I like the AI feature that adjusts the power to the floor type, the telescopic handle adjusts to myself and my husband, the battery life is lone enough to do the whole house and then some and the cherry on top is the automatic empty station where I don't have to touch any of the debris or have dust everywhere!! I pair this with the floor robot vacuum with empty station and my cleaning is made easier. Thank you for making products that make my life more productive!

That's enough for me to do most of my small 3 bedroom house but somebody with a larger house would struggle The tools are very useful and easy to change and store. Really good battery storage and charging dock. It charges quickly enough for short bursts of use and will fully charge in just 3-3.5 hours. The only drawback I would consider is that the fill line is about halfway up on the dust container therefore needs emptying fairly frequently. It’ is however very easy to empty and wash if needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we are using this jet 75 cordless stick vacuum in our 43 foot rv. we love the power it has to pick up all the dirt and dog hair that accumulates. we use it on our hard floors as well as multiple rugs throughout. we love the fact that it is battery powered as outlets are a premium in our rv. the battery lasts up to an hour on a single charge, plenty of time for me to clean the rv from one end to the other. i then just put the battery back on the charging station to use the next day. it has a great hepa filtration which keeps our air quality good. great attachments allow for cleaning of tight spots and ceiling fans. lightweight so i don't feel tired after cleaning.

Filters everything out and finds dirt in my carpets that my big Kirby missed. I use it more that that big heavy vacuum. One or two rooms at a time on high, then recharge for 2 hrs. I can take a break and wait, my house isn't that dirty. Love the way you can hang and charge this when not it use. I got the Pet model, unfortunately there is no hanger for the Pet attachment, so I made one, no problem. Just wish my Kirby's roller bar came off to clean like this Samsung, super easy.

I bought the pet version of this vacuum just over a year ago. I loved the features and just how well this vacuum worked to clean messes from 2 dogs and 2 kids. It was what I thought was going to be the perfect vacuum. About a month ago I had one of the wheels fall off, couldn't find it so I ordered a replacement, thinking oh well that may happen eventually. The other day the wheel came off again. As I was inspecting the vacuum closer I noticed small cracks around where the wheels attach. This is a combination of a poor design and cheap plastic. We have a 5 year old stick vacuum from a different company that has been well abused with the kids vacuuming and it has no cracks and still works great, just the battery life is poor. We didn't even let the kids use the new vacuum, they were stuck with the old. So I know it wasn't kid abused. Very frustrated with the quality of what could be such a great vacuum. It works awesome and the features are great.

I was once again stunned by Samsung's new iteration of super powerful hexajet 280W cordless vacuum. With this new vacuum that has up to 100 minutes of vacuum time is wild. And it's so easy that our children can vacuum with it and put it away in the mess free clean station that comes with it. By mess free I mean even the children by the push of a button can dispose the sucked up debris into the disposable garbage bag that came free with the unit. All in all Samsung continues to innovate and BLOW the competition away.

I can reach any part of the floor with ease. It's also extremely powerful. The AI mode gets the job done most of the time but I also use Max and Jet modes sometimes. The battery lasts enough to clean the entire floor and recharging is very easy on the clean station. The LED display shows the battery percentage and the mode being used, which are extremely helpful. Connect with the smartthings app to make life more convenient and to monitor the progress. The best vacuum cleaner I have used. Highly recommended.

I really love this stick vacuum. It has made it much easier to clean around our cat boxes and stairs than with my previous stick vacuum. The only issue that I have run into is that it reacts to the change in floor texture almost too quickly for my taste. It is an easy fix do not a big deal. I love that it empties out into a separate bag because it keeps the pet dander enclosed and less dust is produced. The app makes it easy to see the energy usage and get quick answers to questions about how to maintain the vacuum. I am really happy with the usage of this vacuum, but would like a storage tree for the accessories and more control on the AI floor control.

Our upright detaches from the handle and base, but it's still heavy and can be a bit awkward. The Jet 75 is absolutely perfect for this task. It's very lightweight and very maneuverable. And as an added bonus, it has great suction. It keeps up with (if not surpasses) our upright when it comes to picking up dog hair. It transitions easily across different floor types and makes quick clean up jobs a breeze. Emptying the canister after you're done is also very easy, and all of the parts are washable. Some other vacuums have a washable filter, that quite honestly stinks after you wash it the first time. The Jet 75 doesn't have the filter to worry about, so a quick rinse in the sink and it's clean again!

A down size is that it’s a little on the heavy side, but still worthy it. I definitely recommend it and I’m very happy with it! And, the look is awesome! Cool and modern.

i literally use this every day. this is the first home appliance i have bought from samsung, and it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. my order came with a wall-mount, charger, one battery pack, and a "close-up" attachment in addition to the standards cleaning attachment. i use this to clean my apartment floors (tile) and inside my car. i have two cats so there's always fur somewhere. on a full charge, i can usually vacuum every room's floor.

