I agree, represent and/or warrant that:

• I hereby Grant SEA a worldwide, royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, license to use, exploit, print, publish, broadcast, reproduce, display, modify, alter and distribute the Content (and my likeness therein if applicable), alone, and/or in conjunction with any Samsung related text or graphic content including marketing and advertising content internally as well as publicly, in or on any medium now known or hereafter devised including on the internet via social media, all without compensation • I shall comply with the Content Requirements; • I have hereby been given notice of SEA’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.samsung.com/us/account/privacy-policy/ . • I indemnify SEA for any breach or alleged breach by me of this agreement including all of my representations and warranties herein (e.g., for non compliance with the Content Requirements) • I release and discharge SEA from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses), causes of action, suits and claims of any nature whatsoever (collectively, “Liabilities”) that I or any of my heirs, assigns, legal representatives or next of kin (“Releasing Parties”) had, now have, or hereafter may have, by reason of any matter directly or indirectly arising out of or connected in any way with the exercise of any of the rights granted herein. SEA is hereby released and discharged from any and all Liabilities caused in whole or in part by the fault or negligence of SEA. Without limiting the foregoing, I, on my own behalf and on behalf of each of the Releasing Parties, covenant and agree to waive and to not institute legal proceedings against SEA for any of the Liabilities that I have released and discharged herein. • SEA shall have the rights, consents and permissions granted herein but no obligation to use the same, and SEA may take down or put back up any of the Content at any time for any reason so long as otherwise consistent with these Terms. • I am at least 18 years of age and I have full authority to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights, consents and permissions hereunder including as a legal guardian or custodial parent of any minor.
