I had this delivered to me its a complete flop!!The oven door not straight so it cannot seal,so the bottom storage latch also not straight,it looks like a high-school home built project total chinese rubbish please do NOT BUY THIS!!Because of the flimsy manufacture the door does not seal so it just does not work.

Absolutely the worst unit to purchase, don't bother with it since the element WILL fail after 1 year.. Samsung will then get you a full replacement unit, and it will fail exactly a year later again.. except this time they will want to charge you, because now you're out of their so-called 2 year warranty.. even though you received a total replacement a year ago.. Great sales tactic, worst experience ever.

Not recommended. Our fist unit was faulty out the box and replaced, the second unit lasted about a year then the oven stopped working. We have now replaced it with a different brand.

I bought this in December, and I am loving it! It's huge! The downside though is that I cannot find an extraction hood for it to make the installation complete in my kitchen! I send numerous requests to Samsung and to their tweeter account, no answer. Please direct me to a place where I can be assisted! TIA

Bought this stove abt 21/2 years ago. Just as the warranty entered the oven stopped working . Ignitor of 3 plates not working. So out of 2 plates 2 plates work. Waste of money. And the best part the spares are do expensive . Would have been better buying a different brand

Do not buy this terrible product. Its not straight, first one had broken nobs. they replaced it, with an even not so straight. Two years after, conveniently after the warranty expires, oven stopped working. My cheaper stove which I was trying to replace had a working oven, 18 years after. Stay clear of it.

I wish I could give this stove zero stars. Right out the box, the oven is off by 30 - 40 degrees. I contacted the support team on 2 occasions this month of January 2025. I am currently contacting them for the third time as I write this review. Very poor customer service and a useless oven. It looks beautiful but remember, looks are deceiving!Stay away and buy from another brand!!!!
