[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the simple and sleek design of the Jet Bot AI+ and the clean station. The top of the robot looks the same as the back my white Galaxy S21 which is really cool and the the whole setup is smaller that I thought. The Jet Bot Ai+ is very quiet, at first I thought the suction power was lacking on max but the bag at the end on my first cleaning job proved otherwise and I had made sure to run my upright vacuum before it’s first run. I absolutely love the cleaning station, not having to empty out the robot like my last 2 models is amazing. I have had to change the bag once maybe 2 weeks after it arrived and it’s super easy to change just pull the bag frame toward you and lift out. A couple thoughtful design choices on the clean station I love are the cord wrap recessed in the back of the unit and the clear access port on the bottom so if you do get a clog in the station not only will you be able to see it but easily remove it as well. Runtime is great, I have about 1500 square feet of living space and it doesn’t have an issue with one pass and edge cleaning on a full charge. From fully charged to dead (10% reserve to get back to the cleaning station) using max suction the average is 1 hour and 2 minutes total runtime. From dead (8-9% left on reserve)to fully charged it takes on average 2 hours and 15 minutes. The real superstars on the Jet Bot AI+ are the lidar sensor and the mapping. On the first clean and map run the robot did bump around a bit but in every run after it hasn’t bumped anything as far as I know. The incredibly accurate mapping, customizable room creation and no go zones really make this vacuum shine. I absolutely love that I can divide and combine rooms in the app as my home has an open layout with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. No need to set out magnet strips or virtual barriers around the rooms I don’t want it to enter, it’s as simple as selecting the rooms you do and don’t want to vacuum after room customization and it does a fantastic job at staying out of those rooms. I would definitely recommend the Jet Bot AI+.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting for the perfect robot vacuum for my home. When the Samsung JetBot AI+ came along I just had to try it. This is an amazing little machine. Took it out of the box set it all up and let it charge. This little robot is so sleek looking and blends with all my decor. I absolutely love the way they designed it and all the filters are easily accessible to be able to clean them or replace them. As well as taking the roller out to clean too. That is the best part for me-being able to get easy access inside the vacuum to replace parts or clean filters. While it was charging I added the vacuum to my SmartThings app (which was extremely easy). Once it was fully charged I turned it on and let it map my whole house (that was kind of fun to watch especially when it would add it to the app when it was done). It cleans our floors really well. Our 2,300 sq ft home cannot last on one charge so it has to go back to the base to charge and then when it is completely charged it will go back and continues where it left off. I love the fact that you can control it from the app and you can watch from the camera that is built into the vacuum. While it is cleaning if it comes across an object in it's way it will add a little safety cone to the map. It detects something is there and takes a picture of it and tries to identify it. Sometimes it is correct and other times it is not. I just wish there was a way we could give our feedback to what the actual item is that was in the path of the vacuum. If it is correct we mark yes, if not correct then maybe we could change it, so the vacuum could learn from us as well. I love that it talks as well. Just to let me know what it is going to do, but when I am at one end of my house and the vacuum is at the other end I can't understand it. I wish I could get a notification on my phone of what it says. Also, once the vacuum is done cleaning and goes back to the dock to empty, it actually gets very loud (sounds like those vacuums you use at the car wash). But this little JetBot vacuum is so worth it, it gives me a piece of mind that I don't have to worry about my floors anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a proud owner of the Samsung Jet™ Bot AI+ Vacuum (model # VR50T95735W/AA) for more than three weeks now and at this point I can say that this is one the best robotic vacuums Samsung has designed so far. I have