au chargeur fourni avec la montre. Incompatibilité avec la norme qi est déjà difficile à entendre sur un produit de cette gamme mais que mon s25 ultra ne puisse pas charger ma watch8 je ne peux pas. Si encore l'autonomie de la montre était de 7 jours mais en image classique sans aod on ne tient pas 2 jours. .. Dommage j'aurai préféré rester dans l'écosystème samsung mais pour la montre la concurrence fait mieux.

The feature I use the most on the watch is Samsung Health. I like that it keeps track of my steps throughout the day. I am able to track my heart rate and blood pressure because those problems run through my family. I also like that the watch can monitor how I sleep. I do not get much sleep through the night so the watch helps to track what may be the reason. I also like the feature of being able to listen to my music through my watch while I am doing stuff around the house. All in all the watch has been a great addition to my phone and my life. I would recommend it to anyone.

It has a ton of useful features, but my favorite part is how well it keeps track of my health, activity, and especially my sleep. I like being able to see how well I slept and track my sleep habits over time. The sleep coaching and different levels actually motivate me to get better sleep because I want to improve and move up to the next level. It makes taking care of my health feel more like a goal instead of a chore. My only complaint is the battery life. I wish it could go longer between charges because I have to charge it more often than I’d like. Better battery life is really the only change I’d make.

I was going to wait to buy another Galaxy watch until Samsung came out with a blood pressure feature for the USA or a blood glucose feature. I have purchased every Galaxy watch since Galaxy Watch4 and decided to not wait, so I went ahead and purchased Galaxy Watch8. I am very glad I did. It is the most comfortable Galaxy watch I have had and made the purchase worth it. The main reason for not giving it 5 stars is that I get a rash under the sensors when I wear it day and night for several days, despite frequent rinsing with water. This is probably just my own skin sensitivity, so I limit wearing it to workout sessions and for sleeping to get the health features.

Even though I pay for it to have it s own service I am not able to interchangeably use it with my phone I can read a message and reply but I find it difficult. I do talk to text and it often gets it wrong. Also the battery life isn't compatible with my life style. So part of the reason I wanted it was for it to monitor my health particularly at night. So that means I'm not using it during the day everyday. I will say that it does have an incredibly fast charging time. I just have to remember to do it in the morning or I won't have it for the day. If it is compatible with Galaxy AI I haven't figured out what benefits that is.

I can message others and receive messages. I haven't yet discovered how Galaxy AI works or benefits the usage of my watch but I plan on doing research for that so I can figure that out cuz that would be a very useful thing to have on my watch. One complaint I do have is if someone sends me a message I can't hit reply and do a voice to text message. But I can do a voice to text message if I start a conversation. Which is not what I'm used to with my watch I used to have with another company. Overall I find my watch very useful and I depend on it for many things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Galaxy watch 8 and I will soon have Galaxy watch 9. I chose Samsung Galaxy Watches because I love their products. The watches helps me in my daily life. I use it for pedometer to track my steps, it monitors my sleep habits and even my heartbeats. I can change my watch faces and add or remove what I need to see on my watch, weather, steps, heart rate, battery life just to name a few. I love the easy release button to change my watch bands. Almost forgot, music can be played with or without earbuds. The speaker is not bad at all and texting or using the microphone works very well. I love eating apples but never wanted those as products. Samsung has awesome products.