I liked this vacuum cleaner for my hard floors. It’s lightweight and swivels beautifully. It grabs pet hair, dry crumbs, and dust very well. It struggles with some debris such as cat food, but it’s a stick vacuum so that’s to be expected. My only complaint is that it lasted two years before coming apart in multiple places. To be fair, it comes with a one year warranty so it did last beyond its stated lifespan. I guess I’d just hoped that if I maintained it well enough, I wouldn’t have to buy a new one every year or so. The vacuum mechanics still work as well as day 1, but the molded plastic body just becomes brittle with age and snaps apart. I tried using a plastic bond product, but that only got me another week before it came apart again due to the torsion of the vacuum’s swiveling. Great little vacuum, but sadly not made to last.

I love that it mounts to the wall for a convenient put away method. It has very nice suction power and It's quieter than the vacuum cleaners that I owned in the past. I absolutely love that it's very easy to use, but the feature I love most of all is, it's cordless and powered by a battery. I can actually take it from the house to my car and back inside of the house without the any hassle. This vacuum is one of the most convenient, easy to use and fun machine I have around that cleans. I would definitely recommend this great vacuum to friends with family without any doubts.

Very smart This vacuum makes storing extremely convenient because I can have it out in the open. It's so nice looking that I don't need it to stay in some utility or storage closet. The suction capabilities are incredible, and I love all the different modes. It's got the ability to be extremely strong, yet also very efficient when I don't need the extra juice. I love that the emptying system doesn't get dust and the dirty contents all over my trash as I'm trying to empty it. The smart controls are fantastic. The battery is so efficient and connecting it to my wifi signal I get to see the status in the app at all times. I highly recommend this vacuum for all those that are seeking a more versatile solution, without having to sacrifice sleek design.

To my surprise it works great on carpet, tile, tables, lampshades and I could go on and on. I have been using it places I never even thought about vacuuming. I have tried the attachments that came with it and am very satisfied. I find myself grabbing it to cleanup even the smallest messes because it's so easy to use. I was using a corded one for years and this Samsung Bespoke Jet Al Vacuum is a major upgrade. I love the freedom it provides. It looks great and has such a sleek design. It has multiple modes, but I love the AI mode the most. It automatically adjusts the speed based on the surface being cleaned. The suction is extremely powerful and it easily picks up even the smallest dirt particles. It comes with a few extra attachments which are really helpful to clean all the difficult corners. I was also able to connect it to my smartthings app, where I can easily monitor it's progress and charge level along with the energy usage. Love the smart technology. Charging it is so easy, just place it on the clean station, which also empties the dust from the vacuum into a bag without cleanly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Jet 75 is a lightweight cordless/stick handheld vacuum . I found it to be incredible on my tile floors. Having two dogs that shed, it was equally good at picking up their pet hair from all surfaces. I love the ease with which it cleaned under the bed. The HEPA filter is a nice feature. Battery life depends on what setting you use and tools. One downside is that the battery can be depleted in a short time on the max setting, about fifteen minutes. But on the regular setting it can last almost an hour. Charging takes close to four hours. I have one low pile carpet which the units brush kept stopping when vacuuming on it. I had to revert to my corded vac to get the rug clean. So if you have primarily carpet this isn’t the vac for you. I like the ease of use , lift it off the wall mounted charger and your ready to work. It also converts to a handheld for use on the car and dusting.

They were very clear and easy to read. The vacuum came charged so I was able to use it right away. Once it was put together, I found it very light to use. It had a good amount of power. It picked up whatever I had to vacuum up. It was also good that there was no cord to trip over. I could move around the whole house with ease. I also had no problem doing the stairs and carrying it to the second floor. It was very easy to install the charger unit on the wall to hang the vacuum on so that it would charge for future use. The additional tools also hand there for quick and easy use. So far I would say it was excellent and has a great amount of power. Purchase this vacuum. You will not be disappointed at all. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. Compared to other battery powered vacuums, this Samsung Jet 60 has much better battery life without sacrificing suction. The mount that comes with the vacuum is easy to install in a convenient location, for quick access. The vacuum is very light and nimble, especially when used on hard floors. The bagless design is nice and easy to empty, with a better capacity than a hand vac but smaller than a full size floor vac. What's really neat is that the vacuum actually looks cool and might just become a conversation piece in your house. It is a beautiful piece of machinery that is fun to use, light enough for kids to help around the house, and effective at picking up dust, dirt, hair, etc. I highly recommend this Samsung Jet 60 vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the vacuum is very powerful, convenient and lightweight. this samsung jet vacuum is different than other cordless vacuums. it is cordless and convenient but also powerful with an excellent battery life. the vacuum finishes the whole first floor without having to charge for long hours. i had never been able to vacuum the whole living room and the kitchen with other cordless vacuums, so i was really impressed. i like extra attachments came with the vacuum. there is an jointed attachment which can transform to a 90 degree angle between the handle and the cleaning head. i can vacuum over the windows, bookshelves and other high area i would have not been able to reach otherwise with the attachment.

