Jadi gini, saya beli Z Flip5 ini udah dari Juli 2023 dan honestly HP ini the best banget! Compact, enak dibawa kemana-mana, buat kerja juga ngebantu banget karena gampang lipat masuk kantong. Udah hampir 2 tahun pakai dan saya selalu recommend ke temen-temen kantor. Tapi masalahnya nih, bulan ini habis update OS, eh malah layarnya jadi bergaris gitu. Padahal selama ini gak pernah jatuh atau kenapa-kenapa, udah dijaga banget pake case juga. Jujur sedih sih, soalnya HP bagus gini tiba-tiba bermasalah pas habis update. Garansi saya udah expired September 2025 kemarin, jadi sekarang mau service harus bayar full. Mohon banget Samsung kasih diskon atau program khusus buat kasus kayak gini dong, soalnya kan masalahnya muncul abis update official. Kalo bisa dikasih harga spesial buat ganti LCD nya, saya pasti langsung service deh. HP nya bagus banget sayang banget kalo gak dipake lagi. Puas bgt!!! Saya upgrade dari Flip 4 ke Flip 5. TBH Flip 4 saya ga happy sama sekali.. sangat2 tidak nyaman digunakan. Tetapi upgrade ke flip 5 itu adalah keputusan yang benar!! Aku beli Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 bulan September 2023 lalu, ada 2 hal yang aku suka banget dari Galaxy Z Flip 5 ini 1. Pocket Size yang ringkas banget dan luar biasa compact, kecil pas dilipat saat dibuka pun rasanya tetap ringkas karena dimensinya tipis banget. Layar covernya juga sangat bermanfaat mau dipakai buat foto-foto bisa, buat nonton video bisa, mau buka map pun bisa.. yang paling favorit sih buat ngatur lagu dan sosmedan jadi lebih asik pake layar covernya, orang disamping jadi ngelirik dan notice ini orang smartphonenya unik banget!. 2. Kameranya bagus detailnya oke, HDRnya luas, teksturnya terlihat dengan jelas, dan kontrasnya tinggi. Nightographynya sumpah cakep banget.. kasih noisenya minim banget apalagi kalo selfie Z Flip 5 jagonya karena bisa pake kamera belakang berkat Cover Screen yang anti ribet.

I bought this a month back as a reward for finishing the school year and man has it been a ride Such a joy using this device and despite what people told me before buying it, trying to discourage me from doing so, that the cover screen was just some gimmick that I won't be using in the future but I have been doing so consistently: to check my hair before a picture, to take actual selfies, set timers, message someone quickly, etc. I have come to love this new innovation and has actually been a great conversation starter with people seeing me use it in public, so it was a sort of launchpad for making more friends and getting to know new and interesting people.

Unfortunately I sold this phone even though I Love it. The main Issues was for me the bettery. I wished if the bettery could give more. That time I decided to let go my Galaxy S23 Ultra, and to welcome the flip 5. I hade the basic 8GB Ram, green mint color. All over the design and the mechanism 10/10, The compact design, really people need to have this device in their hands to approach it. I really like it but I decided to let go of the device and thats because of the battery. *I wish samsung if you could increase the battery, and the front screen to become more wider or the device to be come a bit more wider, then will have thw device of the year for sure.

I got flip 5 and my wife got fold 5. They are our first foldable phones. My main point in moving to foldable was a carrying size. Generally happy. Battery lasts for 2 days for me, but I’m not a heavy user. Simplicity over fold 5 is too obvious. Cameras, tech are more advanced on fold. It doesn’t too matter to me. Would love to have more options to use external screen. Therefore 4 stars. Hope to get this option in a future updates. Apart of it it’s a great device if carrying size is most valuable point for you. For advanced and tech users (as I used to be) I would advise go to fold 5. This one is a cool gadget to have and use.

