without One connect this is an impossible TV to manage if you are to flush wall mount it. I purchased this TV to have a flush mount to the wall in my bedroom. the 2026 design means you have to run all the cables to the tv which defeats the purpose of getting the frame you may as well get another TV that's cheaper if you aren't after clean line. I feel this is a major over site because to remove a cable to add a new connection you have to remove the TV from the wall to do so. I have returned the purchase. I have been trying my best to find a 43 inch 2025 or even a 2024 model but I'm unable to find one. terrible interface for wall mounting.

It was a wish a flat to the wall TV with a separate box for the TV internals which was connected by a small cable. The Frame is amazing at it's just as thin, but all the internals are built into the TV. The picture quality is amazing, with chrisp brilliant pictures. The best if all when you turn it off it becomes a picture frame which is a really neat feature. If you don't want that you can simply turn the TV off by pressing the off button again. Very happy with our old Samsung which is why we went again with the brand - The Frame is on another level - love it.

After extensive diagnosing, we determined that our surge protector did not prevent a power surge from damaging the unit. We had & have the 65” Frame. Very TV”s that size are more than 50% cheaper, but we made the conscious decision to stay with the 65”, but upgraded to the Neo Pro (non-glass museum quality glass. One of the best decisions we’ve made (regarding a TV). Curiously enough, the next best TV decision we’ve made is to invest in the custom bezel, truly makes this TV a work of art.

It does really well at differentiating sounds between background audio and effects and is very apparent with gaming. With this TV you do not need a sound bar .The visuals are great very clear and vibrant. The picture quality is great when you're watching shows or movies but also as well with the photo effects of the TV. The preset art is really nice as is the option to upload your own images to your gallery which is easy to do through the SmartThings app or a flash drive. The remote was a little tricky at first to power off the tv. You have to hold the button down otherwise one push shifts it into picture mode.

Was worried about buying this following poor reviews of connectivity of one box and tv for frame pro 2025 model. Have had no issues with this 2026 model and it all works very well. Have a tv box (with HomePod speakers) and virgin stream box plugged into the one box and no lags or delays. Brightness on tv picture is good. The brightness on the picture when in picture mode was very low initially but there is a setting under picture mode that can be switched that improves this. Free sideways view the screen still looks shiny rather than like a picture. But generally very happy with this model.

The picture and the art feature is great but the WiFi connect box is terrible.mine is in a cabinet next to the tv and it has signal problems so we have to open the cabinet for it to work. The box is Ethernet hardwired so it is not the internet it is the private WiFi signal between the box and the tv. Older models had a wire connection but newer ones are WiFi. Service response has been horrible as well. Good luck getting a service person to your house on any reasonable time for you. The positive is it displays art really well but as a tv….well.

In art mode, the picture is very convincing with good contrast and colors. The matte screen means we can see everything even with direct sunlight from adjacent windows in the middle of the day. The only negative so far is that the mounting template is poorly designed so it took a lot of measuring and double checking to make sure we got the TV mounted exactly where we want. I previously had the 2019 version which developed a black section over around 25% of the screen so I replaced it as I was moving house so it seemed the right time to upgrade. Dissappointingly, I now have no connect box, which I wasn't informed about, so now I will have to have all my speakers and other appliance cords running from the TV, how is that going to look like a picture frame? I spent the extra money thinking I would have the same cord free look as before but now it will look a mess, I could have spent less on a better tv if I had known. I know the upgraded version is wireless but I didn't want to spend the extra on the mini lights etc as I didn't think it was necessary, now I wish I had.

We are still in the learning phase of "how to", but the ease of using the remote toggling and on-screen menus makes it easy to adjust various volumes, pictures, and more. The picture, whether it's a photo, artwork, movie, or live TV, is stunning and gives a real sense of being in the sporting event, jeopardy stage, or newsroom. Nanglare was essential for us because of the placement, with 20-foot ceilings and lots of windows. The availability of Bluetooth in pairing to various devices-sounbar/Frame speakers, is easy to use and helpful when watching a high-impact movie where sound effects are important, as well as filling our room with the music channels. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.

