Har kört dammsugning nu ett tag med Robot ” Hugo ”. Bra ljudnivå. Kul att se när den åker omkring och suger rent vilket den gör mycket bra. Visst problem med våra trösklar när han kör från fel håll. Saknar en bra instruktion på svenska hur man får till installationen. Lite mek. Tycker att den är bra. Bekvämt att köra runt den då man pysslar med annat . Ända anledningen till att det bara blev 4 plus är att den inte har moppfunktion. Jag testar denna och har fått köpa den till reducerat pris. Är mycket nöjd med hur den fungerar. Ett tips innan ni kör : gå en runda o ta undan sladdar och allt som hänger ner.

Lätt att installera och smidig att ställa in via appen där man även kan avgöra vilka rum den ska rengöra, hur länge och i vilket mönster. Ett plus är att den tar sig upp på mattorna och dammsuger dessa väldigt bra. Jag bor i en lägenhet med två katter och den här dammsugaren får upp allt katthår utan att det fastnar undertill. Smidigt att slippa dammsugarpåsar och behållaren som samlar upp allt damm/katthår är väldigt lätt att rengöra. Det enda minuset jag kan se är att den inte tar upp smågrus som kan komma in med skorna. Det mesta tas upp men lite kan bli kvar. Jag deltar som testpilot och har köpt produkten till reducerat pris.

Jag deltar som testpilot via Smartson och har köpt produkten till ett reducerat pris. #smartson #jetbot . Jag har under några dagar hårdkört dammsugaren flera gånger per dag för att utvärdera alla funktioner. Den var lätt att packa upp. Den är mycket tystare än vad jag trodde. Jag har rätt mycket prylar på golv och efter väggarna så jag var lite orolig att den ska köra fast, men den har bara fastnat i e sladd vi två tillfällen. är så här långt nöjd med maskinen. Appen till telefonen var väl lite rörig och att man måste gå in i olika menyer för att få full överblick. så ett minus för appen. Men när man väl ställt in allt så fungerar allt bra och dammsugaren blir "smartare" i sitt arbete efter ett par gångers körning. Städresultatet blev väldigt bra och katthår är inga problem. Dammsugningsrapport: Bra och informativ Dammsugningsläge: Hade varit bra om detta ka styras direkt från maskinen, men appen funkar bra. No go zoner: Svårt att ställa in tillräckligt precist eftersom den karta som dammsugaren skapar inte är helt lätt att läsa av alla gånger. Punktstädnig: Samma problem som No go zon. Jämfört med vanlig dammsugare så är den tystare men städar betydligt sämre. Men förvånande nog tar den upp damm och skräp från hörnen bättre än vad jag trodde. Fint damm blåser runt, så bättre filter hade varit bra. Men överlag är jag fullt nöjd.

Jag har fått prova den här varan i samarbete med Smartson och har fått köpa den för ett rabatterat pris. + dammsuger effektivt, kommer åt på många ställen och kör effektivt över mattor och trösklar. Mattor blir dammsugda bra! I början hade den svårt att hitta hem igen men den lärde sig fort att hitta. - Det går ej att ändra körväg eller program efter det att robotdammsugaren har börjat köra, utan den måste antingen avsluta städningen eller så måste man avbryta och köra åter till dockan, därefter kan man börja om. Den är väldigt bra, men jag hade nog inte köpt den för ordinarie pris, just pga minuset.

Jag deltar som testpilot via Smartson och har köpt produkten till ett reducerat pris. Att installera och få ingång allt var lite krångligt. Svårt att se om den faktiskt laddades och innan den hunnit laddas en stund så gick det inte att koppla ihop med nätverket och appen. Den låter lika mycket som en vanlig dammsugare och tar inte upp mindre sand korn lika bra, men helt ok och klarade mina trösklar (har ganska låga) och en lite tjockare matta. Vissa hörn och trånga ställen nådde den inte helt så jag ser roboten mer som en dammsugare assistent. Städkartan i appen går att zooma och rotera och har inga anmälningar på funktionerna i appen. Kanske att schemat skulle använda sig av 24h klocka istället för FM/EM tid!

Min Jet Boop har fått namnet Betty Boop och städar upp varenda liten partikel och tar sin in under soffan och vrår jag inte sett på länge. Hon talar till mig när hon är full, och säger till när hon inte kommer fram ordentligt. Enda som vi haft lite problem med är anslutningen mellan mobilen och henne, men trycker man igång henne manuellt så kommer hon ihåg kartan hon gjorde tidigare och alla ’no-go-zoner’. Hon är även duktig på att säga till att man måste ställa ner henne om hon hamnat fel. En riktigt bra ny sambo som för en gångs skull faktiskt dammsuger! Golvet känns i princip ’lent’ när hon är klar! Kan verkligen rekommendera denna fantastiska dammsugare!

i got the jetbot + with clean station. it took me 3 hours to connect to smart things with a rep on call as the bot was not registering. after connecting to smartthings, i started a home layout and clean, it was not able to map everything and later during cleaning , i kept getting notifications that the vaccum was not able to move freely (we have tiled floor) and no obstructions and clean wheels. the bot also kep hitting to the wall in a loop and was not moving even though there were no obstacles. again its not able to climb onto the clean station and tries in a loop. there are no clear troubleshooting to fix this on samsung manual or forums.