First impression I loved it , looked and felt so trendy. I love how it folds so I no longer have a bulky phone to carry around. It fits nicely in my pocket . My kids think I'm cool having a folding phone! Battery life is very good and camera and scren quality too has impressed me. I nust admit now Ive tried Samsung I'll never go back. The phone feels like good quality so should ladt the test of my kids . My teenage daughter has also used my phone and she loves it so much she wants me to upgrade hers to a flip 5 when her contracts up. Very impressed!

Very disappointed with my z5 flip I have had the phone for about 14 months the battery life is not good I have to charge it every day I make sure that there is nothing running in the background to drain the battery, I have charged it as per your instructions yesterday I fully charged the phone I didn't use it for about 4 hours when I did the battery had dropped to 68% very disappointed with my phone. Sadly you don't make the galaxy Note any more I had 4 of them and they were one of the best phones you made in my opinion, not sure I will be buying another Samsung phone, I have been a Samsung customer for many years

The screen is crisp and sharp, the additional outer screen is very handy. Even folded it is only slightly thicker than my current phone. It's a great product and I am looking forward to testing the new model After receiving the flip 5 the larger screen was an instant hit. It mans I can reply to messages etc without even opening my phone. It is very handy. The camera is brilliant and the live editing is fantastic. I love the new green colour. So pleased with the new phone.

Do not buy. Not worth the price. Don't get me wrong I like the phone and all it's features, but the inner screen only lasted about 16 months. I am not a heavy user of my phone and do not flip my phone constantly like I see some other users doing. Nor have I droped it or done anything else to damage it. However, inner screen, just started flickering one day and went black. And of course no waranty for this in Canada. If you live in the US, apparantly Samsung will replace the inner screen if it fails within the first 2 years. In Canada, you are on your own. Now I am stuck with a buyout plan for a phone that is pretty much useless. Definitly will not be buying another Samsung.

The Flip 5 offers one upgrade over the previous Flips on that its two halves fold perfectly flat with no gap. 512gb storage ensures that you have plenty of space for all the photos and videos you will be taking. Love the look of the phone and flip is great but software is very frustrating. Help desk are hopeless 😔 issues with temporary mute. Issues with email. Certain saved samsung old ringtone etc won't work on new phone even after downloading. I like the feel of the phone. The flip thus far is great. I'm a long time samsung user and this is the first time I'm disappointed with my upgrade. I'd still be with my A8 2018 but it ran out of space even with a 132GB SD card for all my photos etc but apps took up too much space. This flip5 is huge 512GB so that is not an issue. I feel that integration with some previous apps I used now pose problems so it is a software problem not a hardware problem.

I really like the foldability and features of the Flip5. It is compact, easy to slip into my pocket or small purse, or even hang on a lanyard or shoulder strap of my bag. I especially like the outer screen for quick views and contactless payments, and the fingerprint authentication using the side button instead of the screen. I prefer this short form fold format over the Z Fold5 long form fold. In comparing with the S23 Ultra, which is my favorite, I feel that the camera and battery life are slightly lacking in the Flip5. If the Flip5 was a foldable S23 Ultra, it would be perfect for me. Even so, the Flip5 is a great everyday phone with maximum portability that I would recommend to anyone.

I went from the flip4 to this flip5. I am enjoying the the new exterior screen, especially when I receive a phone call and am able to answer it without opening my phone. The thing that I am not happy about is the battery. The battery in my flip4 was a much better battery. With the new flip5 battery I have to recharge my phone twice a day in order for it to last any length of time. A third time if I plan to be out for several hours. Otherwise, I am pretty pleased with my new flip5 and all the extra things it can do with the front screen. Is it worth having a lesser battery? Not sure yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was undecided about this phone or the Samsung S23 so was excited to get the chance to try the Galaxy Z Flip5 for myself and got to say I love it. Ticks all the boxes as a phone, Amoled screen is vivid and clear, decent processing speed and the battery lasts all day. The camera takes great photos even in low light levels and the fold design is great for video calls. The thing that has me sold though, is the cover screen. You can make calls, sends texts, watch YouTube and see notifications without opening the phone up. Can't lie, you are aware of the fold across the screen especially when scrolling but you soon get used to it and its not detrimental in any way. Overall very pleased with this phone.

