En støvsuger der klarer det kedelige arbejde. Den suger godt, nem at installere, dejligt at kunne styre den over appen. Den kører ikke ind i tingene, men finder hurtigt forhindringerne på dens vej. Klarer dørtrin fint.

Har fornøjelsen af at teste denne lille fine robotstøvsuger, leveret lige til døren. Designet er neutralt og det var nemt med installationen. Lydniveauet hører dog til i den dårlige ende, den er absolut ikke lydsvag, og vi oplever at den ikke altid tager de "største nullermænd"

Jeg deltager som testpilot via Smartson og har købt produktet til nedsat pris. Men når det er sagt, så forstår jeg slet ikke at jeg ikke har købt en robotstøvsuger noget før. Det er mit hidtil bedste køb. Er alene med mine to drenge på henholdsvis 4 og 11 år, så har hænderne fulde, og min Samsung Jet Bot er blevet min nye bedste ven. I dag skulle vi til fødselsdag, så fik lige sat stolene op, og ryddet gulvet for julenisser mm. Satte den igang og gik. Kom hjem til en dejlig nystøvsuget stue, og støvsugeren sad i opladeren. Den har rigtig mange funktioner, men da min lejlighed har mange små rum og dørkarme, er det nemt bare at sætte den i rummet og trykke tænd, og så går den igang. Forleden fik soveværelset en tur, og den fik støvet væk under sengen, hvor jeg ikke kan komme med min almindelige støvsuger. Det er en kæmpe aflastning for mig, da jeg kan lave mad, bade børn mm. Mens der bliver støvsuget. What not to like.

Har underlättat mycket i vardagen, dock så vill batteriet plötsligt inte ladda alls och insåg att nytt batteri går på nästan värdet av en ny robot. Ja kanske inte en Samsung men ett billigare märke. Och som student så känns det surt att behöva göra valet att pensionera min favorit.

Ho comprato questo articolo 2 anni fa ed ero molto soddisfatta, solo che ora la batteria non regge più come prima sta avendo un repentino declino (il robot lavora 5 giorni a settimana su 62 mq effettivi) e può essere sostituita solo in assistenza con un costo che credo sia superiore al valore del robot

This vacuum was an unscheduled purchase we saw it on offer while waiting to collect a new TV. We didn't buy at the time but after reviewing came back to the SonicDirect store and collected it. The machine is a doddle to set up and can be set to clean on a scheduled basis, we don't schedule just run it round when we decide. It warns to tell you its setting off and again when it's completed. As its only small I clean the collection chamber out every time its done a clean and its amazing how much stuff it picks up. Highly recommend it.

It started well and was very effective at cleaning floors. However, after almost a year, that changed and it keeps stopping saying there's something stuck in the roller brush. I've washed the brush several times, damp-wiped everywhere with microfibre cloths, many many times but still it continues to stop. In most cases, it can't do more than 10 mins before stopping with the same "brush" problem. If it weren't for that, I'd give it 5 out of 5. Unfortunately it's now unusable as you're constantly resetting it.

Poor build quality, the battery barely lasted 12 months now it can only do a 12 minute clean before it runs out of batteries. The screws have snapped across the chassis and the clean station no longer charges as a result

This robot vacuum has been a major disappointment. Instead of simplifying my cleaning routine, it's added frustration and wasted time. The core issue lies with the software, which is clearly buggy and unreliable. Mapping the floor has been a nightmare, with the device repeatedly failing in its attempts. Even when it does manage to create a map, the cleaning performance is abysmal. The vacuum frequently cuts its cleaning cycle short, declaring the job done prematurely and returning to its charging station, leaving much of the floor untouched. This erratic behavior makes it completely ineffective at actually cleaning. Frankly, my seven-year-old stick vacuum does a far superior job. Save your money and avoid this product. It's simply not worth the hassle.

Bought it 2023 March, and after 18 months of usage, one of the wheel started making loud grinding noise and wheel wont move. Nothing struck in the wheel well, but makes really loud grinding noise. Contacted Samsung, Samsung said too bad out of warranty, you can create a repair ticket.

The vacuum cleaner is good looking but averagely performing. It needs to be supported by a handheld vacuum cleaner from time to time in corners and on carpets. I received it as a replacement for a broken model without the big docking station. Pros: - Very good on hard floors - Long battery live and reasonably quick charging - Variety of settings - Easy wi-fi setup - Not too noisy - Gets over most obstacles such as rolling carpet corners and doorsteps - Docking station empties the robot after every use. Cons: - Average on carpets - No manual steering over the app and no spot cleaning - Expensive dust bags for the docking station - Does not clean around the docking station - Needs a lot of space around the docking station otherwise it cannot park - Docking station cannot be placed close to a wall because the air outlet is at the back - Emptying of the robot is very loud - Misses corners from time to time.