We have had this TV for a few weeks and we are delighted with it. It was easy to mount on the wall and the wireless aspect of the unit made it very easy to set up - no wires attached to the TV and it looks great on the wall displaying beautiful artwork. No matter the ambient lighting the picture looks great with no reflection from the screen. We hooked up a Samsung soundbar with just one optical cable and the 110v feed - very easy. We are still discovering features and we certainly give this TV 5 stars

First time using Samsung frame TV and we are very happy with the purchase. It fits into our family room beautifully. The brightness of the TV is perfect. The colors are beautiful. We were really worried about the glare, since our family room has lots of windows but it was not a problem at all. The installation was very easy with the proper installers in the area. The remote control is very easy to use and there are zero wires hanging out from the TV. It really looks like a piece of art!!!

We have another Samsung tv, so set up and navigation is similar and a breeze to use. The main difference between our two televisions is the absolute thinness of the frame and how light it is in comparison. This will make mounting the tv so much easier. The picture quality is great and it works well in a bright room with lots of sunlight. We would definitely recommend.

The picture is clear and the setup was very simple. We love our new Samsung The Frame Smart TV. Our only problem is that the ports are on the back of the TV, which sits flush with the wall. Not sure how we are expected to access the ports. We have actually inserted extensions that we can plug into but this does seem to be a design weakness.

The Aesthetics of the TV, the super thin bezels make it look like a real photo/artwork, and the contrast/resolution and low glare make it seem like a portal on my wall when i put it in wallpaper mode. The setup is super simple to do. I did it by myself in less than 10 mins. I was worried about the brightness before I bought it but rest assured it can get as bright as you need, and it doesn't have the issues of the older models. It's a 11/10 5☆ in my book.

A big tv but sharp contrasts and brightness that is easily adjusted. Still navigating through everything but incredibly easy for two 73 yr olds to add our favourite live streaming aps. And for me to be able to bluetooth my hearing aids so I don't wake my partner when I get up early to watch soccer, tennis or weightlifting. Just in time for Commonwealth Games! Very annoyed - it arrived and after it was installed I found out it had no One Connect box. What’s the point?? I have two other The Frames and thought that was the whole point of the TV. Why would I want a bunch of cables coming out the back of the TV and how can I take a 75” TV off the wall every time I want to plug something in??? Very annoyed - I returned it and lost a lot of money. Now it won’t let me submit a review unless I increase the stars! Even more annoyed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 85 inch TV a few weeks ago, easy to set up, hooked up to my 5 year old Samsung soundbar and the sound is great! The screen is as good as my OLED, in my opinion, for the room its in, no direct sun, but quite bright, contrast is good, settings are easy to get around, and having my own photos on the screen when not in use, is really good. Decided it looks just fine on the cupboard, better than too high on the wall, so don't think it has to be hung up!

The TV is beautiful and the picture looks good! We were able to log in and play on the Xbox without a console and without any hassle. I highly recommend a Frame tv if you are looking for a tv that doesn’t take up space and is unnoticeable. The bonus is having art displayed on it turning it into a work of art versus an eyesore. The only thing that could use improvement is the price for the 85”. It is significantly more expensive, but I am still glad I got it.

The clarity is amazing, I love the art shop display options. Kind of sucks you have to pay for a subscription to the art shop but the quality of art is so good. I use it every day. One thing that surprised me was how easy it was to sit play my mobile phone onto the screen. I’ll be buying another one soon. Love it.

It constantly loses signal to the “wireless” connector box (even though they are literally centimetres apart), you can’t play any gaming console on them as the refresh rate can’t keep up, and the software regularly changes (I have lost digital TV multiple times and had to reset everything to get them back). Shame Samsung, shame.

It blends nicely as a frame as well as a TV. The option for art to display is very pleasing to set a mood and make it feel cozy in a room. The physical setup was pretty easy but I definitely needed help to get it out of packaging safety. I had a little bit of trouble getting it set up even with all the QR codes and information. The initial software update took over an hour to download even on a high speed connection. The screen is very skinny so it could easily bend if not held up properly. There is a wall mount as well as standing feet included so you can choose either to hang or set up on a table. I chose to do the initial set up with standing feet until I had everything adjusted and updated.

The instructions were a little confusing but after getting it powered on it needed a software update. Once it updated it restarted itself and the picture was amazingly clear and lifelike. The frame itself is very thin and slightly flexible. Switching to Art mode was easy to do by pushing the power button once. It was really exciting to see the art options in such brilliant colors and crispness.

Setup was a breeze especially since the mount comes in the box with the TV for no additional charge. It is very flat on the wall. The TV is a little flimsy since it is so flat so just be careful and use two people to assemble as instructed. Once I got the tv mounted on the wall, I proceeded with actually setting up wifi, setting up a pin, installing apps, etc. I had no issues with this at all. I did have to do a little research regarding the art mode for the TV. I initially had trouble with using my own art but this was fixed after changing the dimensions on the photos I wanted to use. My only complaint with this TV is that some apps on my phone are not compatible with it. The art mode is beautiful and very realistic. I highly recommend this TV to anyone in the market for a frame TV!

