Samsung SmartThings hub does not appear in SmartThings

You cannot add or manage your hub and devices if the hub doesn't appear in the SmartThings app, or if the built-in SmartThings Hub for SmartThings Wifi or Connect Home is turned off. Any devices previously connected to SmartThings will disappear in the app. To solve the problem, restart the hub and/or app, and making sure your network is working fine. If the built-in SmartTHings hub is off, simply turn it back on again.
