Update the Software on Your Smart TV
TV software updates are released to add new apps and functions, and sometimes fix bugs or glitches. Whether you have The Frame, a QLED, or any other Samsung Smart TV, keeping your software up to date is very important. To get the most out of your TV, download the updates as soon as they become available over the Internet or by using a USB thumb drive. If you're still experiencing any problems or errors, service may be required. Our Support Center offers In-home, Walk-in, and Mail-in Service.
Do not turn off the TV until the update is complete.
