Samsung 4-Door Flex refrigerator is not making any ice

Some dual ice makers on 4 Door Flex refrigerators have ice scoop holders that must be installed at the front of the ice bucket. When the ice scoop holders are installed on the buckets incorrectly, they block a sensor and prevent the ice maker from producing ice. Once the scoop holders are installed correctly, the ice maker will begin producing ice.