I'm so disappointed and disillusioned on Samsung flip 5 is the worst phone ever bought my phone is about 5 months old. Phone has no scratches or dent I haven't drop it not even one time. first, I notice the screen protector start lifting. when dapperly the screen protector should be good for at least 200k flip only last me 2 months before start pulling off. second when I open my phone, I look at a black screen. I took it to Samsung and now they saying the phone has been drop I explain the phone has never been drop. the screen just broke by open it phone suck never buy this phone.

I really enjoy the mini screen and it's cool I can do lots of stuff on it. Anything from browsing the web to playing games is pretty cool but I think the software limits the functionality of the cover screen. The pre installed screen protector catches a lot of dust and I think it's a concern. It's like it's attracting dust and if I try to push it out, it gets stuck on the hinge. Seems like I need to get a lint roller every time I want to get rid of the dust. Still a pretty powerful phone but it's super hardware limited (by battery which affects the performance of the cpu and gpu)

The new expanded front screen is fantastic, and now has purpose rather than before it felt quite redundant to use. The minimal 256gb memory is a very welcome edition. the camera is great to use and i really enjoyed the Rapid burst mode. I feel Samsung have gone for a marginal gains approach on upgrades to this phone, and this has worked wonders this time around. overall this phone is great to use and i would highly recommend it.

Nice phone but l don't understand why l am having a problem with the Samsung keyboard but on my Z 5 flip phone on the cover screen it doesn't have a place to change it to the Gboard just stays on the Samsung keyboard on my inside screen you can change it to the Gboard there is a small symbol at the bottom left that shows on the navigation bar where you can change it to the Gboard this is not good . Because if you want to use the Gboard you can't use it on the cover screen. On my friend has a Z 4 fold he can do the Gboard on both screens l hope y'all fix this problem thanks 🙏

Galaxy Z flip 5 biggest upgrade is bigger external screen and that is giving a big difference to the previous models, now you can use plenty of themes and apps that really ease your daily routines. Design is very magnetic as everyone is telling me how cool it is. It have great screen, colours are very lively and clear. Battery last for full day within Moderate to high use. It's making great photos as well. But most important about this phone is it's compact size when closed, it gave small screen outside and you can see who is calling straight away. Apps working very fast, games run very smoothly. Overall very good phone for decent price.

It took a little bit of time to get my settings to how I like them but once these were set in place it was very easy to use my apps and all the functionalities. It fits perfectly in my pocket and easy to take out and use the full screen but still can use the necessary functionalities when folded. The operating system was smooth and fast and very easy to move between the apps and use my productivity tools. I was worried it but not be durable and could be flimsy and weak in places but this was not the case. The next time I upgrade I will get the Fold phone as I am more confident in its design and durability.

Overall very nice phone this Flip5. If only battery life is better then I give 5 stars to this phone. Twice a day for charging phone to get by one day is too much. The camera is so nice, especially I can take selfie photos using main cam which is very superb.

Love the outer box and then inner box, the black colouring on the box shows quality, fits like a glove and you can feel the suction as you gradually open it - you even get that bit of tension as you await to see your new product. Just doing the usual power up and configuration then onto pretending to be on Star Trek and using the phone by far the best flip yest I had a flip 3 and this is so much faster ! and feels lighter to use I just watched a movie and barely touched the battery

I truly love the idea and design of the galaxy flip. But it is truly not a good phone. I have had to use the factory warranty 3 times already and yet here I am on the 3rd phone and the screen has a crease in the middle of the screen. I'm scared to keep opening asks closing it because it sounds like a crackling sound. My last phones blacked out and I'm afraid of this one doing the same. I hope since they're is a series 6, samsung had fixed this issue. I guess I have to call the warranty department again.... maybe only to go through the same thing 🙄

