Samsung Referral Program
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility: Samsung Referral Program (the "Offer") is open to legal residents of 50 United States (including D.C.) who are eighteen (18) years old or older (eligible “Participant”). “Advocates” for the Samsung Referral Program are limited to eligible Participants as set out in (a) and (b) below:
(a) have registered a Samsung product and;
(b) enroll in the Samsung Rewards Program (Terms and Conditions apply).
“Referrals” are those eligible Participants who are invited by Advocates and purchase a Samsung Eligible Product on Samsung.com or through the Shop Samsung App. Referrals must be (i) friends, colleagues, or relatives with the Advocate has a personal relationship and (ii) new Samsung.com customers (they must not have previously made a purchase on Samsung.com).
Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping device for the Offer.
3. How Advocates and Referrals Participate: Advocates must make or have made a purchase on Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung App and follow the links and instructions to opt-in and invite Referrals by email, text or social media invitation. The invitation to the Referral will include a unique one-time discount link that Referral must use when they purchase an Eligible Product (“Qualified Purchase”). By completing a Qualified Purchase, Referral will automatically receive five percent (5%) off the purchase price of Mobile phones, tablets, PCs, accessories, Refrigerators, Ranges, Countertop Microwaves, Over-the-Range Microwave Ovens, Dishwashers, Wall Ovens, Cooktops, Range Hoods, Washers, Dryers, Vacuums, Air Purifiers and home appliance accessories (“Eligible Product Categories”). There is a $250.00 maximum discount per SKU. Multiple products may receive the discount if made during the same order. Advocate will receive Samsung Rewards Points totaling five percent (5%) of the Referral purchase on Eligible Product categories. The Samsung Reward points will be added to the Advocate’s Rewards account (existing or new account) approximately thirty (30) days after a Referral completes the Qualified Purchase, so long as the Referral does not return the eligible product(s). Limit of up to $1000.00 in Samsung Reward Points per calendar year.

6. Offer Governed By Samsung Rewards Program: The Terms and Conditions of the Samsung Rewards Program (http://www.samsung.com/us/samsung-pay/rewards-terms-and-conditions/), including those relating to Reward Point use, redemptions and expiration, govern this Offer.
7. Discount links are to be shared on a peer to peer basis. Links that are shared on social media, coupon sites, any other publicly available forum or misused by Advocate or Referral will disqualify Advocate from participating in the program and earning rewards. Samsung reserves the right to reverse any accumulated rewards believed to be earned through suspicious activity.
8. Samsung reserves the right to substitute, change, cancel or add to any part of these Terms at any time, including terminating the Program or modifying these Terms.
Samsung reserves the right to decline or cancel your participation in the Program, with or without advance notice, if we believe that your participation is enabling a fraudulent or illegal purpose.
The Program is available only to customers residing in the fifty (50) U.S. states and the District of Columbia and is not available in other locations.