been pretty impressed with this vacuum and its suction power as well as outstanding smart features. I have a number of other brands of robotic vacs and this Samsung shines! Let's start with its futuristic design, I think it looks pretty cool and definitely attracts attention of your guests. This particular model is a bit taller than you would expect so it may not fit under certain couches or furniture however that does not compare with its abilities to do a ton of things for you. I have set my home automations with SmartThings to clean certain rooms on certain days and I can always start the vacuum any time from anywhere. With its Jet Live Monitoring feature I can check on my home at any time as well and see what's going on (you can get notifications as well if it detects any motion). I would highly recommend exploring the SmartThings app that you will initially use to set up the vacuum. There are a number of cool features to play with like setting up No Go zones in certain rooms or areas, a very handy feature! I must say that its 3D Object recognition and LiDAR are amazing! Before you start cleaning, your vac will create maps for each of your rooms and I was really impressed by its precision! It detected all kinds of furniture and reported if there were any obstacles on the floor which it avoided flawlessly! It runs quietly and efficiently too. The supplied Clean Station is a must and a joy to have! When the Jet Bot is done with its job, it returns to its station to recharge and the cleaning station sucks up all the stuff into a bag which is preinstalled (there is a spare one provided as well). I like to clean my vacuum after each session and it is easy to wash the dust bin and the filters. I am really happy with this vacuum and I think it is one of the smartest and best cleaning options your house may have. I hope Samsung will continue to support and update the firmware of this vacuum and make it even better as the years go by.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum is the most technological advancement in robot cleaning. I am blown away by the amount of technology built into this unit. Lets first start off by saying that this unit is quiet. I was a little skeptical of it being so quiet, i thought the louder it would be the harder it would suck. My older Samsung Jetbot is loud like an airplane. But boy was I surprised when I opened the dust bin to see how much dust, dirt and dog hair was in it on the first clean. One of the best and probably most overlooked features is the "Self Cleaning Brush" The Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum has three "blades" across the opening where the brush rotates. This cuts the long hair, (fro my wife and daughters) and the dogs hair that gets sucked up into the vacuum. No more untangling and cutting hair off of the brush everytime I use the unit. The Smart features of the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum and second to none. Upon inital set up, you have to "Map" your house. The older Jet bot, literally took about 2 hours to "Map" my whole house by driving every square foot of the house. But with the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum, the unit drove to the middle of each room and used the Lidar detector to map out the house. It was amazing to see my house being digitally mapped on my phone in real time, even showing the couches, entertainment centers, tables and ottomans. Also, to top it all off, it only took about 20 Mins! One of my favorite "Smart Features" is the object detection and avoidance. The Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum is intelligent. I threw, shoes, shocks, and phone chargers on the ground to see if it would avoid them. It indeed did, and did it flawlessly. Even speaking to me letting me know that it was "Avoiding and obstacle". On top of that, on the app it shows you the obstacle it avoided on the map and tells you exactly what they were. . . . .sock, electrical cable, etc. But then it will ask you if you removed the obstacle and it will go back and clean the location! All in all, I've had this unit for about 3 weeks now and I have still yet to empty the "Self Cleaning Station". . . .Mind you I run the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum at least once a day. The self cleaning is a game changer for sure. All in all, if you are looking for the most top of the line robot vacuum, the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ Vacuum is the unit for you. It will be hard for Samsung or any other manufacturer to top this unit.