This phone sucks it's fragile I do agree with the comments my phone has a dent in it and the speaker on my phone the part where you put it on speaker the part of the speaker where you talk on the ear that speaker that is broken and it sucks the speaker doesn't work oh also I never told this to samsung but when I listen to music out loud of my phone the weirdest thing is that the volume turns down on the phone and idk why it down that it's very strange and odd that it does that it has never done that before and now it's doing that I am not pressing any buttons to turn down the music all in all this phone sucks I don't recommend to others its a bad phone do not get this phone I don't like this phone at all not happy with my purchase at all

I owned a Flip 4 and loved it, so when the Flip 5 came out I was very excited. Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed in my Flip 5. The front screen being larger is great and I use it alot. But the battery leaves something to be desired. I have to charge my phone twice a day or else it doesn't last until the next morning. My Flip 4 had a battery that lasted all thru the night with time still available. I use my Flip phone for my alarm to wake me in the morning. So it is very important that it lasts until then. I am a Samsung loyal customer and it saddens me to have to say anything bad about any of their products. I'm hoping that the battery will be fixed in the Flip6 so you will be able to once again, brag about the clabshell again.

Awful design! Purchased as I loved the look of the Flip 5, however it was a BIG mistake!! I have had nothing but problems and trying to arrange a repair is near impossible. Hinge faulty so phone does not sit flat and rocks like a boat when on a flat surface. The fold line across the middle of the phone is now very sharp too. The phone is 12 months old and been like this for a while. Battery life unworkable. Not the quality or service you would expect from a Samsung product. Stuck with this for another 2 years, due to being in a contract! ☹️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was dubious about having a folding screen in a phone as I was worried it would be at a sacrifice to screen quality but my concerns were laid to rest as soon as I unfolded it. The screen clarity and brightness are very good. You can feel a bit of a ridge where the fold is however you soon get used to it. The size of the phone is ideal both folded and unfolded. All in all its a good phone that suits my needs well. I've now had chance to test the Z flip 5 and at first I thought it was more or less the same but the rear screen being bigger makes the world of difference. It makes taking photos so much easier. I find I often just use the small screen to view my messages and then open it up to reply if needed. All in all I much prefer the Z flip 5.

It feels premium in the hand, the new hinge exudes quality and creates barely any screen crease, the screen is brilliant and the battery good enough for a day. The cameras are not class leading but the AI they are coupled with makes for excellent daytime results, usable night photography and intuitive, powerful editing. What this handset proves is the flip phone has matured. Samsung has done almost everything right here, and the new larger flex screen is no longer a gimmick, offering a perfect balance of unintrusive usability without having to open up the main screen. This is Samsung's best flip to date and in my opinion the best flip available without exception.

I got the phone and it won't pair up to my car phoned samsung 5 times ever time get it to work goes off once I get of the phone to samsung must be a faulty one and won't pick up Internet when I'm out and about won't change songs eighter. I'm really missed of paying 4 a new phone and it not working properly plus have time 2 spend all day on phone to samsung. First day 2 hours 45 mins between o2 and samsung. The last day was 2 hours. I really love(d) this phone, I no longer have it because I wanted a phone with longer battery life, but I am considering buying it again because I miss it so much. the phone I have now seems to have the same battery even though its bigger. the pictures were lovely and although it dropped and broke, samsung quickly fixed it for me. I love how compact it was and I actually used it less because of the flipping design, which was great for me. I would definitely buy it again, especially if the battery somehow could be expanded

I love my z flip 5. Honestly, I didn't like it when I first purchased it. It grew on me, quickly. Now, I've been buying multiple phone cases for it. I like to switch it up alot. I use the bottom of one color from one case, and use another color for the top piece. Majority of time, my phone is red and black. Or I switch to black and grey, the possibility are endless. But I stick with my favorite colors really. And I love how I was able to ADD more apps to my cover screen, I like surfing the net when my phone is folded.