Har haft dammsugaren ett par veckor nu och är riktigt nöjd. Jag kör sedan tidigare Samsungs Smartthing system och att koppla dammsugaren mot det systemet gick förvånansvärt enkelt och smidigt. Nu har jag inga höga trösklar eller liknande så har inte kunnat bedöma hur den klarar dessa, men den tar sig lätt upp på mattan som är ca 1 cm hög. Tar sig in under soffa och soffbord utan problem. Har inte haft några problem med kablar och liknande då jag lagt dessa områden där jag nu har kablage som "no-go"-zoner. + Enkel installation. + Lät betydligt mindre än jag förväntat mig. + Tydliga städrapporter via smartthings-systemet. + Lätt att ställa in via Smartthings. - Som med alla runda robotdammsugare så kommer den inte åt till 100% i hörnen. - Prislappen, ordinarie prislapp är lite för hög för vad man får i förhållande till konkurrenternas. Den får 4/5 just pga priset, annars är det en riktigt bra robotdammsugare för vardagsstädningen, men man kommer inte ifrån att någon gång dra fram den hederliga dammsugaren. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Samsung bot vacuum has officially been named Nigel. He is our butler who cleans our floors nightly. We have about 500 square feet of LVP and 3 small dogs. Nigel is deployed and vacuums the entire downstairs in about an hour. We love how he gets under the table and chairs, coffee table and easily navigates other furniture. The self emptying bin is amazing and is often full of dog hair that is easily sucked into the bag and we just have to throw it out. It's pretty neat the way maps out the cleaning area so you can see where it cleaned. It's not too large and is pretty inconspicuous in our living room. Why didn't we get one sooner!?

Jag fick möjligheten att testa denna jetbot för rabatterat pris via Smartson. Hade lite svårigheter att koppla ihop den med appen för mobilen men efter det så var det tuta och köra. Den dammsuger som den skall sålänge du inte kommer upp i grusstorlek, grövre kablar som ligger i vägen kan den ibland fastna för vilket är helt förstårligt men mindra kablar kör den över utan trassel. Märkligt problem jag har haft är att ibland under dagtid i vardagsrummet kan Jet Bot få spel utav solljuset och dammsuger endast 2/3 utav rummet. När solen inte lyser lika mycket eller under senare tider så dammsuger den hela rummet utan problem. Sammanfattningsvist: för orginal priset på 5000+kr så finns det bättre maskiner för mindre summa,

The new mapping features, advanced cleaning power, use of Lidar technology, and the fact that it speaks when it's in use are huge improvements. The design is sleek and modern easily matching my home so it's almost unnoticeable. I love that the Jet Bot+ returns to the station to empty itself during the cleaning cycle. The Jet Bot+ is easy to clean all all the filters and bin. It is so incredibly quiet you can leave it run while on the phone, enjoying a TV show or even taking a nap. This vacuum doesn't even scare the dogs as it's running around.

i have had the samsung jet bot + for about 4 days now and so far i'm absolutely loving it! i have two dogs and a cat so i'm used to vacuuming everyday to keep the hair away. with the jet bot + i just let it do all the work. my one and only complaint so far is if this thing gets stuck while cleaning you can not resume the clean after you get it up stuck. you will have to send it back to the dock and start all over. for that reason i will give this 4 stars. i hope samsung will fix this issue with a software update soon! i would also like to see the vacuum continue to learn and update your floor plan as you run it.

We love using this robot vacuum on our top floor especially because it's able to go into the small nooks and spaces between the kitchen and living rooms. It has saved us so much time! We are amazed at how much dust and dog hairs it's able to pick up. The clean station stand has a built in vacuum which takes all the trash from robot and collects them into a separate compartment for disposal. We're able to watch the vacuum from an app on our phone to see which areas have been cleaned. The only downside is that it's restricted to one floor. I love this product and wish we had one for every floor in our house!

Der JetBot arbeitet angenehm leise und die App Steuerung über die App funktioniert super gut. Über die App können auch Reinigungspläne erstellt werden, sodass der Roboter dann fährt, wenn ich auf der Arbeit bin. Leider reinigt der Jet Bot die Wohnung nicht so gründlich, wie ich es von anderen Robotern aus gleicher Preisklasse gewohnt bin. Vor allem auf Teppichen ist er gar nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Hinderniserkennung arbeitet nicht zuverlässig und so werden Blumenvasen einfach mal durch die Wohnung geschoben. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Roboter leider nicht zufrieden.

Ive written another review of this where the cliff sensor was not working every time it went over a certain black and white carpet which made it literally inoperable as it would just stop every night. This carpet is under our kitchen table. They just told me to clean the sensor which i did but that didnt stop the issue. Fast forward another 2 months - my LIDAR sensor stopped working. It is simply sitting in the corner as a heavy, expensive paperweight now. Thankfully it is still under warranty (i only bought it in feb, so 8 months ago) so lets see how the warranty process goes. Funny part is most of the 5 star reviews I have read say - incentivized review. Wonder why!