I bought this a few weeks ago and me and my partner have fallen in love with it. It’s super slim, looks amazing in our bright living room. I’m big on watching sports and playing on the PS5 and no issues whatsoever with the quality or responsiveness. It’s great for movies and tv shows especially with the soundbar! The only reason for the 4 starts is the price is high, I would value this at 2k vs 3k.

I recently got the Frame Pro and so far I’m really liking it. The image quality looks great and I love how thin and clean the design is. It fits really nicely into the room without looking bulky like a normal TV. I already knew before buying that most of the art features are behind a subscription, which I’m still not a huge fan of, but at least it was not a surprise. One thing I have not loved so far is the UI when trying to upload and set up your own art. It can feel a little confusing and not as smooth as I expected. I have also noticed that sometimes the brightness does not go quite as low as I would personally like, especially in darker rooms, but I am still learning the settings and figuring out how to customize everything better. Overall, first impressions are very positive. It looks premium, the display is impressive, and I am excited to spend more time exploring all the features.

Guests are astounded when they walk in the room and can't stop staring. Whether its displaying the latest art slideshow from The Samsung Art Store, or the amazing HD content from smart TV apps, this TV is always the center of attention. The flush wall mount, customizable frame and matte surface finish truly make it a work of art. Smart features offer the latest content from all available app providers. While HDMI content and power is sent seamlessly to the TV through the most discrete thin cable ever. The picture quality and frame are noticably sharp. The sound quality is also perfect for everyday TV watching. This TV is well worth the slightly higher price tag considering the value and style it provides. I highly recommend getting 1 (or 3) of them now!

I am really impressed with this TV. We primarily use it for art, which looks amazing, btw, but occasionally use it as a regular TV as well. We have it situated in our sunroom, which has a lot of direct sunlight and is very bright with lots of windows. The anti glare along with the brightness of the TV is amazing. The fact we have zero wires to the set adds tremendously to its aesthetics.

Top quality product all round! Has all the features I would expect on a smart tv included integrated channels and guide, voice assistant, internet browsing , and even the ability to play games. Further it even communicates with my smart speaker and Nintendo switch. My favourite feature is being able to add personal photos to the canvas tv to display like artwork.

The promo is so misleading and there is a lack of information available about this. The store that sold me this TV also didn't realise the One Connect box had been phased out. It's an all around great tv..from the vibrant clear and detailed picture on the screen to the audio output that you can customize to your liking or use the general audio either way the audio is crystal clear. Color and Brightness are fine. It would be better if the picture mats showed brighter colors around the featured pictures. The color picked looks like it has been dimmed. Contrast and resolution are okay. The responsiveness and refresh are great, just a lot to maneuver when turning it on to get to the channel you want to watch.

This is the third purchase of this range to complete our house with what can only be described as the ultimate style statement with unbelievable viewing quality . We wanted to have televisions that blended with our house and complimented our wall spaces without “sticking out” as televisions. The 2026 The Frame delivers outstanding brightness , contrast and picture quality. It looks absolutely stunning on our wall and when not operating, genuinely looks like a piece of art. The included wall mount, which hugs the wall, is easy to install and incredibly user friendly. The definition and detail in 4K movies must be seen to be believed and watching sport … well, let’s just say it gets a good work out from me when I can convince the children it’s dads time to watch the footy!! We now have the 43, 75 and 55 inch The Frame televisions and I can honestly say this is the best television I have ever owned.

