How to use the Samsung Sound Tower app

The Samsung Sound Tower app lets you control your Sound Tower directlyfrom your compatible smartphone. Once paired via Bluetooth, you can adjust volume, change sound modes, manage light effects, and play music without using a remote. Follow the below guide for more information.

Please Note: This guide is designed for Australian variant Galaxy devices, if you have an international device and require further support click here to get in touch with your Samsung subsidiary.

Prior to following the below guide ensure that you have paired your Samsung Sound Tower to your compatible smartphone.

Downloading the Sound Tower App

Please Note:The Samsung Sound Tower app is compatible with Android mobile phone devices running Android OS 8.0 or later and with *Apple mobile phone devices running iOS 13.0 or later.

1 Open the Play Store or App Store

Launch Play Store app

2 Tap on the search bar and search for Samsung Sound Tower 3.0

If you have an *iOS device click here to download the app from the App Store.

3 Select the Samsung Sound Tower app

Tap on App

4 Tap on Install

5 Once the app has been installed on your compatible smartphone tap on Open to launch the app

3 Scroll through the pre-loaded lighting options, then select your preferred colour arrangement to further customise the settings
