Uma péssima experiência de uso. A começar pelo erro ao tentar entrar na conta Microsoft. Tentei várias vezes sem sucesso. Tive que entrar com uma conta local. Cadastrei minha digital, mas depois não funcionou mais. Excluí a conta local e criei outra, aí deu certo entrar na conta Microsoft e a biometria. Perdi mais de 4hs só com atualizações do Windows e de apps, sendo que o notebook TRAVOU várias vezes durante o processo. A maior frustração fica por conta do desempenho do Book4 e a integração com os meus outros aparelhos Galaxy. Simplesmente NADA funcionou de primeira. Tentei usar o Multicontrole, demorou uma eternidade pra encontrar meu celular com Bluetooth ligado e na mesma rede Wi-Fi. A função que promete arrastar arquivos entre o celular e o PC até hoje não funciona. Meus Buds2 Pro funcionam sem problemas no meu S23. Já no Book4 360 eles conectam e depois de um tempo só o lado direito fica funcionando. Já contatei o suporte, fiz o que mandaram fazer e o problema continua. A tela é extremamente fina, apesar de maravilhosa, dá até medo de abrir e fechar. O som até que é decente, mas esperava que fosse mais alto. Achei o teclado numérico muito estreito. A bateria, com meu uso, dura em média 5hs. O processador e os gráficos integrados (core 5 120U) sofreram bastante (~80% de CPU e 100% de GPU) pra rodar eFootball 2024 em gráficos médios e não chegou a carregar o FC24. A câmera é muito básica. Apesar da resolução ser 1080p, a qualidade é horrível quando exibida em tela cheia. Enfim... Pela experiência e pelo preço que paguei (quase R$ 4600), esperava MUITO mais. Irei devolver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung brand has been a favourite for the last couple of years years, having the opportunity of trying this laptop was great - from the optimal size of 15.6 inch screen to the slim design and lightweight, i'm loving it all! The design is modern, easy to use and i love how fast charging works on this one and a full battery lasts a good couple of hours. Connectivity is easy between all my other samsung devices and the graphics are awsome - amazing quality in screen - either for games or just netflix. The only improvement needed is the sound, i was expecting a bit better performance on the speakers.

Já tenho meu Galaxy Book4 360 desde novembro de 2024. Meu notebook antigo estava cansado de guerra e eu vi muitos atrativos na integração com diversos outros aparelhos Samsung que possuo, como celular, fones, TV e soundbar. A compra correspondeu maravilhosamente à expectativa: é uma máquina poderosa, com processamento que não deixa a gente na mão pra nada. A tela touch (sem a qual não consigo mais viver) tem imagem incrível, e, quando dobrado, o aparelho faz as vezes de tablet e me ajuda a ler quadrinhos online com os olhos brilhando com as cores. Uso softwares gráficos, edito e assisto vídeos e trabalho usando a ótima webcam. Em suma, foi uma compra muito feliz e recomendo o Galaxy Book4 360 a qualquer um!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been fan of Samsung brand for years now and this laptop has everything I expected from it. 15.6 inch display is perfect to use at home and to take with me anywhere. Lovely, modern design makes it a pure pleasure to use. It's also lightweight and slimline so I can comfortably watch something, check social media or work while relaxing on a sofa or in bed. Laptop connects with my other Samsung devices without any problem. Fast charging is another advantage of this galaxy book. Battery last for hours so easy to use on the go without being stuck near the charger. It works quickly and smoothly when I play games or watch movies thanks to Intel Core 7 processor and Intel graphics. I am so in love with it! Samsung Galaxy Book 4 did not disappoint me. I can certainly recommend it to everyone

Comprei o meu há exatos sete meses e hoje, ao abrir o laptop, a tela estava trincada, sem que ele tivesse sofrido qualquer impacto ou queda, sem que tivesse sido colocado qualquer peso em cima: apenas usei e fechei. Ao buscar a respeito, vi que é um problema recorrente, um problema de projeto. Pessoas do mundo todo se queixam da mesma coisa: a tela trincando do nada --- fadiga precoce de materiais e mesmo choque térmico são apontados como fonte do problema. O laptop continua funcional, mas um reparo custa 3/4 de um novo. O aparelho tem uma proposta legal e muito funcional, mas infelizmente padece desse grande prolema.

