We have won 14 Sustainable Materials Management (SMM) awards since the program began in 2014 for our products and recycling operations.

Using more recycled materials in our products every year

Our goal is to use 50% recycled materials in plastic parts of our products by 2030, and 100% (by weight) by 2050.

In 2024, we used 201,755 tons of recycled plastic in select products, about 1.3× more than in 2023.

Milestones in our sustainable
materials journey

We’re using more recycled materials every year. This chart shows how progress is building and what comes next on our path to more sustainable product design.

A Galaxy of sustainability

From discarded fishing nets in its plastics to recycled materials in its circuits, the Galaxy S25 Series proves how small actions can make a world, or a galaxy, of difference.
