Bought the s11 tablet and came with the pen. Had it only 7 days and the tip cracked after barely any use. Samsung says its not covered by warranty and if I want to replace it I need to pay for a brand new one. How can you sell a top of the line model and not support the accessories that came with it under warranty, and claim that its the users fault as in we used it wrong or too roughly. This is a clear manufacturing fault.

Same experience as previous reviews - I bought this less than 6 months ago. Rarely use the pen. The casing I bought got a secure spot for the pen. Then out of the blue the tip just fell off when I use it. Shocking quality considering the price they charged for the S11 tab. How do you want people to trust buying your expenssive product with this such low quality?

The same experience as other people. Bought s11 tab, very fragile pen, damaged with a week after single drop. The tip of the pen cracked after it fall from may be one and half feet height while I am using. Not only the tip cracked, all the function of the pen is gone. Asked online support and honestly mentioned I did drop but the damages is unexpected for the price I paid for. They said they can help and will be free of charge and made a trip to service centres. I have been told by that it is my fault and Inused incorrectly. Who would never drop a pen? It should atleast be strong for this small drop. The pen I bought from Amazon with 15$ for my old ipad is much durable than their. Why would I ever spend the money for their pen with the price of over 100 bucks with poor quality.

Same problem as mentioned by another user, I haven't had the stylus for longer than a month and the tip is already damaged even though I didn't drop it / I used it appropriately. No replacement tip and very expensive to replace, this is very disappointing.

Same as all the other reviews. The S Pen tip broke within 2 weeks without being dropped etc. Contacted Samsung support for a replacement pen tip or pen. They told me to go to their Samsung Experience Centre but couldn't provide one within 50km of Canberra. Then told me to just buy a new one. What a waste of money.

I just got this the other day and as someone who uses their tablet to draw this is a big step up. Sure it doesn't have some features but I never used them in my s9+. This feels better and works better and I can't wait to see what V2 looks like. Also FINALLY they come with spare nibs!

Exactly the same experience as other people, after only 7 days, the s-pen tip the holds the nib broke! I was advised by an online Samsung support member to present to a local Samsung Centre; I went there only to be told that I had to pay for the s-pen!!!