She set it all up and I had to prise it from her hands. I originally looked at this as I thought it would serve us well as I start college and she starts high school and I wasn't wrong! It is a very thin and light laptop compared to my previous one. It runs almost silently and is super fast . My daughter has been using it to watch movies and play games and it holds it's charge extremely well. I love the layout of the keyboard and the keys are easy to use. The touch pad is very accurate and quick to respond to touch. My daughter says that the graphics are really good. As an all rounder (mum's college work, kids games, social media, school work etc) this is going to be the best investment I've made in a long time. Not only does it hold a charge for an incredibly long time, it also charges up super quickly. I am incredibly impressed with this and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family who are looking for a new laptop.

From the beautiful touchscreen for watching movies and taking notes in tablet mode, to typing for schoolwork on the big keyboard, this laptop tablet has it all! It also works amazingly with my galaxy phone and earbuds allowing me to multitask at any moment. Galaxy AI is also a new feature with this laptop, honestly giving it the most intuitive AI companion I could ask for. Brainstorming ideas to photo generation are a breeze with the CoPilot button in this laptop. Definitely one of the best purchases I have ever made. Period.

Given the size of the laptop the weight is surprisingly light, making it easy to carry around. The screen resolution is fantastic and the ability to connect the laptop to other devices like the Samsung TV enhances the user experience, allowing you to share and stream content on a larger screen. The long lasting battery makes it great for using whilst travelling and when charging may be difficult and the keyboard is east to use, with a very reactive scroll pad. I'd highly recommend the device to anyone.

Vou começar dizendo algo meio bobo: achei a caixa em que vem o Book4 360 de baixa qualidade. Eu sei que a Samsung quer passar a imagem de Eco Friendly e tudo mais, porém, quando se pega um produto premium, se espera maior qualidade até da embalagem (por exemplo, os Galaxy Tab, os Galaxy S Ultra, e até os Galaxy Buds vem em caixas brancas com arte gráfica na impressão dos títulos - o que aparenta maior qualidade). Fica a dica para mudarem isso no futuro. Do produto em si: absolutamente apaixonada pelo meu. Peguei a versão com i5, porque os 16gb de RAM e o HD SSD já torna muito rápido, e não pretendo usar para nada tão pesado. As teclas são macias, a retroiluminação deixa ainda mais bonito; e falando em aparência, o corpo em metal, e ainda assim, ser tão fino e leve, torna esse notebook maravilhoso. Por fim, e mais importante: a tela. Gente, que tela é essa! Qualidade de imagem excelente por ser AMOLED, e ter o touch, é ótimo! Fora que a S-Pen do Galaxy Tab reconhece automaticamente, se eu quiser usar no notebook. Como eu já usava o Galaxy Tab S10+ e o Galaxy S24 Ultra, ter esse notebook foi a complementação perfeita de integração de sistema: conseguir copiar um texto em um aparelho e colar no outro, por exemplo; transferência rápida com os aparelhos já conectados ou pelo Quick Share. Enfim, integração perfeita do ecossistema! E, vale dizer: pra quem já usa tablet e está acostumado a touch (afinal, fica tocando na tela), ter um notebook com Windows (ao invés de Android) que permita o toque na tela é sensacional (rs). Só posso dizer que, como cliente, estou extremamente satisfeita!

The high resolution screen is bright and vibrant and can easily adjust to any light levels and whatever you are watching. It runs windows 11 which is slick and easy to set up. Laptop is very Microsoft, but easy to download Google Chrome to get you back up and running in sync. It also can sync to your phone Samsung or not. For the money it is definitely well made however i was looking for the fingerprint login which is missing along with no touchscreen. A shame for the price point, competitors have these features. The connectivity is great usb c fast charge and usb a ports hdmi and gigabit ethernet. What more do you need these days! I've not had any issues connecting to WiFi around the home. The laptop is so light for the children to carry around and use whether doing homework or watching YouTube. The sound here is very good for the size of device too whether watching a quiet film or your favourite music. Overall a few days in to use I am impressed but don't think it has anything over it's rivals at this price point.