However, the bin filled up so fast and it continues to vacuum without return to station to empty the bin and resume the vacuum. Another issues is that it doesn't pick up little pieces that my dogs chew off the chewy toys and it doesn't pick up strings or fluffy cotton from tearable dog stuff toys for some reason. I would had to run it 3x to get carpet or hard floor clean. One thing I would like to see that it have different pattern of direction for each time I start the vacuuming in, such as alternating from up and down to left and right to diagonal in 45 and 135 degrees. That's at least 4 possible direction each time

we received our jet bot+ the end of february in anticipation of getting new lvp flooring. once the flooring was installed, the vacuum mapped our open floorplan 1st floor and ran as scheduled for a couple of weeks. now it just keeps saying "the lidar sensor needs to be reset. turn the power off then on again. if that doesn't work, contact customer service. unfortunately the only solution they had was to pack the whole thing up and ship it to samsung to get fixed and then shipped back (minimum 3 weeks time i'm told). thankfully i'm just at the end of my return period and am returning the vacuum for a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I have enjoyed the Jet Bot Vacuum with Clean Station. We have had it for a few months so I can now give an experienced review. The section is great and the power that the vacuum has is unmatched. However, there are times that it has trouble getting back into the clean station itself to empty the bin. It has had so much trouble to the point that it is actually left marks on the floor from continuously going back-and-forth trying to get it self up onto the clean station. Other than that one small issue, I highly recommend the Jet Bot Vacuum. It is very nice to be able to schedule a cleaning even when you’re not home, and then come home to a floor that has been well cleaned.

Är som en liten kompis eller husdjur hemma, ser lite kul ut när jag kommer hem, trasmattorna har flyttats. Fick köra några gånger innan det blev bra men nu när jag kör varje till varannan dag så ser det välstädat ut. Tar bra utmed lister och hörn. Hade problem att komma igång. Instruktionsbladet inte på svenska. Instruktionsboken innehåller för lite information. Pratat med supporten som inte kunde hjälpa. Nödvändigt med att ha appen. Nu när jag kört en vecka så är jag nöjd med städningen. Appen har lite konstiga ord men det lär man sig vad de står för. Har ännu inte lyckats i appen hitta hur den har städat, kommer bara tillbaka till att starta städningen hela tiden. Jag fick köpa till reducerat pris men jag tycker att priset utan reducering är högt. Har ingen erfarenhet av robotdammsugare innan men jag skulle nog höra mig för och läsa utlåtanden skrivna av andra innan jag skulle köpa den här.

the jet bot+ is my first vacuum like this. this unit is accurate, and i love how it goes back around and hugs the edges of everything, including chair legs, at the end. i have 2 dogs that shed. it became obvious when i replaced my carpets with hardwood. i run my jet bot automatically three times a day. setting where it should and should not clean (corners with cables) was easy. i do have a jet vac 70 for those spots. the fir, milk bone crumbs, and even full pieces of dry dog food are picked up easily. i can hear it all go into the station bin at the end of each cleaning. if i see a spot that needs immediate attention, i highlight it on the map and let the vacuum loose. i highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I did not get to see this robot operating in person, all I could do was rely on the specifications listed on the site and YouTube videos reviewing it. I was pleasantly surprised the first time it ran and mapped my area. The robot crosses higher threshold’s than I expected, attempts skipped areas again to see if it can access a second time, and picks up large debris as well as fur from two cats and a dog. This robot vacuums hardwoods, tile, carpeting, and travels well underneath various pieces of furniture such as coffee tables and armoires. This robot works so well, we have not broken out our old stick vacuum since we purchased it because it reaches all the areas needed and does a great job.

I leave it on my second floor most of the time, and let it work its way through 4 bedrooms, two baths and a laundry room. It does take some time for it to complete (with multiple stops to empty and/or recharge), but it beats doing it yourself. Smartthings app is nice for control, and to be able to locate the machine at any given time while it is operating - especially helpful when it gets stuck on a cord or sock. Overall, a great product (only regret is that I did not upgrade to the AI+ model.

Don't bother it won't last a year....just look online in the forums.... Mine worked fine for the first 6 months then constantly into error.... Cleaned and changed filters etc but still every minute it would say there is something stuck in the brush.....nothing in there at all....just scrap now....

Actual robot and base are nice piece of hardware but mapping and ability to navigate house are really bad it constantly misses areas and rooms. Our house is open plan with pretty minimal furniture yet still it cant clean a room with anything more then a chair in it. This is one of the better runs! often it skips rooms all together. if you look at the attached image it missed all of room3 (despite crossing it multiple times) most of room9 , half of room 2 and big piece of room 6. there is nothing blocking or comlex about any of these areas and my old roborock managed all with ease

overall the vacuum seems to work well and is much quieter than the vac it replaced and it's nice having the automatic debris removal. not sure if it picks up as much cat hair and dirt as the previous vac though. another main issue was that the vacuum is fairly tall and it kept getting stuck under the kitchen island. it got so stuck one morning i was shocked to see that it literally tore through a small section of my thick cushioned kitchen mat- see photo. i can't believe it didn't turn off but instead chewed through the mat. i ended up having to block out the section in front of the island on the map so that it wouldn't get stuck there any more. pretty expensive mishap on top of the cost of the vacuum.

I’ve had the Jetbot+ for a year and 9 months. The mapping was good and really like how the Smart Things app made it easy to use. Held up with my pets and their fur. The downside is the battery. For as expensive as this robot vacuum is, I thought I’d be able to get a few years out of it. It takes about 6-7 seconds for 1 percent to drain. That equates to about 10 minutes of run time. I’ve talked with support and since it’s out of warranty, to replace the battery it would cost me more than half of what I paid for this vacuum. Good product but long term, would not recommend.

