Downloading the Sound Tower App

The Samsung Sound Tower 3.0 app lets you control and customise your Sound Tower directly from your compatible smartphone. Download the app to manage sound modes, lighting effects, EQ settings, and other supported features from one place.

Please Note: This guide is designed for Australian variant Galaxy devices, if you have an international device and require further support click here to get in touch with your Samsung subsidiary. The Samsung Sound Tower app is compatible with Android mobile phone devices running Android OS 8.0 or later and with *Apple mobile phone devices running iOS 13.0 or later. 

1 Open the Play Store or App Store
Launch Play Store app
2 Tap on the search bar and search for Samsung Sound Tower 3.0

If you have an iOS** device click here to download the app from the App Store.

3 Select the Samsung Sound Tower app
Tap on App
4 Tap on Install
Tap on install
5 Once the app has been installed on your compatible smartphone tap on Open to launch the app
