Heb je al eens geprobeerd om jouw toestel in de Veilige modus op te starten? Zo niet, dan raden wij je aan om dat te doen en het een dagje aan te kijken of jouw smartphone nog steeds vastloopt. Zo niet, dan wordt dit inderdaad waarschijnlijk veroorzaakt door een app van een andere ontwikkelaar en kan je het beste eventjes met een fijne kam door jouw lijst met geïnstalleerde apps gaan. We are disheartened to see you are not enjoying your A16, Ian. You can change the way you answer calls depending on your preference. To do this, all you need to do is open the Phone app > Tap the three-dot menu icon (top right hand corner) > Settings > Answering and ending calls > Gesture to answer calls. Here you can select either Swipe or Tap. You can also adjust your settings for your phone screen to turn on when lifting the phone up, this enables the proximity sensor to wake up your phone when you are looking at it. To do this, head to Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures > Tap the toggle next to Lift to wake to enable/disable this.
