Galaxy Buds: What is the problem if the audio quality is poor ?

Last Update date : 2022-06-06

Please check the following solutions to fix  the problem of poor audio coming from the Galaxy Buds:

1 Check the direction of each earbud

When you insert the earbuds into your ears, make sure the wing tips are facing upwards until they sit comfortably. Then, rotate the earbuds left or right for a snug fit.

2 Make sure the microphone isn't muted.

If others cannot hear you during the call, make sure you haven't muted the microphone. When you tap and hold the touchpad during a call on the Galaxy Buds or Buds+, you may accidentally turn off the microphone that's built into the earbuds. Nothing will be displayed on the device when you mute the call using the earbud touchpad, so you may not be aware that the microphone was disabled. To unmute the call, just tap and hold the touchpad to turn on the microphone again. Check the phone to make sure the call isn't muted in the Phone app.

3 Wireless network services may be disabled due to issues with the service provider’s network. Ensure to keep the earbuds away from electromagnetic waves.
4 Ensure that your earbuds and the other Bluetooth device are within the maximum Bluetooth range (10 m). The distance may vary depending on the environment the devices are used in.
5 You may experience drops in volume or noise depending on the connected device’s volume. To avoid this, appropriately adjust the connected device’s sound.