My family had the privilege to test out the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ in our home and I can honestly say that this is by far the best robot vacuum cleaner we have ever had. Unboxing and Setup: So, in the box you will receive the Samsung Jet Bot AI+, Clean Station, 2 Dust collection bags and 2 Filters, along with the wires needed to set everything for operation. The setup process for the Jet Bot was super simple. Like most Samsung products they all work together in the smart things app and the Jet Bot is no different. As soon as I opened up the Samsung SmartThings app, it automatically detected the Jet Bot and started the installation process. The setup process took less than 2 minutes and it was ready to map my home. Mapping using Lidar and 3D Sensors: The Jet Bot uses Lidar and 3D sensors to map and navigate around the house. The Jet Bot did an amazing job mapping the house in just under 10 minutes and that is unheard of. It usually takes other robot vacuum cleaners a full run to map everything before they are ready to get to work, but not Jet Bot. once it was done mapping it started to clean our home and did an amazing job at that. Cleaning, Suction and Clean Station: The Jet Bot offers three different cleaning modes along with three suction modes. The first is it cleans the entire area first, and finishes with the walls, capturing debris trapped in corners and edges. The second cleaning mode is the opposite of the first, it cleans around the walls first and then does the entire area for everyday cleaning and lastly, it moves around the entire area including the walls in a zigzag pattern for a quick clean. As far as suction goes, you have normal, automatic and max suction. I prefer the max suction, because it does a better job picking everything up, I don’t mind that it needs to recharge and comeback to finish the job. Well, that was not the case with the Samsung Jet Bot AI+. The Jet Bot in my case, took literally about 10 minutes to map out my entire first floor and it was ready to get cleaning. Samsung Jet Bot AI+ uses Lidar Sensors, 3D Sensors and cameras to map and navigate your home. To map my home, the Jet Bot did its initial run around my house and while doing so, it used it Lidar and 3D sensors to map out the walls and the furniture in the area and this whole process took about 10 minutes, I was impressed. So, this is an AI or Artificial intelligence learning robot vacuum cleaner, meaning the more it works the more it learns about places, objects and furniture in your home. In my home for example, the Jet Bot was able to pick up my appliances, TV, and the furniture on its own. After the mapping is complete, you can add, delete, change or even add No-Go areas for the robot in the Samsung SmartThings app. This robot does such a great job avoiding obstacles that I have not had to get involved in its operations. Cleaning, Suction and Clean Station: The Jet Bot offers three different cleaning modes. The first is it cleans the entire area first, and finishes with the walls, capturing debris trapped in corners and edges. The second cleaning mode is the opposite of the first, it cleans around the walls first and then does the entire area for everyday cleaning and lastly, it moves around the entire area including the walls in a zigzag pattern for a quick clean. You have your normal mode, where the robot cleans with low suction to minimize energy consumption to clean the entire area without needing to go to recharge. The smart suction option, cleans with normal suction power until it gets to a carpeted area or until it detects large amount of dust is when it switches to max suction. Lastly, as you may have guessed, then there is a max suction option. This is where it uses its maximum suction power to clean the entire area, but due to it using its maximum suction it needs to recharge in between cleanings. The Samsung Jet Bot clean station is an amazing accessory to the Jet Bot. Once your Jet Bot is done cleaning your home, it returns to recharge and empty out its dust bin at the clean station. The powerful suction from the clean station pulls out all of the dust and debris from the jet bot into its dust collection bin capturing 99.99 percent of micro dust. The dust bags are large enough to capture almost two months of debris. I have been using my vacuum for a month now and it still has plenty room left in it. Even on maximum suction the Samsung Jet Bot is a lot quieter than its competition and does an amazing job cleaning everything up. Roving Security Camera: This is my personal favorite feature of the Jet Bot. like I had mentioned earlier; the Jet Bot also serves as a roving security camera. The Jet bot has camera built-in that is uses for navigation but can also be used for keeping an eye on your pets or just as a home monitor when your away. So, in the Samsung SmartThings app, you can actually setup a home monitoring schedule to monitor your home or certain areas of your home and how frequently you would like the robot to make those runs. The Jet Bot can also be controlled manually to any area of the floor you would to check up on. The Jet bot can also notify you when it detects motion and also show you a video of what it detected. PROs- Suction – It does a great job picking up everyday dust and debris. (I prefer the maximum suction mode) Cleaning – Does a great job cleaning wall to wall, making sure all the area is covered. Navigating – Does a great job avoiding obstacles and getting stuck places compared to my other robot vacuum cleaner. Roving Security Camera Run-Time – So the run time on robot vacuum cleaner varies on how much an area it has to clean and how much suction power is being used. Since I have mine setup on maximum suction, it does about 75% of the entire area before returning to recharge. Self-Cleaning Brush Head Mapping time Large capacity dust collection bags Excellent obstacle avoidance CONs – Clean station noise – Even though the clean station does an amazing job getting all the debris and dust of the Jet Bot, it is a bit loud. Recharge and Go – So, like other robot vacuum cleaner, when the vacuum runs out of a charge it goes back and charges itself enough to finish cleaning and then returns to fully charge to minimize the cleaning time, the Samsung Jet Bot, once it starts running low on battery in between cleanings, it returns to the charging station to fully recharge before going back out again, taking much longer to finish the job. Unable to Clean under furniture – So personally this was not a big issue, but the due to its size, the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ is unable to get underneath certain furniture, which may be a turn off for some. Overall, I have been using the Jet Bot AI+ in my home for a month now and I have say this is probably the most hands off robot vacuum cleaner yet, it hasn’t gotten stuck anywhere like my other robot vacuum cleaner, its able to tell me what it needs instead of just beeping, and the cleaning station just cleans everything out the robot vacuum so you don’t need to empty out the bin every day. By far this is the best robot vacuum cleaner I have owned and this is what the future of robot vacuum cleaners should be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to integrate another Samsung device in my house since I already have the fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV, phones, etc. But this device has given us nothing but headache. Whether you use no go zones or not, it often gets confused and focuses one area so much that it kills the battery. One day we were not home it did this and drained the battery so much that it will no longer charge. We should have to babysit a smart vacuum. The replacemnt battery cost more than the unit is worth and I guess we will have to finally add some other brand appliance to out smart home.