I am in the Samsung ecosystem. Here is whats wrong with my 1 month old book4 360. - sometimes it decides not to charge when plugged in and on, like being used. I need to turn it off to charge - sometimes it will take 5 minutes to restart. - the clicks on the track pad are not there any more. There is no clicking left or right. The funny thing is I don't even use the click feature, I tap for mouse clicks. - the Bluetooth is unreliable. It doesn't even connect to the buds pro 3 half of the times. This is an embarrassing device that creates a lot of frustration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From first opening the box you could tell this was going to be quality. It just has a look and feel of a typical Samsung quality product. I love the lightweight yet sizeable design. The numeric pad by the side of the keyboard. The flex angle of the screen means it will lay back at any angle up to 180 degrees so you can get rid of glare depending on the light-source in your environment. The screen brightness and image quality. It has Windows 11 OS, so is easy to navigate. It has 2 USB-A ports, 2 USB-C ports (one is needed for the charger, ethernet port, 3.5mm headphone jack, what looks like a micro SD port, HDMI....what more could you want in terms of connectivity?! When I first set it up, it said three times that my internet connection had dropped (which it hadn't) which was a bit frustrating, but managed to get past that and then continue setting up as with any new laptop. I used the camera to scan a QR code to install AV software, and was able to easily connect to my Office account. The only things I can see as minor drawbacks at the moment is that it's not touchscreen and there is no in-built cover for the camera. The plastic bezel round the screen is quite thin; a good thing as the screen is larger; but a bad thing if you want to add your own camera cover. My other personal and work laptops both have built-in covers which would have been a nice touch. Overall, it's early days, but I'm very happy with it and would definitely recommend.

Desde que lo compre lo he ocupado la gran mayoría de dias, al principio solo para jugar, despues para estudiar, la ram y el procesador hace que los IDE funcionen de maravilla con varias ventanas del navegador y unos cuantos pdf's, tuve que cambiar de SO (porque cada vez windows 11 consume mas y considero indigno que me consume casi 8gb por existir), pero con el que estoy actualmente, solo me consume a lo mucho 2 gb de ram, por lo que me quedan casi 14 gb para poder utilizarlos a mi antojo y vuela el pc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the concept of this laptop where it could have a dual use as a tablet and laptop. It comes with a large price tag compared to other manufacturers and i'm not sure if it delivers on the price tag. I do love how slim it is and how quickly it boots up. The screen is pretty big at 15.6", i found that it was too big and maybe a 14" screen would have been better for me. One disappoint for me was the Samsung software overlaid on the basic Microsoft OS. I wish there was an option on initial boot to choose if you wanted it.

Produto maravilhoso, mas anúncio mostrava a S pen ( caneta para tocar a tela) mas não veio e dizia que aquele modelo não vem, só que não tem dizendo o que vem e o que não vem no Produto INDUZINDO ao erro, uma pena, quem compra um Book4 360 se a S pen, caneta de tocar a tela, mas só tenho produtos Samsung na minha casa e não deixarei de comprar, apenas chateado.

Its clean design, slim profile, and lightweight build make it easy to carryand the chassis feels sturdy and elegant. The full HD display offers very bright visuals, suitable for work and watching movies. Its powered by 8GB of RAM and a spacious 512GB SSD, the Galaxy Book 4 handles everyday tasks with ease. I used this for browsing with many tabs open, streaming on movie sites and for work used with word and excel files, the performance was reliable. The keyboard provided a comfortable typing experience, and the trackpad was also good, but could be improved with multi guesture options but this is not a deal breaker for me. This is a very good Windows laptop for both work and home. I am not a student, but will work perfect for students too.

I love this laptop overall but samsung definitely has some issues to fix. The laptop works amazing. I own 2 of them but the biggest issue I've found is that the screen can crack on its own in cold weather. The first night of winter the temperature dropped in my house cause I had my heater off and both of my laptop screens cracked. Definitely disappointing considering how much I paid. Overall though the laptop is fast and works extremely well.

I bought this laptop three weeks ago to replace an old Toshiba I had for a very long time. Being a creature of habit I thought it would be difficult to adapt to a new model of a different brand. Because I already own a Samsung phone I decided to go for a Samsung laptop. While still in the phase of familiarization of all the new features - so far it has worked to my satisfaction. I would recommend this model.

One hinge has seized and snapped off the lid after four months of modest use. The seized hinge is only able to be moved with a large effort and with the leverage along the lid, it it easy to see why it has snapped off. Good computer, but would avoid this type of hinge. Will attempt to have this corrected under warranty but assume I will be blamed for what's clearly a manufacturing fault.

disappointing The battery lasted 3.5 hours using the computer minimally. Samsung sent me to the authorized technical service and they told me that was the normal duration and there was no problem.. Its and expensive product and I expected greater benefits. Unfortunately, it seems that the reviews are not reliable and I have an expensive product that does not work for me.