I've had this product for over a year now, and I would not want to be without it. I have two short haired dogs as well as cats and run the Jet Bot daily on tile and LVP flooring. I have no problem with it leaving hair or dust remnants on the floor and although I sometimes need to clean up interior corners, it's a small thing compared to vacuuming everything manually. I've read reviews stating that people have clumps of hair that are left behind, but I have never had that experience. This is my first experience with a robotic vacuum, and I will remain with this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love samsung products. samsung is a brand i trust and will be loyal to for years to come. i have tried a couple of bot vacuums in the past, but they weren't worth the money spent. i read a lot about this vacuum, and an opportunity came up to get one. does not disappoint! it is extremely quiet, and unless you see it go by, you could almost forget it is running. the set up was easy, and the app is user friendly. the technology behind the mapping ability is very streamlined- it feels like a set it and forget it aspect. if the battery gets low during its cycle, it hooks up at the station, and then goes back to finish the job! it has a self-cleaning brush, and even empties itself. talk about wonderful! jetsons anyone?

Then once I ran it the first time I noticed what a great job it did on my carpets in comparison to my previous robot vacuum. Setup everything through the SmartThings app and sent it on its way. It mapped everything out on its own and then emptied itself into the container. I’m never going to have to vacuum again. Can’t stress how much easier this will make anyone’s life if they get this vacuum. And the quality speaks for itself once you see it work in person. To give you another comparison the suction on my New Samsung is way better than my Dyson vacuum. I can’t stress enough that this vacuum is a game changer. I’m only using this vacuum going forward.

Die Installation war ein Kinderspiel, Ladestation aufgestellt, Jet Bot wird aufgeladen und los geht mit der Ausmessung der Wohnung. Durch die SmartThings App von Samsung kann man seinen Jet Bot steuern und sogar Sperrzonen in seiner Wohnung einrichten was ich total praktisch finde. Am Anfang hatte ich Angst das er sich überall fest fahren würde aber ganz im Gegenteil er fährt zielgerichtet von A nach B und windet sich sogar in den kleinsten Ecken. Ich bin sehr begeistert und werde Ihn auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Er ist eine tolle Ergänzung zum Haushalt und man muss sich nach der Arbeit nicht mehr mit Staubsaugen beschäftigen.

no matter how many times the floor layout is retrained or the base station is moved to different locations, it consistently skips huge areas of rooms or gets lost and can't return home. it seems to find invisible walls in the middle of bare floors. sent it in for service and was told nothing was wrong. have had for almost a year now. customer service was less than helpful. also, other than having a constant service charge and maybe being slightly better at not spreading dust when you remove it, what is the point of having bags in the base station in 2022?

It does an amazing job cleaning, going over the same place a few times to make sure it's clean. It maps the room perfectly, avoiding things it should and cleaning what it can. I was extremely impressed by it's intelligence. The first time it cleaned my basement, it ran into a spiderweb. The spider tried to run away and the Jet Bot+ stopped, turned around, and ran after it. I am so impressed with the product and would highly recommend it!!

Does its job of cleaning floor especially hard wood flooring. 2. Has a decent trash bag. 3. Fully automatic as it should be.* Could do better at: 1. Identifying obstacles. It fails to pick up wires and ends up in a tangle needing manual intervention. 2. Lifting the robot manually leaks dust onto the floor. Could do better at locking the dust. 3. I have tried a couple of bot vacuums in the past, but they weren't worth the money spent. I read a lot about this vacuum, and an opportunity came up to get one. does not disappoint! It is extremely quiet, and unless you see it go by, you could almost forget it is running. the set up was easy, and the app is user friendly. The technology behind the mapping ability is very streamlined- it feels like a set it and forget it aspect. If the battery gets low during its cycle, it hooks up at the station, and then goes back to finish the job! It has a self-cleaning brush, and even empties itself. Talk about wonderful! Jetsons anyone?

The Samsung Jet Bot+ vacuum handles cleaning and maneuvering around items and my place extremely well! As a household with both a cat and a dog I wasn’t expecting that it would pick up the amount of pet hair that it has. This vaccine is insanely smart and literally learns from itself on where to clean and where it can’t go. The clean/charge station is awesome and it still amazes me that technology has come this far where an appliance can find its way back to its base for charging and cleaning. This is definitely the future of vacuuming and Samsung got it 100% right!

The engineers were brilliant programming the computer chip is great because how it knows if you move it, machine remembers and will finish and go back to the exact spot it was moved. It talks and let’s you know if a problem, if it’s stuck it cuts itself off, says it needs emptying the bend, battery low returns to the station. The vacuum goes over my whole house just love it. I wished this was engineered years ago. Oh this is a plus it never bumps or scratches my furniture just goes up with in 1-2 inches and turns around. Awesome vacuum. If you sweep a pile dirt it will see it and go over to remove dirt. Emptying station is so great when it finishes it empties in the station bag without you having to do anything.

i debated on this forever and did a ton of research. i looked at many "top robot vaccum" articles and this one was not on any of the rankings. joke is on whoever wrote those articles, this robot vaccum is far more superior than any other vaccum. we have two thick rugs in our house that are on hard floor. the vaccum has no problem climbing onto the rugs and does not get stuck at all. i was super impressed by how quickly the vaccum was able to map our house. honestly, if you're thinking about it, get it. you seriously will be so glad you did.