It can squeeze into all kinds of tight spaces. Some cons would be the canister. It's pretty small and fills up quickly. It is not always the easiest to put back into it's slot. The charger. Since I don't put mine on the wall, it doesn't have a great spot to put it. As much as it picks up the fur, it still leaves some behind that my lint brush can get up so it's not perfect. This vacuum is also much lighter and easier to maneuver than my old vacuum as seen in the picture.

The attachments are so easy to change and love how they all store directly on the wall mounted charging station. Emptying the container is a breeze with the quick release canister and goes back together just as easy! The most impressive part of this vacuum is the brush roller. It does not allow long pet hair to coil around the brush forcing you to have to cut it away with scissors every so often. I do not know how they did it, but it simply does not collect like our old vacuum did. The length of life the battery has is also very impressive! Charges fully within an hour and will last over 30 minutes. I have never had it die before completing its use. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone! I have a big house and have no problem keeping it clean with this appliance. Definitely a must have for any household!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my Samsung Jet 60 Pet Vacuum for a week now. My first impression this is a very light, easy-to-use, and efficient vacuum. It comes in several pieces but is easy to assemble as everything just clicks into place. The quality is very good. It has a digital inverter motor which is pretty quiet compared to my older vacuum and is powerful enough for most jobs. You can change the power by just press the + and - button. Another good feature is a removable battery, you can easily remove the battery and just charge the battery. The washable dustbin and a removable brush roll let you easily remove hair. The charging station is designed to be wall-mounted for ease of use. But, the screw hole is horizontal. I can only be tightening one screw into to stub. But, I didn't see any problem so far. The charging station has two holders to hold two accessories. Hence, you don't have to find somewhere to store them. I am using this vacuum every day. It is so easy and convenient.

In recent years, I have noticed that Samsung is reinventing home appliances. First, I got the washer and dryer. Second, I got the refrigerator. After a great experience with those products, I decided to try the vacuum cleaner. Where do I start? The Samsung Bespoke Jet AI Vacuum is the best vacuum I have ever had. It looks amazing in the room, and there's no need to place it in the pantry or mudroom. It is always charged and ready for action when you need it. The suction power is amazing. It cleans carpets, tiles, hardwood, and everything else in my house. I also use it to clean a sofa where my daughter loves to eat cookies, and it works great. I don't need to worry about settings because with the AI technology, it adapts the suction to the need. The cleaning process is easy. You just place the vacuum on the base, and it empties the canister. If you are looking for a vacuum cleaner that looks great and works great, this is the way to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three dogs so I was excited when I saw how well this vacuum worked on dog hair. It is very versatile and lightweight. It came with additional attachments which was a bonus, even one to vac your bed. The attachments are so easy to put on and off, I can do it with one hand. The suction power is amazing and it is adjustable with the touch of a finger. It works on carpets, bare floors, ceilings, curtains, blinds and so much more. A full charge of the battery lasts through using all over the house and still has some power left. Just slide battery in charger and plug in. It's that simple. I find my self reaching for this stick vacuum several times a day, small or big messes, it does it all. I even took it out to my deck to vac the rug there, something I would have never done with my corded vacuum. It's not real loud which is good as one of my dogs used to hide when I brought out my old vacuum, not any more. I was skeptical at first about how well a stick vac would work, but this Samsung won me over. I love it! I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing. I was pleasantly surprised with the weight and nimbleness of the hoover. I have weak wrists and found it very easy to use. I did however find changing the attachments quite fiddly but as the hoover was new and new to me, it may have been the case. It has various suction settings that you can increase and decrease (but this does affect the battery life). The downside is the battery didn't last very long even on the lowest setting, and it has a auto detecting over heating setting. Which meant you couldn't use it for more than ten to fifteen minutes at a time. Which can be frustrating. As you can see from the photos, it does the usual hoover trick of wrapping your hair around the brush. Which is frustrating but this hoover has a neat trick. You can remove the inner brush with a click and remove the hair easily. I feel this hoover is great for the smaller jobs, like a quick whip round a small room, or perhaps a spillage of rice crispies. But as a hoover for a main family home, I think it would spend more time being charged, than used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted to try this Samsung Jet 60 fit stick vacuum because I love Samsung products. As I have all my Samsung products in my Home. I got this as my kid loves vacuum with his toy so now, he can help me as well and I need new vacuum the 1 we had broken on us. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver and will hold a charge long enough for me to vacuum upstairs on the normal setting. The turbo setting is a little bit faster to need a charge, but still gets the job done. The battery life is the main selling point. I only use it in the "Turbo" mode. Generally, a charge lasts me two cleanings of my upper and lower level with the hard flooring surfaces. The suction power is solid and picks up everything I have run over without a problem. I especially use the dual brushes for buffering my hardwood floors and all the attachments work perfectly for what they are designed for. I like that it's cordless because I don't have to stop, plug it in somewhere else and then keep going. It's easy to use. If you are Samsung fan and want to be in Samsung Eco system I will go with this vacuum. I got This product for discount price to review it.