Absolutely phenomenal. I am in love with this form factor, and the crease does not bother me at all. The Flex Window is so good with this big size now there is just so many things I could do with it. The battery life is amazing too, coming from an S21 Ultra with 5000 mAh, this 3700 mAh feels like it gives almost the same if not even more screen on time with the new chipset Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Honestly the whole experience has been just absolutely breathtaking that I don't really have anything bad to even say about it.

After hunting down a charging cable as the one supplied was not your usual size usb the set was easy and good with being able to connect your old phone. I was amazed by the quality of video quality and sound of movies. The Samsung pass feature for fingerprint access is nicely placed on side of phone making it easy to use. Again the sound from such a small item is the best I have ever listened to. The picture quality on the photos and the zoom is the best. I would highly recommend this phone and say Samsung have gone beyond. I am only half way through the various features and looking forward to exploring more of the phone. After just 3 weeks of using my flip5 2 fine lines appeared on the screen just where the phone folded. After calling Samsung to complain they advice they will replace it. But to replace it I had to send mine to them and now I have to wait 2 weeks without a phone, even though they have got my money. My husband did say not to buy one because they are rubbish but I liked the shape. To say that I'm angry for having to wait 2 weeks without a phone it's not enough said. Definitely wouldn't advise anyone to buy one.

Only to find out that because the back glass was broken it would not cover the screen any longer. The worst part is you can see the impact point on the glass where my partner dropped something on to the phone after 2 months of owning it. Now Just A paper weight. Beautiful Phone if you want something just to play with at the weekends, However can not handle every day life !!!

The same great flip form factor is great! So compact and makes me feel really nostalgic. Pair this with cutting edge features like a high res front facing camera and a huge screen on the cover that doubles as a selfie camera. The hinge feels super secure as well. Front screen is a bit of a finger print magnet, but nothing a micro fibre wouldn't take care of. Battery is about the same as previous models and works well with moderate usage for the whole day. Device is snappy and responsive with the most demanding tasks that I have thrown at it. So far this phone is well worth the price tag! Same great Samsung quality with all the best features of a cutting edge device.

The front screen is bigger and you can use it while the phone is flipped, take photos with the main camera, answer the phone and use the apps . You can add to the front screen any apps you like for a quicker use. The camera is amazing with so many features. The design of the phone is elegant, slim and light. I am very happy with my purchace. I've loved it when I've first seen the advert and I said to myself that I must have it. I have managed to buy it and... wow. This phone is unbelievable elegant, so thin and beautiful. As all Samsung phones, it's easy to use and the camera is great. I like it as I can use some features when folded. Just love it!

Been using my Z Flip 5 for about a month now. The only difference between Flip 4 and Flip 5 is that I used the cover screen more often than the cover screen of Flip 4. My Flip 5 is folded more frequently and only to be unfolded when needed. Basically, the cover screen of the Flip 5 has more use cases than the Flip 4 due to its screen size. The battery life improvement is noticeable for about 2 weeks and yes, I can say that the battery is better on Flip 5 than the Flip 4, just a little difference.

I used to love my Z Flip until this most recent update. The Share feature no longer works from the photo gallery; it won't show text message as an option for sharing, just completely random outlook contacts are the only sharing suggestions. The phone app now has a super prominent button for video calling right next to the call button, making it way too easy to accidentally video call someone (nightmare!) The Settings icon is now so tiny, and it's such an important button. The DND notification icon looks exactly like the text message notification icon, so I'm constantly thinking I received a text when it's just the DND. And the new emojis are so creepy. Please bring back the old emojis! I know this is a review of Android software, not particular to the Z Flip, but how else to leave this feedback??

