Access the user manual for your Samsung phone or tablet

Got a question? Just check the user manual right from your device. 

1. On your phone or tablet, navigate to Settings.
2. Scroll through the menu to locate a section labeled as User guide, Tips and user manual, Help, Tips and user guide, or Tips and help.
   Note: The exact menu name may vary depending on your device model, software version, and carrier.
   
   
   
3. Select the appropriate section. You may need to follow an additional step to access the user manual or user guide—simply follow the on-screen instructions.
4. The user manual will open via your internet browser. Tap the different options to learn more, or use the search bar to find something specific.

1. Visit Samsung.com/us/support/downloads to access the Downloads center.
   
2. Locate the search bar labeled "Search by model code or product name." Enter your device's model code.
   
   Alternatively, you can choose your product category from the list that matches your device, such as "Mobile" for phones and tablets. Once selected, choose your specific device model.
3. After your device is identified, scroll down to the "User manual" section. Here, you can either:
   
   Click Download to download the PDF version of the manual for offline access.
   
   Click View to see the web version of the manual for online browsing.

For easy access and convenience, download and save the PDF file to your device or computer. This allows you to access the manual anytime without an internet connection.