Having multiple types of flooring (hardwood, carpet, and tile) we have to use many different types of items to clean up but with the introduction of the Samsung Jet AI Cordless Stick Vacuum it has made my life so much easier! The fact that it can determine the type of flooring and level of suction to use automatically is just amazing to me and I also love that I can manually adjust the suction if I need a little more or less power. The included tools are wonderful, especially the crevice tool, wow, do I use that thing so much. It helps get in those little corners, the ceiling fans, top of the curtains, in between cushions, I think it is my most used accessory for sure. I also really love that I can log on to my Smart Things app and easily see if my bin needs emptied. It is super easy to empty the dust bags out, easy to charge the vacuum, easy to use the accessories, just an all around user friendly device. I can not rave enough about how much I love this vacuum and am so happy I own it. Definitely a must have for any and every home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have another stick vacuum, which is not cordless, and the cordless feature is AMAZING! I haven’t used it to the point where the battery died, but feel like I could vacuum everything I wanted to. It has good suction, and cleans well. The dust container is easy to open and empty. My only complaint is that my other stick vacuum has some kind of forward motion/power to help it propel over rugs-and I feel like I had to work extra hard on my rugs to get it to go back and forth-which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I do love having a vacuum on each floor of my house, and plan to keep using it. Not sure if I will mount it to the wall or not, but having that feature is nice for those who want that or have a space for it.

The fact that the charger cannot be detached and charged separately is one of the worst design flaws. There’s no docking stand, and the unit can only be charged using a wall-mounted charger, which becomes extremely inconvenient whenever you need to change its location. The suction power sounds strong on paper, but in reality it doesn’t clean well. On hardwood or laminate flooring, its performance drops significantly. Instead of picking up crumbs, it often just scatters them around. It’s nice that the brush can be removed, but cleaning it is not easy at all. On top of that, the replacement brush is sold at an absurdly high price—and because this model isn’t mainstream, there are no compatible third-party alternatives either.

The vacuum has a sleek and modern yet elegant design with a gorgeous stand that can be placed in a living without being an eyesore. The moment I opened the box and set it up, which was very simple by the way, I fell in love with its design. But beauty is not the only place where this vacuum excels, this vacuum also does a great job of cleaning almost anything you can throw at it, figuratively not literally. As a mother of 3 young kids, I am constantly cleaning every mess the kids make throughout the day and this vacuum is always ready to tackle the job and isnt tiring on me since the vacuum is light and easily maneuverable. Charging the vacuum is as easy as just setting it on its stand, and surprisingly the vacuum lasts long enough for me to clean all the places I need to. It also comes with a good amount of attachments such as the pet tool, brush tool and crevice wand for hard to reach places, which I use on my couches. The really neat feature of the vacuum is the AI mode which can detect whatever surface you are vacuuming on and adjust the suction speed for the job at hand. This vacuum is already making my job easier for me and I am sure it will do the same for anyone.

The AI knows when to trigger more power and will conserve energy with its level. I’m used to vacuums having to be in full power to suction anything off the floor but this vacuum does it with ease in the lower power levels. Removing my wife’s hair from the brush is easy and love the different vacuum heads and extension capability for those hard to reach areas. I would recommend this vacuum to all my friends as it’s also great to leave out with its sleek stand and matte black colors.

Upon opening the box, the first thing I noticed was the lightweight feel. I was able to hold my toddler and take it out of the box at the same time. The Samsung Jet 60 Pet is replacing my Bissell Cleanview and within 10 minutes it has already picked up more than my Bissell would have. The lightweight design makes vacuuming enjoyable and it's easier to get all the hard-to-reach spots. My favorite two features about the vacuum are the washable filter and the removable battery. I never realized how much a difference having a rechargeable battery can make when it comes to vacuuming. I no longer have to worry about tripping over the cord or accidentally unplugging the vacuum. The Samsung Jet 60 Pet also comes with 3 interchangeable tools that can fit your needs. The Long-Reach Crevice tool has been my favorite. It's perfect for getting dust along the baseboards or our vaulted ceilings. Some other great features the Samsung Jet 60 has are the 5-Layer Filtration system and the 3 levels of suction power. I highly recommend this vacuum for anyone who is looking to upgrade and improve their cleaning efficiency. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion and can’t wait to get one for my mom as a Christmas gift!