Great little phone until the screen failed at the fold in the middle. Made a cracking noise and the screen went unreadable and no touch function. Still in warranty, but due to a tiny mark/scuff ,samsung will not repair. So repair is more than the phone is now worth!. Can't even trade it in as it needs to be factory reset which is not now possible. So basically throw away. Thanks for that samsung. Any small marks or scuffs/impressions invalidate all warranty i am told.

This phone is the worst telephone that I've ever used 😠 it does almost nothing well 😠 picture quality sucks battery life is absolutely atrocious the front screen is barely useful unless you install a third party application the processor is trash as far as phones go worst phone EVER 😞 the only thing this thing does right is fold 😠 I WOULD AVOID BUYING THIS AT ALL COST 😑 GIMMICKY SAMSUNG SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR RELEASING A PHONE THAT IS THIS TERRIBLE

My previous phone to the Flip 5 was the Samsung Galaxy S22 and I'm a big Samsung user, I got the orginal Galaxy S1 and was bowled over then. The Flip 5 is just the perfect device, it fits in my hand folded very well, proud to hold it when i'm out and about, I know it's got lots of protection against knocks and moisture so another plus, oh my there so many pluses. My hands are small enough to message on the front screen which is so great, the other widgets are surprisingly useful, loads of customisation and that is just the front. Opening up you have this crisp clear screen, I call it my cinemascope screen. There's a lot to keep you busy with this phone. What more could you ask for.

I am giving a five for the fact that at this early stages of development, the leap from flip 4 to 5 has significant improvements in terms of the screen gap in the fold, sturdiness, and the cover screen. I wouldn’t say that the battery is bad but it’s something to work on. It’s not something practical to purchase due to its price versus fragility. With that being said, if u want something new for a change, then this is something you should look into. Just buy one!

I wanted Z flip model since it came out . I wated patient untill now hopping the "teething " problems would be resolved by now . Unfortunately, despite being protected by the case, small pieces of metal chipped off by the fold . I didn't notice it ,closed the phone only to find out that it pierced the screen, resulting in black dot and green line across the screen. I love the phone and very careful with it .But if something like this happened after a 2 months

This is my second samsung flip phone. The first one worked perfect, only complaint was a line in the screen where it folds. After two years, the screen started to go black. The reason it went black is because it was dropped several times and bounced off the hard floor/cement, it was also dropped into a toilet twice, was mounted on my harleys handle bars and was vibrated around in the rain for several thousand miles. Overall good phone, i would buy one again

Easy Flipping, perfect in my hand. Love the way I answer my calls by just flipping over. The cover screen is nice for quick and simple tasks like checking weather, calendar, notifications, messaging and mamy more. This is completely customisable so I can choose the apps I want to see here. The smart switch made my life easy to transfer over almost everything from my old samsung phone. The camera quality is impressive with 12MP back cameras and a 10MP front camera. The battery charges quickly but depend on what charger is used, it lasts reasonably well with a small battery. 3 years warranty is an added bonus and peace of mind. Overall it's a great phone and I love it, couldn't resist myself to show-off..!!

I love taking pictures; therefore camera’s features were very important to me, as well as use of camera. Such us: timing, easy taking self-portrait photograph/ selfie’s, taking photos while making video. The camera quality and features is 10of10. Overall, its positive impression and I’m very pleased with my new Flip5, also getting many positive comments and praises from friends and co-workers. Highly recommend it!

