Changing your delivery date

You can change the delivery date if your order is at the "Preparing for delivery" stage, which means your item has not been shipped out yet.

You may also be able to change the delivery address for your order if the product has not yet shipped.

For deliveries that require a booking, please note, that requested delivery dates cannot exceed 32 calendar days from the date of order and that if this is exceeded your order may be cancelled and refunded in full.