After 2.5 years of usage, the brush broken. The replacement costs almost the half of price of a new vacuum cleaner, so it doesn't make sense to buy it. There are other heads in the package, but they're of no use. Also, the construction of the charging stand is disastrous. I'm surprised about how they managed to design something that can't just stand still without falling down. Yes, I'm aware the charger is supposed to be attached to a wall. Well, I'm not going to make holes in my wall just to charge a vacuum cleaner, so it's not the case. So the design only works normally for a very specific use case, which seems a weird decision to me. Because of the broken brush, I'd say this vacuum cleaner is dissapointment and not worth the money.

This new Samsung Jet AI Cordless Stick vacuum is awesome and so elegantly designed that you can have it set with its stand amongst furniture and it can blend in and look nice. Samsung designed this vacuum with a very pleasing color and aesthetic design that catches anyone's eyes. Receiving the vacuum and setting it up was very simple and took less than ten minutes to put together by setting the stand, plugging it in, then putting the vacuum together with whichever brush one chooses. The vacuum works great on any surface and has 6 different suction modes for whichever job you need done. The AI mode is pretty cool since it can detect the type of floor its being used on and adjust suction speed as necessary. The included different attachments such as the crevice tool and brush make it easy and convenient to clean couches and hard to reach places. The battery also impressively lasts a pretty long time, enough to clean many rooms in my case, and charging is so easy that I just have to put it back on its stand and it will charge back up as needed. The smartthings app is also cool and convenient to have the vacuum connected to check on its battery percentage all from my phone. Overall this vacuum is great and is suitable enough for anyone and for any home. Samsung outdid themselves with this vacuum and I would recommend it to everyone.

When I received it and opened the box it was very simple to put together and get the battery charging. The battery charged within the time stated and works well. I haven't hung up the charging station, I am using as a tabletop charger. This little vacuum works really well, it was able to go from my hardwood floors to carpet and is perfect for for doing quick small jobs, as well as vacuuming a whole room. The only thing is I wish is that it came with two batteries. (There is an option for a 2 battery and I would recommend that) But it is not a major drawback. We have a large house and I can vacuum half of it before the battery dies. The suction is great and it is light weight and easy to use!! And that is most important to me. It's awesome for getting under the sofa and around furniture it moves and turns really well and my arm doesn't get tired because it so easy to use. I like that it has multiple settings (max/med/low) and that I can add other attachments (I'd love to try the wet brush) . It's also has a good size dustbin and its simple to empty and clean. I have used the crevice tool and the brush to do the sofa and it worked great! I have retired my old corded stick vacuum. I love this vacuum and would highly recommend it to anyone and I have! I took this with me to my daughter's house to do steps and it was great! Simple, Lightweight and very easy to use!! Everyone should have one of these !

This vacuum was packed very well. The instructions manual was written very clear. I had the vacuum together in a matter of five minutes. It was very easy to put together. It came with all the necessary accessories. The battery came charged enough for me to use it for the first time without having to wait. Right away , I was able to turn it on and vacuum. It worked extremely well picking up whatever dirt was on the floor. It was very light weight and easy to move around. It was great that I didn't have to plug and unplug the machine. It made it much quicker to vacuum the house. It was easy to attach the accessories and use them quickly. I am very impressed by this machine. It came with the necessary screws to attach it to the wall. So my husband did that job in a matter of minutes. The vacuum was easily hung on the wall for the next vacuum job, and it doesn't take up much space at all. I also like that the accessories can hand on the wall also. I can't say enough good things about this cordless stick vacuum. It is very powerful. The fact that it is cordless is a bonus. I am sure that you will not be disappointed if you purchase this stick vacuum. It is more than worth every cent. The only issue that I have run into is that it reacts to the change in floor texture almost too quickly for my taste. It is an easy fix do not a big deal. I love that it empties out into a separate bag because it keeps the pet dander enclosed and less dust is produced. The app makes it easy to see the energy usage and get quick answers to questions about how to maintain the vacuum. I am really happy with the usage of this vacuum, but would like a storage tree for the accessories and more control on the AI floor control.