The problem with this vacuum is the same as the problem with my powerbot- I have rugs with black patterns on them and the cliff sensors jet on the bottom of the jet but think that the black patterns on my rug are cliffs or the top of a set of stairs. It won't clean them- It just stops. I guess I'll have to do the same thing I did with the power bot and put black tape over the cliff sensors so it cleans my rugs with the black patterns. Unfortunately this machine shows five cliff sensors. So am I gonna have to cover all five in order for it to clean my rugs Question mark the cliff sensors think that the black patterns on my rugs the top of us our cliffs our cliffs. it won't clean them It just gets to the black spot and stop and stops. I solved this issue on my power bot But by putting black tape over the cliff sensors. There are five cliff sensors on this on this jet bot so do I have to cover all of them with black tape to headed to clean my rugs and map my house 'cause it won't do either.

I named my robot vacuum "Jerry". I was worried about its cleaning ability, but after cleaning, the dustbin was filled with dirt. Thanks to Jerry, cleaning has become very easy. I didn't know the advantages of a robot vacuum before, but Jerry made me realize them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this vacuum is awesome! We have been using the Samsung Jetbot AI+ for a little over a month now and I'm super impressed. We have owned a couple robot vacuums before we purchased this one and I can say without a doubt the Jetbot Ai+ is the smartest I've seen. The robot itself is beautiful and the clean station looks great as well, a very premium look and feel. The suction power is great and very quiet at max setting. The brush roll does an awesome job at grabbing nearly everything in it's path and is also very easy to remove and clean. The clean station is very convenient and changing the bag and filter couldn't be any easier. The mapping and app controls are my favorite. The Jetbot AI+ mapping is incredibly accurate which makes editing the map for no go zones very easy! The camera feature is really cool, though I don't really have a use for it I can certainly see how others will. Overall I would say Samsung hit a home run with the Jetbot AI+, with great build quality, a lidar sensor, incredibly accurate mapping, a clean station and some cool app features I can't think of much else to ask for.