I've had this product for over a year now, and I would not want to be without it. I have two short haired dogs as well as cats and run the Jet Bot daily on tile and LVP flooring. I have no problem with it leaving hair or dust remnants on the floor and although I sometimes need to clean up interior corners, it's a small thing compared to vacuuming everything manually. I've read reviews stating that people have clumps of hair that are left behind, but I have never had that experience. This is my first experience with a robotic vacuum, and I will remain with this brand.

Don't bother it won't last a year....just look online in the forums.... Mine worked fine for the first 6 months then constantly into error.... Cleaned and changed filters etc but still every minute it would say there is something stuck in the brush.....nothing in there at all....just scrap now....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing how well the vac accurately maps the entire house (single story), always knows where it is and cleans in an organized pattern. We have a "dumb" robo vac in another house. It does a good job but randomly wanders around. The Jet Bot literally sees the room, then proceeds to go back and forth vacuuming as you would. It sees all furniture (and other objects on the floor) and maps to go around them. Rarely bumps into things. When creating the map, first pick everything off the floor, shoes, pets, etc. Otherwise, it will think these are permanent things and map around them. After the map is created if it sees a new random object on the floor (like a pet) it will go around the object. Once the map is built the first time you use the vac, it stores the map. Then you use the map displayed on your phone using Smart Things app to select which rooms to clean. Your phone is the control ... no remote and only an on off button on the vac. It is very accurate as it moves around the house, even finding its way under each dining room chair and back out with ease. We have it set to clean the room then go back and clean around the edges of the room. It also talks to you, telling what it is about to do. It never gets lost and always finds its way directly back to its home. Our floors are all hard surfaces. It does a great job cleaning. We have some throw rugs which we must pick up or it just pushes them and can get stuck (the side spinning brush gets under the throw rug). As for noise, it sounds typical for a robo vac. When it returns home and empties into the home station, that vacuum is loud and sounds powerful. The app on the phone is pretty good. You can start it when you are not home and track its progress on your phone. If it does run into a problem (gets stuck on a throw rug) it will ask for help, but if no one responds it will shut down until it is rescued. Our house is 2,000 sq ft and it has just enough power to clean the entire house on a single charge. But if it does sense it is running low on battery it goes home, then finishes where it left off after charging.

This is a terrible vacuum. When the engineers designed this with the cliff sensors, I guess they assumed everybody in America lives in at least a two-story house. You would think they would include a way to turn off the cliff sensors if you live in a one story house. I have some Persian style rugs with designs on them with a lot of black and the vacuum thinks that the black spots are cliffs and it won't vacuum it and it just gets stuck there and doesn't move. It's in the middle of another rug just a blue rug and it thinks some areas of that rug are objects it has to avoid because it doesn't vacuum the whole thing. Even though it's set to the low furniture setting it won't clean under my bed. Sometimes it can find its way back to the docking station and sometimes I have to physically put it in there because it can't climb up in there. Who designed this? Were they drunk? An absolute waste of money. A completely useless poorly engineered device. Why can't you turn off the cliff sensors? My old Samsung allowed me to put electrical tape over the cliff sensors. Can't do that with this one. Stupid useless vacuum.

This is the worst robot vacuum I have bought so far. It worked good till an year and right after 1 year it failed to charge anymore. When I contacted Samsung support they said they will charge the amount same as I paid for the vacuum. Very disappointed by the product and the support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had multiple instances at beginning of using the Vacuum where it would always give false notification that something was stuck in brush and it wouldn't move at all even though nothing was there to remove/clean. The battery dies after staying in same place for sometime and the vacuum needs to be put back to charging manually. Since my vacuum runs when I'm away from home, I couldn't do much and wait to return home and search for it to put back on charging. For some reason (could be software update) the problem resolved on its own and works just as expected. The only few times i really did get the stuck notification in past weeks was when something really was stuck in the brush. Other than the beginning I have had good experience. The bag that came with vacuum is still half filled so pretty good for long term use. Mapping is quite accurate and having a cleaning report to view on what has been covered really gives a good idea. One drawback is that schedule option only lets you clean the whole house and not schedule specific rooms for specific days.Like I have rooms that are more or less always clean which i would like to schedule once a week, and others which can be every other day. Could be a software update for QoL improvements in future.

Absolutely love it! I bought the Jet Bot out of curiosity, with doubts that it might work. However, I was astonished at the results. My house never been so thoroughly cleaned and dust free. The software has gotten worse. I've been using it for a little over a year. It worked fine for the first few months, but I now have to do manual vacuum work and stopped using it. It comes to the dock almost immediately without cleaning the whole area. I picked up any obstacles every time before I started the vacuum. I've been using a Roborock for 4-5 years on the other story, and it works perfectly! I am a Samsung fan, but I gotta be honest. Please update the software so that my vacuum makes the perfect journey.