This has to be the very best vacuum available today. It has so much suction power whether you are on carpet or on tile. When vacuuming carpet, the motor automatically adjusts itself to a higher power and then goes back down to normal power when you get back on laminate or tile. The new headlight design is really nice for when you are needing to vacuum behind any furniture or a darker corner where there might not be enough light. The battery seems to last forever too. I can vacuum all my floors on one charge. And of coarse the battery automatically recharges itself when you place the vacuum back on the All-in-One Clean Station base. When you get it set up with the app, you get the full benefits of the built in AI. It reports back on the app about the vacuum itself and it's performance. The LCD display on the handle shows you the current settings such as power remaining, suction, if anything is stuck in the vacuum and a reminder as to when to clean the filter. And lets you change them quickly and easily as well. The charging All-in-One Clean Station base not only keeps it charged, but it also empties the vacuum into a bag without allowing all the dirt and dust to get back into your home. It even comes with several bags to last you a while. Since it is so lightweight, around seven pounds, it is very easy to clean stairs and furniture as well. This is such a well designed vacuum cleaner, that it actually looks very nice just sitting in our living room on it's base. Very modern looking. Over all, this is a great vacuum.

Before having this, I had an electric broom from another relatively famous brand that didn't work that well. The suction power was not great and often I found myself mad because it wasn't doing the job. The Samsung jet is quite the opposite: this vacuum is powerful, lightweight and does the job. It made cleaning so easy that even my husband help more during the cleaning process. The vacuum is lightweight, very easy to transport and excellent on hard wood, vinyl or ceramic floors. The suction is powerful which is awesome if you have 3 furry kids, as I do! Not to mention that is always being charged, since the wall mount is the charger! You will definitely need to have this vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung vacuum. The first was great, I wanted to try out the new technology that this one features. We have practically a mini-farm in our house with lots of animals including a medium haired German Shedder *cough cough* I mean German Shepherd, Wooly long haired Alaskan Malamute, and 4 cats one of which is long haired. In our house a vacuum gets a workout and is really put to the test. Despite all the daily fur (and I could seriously knit sweaters each week because they shed so much), this vacuum gets it all. Literally every piece it manages to grab. But any long haired pet owner will attest, vacuum cleaners rarely stand up to the fur. It gets wrapped up and vacuums overheat. Not this one! As soon as you place it on the cleaning station, it sucks out the dirt, but more importantly, it sucks out all the fur. I also love that the cleaning station is the charging station too. I like that it doesn't have to mount, it is a floor unit even though it is a stick vacuum. I love this feature. There is an optional mount if you wish. It has exceeded my expectations. I am beyond happy with this purchase. I have now thrown away my other name big name pricy vacuums that I won't name. None of them work as well as the Samsung Bespoke Jet AI Cordless Stick Vacuum. This new one does the heavy lifting in the high traffic downstairs areas while the old one is kept upstairs. But this stick vacuum is so light and portable that it is easily uses on multiple home levels and on the stairs. I love the ability to tell Alexa to empty the vacuum, or I can do it on my phone too. Typically it auto empties, but occasionally I only vacuum for a minute or so and it doesn't seem to auto empty then. That's when I tell it to empty. The battery lasts a lot longer than other vacuums. I considered getting a backup battery, but I haven't had to. This is partly due to the AI system. It can tell how much power you need and it automatically adjusts to the optimal power. It takes a minute to get used to the change in power as it sounds different and at first you almost think something is wrong. But it really knows just what to do. This conserves the battery for more usage. If you really want, you can change the settings manually so don't feel like you cannot be in control. You can also see how long you have left and if there is an issue, it tells you exactly what to do (in our case it was operator error because large dog food pieces were vacuumed up. Despite the strength, it really isn't that loud, but man is it ever powerful! If you want the latest technology - that actually works - this is it!

The brush is actually a powered brush which does not depend on suction. The fact that it is light weight is why it is Maneuverable. My son actually enjoys vacuuming now! The crevis tool and and the duster add to the ease of cleaning. Being that it is battery operated without a cord to plugin means you can clean messes quicker. Overall, this vacuum is a great choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we've had a traditional vacuum for over 10 years. we then got some new furbabies and they shed a lot. we decided to get the samsung jet 75 and it has been a game changer. it has great suction and you only need 1 pass over your carpet as this vacuum picks everything up. the battery is detachable but its preferred if you just leave it on the vacuum and use the wall mount. this is a very lightweight vacuum and you can reach places that traditional vacuums cannot. the vacuum noise is not to loud.

We love the power it has to pick up all the dirt and dog hair (we have 4 dogs) that accumulates. We use it on our hard floors as well as multiple rugs throughout. We love the fact that it is battery powered as outlets are a premium in our RV. The battery lasts up to an hour on a single charge, plenty of time for me to clean the RV from one end to the other. I then just put the battery back on the charging station to use the next day. It has a great Hepa Filtration which keeps our air quality good. Great attachments allow for cleaning of tight spots, corners, and ceiling fans. It is lightweight and quiet. I don't feel tired after cleaning with it which is a huge plus in my book. It is easy to empty and clean the filter when needed.