Snabb avläsning och städning. Kommer igenom under och runt det mesta. Högre trösklar är ingen match. Till och med över benen på tvättställningen. Enkel och smidig app för användning och extra plus för koppling till Google Assistenten. Lite minus kanske för högt pris för bara en dammsugare samt högre ljudnivå än jag trott. Men väger lätt över till allt positivt

I pur jsed this in May and it's now the end of July. I didn't use.it until mod June because we saved it for the new home we closed on. At first, I loved the JetBot+, but now, I feel like the thing is just an idiot. The AI seems to get stupid real quick. Before it was very good about detecting walls, edges and furniture... now the unit gets stuck practically daily, it does things like spin around in a circle for 20 minutes, pushes over box fans..... I've wiped off the sensor, deleted the map and jad it redraw it.... it just doesn't function the way it was in the first 2 weeks. Truthfully the thing annoys me more than anything cause I'm always having to prevent it from the next disaster or to get it unstuck.... For an $800 machine, I expected more.

I bought this and the s23+ together a couple of months ago. Overall the product is good but oh my God, the cliff sensor issue drives me nuts. If you have a black rug with a white design on it, this product is useless as it gives you a cliff sensor error. It thinks the robot is about to fall off a cliff and it stops working. It's pretty much useless at that point. However if I avoid that area, which is my kitchen table) it works fine. However the area I wanted this for wad the kitchen table area so it's pretty much a loss at this point.

shortly after i started getting the errors. the sensors constantly needed to be cleaned- even if they were just cleaned. sent it in, "fixed it". still does it. the sensor on top had to be replaced- sent it in again. now the vacuum is constantly saying do this or do that. i only run it at night &in the morning when everything is picked up and no one is around to mess with it. doesn't seem to make a difference. i also just cleaned out the brush. it is impossible to get the hair that wraps around the brush because the ends don't come off like other brushes. even after emptying it if i pick it up stuff still falls out all over. i usually have to vacuum again anyways since it barely sucks anything up. i would definitely never suggest this device to anyone.

This vacuum was an unscheduled purchase we saw it on offer while waiting to collect a new TV. We didn't buy at the time but after reviewing came back to the SonicDirect store and collected it. The machine is a doddle to set up and can be set to clean on a scheduled basis, we don't schedule just run it round when we decide. It warns to tell you its setting off and again when it's completed. As its only small I clean the collection chamber out every time its done a clean and its amazing how much stuff it picks up. Highly recommend it.

I also received this product at a discounted price in order to give my honest review and this is my honest review the Samsung jet bot vacuum is great. It is a lot bigger than what I initially thought which is wonderful. I like it better than the Roomba vacuum. And it is wonderful because it does not fall down the steps it actually stops. It has so many functions to it it goes from wood floors to rugs with no problem. I love the way it goes back to the cleaning station and cleans itself out. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has a big house or even a small one.

As someone new to robot vacuums the initial impression for me was mixed. Thought this expensive gadget is not for practical use. While I packed to return it, by not using it for few days the difference was evident. Changed my mind and decided to live with it. It's absolutely helpful and is a great addition to home automation. Good suction power. Works great both on hard floor and carpets. I do not like the app through as its not very user friendly and needs further improvement. Overall great experience and highly recommended.

This robot vacuum has been a major disappointment. Instead of simplifying my cleaning routine, it's added frustration and wasted time. The core issue lies with the software, which is clearly buggy and unreliable. Mapping the floor has been a nightmare, with the device repeatedly failing in its attempts. Even when it does manage to create a map, the cleaning performance is abysmal. The vacuum frequently cuts its cleaning cycle short, declaring the job done prematurely and returning to its charging station, leaving much of the floor untouched. This erratic behavior makes it completely ineffective at actually cleaning. Frankly, my seven-year-old stick vacuum does a far superior job. Save your money and avoid this product. It's simply not worth the hassle.

Jag är nöjd med min JetBot. Det var lite krångligt att koppla den till appen, fick göra 3 försök innan jag lyckades, så ett minus här. JetBot är tyst, mycket tystare än vanlig dammsugare. Den har koll på vilka zoner den städar, den fladdrar inte rund som vår förra robotdammsugare. Appen är rätt enkel att använda, efter att man lyckades koppla den till JetBot, i appen kan man hålla koll vart JetBot finns och hur städning ser ut. Gillar att man kan styra JetBot via en app, jag kan starta den även när jag inte är hemma. I appen kan man välja olika zoner, så roboten städar t.ex. bara ett rum, det går även schemalägga städdagar. Gillar att den pratar svenska. PS: Jag deltar som testpilot via Smartson och har köpt produkten till ett reducerat pris.

The software has gotten worse. I've been using it for a little over a year. It worked fine for the first few months, but I now have to do manual vacuum work and stopped using it. It comes to the dock almost immediately without cleaning the whole area. I picked up any obstacles every time before I started the vacuum. I've been using a Roborock for 4-5 years on the other story, and it works perfectly! I am a Samsung fan, but I gotta be honest. Please update the software so that my vacuum makes the perfect journey.

Er saugt so genau und ordentlich, dass sogar nach meinem herkömmlichen saugen der Staub auf dem Teppich saugt. Ob Teppiche, Fliesen, Parkettboden mit allen Bodenbelegen kommt er hervorragend zurecht und sogar meine Experiment mit der Couch hat fantastisch funktioniert. Ich habe ihn auf die Couch gesetzt und er saugte diese super. Er erkennt auch wann diese endet also was will ich mehr. Kann ich nur jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen und in meinem Umfeld ist der Roboter ein Hit.