My first Samsung (Galaxy) laptop and I could not be happier with it. The design and quality are superb and it has been a joy to use. I have done a lot of work on it, the battery seems to last forever!! The speed is perfect for my needs and the display is crystal clear. The memory is impressive and meets my needs. Pouco menos de 2 anos de uso e a tela trincou. Sou muito cuidadosa e mesmo sem o hábito de virar a tela, ela trincou entre um dia e o outro de uso em uma mesa. Bateria não tem muita durabilidade. Performance boa, teclado retro iluminado ajuda muito, sensor digital bem interessante para usar senhas. Ecossistema funciona bem entre celular e computador.

The keyboard is too sensitive, especially the a and 1 keys that put in 2 charaacters when pressed as you can ee from the mistkes or they do not put in anything. I want to rturn it but cnnot be without compter for my wwork. It is rrubbih the kybord is defective. Caan I return o get one tht woks.

Super-happy with this laptop. It was very easy to get set up and has performed faultlessly since. It is ideal for what I need (mostly work related tasks) and operates smoothly. On top of that, the battery life is solid. It also looks good and has a feeling of being very well built.

It's a lovely laptop! But I have one issue. There have been several updates to the fingerprint reader. These have sometimes removed it, sometimes replaced it. I contacted your "help" who were not helpful! It was inactivated again just trecently with a further update.

Display is good crisp and deep colours, light and durable, battery is very efficient, it's slightly more resource intensive than it counter part utilizing most the memory on idle, however it does lags from time to time which not what you except from a big name brand

The battery life of the device was unsatisfactory. Even when the device was powered off, the battery still drained quickly. Another issue: I have a Z Fold 5 and the S Pen doesn't work with the laptop, which is ridiculous.

You can sign in to Windows, apps, and services by teaching Windows to recognize your fingerprint. First, remove the sticker from the fingerprint recognition sensor before using it. To register your fingerprint, you'll need to create a password and PIN first to use the fingerprint scan feature. 1. Select the Start button → Settings → Accounts → Sign-in options. 2. Select Fingerprint recognition (Windows Hello) → Set up to start the fingerprint registration. 3. Select Get started on the Windows Hello setup window. 4. Enter the PIN number you set. 5. Repeatedly lift and rest your finger on the fingerprint recognition sensor until setup is complete. 6. Fingerprint registration is complete. If you want to add another fingerprint, select Add a finger. Here are a few tips for better fingerprint recognition: • Prevent the fingerprint recognition sensor from being scratched or damaged by metal objects, such as coins, keys, and necklaces. • Ensure that the fingerprint recognition sensor and your fingers are clean and dry. • The fingerprint recognition sensor may not recognize fingerprints that are affected by wrinkles or scars. • The fingerprint recognition sensor may not recognize fingerprints from small or thin fingers. • If you bend your finger or use your fingertips, the fingerprint recognition sensor may not recognize your fingerprints. Really beautiful modern sleek design, light weight, great size screen and key board for everyday use. Screen colour and clarity is world's away from my old laptop. Really clear , bright and true to life colours. Keypad is the ideal size for me and I like the number key pad on the side. Finger print sensor is a great addition I fund it so much easier and faster to log in. The battery life so far has been great, it seems to take a while to charge but no more than my older laptop. Sound is good quality, no tinny sounds or feedback even at full volume. I have found it to be very responsive and fast for browsing, downloads and streaming. Have had no issues with using multiple programs at one . No lag noticed. I had some issues connecting my phone and headphones but thay may be due to the accessories and my lack of tech skills! Overall very pleased with the laptop, it's great size for me, I can type easily and access what I need quickly. I can easily transport it to work and on trips as it is lightweight. Once I have installed full office and security I will update.

I switched over from my 2023 M2 Mac, been using Mac for many years. I recently switched over to Galaxy phone and tablet and heard good things about Samsung's ecosystem; hesitantly figured I'd give it a try. So far I'm liking it, I really like the touch screen functionality. And even though the screen specs are inferior on paper, the screen looks better than my Mac (seems very bright and vibrant). I like that it automatically syncs up to my phone and I can text and call from my laptop, it is all so seamless. Drag and drop files between my tablet and laptop etc. The bad; this computer is definitely slower than my Mac. I get quite a bit of mouse stutter which I rarely, if ever got before (sometimes so much I miss what I was trying to click on). The battery lasts about half as long, I get about 4-5 hours. Windows 11 is MUCH better than whatever version was around years ago when I last used it... But it still has some of the things I hate (Microsoft makes changes to your computer, buggy etc). I'm happy with the laptop, it is very high quality and I'm enjoying Samsung's superior ecosystem. My computer use is fairly mild; editing PDF and Word documents, some excel, email and the like. Nothing too heavy...