I bought this years model of The Frame TV 43 inch to replace a 23 model that had the one connect box allowing a flush wall mount. Unfortunately this years model for 43 inch for Australia doesn’t have the one connect box so all thick HDMI cables internet cable, Ariel cable, power cable needs to coo ect to the rear not allowing flush look mount. The new hinged wall bracket that is used to assist connecting cables to tv is so much more difficult to mount than previous slim line mounts. Removing one connect box in my opinion was a marketing gimmick to make customers that like these TV’s to by the Pro versions that are suppose to be wireless but are not because the power cable plugs into panel requiring now 2 power points one for the panel and one for the extra all wireless transmitter. My original frame TV 43 inch I loved but power supply unit failed under 3 years within the one connect box. This replacement TV is very disappointing. No more Samsung TVs for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect Second TV with great Smart Things Integration for Art and remote. Very easily mounted and the absence of the connect box on the 2026 model means that there's very little that needs doing to your plaster board and surrounding areas. The slimline mounts and retractable feet make connecting power and peripherals (soundbar is a must) very easy. In terms of overall picture quality, the matte screen does help with the reflection coming in from our bay window when blinds aren't deployed, with reasonable viewing angles beyond 150°. I have to say a soundbar is a must. My main TV in the lounge is an S95F running a QS700F system, which I felt was overkill. I paired ours with a Harmon Kardon Enchant 900 (Samsung own HK these days), but sadly doesn't offer Q Symphony integration, not that there was going to be much benefit from the stock downward firing units. All in, if you want an art piece, go for it. My Teak bezels should be arriving soon as part of the free promo.

We bought this TV because of it being a 4K 144Hz matte screen with the Art mode. We love how bright or how dim we can make the image, and displaying our own photos. We also wanted the aesthetic of having a TV that was very unobtrusive, and the near-flush mounting plus available decorative frames do that. However, as someone looking for a "professional" TV install, this TV's lack of hardwire connection between display and connection box is very disappointing. Previous The Frame TV's had at least a connection kit available separately, this one does not. Which also means "hiding the box" is very limited, and EMI will be an issue, especially with higher resolution and framerate video. We also are not pleased that our 4K (and above) photos cannot be displayed edge-to-edge - you must have a mat - yet the subscription Art does not require the mat. The sound quality from this is also very mediocre and "tinny," anyone looking for better sound will absolutely need a soundbar or AV reciever.

The main thing my kids love is the Art Mode, they think it’s cool that the TV can look like a picture instead of just being a black screen on the wall, the seasons options are great and they have a 90 day free trial. My wife was actually worried the overhead light would cause a glare or make it hard to see from certain angles, but that hasn’t been an issue at all. The picture still looks clear from different spots in the room, and the matte screen definitely helps. I also like that the setup looks cleaner than what we had before, especially with the slim wall mount and not having a bunch of cords showing. Streaming and switching around between apps has been easy, which matters because the kids are the ones using it most of the time. It fits the room really well and feels more like part of the space instead of just another TV stuck on the wall.

We chose it because we wanted a TV that looked good in our living room, but I didn't expect it to blend in as well as it does. When it's in Art Mode, visitors genuinely don't realise it's a TV until we turn it on. The picture quality has been incredible too. Whether it's movie nights with the family, watching the footy, or even just the kids' shows, everything looks sharp, bright and natural. The matte screen is probably my favourite feature because it cuts down reflections so well, even during the day. Setup was quick, the menus are easy to use, and the whole experience just feels premium. It's one of those purchases where you know you spent a bit more, but every time you walk into the room you're reminded why it was worth it. We're absolutely loving it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a TV that combines great technology with beautiful design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Frame TV and it is family's favorite TV. The TV sits right against the wall, and it creates an illusion of the "picture frame" which is exactly what I love about the TV - It blends in with furniture. I wish the installation instruction were better. For someone who is highly capable of DIY projects and have done this 100s of time, it was still a challenge. The instructions are unclear and hitting two studs is hard. Make sure this TV is not going into an exact spot (i.e. over a fireplace) where you don't have room to move it horizontally, otherwise it will require some additional steps. The TV itself is amazing, and the quality of picture is what you expect from a Samsung screen. The OS is easy to operate, and you won't find yourself reaching for Apple TV or GoogleTV stick. We still playing around with the "frame" function of the TV and trying to get exact artwork and white mat around the picture, but kids love this TV in their room for YouTube, Nintendo or connecting with a computer.

The display looks amazing. The matte finish makes the art feature look incredible. However, the user interface is cluttered and busy. My last annoyance is that you are required to sign onto a Samsung account to use any of the apps, even if they are already downloaded on the tv.

The matte screen helps a lot, and the picture still looks clear even when you’re not sitting directly in front of it. I also like how much cleaner the setup looks compared to our old TV. The slim wall mount keeps it close to the wall, and we don’t have a bunch of cords showing. The kids haven’t had any trouble using the apps or switching between what they want to watch. Overall, it looks great in the room and has been easy for everyone to use.

The tv's are incredible. I have two Samsung tv's in the same room. Watch different sports events on each tv. Picture quality is incredible. When the tv is not in use, you can put team logos on them, pictures from your phone, and of course the artwork. You will love it!!!!!