It started well and was very effective at cleaning floors. However, after almost a year, that changed and it keeps stopping saying there's something stuck in the roller brush. I've washed the brush several times, damp-wiped everywhere with microfibre cloths, many many times but still it continues to stop. In most cases, it can't do more than 10 mins before stopping with the same "brush" problem. If it weren't for that, I'd give it 5 out of 5. Unfortunately it's now unusable as you're constantly resetting it.

The older 9250 model released in 2017 was a powerhouse and cleaned so well on carpet thanks to the hard-bristle brush. The new Samsung Jet Bots come with a soft bristle brush which DOES NOT pick up pet hair on carpet. I have both of the new Jet Bot models. Thankfully they are super smart, quiet and reliable with all other features. Self emptying is nice. But c'mon Samsung! The most basic thing - picking up hair on carpets!!!! Please Please Please make a hard bristle replacement brush for Jet Bot models.

I also thought there was no way it would do a good job on the edges. It was so worth it and I was wrong- it does a great job on the edges. I love that I can send the robot to one room of the house while I clean another and then have it come into the room I just finished cleaning. it's fairly quick and my floors are vacuumed way more often now. What a time saver! Added bonus, I switched it to Italian language for fun.

prog: great mapping tech; no go zones are easy to program. con: it works fine on hard foors but the suction is not sufficient for carpet. i suspected it was too wimpy when we first fired it up because it barely makes any noise. i thought, "surely that's because of samsung's superior engineering." nope. we've had a great experience with all of our samsung products, but this vacum is a fail. we've had it for 7 months and it has never asked us to empty the bag in the station. (it's still not full.) maybe that's a good thing because you can't buy the bags anywhere! we have a different vacuum whose bin is packed full after 3 days, without fail. (cats) it's getting it's job back and jet bot is getting the boot. it's hard to believe there are so many great reviews for this piece of junk.

Har använt mig av Samsung Jet Bot i ca en vecka och är supernöjd. Den gör det den skall och gör ett bra jobb hemma hos mig. Samt så är appen smidig med kartfunktion etc. Den är 10,5 cm hög. Det ultimata hemma hos mig skulle vara om den va 10 cm hög för att inte fastna under soffan ibland. Sedan tycker jag att om man skall lägga dessa pengar på en dammsugare så kan man väl lägga lite till och med sig en Clean Station! P.S. Im Alltag ist dieses wirklich ein großer Helfer, der keine Probleme mit den verschiedenen Untergründen und Türschwellen hat. Die Einrichtung der App war leicht und selbsterklärend. Bei uns ist der Saugroboter jeden Tag in Bewegung und hatte bisher keine Probleme zurück zu finden. Wünschenswert wäre es, wenn noch eine zweite Bürste vorhanden wäre. Mich stört auch die Höhe des Saugroboters. Durch den GPS Aufsatz passt er leider nicht unter das Sofa. Dieses ist für mich allerdings entscheidend, da man da schlecht mit einem normalen Staubsauger drunter kommt. Alles in allem kann ich diesen Saugroboter Wärmstens empfehlen. Von der Marke Samsung ist man gute Qualität gewohnt, welche sich auch bei diesem Saugroboter zeigt.

Hij gaat in alle hoekjes en mooi rond de bodem bloempot. Hij is zeer stil en werk met wifi, wat heel geweldig is is dat je op de plattegrond ruimtes kunt aanduiden dat hij daar niet mag komen of ruimtes een dag moet overslaan voor een dag. Hij spreekt ook met je en je kan alles bekijken als je bij iemand op bezoek bent waar hij net bezig is met het zuiver maken. Mensen echt een aanrader!

The robot vacuum works better than some others that I've seen. The cord/rug sensors only seem to work some of the time, so there is room for growth there. I also wish that there was a bag-less option since dog hair tends to fill up the disposable bags pretty easily. The fact that the vacuum can dock at the base station to empty is pretty nice. Overall, its a pretty good product.

The Jet Bot found its way through all the rooms it was programed to clean with the No-Go-Zone section of the program. The Jet Bot automatic adjusts the suction to pick up if there is more to pick up. Once the Jet Bot finish a session it docked at the station to emptied the dirt. It did not scrap any furniture. There filter system has assisted with no excess dust being released in the air.

me and my wife both work full time and having 2 kids and 2 dogs makes it a challenge to keep our house clean all the time. having the jet bot makes it easier. it frees up our time so that we can focus on other things such as cooking and spending more time with the family. the smart things app is easy to use and keeps us informed. the jet bot misses some things but that is to be expected as nothing is perfect. luckily, we also have the bespoke jet vacuum to pick up what is left.

love the mapping and scheduling. though the ability to create multiple schedules for individual rooms would be ideal. the brush on this robot is to fine/soft and is no good at picking up anything on a carpeted (regardless of shag height) surface. it simply does not do the job. even with the suction set to max, it will not pick up pet hair or litter. only effective on bare floor surfaces. not on carpet or rugs. please offer a regular vacuum brush w/ beater for this robot.