Flip is addictive I must say and a girls new best friend! Easy to fit even in the jeans front pocket, evening and events small purse, in a running belt, fits just fabulously. As a owner of the first model of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip and than Galaxy Z Flip 3, I must say that the new Flip 5 really comes up with some easy to observe upgrades. Firstly, the amazing cover screen that allows you do pretty much everything on the go, than the sleek improved look with no gap due to the upgrade on hinge, amazing storage up to 512GB, increased water resistance and long waited dual sim functionality. In my oppinisn, this is the closest to perfection phone ever. Only coming possible upgrades I could see would be the camera design and properties. So far, I just love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've recently got an upgrade from Z Flip 4 to Z Flip 5. The cover screen is the biggest advantage I can see from the new phone. I am very excited to be able to use it for more functions like maps, texting, etc. I hope there will be more apps added in the future to maximise the potential of usage for the cover screen, as it means I will not always have to flip the phone open and surely that means longer battery life. The other nice thing is the no gap design in the Z Flip 5 when the phone is folded. It is small change but actually make the phone looks a lot more sleek and improve the screen protection from dust and dirt. On the other hand, there aren't much new features that make me wow, Z Flip 5 still has the same battery capacity, camera, main screen's display, etc. It will be great to see some big changes in the next model so that it's worth the upgrade.

Im super happy of my Samsung Flip 5. It suits my lifestyle and my day to day activities on my phone. One thing I love about this is the camera, it has great images on low light settings. I was hesitant at first but now my worries are gone. The only con I have is I have to go to a service center to replace the screen protector otherwise the warranty will be voided. since I don't live near a service center, its a hassle for me.

I bought mine a couple of months ago, and I can really feel the quality of the phone. I am also amazed by the features the phone provides. An example is when video-chatting with my contacts, I can easily put my phone on the table and fold it half-way to easily position the camera. Another is the bigger back screen, together with specific widgets, it is now easier to access apps without unfolding the phone and do more.

Terrible device and one that will cost more than you think. I've had a Flip 3 and Flip 5. BOTH had problems with the hinge, where the phone would stop turning on when opened. Samsung will do ANYTHING to blame this defect on the customer, force an insurance claim, and charge a deductible. They do NOT know ho to make the hinges reliable. Buy this phone at your own risk, but KNOW that you will pay extra for the defects.

Fingerprint reader unreliable, doesn’t recognise face most times. Google assistant won’t work when phone closed, even by using hack of uninstalling updates to Google App, works then doesn’t. Have to use Bixby, which isn’t the best. Ok beyond that, lucky it’s a second phone, wouldn’t use as main phone too frustrating. Even google pay can be troublesome so switched to Samsung Pay, not compatible with all banks in UK.

I have had my phone for a year and 1 month I am very carful with it and looked after it really well. Woke up this morning and along the fold my phone has lines and spot like it has been damaged from being folded and open. I love my phone but feel that only after a year of owning it the screen should not just get damaged for no reason especially when I've looked after it really well and ensured to not cause damage.

I bought this phone 3 months ago and I LOVE it! I do not have a case nor purchased any protectional parts to go with the phone because I do not typically drop my phone and haven't really worried about it with past phones either. However, for some reason I am always dropping this phone or knocking it off the counter and it has not broken or cracked anywhere! Really impressed with this phone and highly recommend!

Bought this phone last month, March 2024. The reason is its portability and it really serves its purpose. The other thing is to limit social media usage, and this serves its purpose as well. So, for me, this exceeded my expectation. Battery last for a day to as high as 36hrs if I rarely opens the main screen. Though, if you still keep on opening the main screen, this phone and its battery is not for you.

Would never buy a flip again. Still have roughly another year to pay off on it and i have had to have the screen replaced under warranty because of faulty screen, which i had to factory reset for and loose all my stuff. Few months later same issues. Such a crap phone for the price. Can't even get the screen replaced for the second time because itll cost more to do than the phones worth. Waste of money.

Nearly there Samsung. A few suggestions for next iteration: 1) This phone needs a bevel/notch on both sides of the phone that a thumb or finger can easily slide into to flip the phone open. I nearly drop the phone daily trying to open it. A bevel/notch would also enable users to more easily handle the phone one-handed. 2) Better cameras please! At least a 3x optical zoom lens would go a long ways.