I purchased this product April 24, 2022. I just had to send it in for its second repair. The first time I sent it in, there was an error saying the filter was clogged. That repair was covered under warranty. This time I sent the product in because there was a LiDAR issue. This repair cost 225.00 plus the cost of the shipping materials. I purchased this product because I figured you get what you pay for, but not in this case. I had my iRobot for 6 years and never had an issue. This expensive product, works excellent when it’s fully operational, but having to send it in for repair twice already in just over a year is disappointing to say the least.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum about 2 months ago, and it has been amazing at cleaning my apartment. A once a day vacuuming schedule is pretty good at keeping on top of my dog's shedding. It's able to traverse my apartment and avoids certain obstacles that would jam my other robot vacuums. It has an RC mode for manual controls (great for snooping around the house while outside). It also has a Find My Pet feature for the robot vacuum to wander around the house until the camera catches sight of the dog. The only complaint I have is that it's a bit tall and cannot vacuum under a couple of my furniture pieces, but even then, it's not much of an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say I am pretty impressed with the Samsung Jet™ Bot AI+ Vacuum with Clean Station VR50T95735W/AA. It is well designed and is very intuitive when it cleans. It comes with a Clean Station which is a huge plus as well. SmartThings app is a great asset to the cleaning process as it adds so much more functionality to the vacuuming process. You will also need the app to set up this smart robotic vacuum. When you first start the vacuum, you are prompted to have it map your entire house and it does it amazingly accurate thanks to its LiDAR. You get to edit the map and name the rooms to your liking as well as set up No Go zones (where you don't want your robot to go cleaning). I like quality of its 3D camera, as you can literally view the cleaning process as it goes around. There is also a Home Guard function so you can check up on your pets and family when you are away. Now the cleaning is very quiet and it picks up stuff very well. The battery life is excellent too and if it runs out of juice it returns to its station recharges and gets back to work. Simply amazing! I am very glad we purchased this vacuum and even though it is a bit pricey, wait for a deal and get yourself one when you can, as Samsung Jet™ Bot AI+ Vacuum with Clean Station is absolutely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few months of owning the Jet Bot AI Vacuum, we have really come to rely on it for weekly cleaning. The app that comes with the device is very easy to understand and use. For the first use, the vacuum maps out all of the area it can (for us this was the 2nd floor). The app will try to label "rooms", but you can divide the rooms further, or group rooms together (such as a bedroom and a bathroom to make a suite). Then, with future use, you can select which rooms you want the vacuum to clean. For us, vacuum day is Tuesday. Start with the kids rooms, then a quick charge and emptying of the bag and it's off to the office, main bedroom and hallway. Yes, it would be "faster" to vacuum ourselves, but it's so nice to be able to set it and forget it. Plus, with the clean station, we don't have to worry about it filling up and needing to be emptied (like our previous vacuum). If the battery is low, or the bag is getting full, the vacuum takes itself to the station, empties/charges, then gets back to what it was doing. We've been impressed with the suction power, and ability to both avoid kids' toys but get larger food items (like cheerios and goldfish). Overall, very happy with our Sasmung Jet Bot Vacuum! I received this product at a reduced price for my honest feedback and opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Jet Bot a few times now. The carpet looks great with a very thorough clean. I also really like the features in the SmartThings app. A few issues - it gets caught on the throw rugs on top of my carpet, so the have to be moved before vacuuming. When cleaning behind doors, the bot sometimes closes the door and traps itself in a room. The battery has died away from the base station, so I have to hunt the vacuum down in order to get it to charge. Not major issues, but for the price, I would hope these get addressed in system updates.

The Samsung Jet Bot AI+ utilizes Lidar and 3D Mapping to clean your home in ways that you thought were not possible. Do you have kids that constantly leave toys and clothes on the ground? Well, with the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ you won't have to worry about those items being sucked up into the vacuum and getting stuck. Samsung has worked with Intel to provide a programing algorithm to avoid these obstacles while cleaning. It will also notify you with the smart things app that it is avoiding an obstacle. In turn, this gives you a chance to pick up the items and the Samsung Jet Bot AI+ will remember where the obstacle was and go back and clean that area once it is removed. That to me is very impressive. Also, this unit is extremely quiet. Compared to my older Samsung POWERbot, you can actually still watch TV as the unit is cleaning and not have to turn the volume up drastically. The self cleaning brush probably has to be one of my favorite features. Living with 2 dogs and my daughter we constantly have hair on the ground, witch easily clogged up my older vacuum and constantly wrapped the brush. Not with the Samsung Jet Bot AI+, it has blades built into the unit near the brush to cut them down to manageable pieces to get sucked up into the vacuum and not clog the system. I have had this unit for well over a month now and have yet to empty out the main bin. I know that his unit is pricey, but in my honest opinion it is worth every penny.