Nous l'avons depuis 2 mois et.. juste déçu pourtant on est à fond salsung dans la famille.. son nettoyage est très moyen... à du mal à monter sur les tapis voir ne monte pas du tout.. bug parfois en faisant des nettoyage complet en 15 mn au lieu de 40 en temps normal.. je ne recommande pas ce robot et ça me fait mal de le dire pour un produit Samsung. J'ai oublié de dire qu'il n'arrive généralement pas à monter sur sa base.. obligé de le pousser avec le pied afin de l'aider...

Samsung is a very great brand to start with and mix it with the floor cleaner you’ve got magic. I would be lost without it, it leaves my carpet with the most perfect lines which I love and leaves my floor cleaner than ever. It also self dispenses itself which is also a plus.

Keeps the house clean. Though it does a fairly good job, it doesn't compare to how a human would see something on the floor and make sure it's picked up. Since this is a robot, it does it's best effort to cover each and every area and suck up all the dirt but there is always a chance it might miss the gap or some hard stuck dirt and move on

Took to long to find out that you had to go through that. Now just sent it back to be repaired for not wanting to clean 20 sq ft. Well still not working right. So the only way to get it to do the whole house was take the smartthing off phone an run it manual and not from phone. Paid to much for the thing for it not to be working right.

I've had this for almost a year. It never cleans any room in the same pattern or anywhere near clean. I've tried retraining the maps and placing the base in many different locations to no avail. Sent it in to have it serviced and was told nothing was wrong. If you could look at my "cleaning reports" you'd think I have invisible walls that change positions every day. Also why have bags in the station other than to have a constant way of getting more money out of you.

Once he gets stuck, its will not stop trying to get unstuck and will potentially damage itself. The self empty feature is worth the extra cost. Wants/ Needs improvment there should have been a camera installed on this too. The lidar does great finding walls, but not so great with object avoidance. The smarthings app is buggy, after so many years samsung still hasn't quite gotten it right.

Jag deltar som testpilot via Smartson och har köpt produkten till ett reducerat pris. Har testat dammsugaren nu i några dagar och den dammsuger bra och har bara fastnat en gång vilket jag trodde den skulle göra på fler ställen, så starkare än jag trodde. Enkel att installera och appen var smidig, kul att följa hur den åker i kartan i appen. Ljudnivån var normal. Märks att det är en bättre kvalitetsmaskin då den sällan kör in i saker jämfört med billigare dammsugare.

I had to wait for full charge. It stared up right after and I was amazed. It set a floor plan and worked around furniture. The cleaning is precise. It moves slowly and picks up all particles. I did have issues with it docking properly on several occasions. Overall I thinks this is another great product from Samsung.

It picks up our pets hair efficiently. It works in a quick manner and goes around the perimeter and center of rooms, picking up all the dust. I am always happy to dump out the contents because I see instant results. It’s been months since I have seen dust on the floor. I really love the Jetbot and my family does too!

It has trouble with vacuuming the rooms assigned from skipping a room to only vacuuming half of it to just doing a perimeter run then nothing else. Pluses are not having to clean out the bin every time it cleans and it does clean in a timely manner. If they would fix the inconsistent vacuuming pattern, it would get a 5 star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum does a nice job on bare floors, but does a horrible job on low pile area rugs. It barely picks anything up on our area rugs such as dog hair or smaller debris likely due to the fluffy roller brush which seems to work better on our wood floors. The LIDAR is fine, but I do notice that it has issues around certain objects like chair legs or items lower than the sensor area. The Clean Station is a big plus as I don't have to clean up the dustbin in the vacuum every time. The SmartThings app that's used to operate this machine is okay. One thing that I wish it had was the ability to add a second map so that the robot vacuum could map out our second floor. Overall, it's an okay robot vacuum, it just doesn't do as well on our low pile area rugs so I end up having to manually vacuum that area after the robot vacuum is done.

I own the powebot 930 and it has unbelievably strong suction and the roller brush does wonders with carpet. I was expecting something similar or improved when purchasing this unit. I will say the jet bot is excellent in my kitchen and hard wood floors. I believe this was created based on people having wood/tile flooring vs carpet.

Ineffective, Overpriced. This vacuum is really expensive and can't handle simple pet hair on hardwood floors. it just pushes it around in piles and leaves it all over my home. The filter sensor gets tripped and requires cleaning on a weekly basis. This vacuum is way more hassle than the convenience it's suppose to deliver. I previously had a 10 year old Roomba, and that ancient Roomba worked 100X better than this brand new Power Bot

The cleaning station is a big plus, but the true genius is in the LiDAR scanning of the entire home. It does not bang around trying to find it's way, once mapped out, it knows exactly where to go and what to avoid. The samsung app, though a bit clunky at times, does a good job. We only use it on hard surfaces, but the cleaning has been great. I have used the spot clean feature multiple times so far and its pretty accurate and useful when you just want to clean a spill or a high use area again. After each cleaning is completed, you can check the cleaning report to see what areas were actually cleaned. Self empty feature is really nice, after a month of cleaning there is still plenty of room in the dust bag. Though hair does get stuck on the brushes, they are easy to take out and clean. No complaints!