Somehow they keep improving on an already amazing product and this time it's so much better with the AI technology that adjusts automatically when you are moving from a hard surface to a carpeted area without having to toggle any buttons. It is very powerful considering its small and light size. The battery lasts very long on a full charge and easily cleans our 3900 sq foot two story house with ease. Like its predecessors, it is also very easy to take care of and clean with the clean station that empties the bin for you without spreading dust everywhere and also automatically runs diagnostics for you to ensure nothing it trapped or tangled in the brush or tubing. I would definitely recommend this vacuum over any other competitors.

Why 3 stars, the fabric on the bottom wore away on our LVP floors and it's extremely hard to push it sound now. It just rides on the plastic and we hardly use it anymore. I'm not willing to buy another one at theses prices for it to happen again.

It is very easy to use and you can get into hard to reach places way more easily than with your typical vacuum cleaner. At first, when I was using it in AI mode, I didn't trust that it was 'sucking' hard enough to get at all the dirt. But I decided to give it a chance and I was not disappointed. There are still some times when I will crank it up to pick up stubborn dirt, but that is rarely necessary. I love the self-diagnostics that happen after you return the vac to the cradle. This really is a "smart" machine.

We have other vacuums but nothing seems to get all the dog hair and dirt out of our carpet like this. We have gone over our carpet twice in a row and each time we are amazed at how much was being sucked up! Love that there isn't a "trigger" to pull in order to make the vacuum run. Just press a button and it does the work! We are considering getting another one for other levels we love it that much! The only downside is the power time for the battery as we use the "jet" function so it doesn't run 60min. Emptying the canister is a breeze and you're less likely to make a mess when dumping it. You don't get the "vacuum" smell that some have so you don't have to worry about the dust being kicked up and you breathing it in! Overall this is a great product with it being lightweight, ease of use and the jet feature is a must!

We are parents to cats and cats shed a lot of hair all over our carpet. I used the Samsung 75 Vacuum and it was a game changer. It is meant to be used by one hand and it is very lightweight. I was not expecting the vacuum to have awesome suction power. We give our cats catnip and sometimes they leave some behind and our old vacuum was tossing all the catnip around. The Samsung vacuum sucked all that up in one pass. My wife was so happy because she was finally able to vacuum behind her office desk. The only con, I would say is having to install the wall charger. It is difficult to charge the battery if you don't have in on a wall. If you do have it on a wall it works great because all you do is hang the vacuum and it charges itself. The battery life is good. I have used it quite a bit and I was able to vacuum my entire apartment with 1 bar left on the Mid Level.

I love this product, I bought a brand, and after I have seen this vacuum I swap right away for this one. In nutshell: I like because: lightweight, TURBO POWER literally is lifting my carpet off the floor when maximum speed is on, flexible mean the head does not comes off the floor in different angle, fast charging means the battery is fully charge within 3 hrs or even less than that (I did not count), medium speed is just ENOUGH to get the job done in right manner, simple to use, I love the design is my favour. Downside: I have adjusted my battery with a flimsy sticker just to avoid been confuse. Definitely I will buy another one for my parents as a gift! 🎁 Recommand: 10 out of 10 . 5 out of 5 👍

I bought this in order to help my wife when I'm not at home and unable to help with vacuuming, she has disabilities and found it hard to push around our corded unit. She complained that she struggled with it, so I have it a go myself. It was indeed hard to use, as it tended to grip the carpet. It seemed to push larger things around too, like our dog's kibble. I needed to pick it up off the floor and place the head on top of whatever I was trying to pick up. Because we tended to use it on full power, the battery had a very poor life before needing to be recharged. Another annoying thing is that you can't charge it without putting it on the wall bracket, which we didn't want on the wall, so it has to lie on the floor in order to charge it. The other thing against it, is the fact that it has a bristle roller, so hair gets wrapped around the roller and we're continuously having to remove it. After only having it for a matter of weeks, I've given up on it and invested in a alternative cleaner.