So, not only unable to source replacement bags, now the machine's AI function has failed so it moves a metre from the base station and then stops. Followed instructions "turn off and on" and contacted the service chat. Unable to talk to a person and forced through electronic chat system. Frustrating. Samsung say they will send out an engineer. I here nothing. I contact engineer service who say that they do not fix this machine and keep returning the referral back to samsung. Argghh. Cannot contact Samsung by phone for smart things. The Samsung chat as they are too busy. Frustrating machine and frustrating support from Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older Samsung robot vacuum, and it was good, but required constant maintenance as we have dogs that shed a lot. Repeatedly had to empty and also clean the roller. The JET BOT AI+ is maintenance free and the redesigned roller never clogs! The AI+ empties itself when the bin is full and cleans our whole floor (@1600sqft) and multiple surfaces on one charge. Did I mention how quiet it is?? Wow! I work at home at it can be running in the background without disruption. Overall, the Jet Bot AI+ cleans great on all surfaces and collections all the dog hair (and dirt/dust) that collects along the baseboards overnight.

although this vacuum is quiet, it doesn't work as it should. for example it will not go on rugs, even low pile. it never went under my coffee table, or sofas even though there was plenty of room. the auto resume never worked. it did pretty good picking up dog hair, but the microfine filter clogged up within 30 minutes of it starting. i would have to pause the vacuum empty it and take a tooth brush the the filter. that was very annoying. after speaking with customer care and never hearing back from them i returned the vacuum. i ended up purchasing another bot vacuum different company that does everything this one was supposed to do, for a whole whole lot less.

This machine has the same problems that my powerbot did. There were two edge sensors on the powerbot and it and every time I tried to clean black rugs, it thought it was coming to an edge. I have rugs with black patterns on them and it looks to me like the jet bot is doing the same thing.. the problem with this machine is there are five edge sensors underneath. When I did on the power bot was cover up the edge sensors with black tape then it worked fine. so I guess I have to cover up all all five edge sensors on this jet bot with black tape or it's not gonna clean my pattern rugs and it's not going to map my house correctly.

first thing first. it works really amazing. i love it can play music for pets while it cleans. it is super quite and the clean station is no louder than a normal vacuum. set up was extremely easy. i love than i can monitor with a moving camera around the house. it doesn't detect dog poo easily. twice i have woken up to my floors covered in a nasty mess, third, the brush is great on hard floors but not carpet a second brush needs to be available for purchase as i want a deeper clean for my carpet fourth the smart things' app is trash i want to clean certain rooms without having to dis click each room individually, a drop down would be nicer. also have a setting for vacuum till bin full empty return to last spot. it would also be nice to have clean home once not till battery runs out.

this is our 2nd samsung smart vacuum. the first didn't seem very smart - couldn't find its way back to the docking station, got stuck under chairs, etc. this one seems to work great. we put the station in the laundry room at one end of the house. the vacuum mapped the house first, now cleans the entire house (has to recharge once to finish) and finds its way home every time. seems to do a good job cleaning. only real negative that i can see at this point is the bags - great for hypoallergenic, but costly to replace. and with 2 dogs and 2 cats, it looks like it will fill up pretty quickly. all in, i'd recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The are only problems I have with this vacuum. 1 is that it doesn't fit under our cabinets and 2 it won't go under our bed because of the bed skirt. The plus side is that it doesn't run around banging into furniture because of the object recognition. It also does a much better job finding its way back home to charge. This has been a definite upgrade over previous powerbot.

this is the best robot vaccum i have ever used. however, the clean station requires a replaceable dust bag (like their jet stick clean station) and this bag is not available for ordering anywhere that i can see. it does not even show up on the samsung site. when you look at the jet bot product page, under accessories it even shows you the wrong dust bag. it lists the dust bag for the jet stick vacuum which is incompatible (i have both the stick and this robo). the vacuum only comes with two dust bags which may last a few weeks but without those dust bags this vacuum is essentially useless.