Den tar sig in under mina bestå-möbler, under köksbord och mellan stolsben och upp på alla mattor (ca 1.5 cm höga). Den tar sig dock inte över tröskeln in till badrummet (ca 2-3 cm hög). Upplever den som väldigt tystgående, men då jämför jag med en vanlig dammsugare. Den låter ibland när den klättrar på mattkanter och trösklar, och när borsten slår i vissa material. Dammsugarfunktionen är bättre än min vanliga dammsugare. Jag hade inte räknat med att den skulle klara av gruset i hallen, men det gör den. Har så rena golv nu! Jag är en van Samsung-användare och tycker att både produkten och appen är väldigt användarvänliga. Ingen krånglig installation krävdes, utan följde instruktion om att koppla in den, låta den ladda och sen var det bara att tuta och köra. Jag är supernöjd!

It seems to be more thorough in terms of coverage, though it does miss some areas. I've allowed it to self-map but I'd like to figure out how to, for example, ask it to just clean the kitchen. It's been difficult to get replacement bags for it, something I hope gets resolved since my Labrador retriever sheds a lot.

I managed to get a great deal on one of these and boy has it just made it so much easier. I've set it up to vacuum 3 times a week, and it goes on it's own, empties itself and rarely has issues. Setting up was a little annoying if I'm being honest, but once I got through that, it's been fantastic. Highly recommend!

This vacuum was really disappointing after about a year. At some point I noticed some rooms did not actually seem clean after the robot ran. After looking at the cleaning reports it is obvious that the robot is just skipping half of my floor space despite not being blocked by obstacles. This happens consistently despite remapping attempts. The vacuum is also able to clean everything perfectly fine while doing the mapping.

Not impressed. The app gives the option for the vacuum to go back and empty mid-cycle and keep vacuuming but I have never been able to get mine to do it and it is jam-packed full after it completes the whole floor. Sometimes it doesn’t even empty the bin once it gets back to the station. It also doesn’t get around the edges of our cupboards or rugs well at all… our 7-year-old Mi robot does a better job 😩

I was truly having trouble constantly keeping up with the struggle of dust and sand! I mean how am I supposed to beat a battle with sand!? Constantly vacuuming was becoming a true struggle! And then after a wait and consistent patience, true joy was plastered on my face when the arrival of the Samsung JetBot. Putting the station was easy and the charge time was fast. Then that JetBot went to work! As I began to clean the rest of the house, this bot picked up every particle of sand, dust and piece of dirt on my hardwood floor. EXCITING! I was concerned about the look of the clean station but its not bad at all. The station has a modern look so it does not stick out like a sore thumb. I could not be happier with my JetBot! I am looking forward to a long CLEAN life together!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very skeptical of bot type vacuums so prior to this I held off on getting one. This is what initial impressions I have gotten. This vacuum came in a large box. It is already mostly assembled and close to ready to go. I downloaded the app and watched the Samsung video noted on the instructions. Everything was very easy for me, a first timer with a robot vacuum. It cleaned very well on my hardwood floors and some random rugs. I like that it can be scheduled to clean and that I can see how it maps my floors online. The two best features are the Lidar and the clean station. Both make this way better than a normal bot vac. The only downside is the clean station only came with 2 bags. A few more would have been nice. I am currently in the process of moving into a new home and I will update my review once I see how this works on the tile floors in my new home.

purchased in advance and then found out that they lowered the price. not a huge amount but enough to make you realize that ordering in advance will cost you more. now about the product, works great so far have only had it a couple of days. if they let me amend this review i will add more in the future.i loved how it went out and mapped your house. i do like that it is much quieter than our old irobot.

Når den først var fulladet, var det problemfritt å paire produktet med mobilen. Støvsugeren virker til å være minst like intelligent som Roborock sine, og støvsuger bra. Enkelt å tømme filteret. En ting jeg utsetter på er at jeg ikke finner en måte å endre romkartet på, feks for å endre på "No-go zone" og "invisible wall". Ellers kan støvsugeren settes på en timeplan og det er veldig nyttig for meg. Estetisk fin støvsuger. PS: jeg er testpilot og fikk kjøpt produktet til redusert pris.

i ordered this vacuum and it returned to the charging station every 2 minutes and never cleaned. i submitted a warranty repair request and got the vacuum replaced. the new one does the exact same thing. our old samsung robot worked great for years. this one has been utterly useless. i tried to submit another warranty repair request and it won't let me even though the warranty isn't expired.

Returned 4 times under warranty for object recognition sensor failure. Al they do is replace cosmetic parts. Nothing to do with the actual system has been replaced. Now out of warranty by a month, what is the chance that something will be found failed as I have to pay for it. The next model down cleans better and has never failed. Do not buy without extended warranty, better still do not buy.

En av mina favoriter är JetBot, som har städat/dammsugit en gång i veckan i 3 år och still going strong! Härligt när JetBot städar när man pysslar med annat eller inte är hemma, väldigt avslappnad blir det numera. Går även lätt att skicka JetBot på små uppdrag, med hjälp av den ritning som den har gjort av utrymmena. Även perfekt som present att ge bort👍 som har uppskattats av mottagaren.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a relief. Finally came in and easy to set up. Added it to my Smart Thing App. Very quiet operation. I let it map out the living area and it went around all obsticles. The suction is extremely strong as it picks up all debries along it's way. Working on setting up rest of the house. it docks and then the suction starts into it's staion to clean vacuum. Extremely well done by Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it for my wife as a Christmas gift. I felt more intrigued with how it actually sweep well clean the floors. Only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because the actually need a bigger cleaning compartment compared to performance. Once it fill up, it journeys back to the vacuum to suck up the dirt. But Samsung will make better adjustments. Also ready for multi colors like black or red.