Don't even consider purchasing a Z Flip5 Seven months after purchasing, the foldable screen cracked through the middle when I opened one too many times. Samsung have gotten out of their responsibilities of replacing the screen as there is a 1mm mark on the phone, and so are saying it is out of warranty. They have admitted there is a manufacturing issue with the phone on more than one occasion

I was looking at getting a new phone as mine tend to to have a three to four year life cycle. I tried other makes with similar screens etc but this felt much more sturdy and I paired it with the watch 6 classic. I'm very happy with it, it is sturdy and the battery lasts the day no matter what I have been doing. Charging is very quick and the customisation options for actions has allowed me to set it up exactly as I want. The screens are comfortable to look at and use and Samsung do supply options to further enhance use of the outer screen although this becomes a necessity to access some apps without opening your phone. In this area I am looking forward to seeing how @samsunguk evolve the use and offerings for the outer screen. Storage is good and along with connectivity and battery charging speeds I am very happy with it. Besides who doesn't love being able to flip a phone closed to end a call.

Semenjak keluar samsung versi flip, saya berkata ke diri sendiri akan membeli versi flip apabila layar depannya lebar. Kemudian pada tahun 2023 keluar Z Flip5 dengan layar depan yang lebar. Layar depan ini mempermudah saya untuk mengakses youtube, whatsapp, dan beberapa aplikasi lainnya tanpa harus membuka handphone. Modelnya yang unik mungil mempermudah saya ketika berolahraga.

the screen just stopped working and Samsung don't oblige their warranty if there is even a. slight scratch to the case- unethical and on the verge of illegal as against the consumer right acts which says mobile phone less than 2 years are covered if faulty but Samsung will claim anything to get out of this- I'd avoid them again for this reason. A really unreasonable company

I bought this 2 weeks ago and i am really happy with this. I am currently using it together with my S23 Ultra and i find myself using the flip more. I love that it is super compact, cute, stylish and yet powerful too! Too bad that the battery performance is just half compared to my s23 ultra. But hey i can flip it! Just dont forget your powerbank everytime you go outside.

Worst phone in the history of Samsung! My first Flip 5 stopped working after about 3 months. I told it back to Verizon, and was told that it's very common for the Flip phones to have major issues. I was given another Flip 5, but again, I am having issues. Verizon's help department (IT) informed me that closing my Flip 5 will cause issues. I hate this phone so much.

Got this soonest it was released. Order online and got it earlier than expect. And Flip 5 never disapppoints. I am in-love with how sleek the design is, how easy it is to carry this. And not to mention the selfies are way easier than ever. Group shots are no longer an issue with the bigger screen feature, no memories is left behind as you get to capture every moment.

I've been using the Zflip5 for a month now and I love it, the fact that I can access most apps through the cover screen is great, fast, and compact. The size of the screen when the phone is opened is ideal. The audio quality is good, and so is the video. The phone processes quickly and doesn't heat up easily compared to other devices. Overall, I highly recommend it.

I bought this for a few months and wish i didn't get it. The battery life is awful. The phone basically lives on the charger and always needs to be considered before going out. And the phone fold glares in your eyes when driving with maps. With the benefit of hindsight i would of bought a standard phone with a higher battery life and storage space. Lesson learned...

Firstly, the materials that make up the phone (metal frame, glass, and a very sturdy hinge) are of undoubtedly high quality. Specifically, the hinge and crease are a big improvement from the Flip 4. Also, in comparison to the Flip 4, the cover screen is larger in the Flip 5, making it a lot more enjoyable and user friendly. Furthermore, the camera feature is better than I expected from a flagship phone and the selfie setup is second to none. The mere fact that it fits into my purse is very handy and attractive. Thanks to the new chipset, you get a bump in battery performance. The battery may not be the greatest for heavy power users, but for me, it gets me through my day of average use with 50% or more remaining. While it could always be better, personally I am happy with the battery life. Overall, the phone is very promising and a definite compliment getter.
