Remove the Washer Shipping Bolts
There are shipping bolts installed at the factory to prevent the washer's tub from moving during shipping. You must remove the shipping bolts to prevent excessive vibration during operation. The specific location and number of shipping bolts varies by model, but is always on the back of the washer. Please check the User manual for your model for the exact location of the shipping bolts.
If shipping bolts are misplaced, visit www.samsungparts.com and search "shipping bolt."
