Blood Pressure or ECG Functionality not available on Galaxy Watch4 or Watch4 Classic

Received your Galaxy Watch4 or Galaxy Watch4 Classic and want to measure your BP* or use the ECG function** via the Samsung Health Monitor app but not having any success? You may have missed updating your Watch when you first set it up.


To update the Galaxy Watch4 software please refer to the below simple steps;



  1. 1) Launch the Galaxy Wearable app

  2. 2) Tap on Watch Settings

  3. 3) Select Watch software update

  4. 4) Tap on Download & Install


 


*Blood pressure feature only to be used by adults 22 years and older. Intended for general wellness and fitness purposes only. If an irregular heartbeat or atrial fibrillation is detected, consult a doctor.