The vacuum always gets lost, can never find it's way "home" and runs into almost all of my future leaving marks on the surface. If I would have known this product was not as "smart" as it's claimed to be I would have never purchased it. It worked fine for the first few months but later down the road it just became worse and worse. I have tried resetting, recalibrating, and remapping my home with the vacuum but it has never went back to how it should work. Maybe I just received a faulty unit but this was a complete waste of money. Plus my cat will not ride the machine, instead he is scared to death of it.

Don't bother it won't last a year....just look online in the forums.... Mine worked fine for the first 6 months then constantly into error.... Cleaned and changed filters etc but still every minute it would say there is something stuck in the brush.....nothing in there at all....just scrap now....

I have had the Jet Bot for three weeks now and I am very happy with the way it functions around my “complicated” house setting. I have seven in door cats and we needed a system where the cat hair could be controlled. The Jet Bot has really helped with this situation, I have set up a schedule on the app and it does it thing when we are not home. I love the camera as I can watch it’s progress from work. It never bumps into furniture and stops for objects that do not need to be vacuumed. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a high quality robo vac. Thanks, Brett

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace our aging powerbot that had an extended warranty set to expire. While the powerbot did a better job under the cabinets because of its smaller size it did struggle at times getting back to the charging base. This jetbot ai+ does an excellent job navigating and creating a map of the house. This vacuum has not bumped into anything while cleaning unlike our previous robot vacuum. The charge /clean station really makes this a vacuum that needs little intervention once setup. The app will notify you when the filters need cleaned and the base station needs emptied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've done some stupid things in my lifetime but purchasing this vacuum by far just tops em all what a waiste of money I'd give this thing a zero stars if I could but lowest one I gues is one having say that thing never properly worked day one out of a box this little gut just simply have issues and issues on another level continuously bumping into things forgetting maps until a couple of days ago quit working all together and just died I give a credit to samsung for being fair and there when I called them as at the time of death :) lol vacuum was still in a warranty waiting to get it back still I hope it comes back a bit better and smarter because out of the box and like that just suck plain and simple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start off by saying that I haven't even had to think about vacuuming since I got the Jet Bot AI+, and that's a huge lift off our shoulders considering we own a German Shephard. I own the previous generation from Samsung and was really pleased at how well it cleaned and how well it held up over the last 3 years. Barely any maintenance needed beside cleaning the filter and brush. That model is being demoted to downstairs now that we upgraded to Jet Bot AI. We love the self-emptying clean station - we literally have just ignored it for 30 days and its still not 100% full yet. The newer model runs much quieter, is built better and avoid items on the floor so well. The app functionality is an amazing upgrade from the previous vacuum now that we can select the actual days and times to run the vacuum, get floor plan cleaning updates, set no-go zones, etc. Oh and if you're away from home and need to check up on the cat or dog this model has a camera on it that you can control wherever you are. Insane. Love this feature. Worth every dollar.

it does vacuum, that’s why i rated two stars when it comes to intelligence, it doesn’t shine. it’s marketed as a perfect vacuum for pet owners because it doesn’t try to vacum pet’s tail. that’s true. what it also doesn’t vacuum is all the fur that my cats leave behind after having their little fights. i was hoping i could teach it to clean up the cat fur while avoiding the toys but it’s impossible. i can only change object detection from small to medium or big. the learning option is quite limited: only certain obstacles are detected and i can send a photo for learning. the piles of cat fur are never an option. it’s also quite tall and doesn’t vacuum under the shelves where it has 1cm+ available space above

I wasted my money on this vacuum cleaner. It is hard to set up and it doesn't do the job. Constantly goes off and drives whole family crazy. Goes backwards and stuck in some corners for no reason. I don't recommend this thing to anyone.

i want to say that i love this vacuum and i sort of do, but if i'm being honest, i have to say it has one huge deficiency. it doesn't vacuum under my kitchen cabinets. it stays about 3 inches out. it could fit, it just doesn't do it.

