Purchased this phone through Telstra, performs great for my needs but very disappointed when I found that it does not have NFC when setting it up, will have to think hard about purchasing Samsung again, backward step on their part.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and so far it's really good. The performance is amazing even though it only has 4gb of ram. The size of the screen is also good and easily fits in my hand and is comfortable to use and the entire phone overall is great and is definitely worth the cost. The only reason I'm putting 4 stars and not 5 is because the camera is not the best, it's still very good and can be used without any issues but there some phones that will have a better camera but apart from that I am amazed with this phone and it's relatively cheap price.

not even 2 weeks old and screen stopped working, tiny crack, tempered glass screen protector and rubber case, i thought it would be more durable than my previous phone (iphone 6s), that lasted being dropped on concrete several times, there was a giant hole in the middle of it, but somehow a brand new phone cant last 1 hit to the bottom of the screen

This very inexpensive phone has everything I need except for an NFC chip for tap and pay. An inconvenient omission in my book. Big capacity, fast, good battery life, reliable fingerprint scanner and a really good camera, front and back with a useful 'anti-shake' option. Just wish it had that chip in it, then it'd be perfect for me.

The Australian version of the Samsung Galaxy A22 4G comes without NCF functionality. Other countries have it thus the information on the web is conflicting. Like going back to the stone age to carry credit cards around.

Just what I was after. Upgraded from another Samsung phone and this one does all the things I needed it to do. Delivery was slow as they sent it from the ither side if the country.

Australian model of the A22 doesn't have NFC. This is cleverly omitted by Samsung and you don't realise until you try to enable it that you can't.

Interesting to note you can not charge it using a charger disk & doesnt do paypass otherwise very similar to my old Samsung Galaxy 8.