We used this robot for a couple months with success. Unfortunately my dog was sick one day and peed which the robot sucked up and bricked itself. Samsung made me pay for shipping and packing materials only to inform me that it's now a paperweight with no recourse. Lol, vacuum bags? For at least two years people have been complaining. I have seen replies, so I know for a fact that you have known about this issue for two years. Product is NOT improving life because now I have to waste time searching for bags.

I’ve wanted one of these for some time and after researching reviews and looking online I decided to invest in one. I’m pleasantly surprised by how well it sucks debris up . I linked it to the app and it’s very handy to schedule cleaning , I’m so pleased I invested in this product. I would recommend.

I purchased this item nearly 1 years ago (Feb 8, 2023) and cannot recommend it's purchase. It worked fine for about 5 months and then began having issues following it's pattern. Prior to issues it would travel in straight lines across the floor gradually sweeping the room before going on to the next room. This produced a very satisfactory result. Then it suddenly stopped this action and would sweep in a willy nilly pattern, missing a majority of the rooms and oftentimes not finishing the entire cleaning cycle. I sent it in for warranty repairs and it was returned to me with notes that there was hair in the wheels and the sensor windows were dirty. That also sent a video supposedly showing the robot working fine after their repairs. Except it still didn't act like the first months after purchase. Within days it was back to an erratic pattern. I wiped the sensors and made sure there was no hair but it still failed to properly clean my rooms. This is an expensive robot vacuum and not having it work properly is a huge waste of my limited income. Don't fall into the same boat as me with a worthless, oversized, paperweight.

This thing is possibly the least intelligent thing I've ever seen in action. I will tell it to stop cleaning when it starts and it will wander around looking for it's station it just left. I can set it in front of its station and tell it to dock and it will wander away looking for the station right in front of it. I accidentally hit the start button putting it back on it station, and it will come off the station, then try to get back on, and then just wander off. It enters the no-go zones regardless. It can't cross the dark borders of the rugs it's not supposed to go on to begin with and then the stupid thing can't leave it thinking it's a cliff. I don't know what to say. Don't buy this thing, it's perpetually awful. I definitely won't be buying another Samsung robot vacuum again. This one is significantly worse than the previous model I should have not upgraded from. Why does it have its lidar sensor when it gets stuck under stuff anyways? It will wedge itself into areas it should know better than to try. I'm having to take it back to its station more often than it finds the station itself.

I’ve had the Jetbot+ for a year and 9 months. The mapping was good and really like how the Smart Things app made it easy to use. Held up with my pets and their fur. The downside is the battery. For as expensive as this robot vacuum is, I thought I’d be able to get a few years out of it. It takes about 6-7 seconds for 1 percent to drain. That equates to about 10 minutes of run time. I’ve talked with support and since it’s out of warranty, to replace the battery it would cost me more than half of what I paid for this vacuum. Good product but long term, would not recommend.

Looks good and is not intrusive being fairly quiet. Cleans really well, we gave rugs with various pile length and the Bot copes with them all. Set it to clean the rugs in 5hebmorning and the rooms seem much fresher

En av mina favoriter är JetBot, som har städat/dammsugit en gång i veckan i 3 år och still going strong! Härligt när JetBot städar när man pysslar med annat eller inte är hemma, väldigt avslappnad blir det numera. Går även lätt att skicka JetBot på små uppdrag, med hjälp av den ritning som den har gjort av utrymmena. Även perfekt som present att ge bort👍 som har uppskattats av mottagaren.

Bought it last year and it was great at first. After one year, the suction seems to be non-existent, doesn't seem to empty completely into the clean station if at all, and can't dock itself onto the clean station after cleaning without help. As a (probably) over loyal Samsung customer, I have to say this is vacuum is a disappointment, especially for the price.

Batteriet räcker max 20 min efter 9 månader, går till laddstationen 2 ggr per dammsugning. Går inte att hitta något ersättningsbatteri att köpa. Lidar tornet gör att den inte kommer in under soffan/fastnar mot kanten. Tömningen ganska högljudd, störande när batteriet tappar kapacitet och den går till laddaren flera gånger.

Ive written another review of this where the cliff sensor was not working every time it went over a certain black and white carpet which made it literally inoperable as it would just stop every night. This carpet is under our kitchen table. They just told me to clean the sensor which i did but that didnt stop the issue. Fast forward another 2 months - my LIDAR sensor stopped working. It is simply sitting in the corner as a heavy, expensive paperweight now. Thankfully it is still under warranty (i only bought it in feb, so 8 months ago) so lets see how the warranty process goes. Funny part is most of the 5 star reviews I have read say - incentivized review. Wonder why!

I have porcelain white tile floors and a dog. This vacuum is nothing short of amazing. An absolute must have for pet owners with hard floors. Setup was very simple. Definitely worth the investment. Love it!!!

I have had this thing for probably a year and I can tell you, it's annoying as possible. Which feature works to specification? I have not been pleased with any robotic vacuum. There's too much more greed for anything to be nice these days. Profits matter more than anything. Cut quality, cut labor, cut anything just to make a quick buck.
