Vi kjøpte denne i 2019. Etter ett år i bruk knakk dør indikatoren og maskinen stoppet. På denne maskinen er indikator en plast pinne som stikker ut fra døren og skal treffe et hull i kroppen på maskinen. Døren ble skiftet på garanti. Nå, ett åt senere er det samme skjedd en gang til, men samsung vil denne gangen ikke dekke reparasjon på garantien. Vi har brukt maskinen mye, men vært ekstra forsiktig med døren etter den første reparasjonen. Ser ikke at problemet kan løses med reparasjon, her er det er svakt design. Vi har også problemer med luftlekkasje over lofilter pakning. Mye lo/støv i luftkanaler. Må rengjøre fordamper til varmepumpe hyppig (hver 14 dag). Vi ønsker vi ikke hadde valgt denne maskinen. Anbefaler at dere holder dere unna denne modellen

Wie bei der Waschmaschine ist leider auch der Trockner genau 2 Jahre und 1 Monat nach dem Lieferdatum kaputtgegangen. Die elektronischen Geräte, die ich aus Samsun gekauft habe, haben bisher immer problemlos funktioniert. Bei den Haushaltsgeräten wurde ich jedoch leider enttäuscht. Dass beide Geräte nur wenige Wochen nach Ablauf der Garantie defekt geworden sind, ist sehr ärgerlich.

Amazing dryer in terms of functionality and connectivity, zero complaints on those aspects. But longevity is questionable. It's perhaps been two years at most and already it's making rough noises that are possibly due to the drum rollers failing. Quite disappointing given the expense and typical household usage of this machine.

Najgorszy zakup, skąd są te dobre opinie? Ubrania z suszarki śmierdzą pleśnią, mimo czyszczenia wymiennika wg instrukcji, wymiennik zapycha się kłaczkami i nie da się go porządnie wyczyścić. Reklamacja nieuznana, wstyd dla tak dużej firmy. Już nigdy nie kupię nic z SAMSUNGA. Polecam poszukać filmików o zapchanych suszarkach Samsung, po prostu straszne jak można sprzedawać za takie pieniądze coś tak wadliwego. Są chyba specjalnie skonstruowane tak, żeby zamawiać serwis czyszczący co kilka miesięcy i naciągać klienta. Zmarnowane niemałe pieniądze.

Was a bit worried about heat pump dryers taking longer than other types, but as I had to get a new dryer, the lower cost of energy use was a more important factor in my decision. So, on the first use, when the recommended cycle came up with 3 hours, I admit I was a bit disappointed, but actually it finished a lot quicker, and the clothes were dry enough. This was true of the subsequent cycles, usually taking about an hour and half, despite initially coming up with over 3 hours, and that was with fairly full loads. It is also quiet, at least compared to my old dryer, the smart features are a nice to have rather than essential, and the 5 year warranty is also a reassurance, so happy to recommend this one.

Got the heat pump dryer because I liked the AirWash feature that is advertised with this feature with a picture of it . There is no * saying only on some models. You have to go down to the bottom of the page and tap on features to see it is not listed with this feature. Most of the dryers showing this as a feature do not have it.

Suszarka niestety wytrzymała 3 lata. Po 2,5 roku zaczęła przedłużać programy, następnie zaczęła co jakiś czas stawać (tak jakby ktoś włączał pauzę). A teraz po włączeniu niby na wyświetlaczu pracuje, ale bęben się nie kręci. Konieczny bedzie serwis i naprawa. Niestety z żywotnością jest bardzo słabo. I żeby nie było. Po każdym suszeniu zgodnie ze wskazówkami był czyszczony filtr i wymiennik. Jak działała to wszystko było super, ale niestety jak widać nie zbyt długo.

Saya baru dapat mesin pengering dalam 2 hari yang lalu. Setakat ni mesin pengering ni memang terbaik. Kain kering dengan baik dan baju juga tidak terlalu berkedut. Yang lagi bagus sebab mesin pengering ni boleh disambung dengan apps Smartthing. Jadi saya boleh tengok berapa lama lagi mesin pengering ni beroperasi tanpa perlu melihat di mesin pengering tersebut. Hasil keringan juga memang mantap. Tak menyesal beli. Memang kalau kawan-kawan nak beli pengering yang harga berpatutan tapi mantap, belilah mesin pengering ni.

This is simply not worth the price tag and it's not built to last. We've owned this for 2.5 years and it's developed a fault, and from my research it's a common problem. It just cuts out/pauses, and no indication as to what the issue is. Samsung directed me to an engineer who basically told me it would be too difficult to diagnose the issue and showed no interest in coming out to look at it. I contacted an independent engineer who could find nothing wrong with it. Contacted Samsung and their only suggestion was to go through their service center again and get the original engineer out (the guy who told me it would be too hard to work out the problem). Don't waste your money on something that isn't built to last. Expensive mistake on our part, don't make the same mistake we did. Buy a much cheaper model from a different supplier, It'll cost you less in the long run.

I decided on a Samsung dryer after much research and picked the series 9 has it ticked all the boxes for me, so far it's been a great choice cheap to run, quiet and most things come out dry. It's faster than I expected after reading reviews about the extended drying times of heat pump dryers and to be honest it's not much different than our old vented dryer. Once you choose a program it may say 3 hours to dry but it adjust the time using moisture sensor and rarely takes long than 1 hour. If there's one negative it does tangle duvet covers so you need to occasionally stop the cycle and unravel but that was the same with our old dryer. With the 5 year guarantee I would recommend this dryer.

Fantastic value for money with a 5 year warranty. Looks great and performs well. Takes a couple of cycles to initialise heat exchanger, which is explained, but we missed it. After a few months all is still well.

Bought the tumble dryer as mine was 15 years old and costly to run. this tumble tryer is cheap to run and very quiet. The are many programs that can be used and the all seem to dry the clothes well. Yes I would recommend this tumble dryer.

We wanted a heat pump tumble dryer to help reduce humidity in our house over the winter and not have to plumb it in or vent it outside, while being energy efficient. While it's early days it has been excellent so far. It looks great, was easy to setup and should be a big help to our family over the coming years.

Most things on this tumble dryer are fantastic. It looks smart, is incredibly economical and so quiet. The app is nice but not essential and it was also a little tricky to get the app and device to talk to each other (only took 2 attempts). The features are extensive and I particularly like the stationary tray for shoes etc. the reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the issue with bedding. It's not a massive issue but it does tend to roll up bedding and I have found that you need to set it to dryness setting 3 to ensure the items are dry. I do accept that all newish technology has a bit of bedding in (pun intended) and I just need to get used to it. If I could give it 4 1/2 stars I would.
