How do I Delete Voicemail Messages?

If your voicemail inbox is packed with old messages or you're simply ready for a clean slate, you can clear things out right from the Phone app. Follow the below steps to learn how to delete Voicemail messages from your Galaxy phone.

Note: Voicemail settings and available options may vary depending on your network service provider, and some carriers may not offer voicemail as a service. If you are unsure, check with your provider.

1 Launch the Phone app
Open the Phone app
2 Long press 1 to call your Voicemail
Long press 1 (One)
3 Tap on Keypad
Tap on Keypad
4 After listening to the options, choose the number linked to deleting the voicemail message
Tap number 3 to delete message

The voicemail prompts and option numbers are determined by each mobile network provider and may differ between services. If you are unsure which number to select, check with your network provider for the correct menu options.

5 Once you've finished deleting your Voicemail messages, tap the End call button