Absolutely this vacuum, I’m disabled so this helps me clean my floors every day. Great for people with pets, collects pet fur easily. Is brilliant at changing to different floor surfaces too. Easy to empty and clean.

vacuum my living room thoroughly in 15 min, much faster than my previous robot it takes 1 hour. Very good helper for cleaning and I love the dust bag which should last for 2-3 months.

Clean my tiles floor throughly, It set to turn on thru my smart things app before I leave work then come home in a clean and shinny floor everyday.

I did the maths and worked out that it will pay for itself in 3 months by not employing a cleaner. It learned the layout of my place in minutes and even worked out to avoid the stairs. It isn’t anywhere as noisy as I was expecting it to be and best of all, my dog isn’t perturbed by it. She used to attack the vacuum cleaner every time I brought it out. I’m also impressed with its performance. It handles rugs, wooden floors and tiles equally well. All I have to do is put my feet up!

This vacuum is fantastic for regular upkeep cleaning. It is nice that we can look in on our animals. The cats do not seem to mind it or move out of its way. hee hee. It does not do well with pet hair. We have two cats, and one sheds a lot. I do have the settings to smart suction. I do like that it knows to clean one side of the house before it charges then finishes with the other side. I agree that it is rather large, so I would think the battery would last long enough to clean a 1700 sq foot home and not just half of it. It would be nice if it had little sweeping arms that can extend when detecting a chair, couch, bed, or anything it cannot get under but needs cleaning. A mop option would also be nice. For the price it should do more.

initial setup was easy. 5-minutes to get it out of the box, plugged in and ready. another 5 minutes to use smartthings to connect to our wifi. initially it failed on old phone my wife had used (andriod 10). i installed on mine (android 12), and it connected immediately. the voice prompts were much appreciated, and following the prompts we sent the robot off to map the house. took about 15-minutes for 2850 sq ft. having a robot before, we knew to open doors and move away sticking obstacles (but this robot handled others we forgot about w/o issues). when mapping was complete it said the robot would need one recharge to finish everything and about 3 hours. but on its first run, the vacuum completed everything in one pass of about 2 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had some mid-bottom of the line robot vacuums before, and felt that they didn't do a great job, but I assumed that's all they were meant to do. But this Samsung Jet Bot AI+ has by far exceeded any expectations I had for a robot vacuum. It is the most powerful one I have had yet, and I love the report I get each time it is used. It is also very user friendly for how many features it has. Most importantly, it makes my life easier and makes being home more relaxing, which is something I have never experience with a robot vacuum before.

As does the cheaper model (no tracks) of this same vacuum. The fault seems to be the crappy s design of the dust container, you cannot clean it, and the docking station cannot clean it. It has a capacity of less than a cup. It clogs with hair and other debris, but it can't be disassembled to remove the clog. High pressure air, a big shop vac, and bent pieces of wire will remove some of the clog after about a half hour of work. Repeat weekly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Jet Bot AI+ for about a month and it is doing a great job once the map is completed. it does a great job on cleaning floors and rug, we just recently got a cat and being able to run this at anytime really helps with keeping the cat hair down. i am really glad we got the cleaning station with the Jet bot because it sometimes need to empty while its cleaning. The only thing i would like to see adding is a 3D mapping so you can see the upstair view when cleaning different floor levels. other then that worth every penny.

This vacuum was an unscheduled purchase we saw it on offer while waiting to collect a new TV. We didn't buy at the time but after reviewing came back to the SonicDirect store and collected it. The machine is a doddle to set up and can be set to clean on a scheduled basis, we don't schedule just run it round when we decide. It warns to tell you its setting off and again when it's completed. As its only small I clean the collection chamber out every time its done a clean and its amazing how much stuff it picks up. Highly recommend it.
