[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought i'll be excited about buying any washing machine until i bought this 12kg Samsung washer! It handles large loads well and results are perfect every time. We even wash king size blankets in it and it handles loads with ease. The AI functinality is also a smart feature which learns and optimises wash cycles. Given that it's a large washer however the footprint isn't much larger that medium size washers and fits well in the laundry room. We've pair it with Samsung smart dryer for a complete home laundry solution. The washer also pairs well with Samsung smart things and google home applicantions if you are looking to integrate it in your smart home network. Overall we are really happy with our purchase and would recommend this washer to anyone.

I have connected the hot and cold water hoses coming from the machine to just the cold water outlet with an adapter so to avoid an error message so technically it is only using cold water. The machine then heats the cold water so I’m not having to use hot water out of my hot water tank! Easy to add items mid way through wash and also let’s you know on my phone when the washing machine is done washing!

Really recommend everyone as this machine is the real value for money. Samsung machines have a long life too as per my experience. Last two I had lasted over 9 years and only showed a minor issue to give me an excuse to buy a newer version of Samsung Front loader. Really satisfied with this machine.

Doesn't take long to dry washing afterwards because of that. Love that I can add some washing during the cycle. It doesn't happen often but when it does it's so good to be able to do that. Oh and i love setting up my cycle thru smart things app on my phone and love getting notifications on my phone when washing is ready.

With all of the tech, it lacks some common sense features, like the door popping open after the wash and it doesn't perform a slow spin after washing to peel the clothes from the sides of the drum, then after 7 months a coin "busted through" the tank and the water destroyed my joinery and i was left unwarranted due to a "foreign object" i had my last washing machine for 16 years. I'm now off to buy an another Asko.

Washing machine started leaking in the front door and gradually got worse so we have to call Samsung within warranty and they said that the seal was damaged by the clothes and therefore it is not covered under warrranty. I had to call them 3 times to get this answer because each time they said someone will call me back. What a disappointing service from Samsung.

Smarthings features are great and I can set the washing while I'm not at home so it can finish when I get home and can be hung up right away. Machine is relatively quiet and stable, with the laundry door closed we can't hear it at all from outside. Lots of great features and looks really sleek.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing washer that replaces our smaller non-Samsung washer. Remote smartphone control is amazingly useful when planning a wash when going out, such as when we end up staying out longer than expected. If the wash completes but we’re still out after some time, the app suggests starting a rinse cycle to prevent odours, which we then do remotely. If we instead had set a timer before leaving home, the app notifies us before the cycle actually starts, to check if we’re still happy with the current timer or wanted to change it. At other times when we have no clue as to when we’d be coming home, we don’t start the wash or set a timer at home - then while we’re out when we have a better idea about when we will be home, we either remotely configure and start the cycle, or remotely set it on a timer for later in the day, and we can still change it after setting it anyway. It took a bit to figure out how to turn on the remote control though - to enable remote control, press the remote control button on the washer, otherwise you’ll only get remote updates instead of full remote control. The AI has been great at learning our preferences. Most of the time we simply have to press On and Start to start a wash without turning the dial or changing any settings at all. AddWash is great. We no longer have to make sure we’ve got every clothing item in the wash before starting it, which has been very useful because of kids. SuperSpeed cycle is our most used cycle. Compared to our previous washer, the Samsung produces a much cleaner and much drier result, and in a shorter time. The much drier result of the Samsung also has the flow-on effect of saving electricity with our dryer and making the dryer finish quicker. Clothes coming out of our Samsung washer are also less creased at 1400rpm, compared to our previous washer at 1200rpm. Our previous washer has an Easy Iron setting that the Samsung doesn’t have, but we don’t miss that setting at all. The estimated duration on the Samsung is much more accurate than our previous washer, and the Samsung would sometimes slightly overestimate and finish a bit quicker than estimated. Our previous washer’s estimates were inaccurate, and its washes would always take longer than estimated. For example, for the 15-min cycle which both washers have and is our second most used cycle, when the Samsung washer says it’ll take 15 min, it really takes 15 min. But when our previous washer says it’ll take 15 min, it actually takes over 30 min. The Samsung 15-min cycle is also more configurable than our previous washer’s 15-min cycle. The Samsung washer is much quieter than our previous washer. Overall the Samsung washer has far exceeded our expectations and has been amazing value for the price. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend it.