While I loved the convenience of not having to worry about the cord length or cord gets tangled, I had to accept the cons of short running time and very weak suction. However, this Samsung Jet vacuum is different. It is cordless and convenient but also powerful and mighty with an excellent battery life. The vacuum finishes the whole first floor without having to charge for long hours. I had never been able to vacuum the whole living room and the kitchen with other cordless vacuums, so I was really impressed. I like extra attachments came with the vacuum. There is an jointed attachment which can transform to a 90 degree angle between the handle and the cleaning head. I can vacuum over the windows, bookshelves and other high area I would have not been able to reach otherwise with the attachment. All the attachments have own spots to be clipped on at the charging station. It is convenient and nice.

i'm disabled with cerebellar ataxia...in other words i have no balance and not much coordination. i purchased this in the hope that i could use my rollator to assist me in doing some cleaning. we have all wood floors. so far so good. it's powerful, on high it'll suck a watermelon through a swizzle stick. of course on high the battery will last about 5 minutes. on medium about 20 minutes. on low it'll go about 45 minutes. it's light enough to use as a handheld and not unwieldy at all. my only minor complaint is the expense of a spare battery. i highly recommend this to friends.

Samsung has changed not only my mindset but they have made whipping out this lightweight unit a pleasure! Super light weight and it easily maneuvers in between and under hard to reach places with ease! I am blown away by the suction power and I am convinced I can donate my full size vac and replace my Samsung Jet 60 for all my clean up needs! The battery last long enough for a full run through at night before bed and is ready to go again when I am up! My floors did not look dirty but look at everything it pulled up! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i absolutely love this new samsung jet cordless vacuum. it picks up quicker and more efficiently than my normal vacuum. i also love the 3 speeds that this cordless vacuum offers. i prefer using the max speed, but the battery will only last about 15 minutes, without having to charge again. i also love that the filter and the dust bin are both washable. it’s also quick to charge and a full charge last me about 35-40 minutes, on the lowest setting, which is perfect for me to have enough time to vacuum my whole house. it also works very well on my rugs and my hardwood floors. i would definitely recommend this vacuum to all of my friends and family.

The Turbo Action Brush broke twice in 13 months. Now I am out of warranty and Samsung does not even sell the Turbo brush. Now, the vacuum, extra battery and charging station are all useless.

I am kicking myself for buying this vacuum, even more so because of the price. I have already had it replaced once when it kept showing an error. While yes this will pick up for the most part animal hair (ish), I have to go over it multiple times and even then, it doesn't always pick up the hair or dust/dirt. I only have rugs which I have to use a completely different vacuum on those, otherwise I have hard flooring which supposedly this should work great for. I truly wish I would have returned this product when I could and now I'm considering to just have it replaced and just get rid of it. Only great thing about the product is the warranty itself.

Espero nadie más cometa mi error, NO COMPREN ESTE PRODUCTO, compré este producto con mucho entusiasmo y fe en la marca, ya que imaginé que tienen respaldo, pero no fue así, finalmente me hicieron perder el tiempo y dinero!!!, en resumen la batería dura 7 minutos!!!, o sea no alcanzas aspirar ni una pieza chica cuando ya se te apaga, y debes volverla a cargar unas 3 horas. me hicieron llevarla al servicio tecnico, el cual indicó que el equipo funcionaba BIEN, o sea que es normal que dure 7 minutos, lo peor es que no me quisieron devolver el dinero por satisfacción del mismo, en fin una vergüenza Samsung. Espero nadie más pase por esto.

I love the turbo roller brush and it doesn't get bogged down with pet hair. I have 4 labs and 2 cats and know pet hair. I love that with a click of a button you can increase the power and suction. This vacuum is great for my hardwood floors, tile and carpet. Figured it could be an issue with this specific battery so I contacted customer support who gave me literally no help and lied stating that an additional higher up team would follow up with me in 48 hours. 3 weeks later still waiting for that call. On top of barely being able to use the vacuum, the main brush broke in its second use, super brittle plastic. Was really looking forward to having a small lightweight vacuum with this sleek design. Very dissatisfied both with the vacuum overall and how Samsung handled my issue.

We spent good money buying a DYSON and have used it as a supplemental unit to our main corded Eureka vacuum. This is until the Samsung Jet 60 arrived. In a side by side comparison, the Samsung is much quieter than the DYSON, more powerful and the battery lasted much longer. Last but not least, the canister does not required cleaning/deep cleaning as often. The Dyson is constantly clogged up. Requiring it to be taken apart and pulled the dirt out by hand. No such problems with the Samsung. My wife promptly pitched the DYSON. My next cordless Stick vacuum will be a Samsung for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Jet 60 is perfect for my RV: Compact, lightweight, & very versatile & powerful. It's easy to change attachment configurations: the long vacuum pipe can be detached to the main body & the floor brush attachment & crevasse tool can be attached to the main body or the long pipe; great for use in a car or truck. The waste canister can easily be detached from the main body vacuum motor for quick emptying & cleaning. That battery lasts long enough to vacuum my whole RV & most of my car. I'm not sure if the 60 is still available, but an upgrade to a higher model includes an extra battery & more attachments. I highly recommend whichever model one can afford.
