Please ensure you save and then delete all files and data from your trade-in device before you trade them in. For trade-ins at Samsung Stores: if you wish to use the full trade-in value amount, you must do so in the same transaction, otherwise any excess credit will be forfeited. For trade-in at Samsung Online: the total trade-in value cannot exceed the purchase price of your new product, the purchase price needs to be at least $1 (after any other discounts have been applied) and a temporary hold fee equivalent to the estimated trade-in value of your device will be held against your valid credit/debit card until we receive and complete our final assessment of your eligible device (after which the hold fee will be released and may take 14 days or more to become available for use).
